图纸管理模块,其获取图纸数据,并对图纸数据进行审核、下发、作废、管理和储存;
成本核算模块,其根据储存器内数据进行产品目录、产品价格及产品生产工时进行统计;
信息汇总分析模块,其将由子端3接收的数据进行汇总和分析;
数据整合分类模块,其将经汇总并分析的数据进行整合并分类;
数据实时更新模块,其根据子端3输入的查询命令对所访问的数据库进行更新;
报表模块,其通过对数据信息进行运算,实时生成报表,进行汇报统计;
即时通讯模块,其在多个子端3之间即使传递数据信息;
品质管理模块,其接收并记录检验结果。
进一步的,子端3包括输入端31,输入端31接受数据信息,并将数据信息传递至所指定模块并由该模块进行处理。
进一步的,子端3包括输入端31和输出端32,输入端31接收查询命令,根据查询命令从储存部1调取数据经由处理部2进行处理并由输出端32输出查询结果。
进一步的,储存部1内的数据信息进行加密,根据不同权限等级选择是否解密。
进一步的,仓储管理模块对所存储的数据信息进行分析时,包括:预入库处理、库内作业处理及分布式管理,其中,
预入库处理,将入库数据信息进行预先汇总、分析并分类;
库内作业处理,对各个本地仓储的入库作业、货区存储、货位调整及出库作业统一管理和调控;
分布式管理,可以提供供应商、合同及专家库,查询追溯等信息的管理。
进一步的,子端3在工作之前需要通过输入特定信息进行身份认证。

身份认证;
通过输入端31进行数据信息或查询命令的输入;
处理部2对输入的数据信息进行处理,或对查询命令进行响应并从储存部1调取相关数据信息,根据权限等级信息进行解密;
将经处理的数据信息存储在存储部,或通过输出端32输出并展示解密信息。
进一步的,包括:至少一个处理器;以及与至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;
其中,存储器存储有可被一个处理器执行的指令,指令被至少一个处理器执行,以使至少一个处理器能够:
实时获取储存在储存部1内的数据信息;
将数据信息存储及展示;
根据对数据进行分析。
本发明的其中一种实施例如下:
主要包括储存部1、处理部2和子端3,其中储存部1用于存储 数据信息,通过大数据云存储模式进行数据存储;
处理部2包括不同的模块,用于接收、汇总、处理、整合或分类,其中:
权限管理模块用于管理各子端3的***权限,不同的子端3面对不同的用户,这些用户包括技术人员、财务人员、售后人员和客户等,不同的用户拥有不同的权限等级,可以查询、修改、记录不同的数据信息;
信息采集模块用于采集泵性能数据,通过实验室内布设的管道及相关传感器进行原始数据采集;
订单处理模块用于对订单信息进行接收、下发、记录或查询操作;
远程控制模块用于远程控制各子端3;
数据分析模块用于对泵性能数据和图表类数据进行分析;
仓储管理模块用于获取、存储及展示仓储信息,包括仓储数量数据、仓储产品状态数据或仓储产品入库出库记录数据;
客户信息模块用于获取、处理及转存客户信息数据;
生产管理模块用于获取并记录生产安排计划及生产进度信息;
图纸管理模块用于获取图纸数据,并对图纸数据进行审核、下发、作废、管理和储存;
成本核算模块用于根据储存器内数据进行产品目录、产品价格及产品生产工时进行统计;
信息汇总分析模块用于将由子端3接收的数据进行汇总和分析;
数据整合分类模块用于将经汇总并分析的数据进行整合并分类;
数据实时更新模块用于根据子端3输入的查询命令对所访问的数据库进行更新;
报表模块用于通过对数据信息进行运算,实时生成报表,进行汇报统计;
即时通讯模块用于在多个子端3之间即使传递数据信息;
品质管理模块用于接收并记录检验结果;
ERP管理模块用于产品、原料周转、出入库管理;
生产工艺管理模块用于图纸、工艺管理的汇总归纳分类分析。
子端3包括输入端31和输出端32,输入端31接收原始数据输入,输出端32输出展现经处理的数据,各子端3之间通过即时通讯模块建立即时通讯业务;子端3面向不同的业务部门,通过手机、电脑等设备登录子端3,以输入或接受数据信息。
子端3包括实验室数据信息采集端、泵设备基本信息输入及零部件检查信息录入端、研发部、销售业务部、生产部、仓库、客户端、财会端和售后端,其中:
1、实验室数据信息采集端
试验室通过本***传递出的数据设定实际试验基本参数后,试验泵设备运行时,由布设的管道及相关传感器进行原始数据采集,传至采集信息平台(试验测试平台),生成数据报告,性能曲线,上传终端,以待数据调用读取。
应用了信息采集模块、数据分析模块、客户信息模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块、数据实时更新模块。
2、泵设备基本信息输入及零部件检查信息录入端
研发部录入零部件目录及图纸,生产部录入用料目录及加工工时、周转情况,品管部录入检验记录。仓库录入库存及发货出厂等信息,财务录入成本核算,业务部输入客户信息。部门间通过建立的数据库资源共享,完成项目后,上传终端,以待数据调用读取。
应用了仓储管理模块、生产管理模块、图纸管理模块、成本核算模块、信息汇总分析模块、数据整合分类模块、ERP管理模块、生产工艺管理模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块、品质管理模块、数据实时更新模块。
3、研发部
通过业务端接收来往订单及以及各部门技术问题,及时上传、下发生产图纸并将实验基本参数传递实验室。及时调取终端数据查询以往试验记录,研发新产品,以及来往订单的分流,同时也可根据客户信息发货记录调取使用情况。
应用了订单处理模块、远程控制模块、数据分析模块、仓储管理模块、图纸管理模块、生产工艺管理模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块、数据实时更新模块。
4、销售业务部
通过业务端下发订单并实时监测订单进度以及库存情况,并通过本***进行技术交流和咨询,查询所需的基本资料,成本,报价,以及标书的制定以及客户管理。
