背景技术
随着显示装置制造技术的发展,用户对显示装置多样性的追求也越来越强烈,其中可折叠显示装置以其十足的科技感和时尚性,并且兼具便利性的特点,而深受用户和制造厂商的广泛青睐。
有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode, OLED)显示面板应用于可折叠显示装置已经成为行业共识,这正是利用了OLED显示面板的柔性可弯曲的特点。目前,搭载柔性OLED的可折叠显示装置的折叠方式为内折或外折。在采用内折叠方式的显示装置中,显示装置弯折后,由于支撑柔性显示屏的支撑机构的内表面尺寸减小,导致支撑机构内表面与柔性显示屏的尺寸不匹配,弯折过程中,支撑结构会对柔性显示器屏的弯折区产生挤压,容易导致显示屏的失效甚至损坏。
技术问题
现有技术的内折叠显示装置在弯折过程中,容易出现用于支撑柔性显示屏的支撑机构挤压柔性显示屏,而导致显示屏失效或损毁的问题。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供的解决方案如下:
本申请提供一种可折叠显示装置,包括:
机壳,包括相对设置的左机壳和右机壳;
连接件,设置于所述左机壳与所述右机壳之间,所述连接件分别与所述左机壳的一端和所述右机壳的一端旋转连接;
第一支撑板,包括左第一支撑板和右第一支撑板,所述连接件分别与所述左第一支撑板的一端和所述右第一支撑板的一端旋转连接;
第二支撑板,包括左第二支撑板和右第二支撑板,所述左第二支撑板的一端与所述左机壳旋转连接,所述左第二支撑板的另一端与所述左第一支撑板滑动连接,所述右第二支撑板的一端与所述右机壳旋转连接,所述右第二支撑板的另一端与所述右第一支撑板滑动连接;
柔性显示面板,设置于所述机壳、所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板所连接成的表面上,包括两个第一区域以及连接两个所述第一区域的可弯折区域,所述可弯折区域可分离地设置于所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板连成的表面上,所述第一区域与所述机壳贴合设置。
在本申请的可折叠显示装置中,所述连接件靠近所述柔性显示面板的一侧表面为平整表面,所述连接件的该平整表面用于支撑所述柔性显示面板。
在本申请的可折叠显示装置中,所述连接件远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧表面为弧形表面。
在本申请的可折叠显示装置中,所述左机壳和所述右机壳与所述连接件的连接点对应于所述连接件的侧面中间区域。
在本申请的可折叠显示装置中,所述左第一支撑板和所述右第一支撑板与所述连接件的连接点对应于所述连接件的侧面的相对两端。
在本申请的可折叠显示装置中,所述机壳与所述连接件的连接方式为轴孔连接。

第二支撑板,包括左第二支撑板和右第二支撑板,所述左第二支撑板的一端与所述左机壳通过轴孔旋转连接,所述左第二支撑板的另一端与所述左第一支撑板滑动连接,所述右第二支撑板的一端与所述右机壳通过轴孔旋转连接,所述右第二支撑板的另一端与所述右第一支撑板滑动连接;以及
柔性显示面板,设置于所述机壳、所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板所连接成的表面上,包括两个第一区域以及连接两个所述第一区域的可弯折区域,所述可弯折区域可分离地设置于所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板连成的表面上,所述第一区域与所述机壳贴合设置。
有益效果
本申请提供的可折叠显示装置,包括多个转动连接组件和滑动连接组件,其中滑动连接组件为第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间的可滑动连接,在所述可折叠显示装置的弯折过程中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板相对滑动,使所述可折叠显示装置的内侧尺寸与柔性显示面板尺寸相匹配,防止挤压柔性显示面板,优化所述可折叠显示装置的折叠性能。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本申请实施例提供一种可折叠显示装置,包括多个转动连接组件和滑动连接组件,其中滑动连接组件为第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间的可滑动连接。本申请实施例提供的可折叠显示装置,在其弯折过程中,利用第一支撑板与第二支撑板的相对滑动,使显示装置的内侧尺寸与柔性显示面板尺寸相匹配,防止挤压柔性显示面板,优化显示装置的折叠性能。