应用了订单处理模块、数据分析模块、仓储管理模块、客户信息 模块、生产管理模块、图纸管理模块、成本核算模块、ERP管理模块、数据实时更新模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块。
5、生产部
通过本***及时处理订单,了解生产情况,及时调度,合理安排生产任务,及时接受由研发部上传的图纸,减少了纸张的浪费,实现无纸化的办公,并实时的通过数据或扫描上传实时进度与生产问题。
应用了订单处理模块、仓储管理模块、生产管理模块、图纸管理模块、成本核算模块、ERP管理模块、生产工艺管理模块、数据实时更新模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块、品质管理模块。
6、仓库
及时的将发货信息数据上传终端,终端将自动识别区分客户,完成发货信息的录取,同时为以后更换零部件做好了基础。
应用了订单处理模块、仓储管理模块、ERP管理模块、数据实时更新模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块。
7、客户端
及时根据需求,通过网页,可以输入需求,终端根据子端3客户端的需求自动分析处理,提供需求以便选型。同时将该区域的销售业务,售后维修站,技术项目负责人信息展示出来。留有对设备实施远程监控口,可根据客户要求实施远程监控设备运行情况。
应用了远程控制模块、数据实时更新模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块。
8、财务根据终端客户信息
输入及调取定单信息,并及时处理款项问题。
应用了订单处理模块、仓储管理模块、客户信息模块、成本核算模块、ERP管理模块、数据实时更新模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块。
9、售后端
根据客户及销售需求进行售后维修,并可根据子端3向终端调取信息,了解发货时间,质保时间,维修次数,远程操控设备等问题。
应用了订单处理模块、远程控制模块、数据实时更新模块、报表模块、即时通讯模块。
还包括基本信息管理端,用于各部门的职责权限受理,基本信息的及时维护和管理和终端***的更新。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:包括储存部(1)、处理部(2)和子端(3);
    储存部(1),其将从子端(3)接收的数据信息进行存储;
    处理部(2),其接收来自子端(3)的数据信息,并对数据信息进行汇总、分析、整合及分类,将数据由子端(3)输出或储存在储存部(1)内;
    子端(3),其接收原始数据输入,及输出展现经处理的数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:所述处理部(2)包括权限管理模块,其管理各子端(3)的***权限;
    信息采集模块,其采集泵性能数据以及泵设备检测元件数据;
    订单处理模块,其对订单信息进行接收、下发、记录或查询操作;
    远程控制模块,其远程控制各子端(3);
    数据分析模块,其对泵性能数据和图表类数据进行分析;
    仓储管理模块,其获取、存储及展示仓储信息,包括仓储数量数据、仓储产品状态数据或仓储产品入库出库记录数据;
    客户信息模块,其获取、处理及转存客户信息数据;
    生产管理模块,其获取并记录生产安排计划及生产进度信息;
    图纸管理模块,其获取图纸数据,并对图纸数据进行审核、下发、作废、管理和储存;
    成本核算模块,其根据储存器内数据进行产品目录、产品价格及产品生产工时进行统计;
    信息汇总分析模块,其将由子端(3)接收的数据进行汇总和分析;

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:所述子端(3)包括输入端(31),所述输入端(31)接受数据信息,并将所述数据信息传递至所指定模块并由该模块进行处理。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:所述子端(3)包括输入端(31)和输出端(32),所述输入端(31)接收查询命令,根据查询命令从储存部(1)调取数据经由处理部(2)进行处理并由输出端(32)输出查询结果。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:所述储存部(1)内的数据信息进行加密,根据不同权限等级选择是否解密。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:所述仓储管理模块对所存储的数据信息进行分析时,包括:预入库处理、库内作业处理及分布式管理,其中,
    预入库处理,将入库数据信息进行预先汇总、分析并分类;
    库内作业处理,对各个本地仓储的入库作业、货区存储、货位调整及出库作业统一管理和调控;
    分布式管理,可以提供供应商、合同及专家库,查询追溯等信息的管理。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的泵性能数据处理管理***,其特征在于:所述子端(3)在工作之前需要通过输入特定信息进行身份认证。
  8. 一种泵性能数据处理管理方法,其特征在于,应用于上述权利要求1~7任一项所述的管理***,所述管理方法包含以下步骤:
    身份认证;
    通过输入端(31)进行数据信息或查询命令的输入;
    处理部(2)对输入的数据信息进行处理,或对查询命令进行响应并从储存部(1)调取相关数据信息,根据权限等级信息进行解密;
    将经处理的数据信息存储在存储部,或通过输出端(32)输出并展示解密信息。
  9. 一种泵性能数据处理管理电子设备,其特征在于包括:至少一个处理器;以及与至少一个所述处理器通信连接的存储器;
    其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    实时获取储存在储存部(1)内的数据信息;
    将所述数据信息存储及展示;
    根据对所述数据进行分析。