如图1及图2所示,其中图1是本申请实施例提供的可折叠显示装置结构的***图,图2是本申请实施例提供的可折叠显示装置处于完全展平状态时的结构示意图。所述可折叠显示装置包括机壳10、连接件20、第一支撑板30、第二支撑板40以及柔性显示面板50。需要说明的是,所述可折叠显示装置可以是手机、平板电脑等显示设备,因此,所述可折叠显示装置还可以包括电源单元、信号/数据处理单元、拍摄单元等。
所述机壳10包括相对设置的左机壳11和右机壳12,所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12彼此分离,并共同连接至所述连接件20上,从而形成一个整体。需要说明的是,所述机壳10是所述可折叠显示装置中各元件的支撑件,所述柔性显示面板50设置于所述机壳10的一侧表面,所述机壳10的该表面设置有容纳及固定所述柔性显示面板50的空间及结构;所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30及所述第二支撑板40设置于所述机壳10内的容置腔室中,所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30、所述第二支撑板40及所述壳体10彼此之间以转动连接或滑动连接的方式形成一整体,所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12在所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30及所述第二支撑板40的协同作用下完成相对转动,从而实现所述可折叠显示装置的弯折性。
所述连接件20设置于所述左机壳11与所述右机壳12之间,所述连接件20分别与所述左机壳11的一端和所述右机壳12的一端旋转连接,从而使所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12连接为一体,并且使所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12可分别绕所述连接件20旋转。
所述第一支撑板30包括左第一支撑板31和右第一支撑板32,所述左第一支撑板31的一端与所述连接件20保持旋转连接,所述右第一支撑板32的一端与所述连接件20保持旋转连接,从而使所述左第一支撑板31和所述右第一支撑板32可分别绕所述连接件20旋转。
所述第二支撑板40包括左第二支撑板41和右第二支撑板42,所述左第二支撑板41的一端与所述左机壳11旋转连接,所述左第二支撑板41的另一端与所述左第一支撑板31滑动连接,从而使所述左第二支撑板41可相对所述左机壳11旋转,同时可相对所述左第一支撑板31滑动;所述右第二支撑板42的一端与所述右机壳12旋转连接,所述右第二支撑板42的另一端与所述右第一支撑板32滑动连接,从而使所述右第二支撑板42可相对所述右机壳12旋转,同时可相对所述右第一支撑板32滑动。需要说明的是,所述左第二支撑板41与所述左第一支撑板31相对滑动是指:所述左第二支撑板41与所述左第一支撑板31在同一平面或彼此平行的平面上相对运功,并进一步指所述左第二支撑板41可相对所述连接件20做远离运动或靠近运动;所述右第二支撑板42与所述右第一支撑板32相对滑动是指:所述右第二支撑板42与所述右第一支撑板32在同一平面或彼此平行的平面上相对运功,并进一步指所述右第二支撑板42可相对所述连接件20做远离运动或靠近运动。
所述柔性显示面板50设置于所述机壳10、所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40所连接成的表面上,包括两个第一区域501以及连接两个所述第一区域501的可弯折区域502,所述可弯折区域502可分离地设置于所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40连成的表面上,所述第一区域501与所述机壳10贴合设置。需要说明的是,所述柔性显示面板50可以是所述第一区域501和所述可弯折区域502均可弯曲的全柔性显示面板,也可以是仅所述可弯折区域502可弯曲的局部柔性显示面板。应当理解的是,在所述可折叠显示装置的弯曲过程中,所述第一区域501与所述机壳10贴合固定而不发生相对位移,所述第二区域502随之弯折而与所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40发生相对位移。
根据本申请一实施例,所述连接件20靠近所述柔性显示面板50的一侧表面为平整表面,在所述可折叠显示装置处于展平和弯折状态时,所述连接件20的该平整表面始终支撑所述柔性显示面板50,从而防止与所述连接件20对应的所述柔性显示面板50发生凹陷,影响美观及性能。
进一步地,所述连接件20远离所述柔性显示面板50的一侧表面为弧形表面,以保证所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12相对所述连接件20转动时与所述连接件20不发生碰撞,为所述机壳10的旋转预留空间。
根据本申请一实施例,所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12与所述连接件20的连接点对应于所述连接件20的侧面中间区域,所述左机壳11与所述连接件20的连接点和所述右机壳12与所述连接件20的连接点并排设置。可选地,所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12与所述连接件20的连接点靠近所述柔性显示面板50。应当理解的是,通过上述设置可以保证所述可折叠显示装置在弯曲折叠状态时,所述左机壳11和所述右机壳12完全对合。
进一步地,所述左第一支撑板31和所述右第一支撑板32与所述连接件20的连接点对应于所述连接件20的侧面的相对两端,可选地,该连接点靠近所述柔性显示面板50。应当理解的是,所述第一支撑板30的上述位置特征可以保证所述可折叠显示装置在折叠过程中始终为所述柔性显示面板50保持容置空间,防止所述柔性显示面板过度弯曲或受挤压。
根据本申请一实施例,所述机壳10与所述连接件20的连接方式为轴孔连接,以实现所述机壳10可绕所述连接件20转动的特点。
进一步地,在所述机壳10与所述连接件20的连接点位置,所述机壳10上设置有轴101,所述连接件20上对应设置有孔201,所述机壳10上的轴101穿设于所述连接件20上的孔201中;另外可选地,所述机壳10上设置有孔101,所述连接件20上对应设置有轴201,所述连接件20上的轴201穿设于所述机壳10上的孔101中。需要说明的是,上述简单的轴孔设置即可实现所述机壳10绕所述连接件20转动的特性,但是本申请并不仅限于此种设置。
根据本申请一实施例,所述第一支撑板30与所述连接件20的连接方式为轴孔连接,以实现所述第一支撑板30可绕所述连接件20转动的特点。
进一步地,在所述第一支撑板30与所述连接件20的连接点位置,所述第一支撑板30上设置有轴302,所述连接件20上对应设置有孔202,所述第一支撑板30上的轴302穿设于所述连接件20上的孔202中;另外可选地,所述第一支撑板30上设置有孔302,所述连接件20上对应设置有轴202,所述连接件20上的轴202穿设于所述第一支撑板30上的孔302中。需要说明的是,上述简单的轴孔设置即可实现所述第一支撑板30绕所述连接件20转动的特性,但是本申请并不仅限于此种设置。
根据本申请一实施例,所述第二支撑板40与所述机壳10的连接方式为轴孔连接,以实现所述第二支撑板40可相对所述机壳10转动的特点。可选地,所述左第二支撑板41与所述左机壳11的连接位置对应于所述左机壳11侧面的中部区域;所述右第二支撑板42与所述右机壳12的连接位置对应于所述右机壳12侧面的中部区域。
进一步地,在所述第二支撑板40与所述机壳10的连接点位置,所述第二支撑板40上设置有轴401,所述机壳10上对应设置有孔102,所述第二支撑板40上的轴401穿设于所述机壳10上的孔102中;另外可选地,所述第二支撑板40上设置有孔401,所述机壳10上对应设置有轴102,所述机壳10上的轴102穿设于所述第二支撑板40上的孔401中。需要说明的是,上述简单的轴孔设置即可实现所述第二支撑板40相对所述机壳10转动的特性,但是本申请并不仅限于此种设置。
根据本申请一实施例,如图2和图3所示,所述第一支撑板30上设置有钩状结构301,所述第二支撑板40穿设于所述第一支撑板30的钩状结构301中,以实现所述第一支撑板30与所述第二支撑板40的滑动连接。应当理解的是,在所述可折叠显示装置的弯折过程中,所述第二支撑板40相对于所述第一支撑板30水平滑动,从而使所述可折叠显示装置的内侧尺寸与所述柔性显示面板50的尺寸相匹配,防止出现所述柔性显示面板50受到挤压的状况。另外在实际应用中,为了实现所述第二支撑板40可相对于所述第一支撑板30滑动的目的,还可以是所述第二支撑板40上设置有钩状结构,所述第一支撑板30穿设于所述第二支撑板40的钩状结构中,以实现所述第一支撑板30与所述第二支撑板40的滑动连接。除此之外,所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40之间还可以是其它足以保持其二者相对滑动的结构设计,目的均是为了实现所述可折叠显示装置弯折时,所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40之间可随弯折程度而滑动调整其二者延伸区域的范围。
需要说明的是,如图2和图4所示,所述可折叠显示装置在弯折过程中,其内侧面的尺寸会有所压缩,而设置于其内侧的所述柔性显示面板50本身不具有伸缩性能,因此容易受到机壳10的挤压而出现损坏失效的状况;在本实施例中,所述可折叠显示装置弯折过程中,所述第一支撑板30与所述第二支撑板40相对滑动,以弥补所述可折叠显示装置内侧面尺寸的收缩,消除所述机壳10对所述柔性显示面板50的挤压作用。
根据本申请一实施例,如图2和图5所示,当所述可折叠显示装置处于完全展平状态时(图2所示的状态),所述机壳10、所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40形成支撑所述柔性显示面板50的平整表面,所述连接件20远离所述柔性显示面板50的一侧位于所述壳体中。此时,所述可折叠显示装置拥有最大的显示面积,所述机壳10、所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40为所述柔性显示面板50提供完整的支撑表面,防止所述柔性显示面板在重力或按压力的作用下凹陷。
当所述可折叠显示装置处于完全折叠状态时(图5所示的状态),所述连接件20、所述第一支撑板30和所述第二支撑板40围成三角形容置区,所述柔性显示面板50的所述可弯折区502形成“水滴状”结构,并置于所述三角形容置区中。应当理解的是,所述可折叠显示装置由完全展平状态到完全折叠状态的过程中,所述第二支撑板40相对于所述第一支撑板30滑动的距离不断增加,以适应弯折过程中所述可折叠显示装置内侧面的尺寸变化。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的可折叠显示装置,包括多个转动连接组件和滑动连接组件,其中滑动连接组件为第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间的可滑动连接,在所述可折叠显示装置的弯折过程中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板相对滑动,使所述可折叠显示装置的内侧尺寸与柔性显示面板尺寸相匹配,防止挤压柔性显示面板,优化所述可折叠显示装置的折叠性能。
需要说明的是,虽然本申请以具体实施例揭露如上,但上述实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

    机壳,包括相对设置的左机壳和右机壳;
    连接件,设置于所述左机壳与所述右机壳之间,所述连接件分别与所述左机壳的一端和所述右机壳的一端旋转连接;
    第一支撑板,包括左第一支撑板和右第一支撑板,所述连接件分别与所述左第一支撑板的一端和所述右第一支撑板的一端旋转连接;
    第二支撑板,包括左第二支撑板和右第二支撑板,所述左第二支撑板的一端与所述左机壳旋转连接,所述左第二支撑板的另一端与所述左第一支撑板滑动连接,所述右第二支撑板的一端与所述右机壳旋转连接,所述右第二支撑板的另一端与所述右第一支撑板滑动连接;
    柔性显示面板,设置于所述机壳、所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板所连接成的表面上,包括两个第一区域以及连接两个所述第一区域的可弯折区域,所述可弯折区域可分离地设置于所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板连成的表面上,所述第一区域与所述机壳贴合设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述连接件靠近所述柔性显示面板的一侧表面为平整表面,所述连接件的该平整表面用于支撑所述柔性显示面板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述连接件远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧表面为弧形表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述左机壳和所述右机壳与所述连接件的连接点对应于所述连接件的侧面中间区域。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述左第一支撑板和所述右第一支撑板与所述连接件的连接点对应于所述连接件的侧面的相对两端。

  18. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置处于完全折叠状态时,所述连接件、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板围成三角形容置区,所述柔性显示面板的所述可弯折区位于所述三角形容置区中。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板的至少所述可弯折区为柔性区域。
  20. 一种可折叠显示装置,其包括:
    机壳,包括相对设置的左机壳和右机壳;
    连接件,设置于所述左机壳与所述右机壳之间,所述连接件分别与所述左机壳的一端和所述右机壳的一端通过轴孔旋转连接;
