申请涉及通讯设备领域,尤其涉及一种折叠装置及电子设备。
背景技术
目前可折叠手机中,通过将手机的显示屏进行对折,实现将手机小型化,方便用户携带手机。然而,目前折叠手机展开后,会存在手机转轴两侧的两主体部分相互抵靠,导致如果两主体部分中间有异物被夹住,会使得两主体部分无法完全展开,并且两主体部分也容易损伤,无法保证安全性。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种折叠装置,其中,所述折叠装置包括转轴基座和设置于所述转轴基座相对两侧的两个主体,每一所述主体设有转动连接所述转轴基座的装饰件和与所述装饰件滑动连接的机壳,所述装饰件设置于所述机壳外侧,并覆盖所述机壳靠近所述转轴基座的边缘,当两个所述主体相展开时,两个所述机壳分别相对两个所述装饰件收缩,且分别随两个所述装饰件转动至与所述转轴基座相靠拢,两个所述装饰件相对所述转轴基座转动至相平齐状态,且两个所述装饰件之间存在间距;当两个所述主体相闭合时,两个所述机壳分别相对两个所述装饰件展开,且分别随两个所述装饰件转动至与所述转轴基座相远离,两个所述装饰件相对所述转轴基座转动至相叠合状态,且分别覆盖所述机壳与所述转轴基座之间的间隙。
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括上述的折叠装置,所述电子设备还包括柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏包括两个可相对叠合或展开的部分和连接于所述两部分之间的可弯折部分,所述两部分分别固定于所述两个机壳背离所述装饰件一侧。

下面将结合申请实施方式中的附图,对申请实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,本申请提供一种电子设备1000,所述电子设备1000包括折叠装置100和柔性显示屏200。所述柔性显示屏200包括第一部分210和相对所述第一部分210叠合或展开的第二部分220,以及连接于所述第一部分210和所述第二部分220之间的可弯折部分230。所述折叠装置100包括转轴基座110和设置于所述转轴基座110相对两侧的两个主体120,每一所述主体120设有转动连接所述转轴基座110的装饰件121和与所述装饰件121滑动连接的机壳122,所述装饰件121设置于所述机壳122外侧,并覆盖所述机壳122靠近所述转轴基座110的边缘。
当两个所述主体120相展开时,两个所述机壳122分别相对两个所述装饰件121收缩,且分别随两个所述装饰件121转动至与所述转轴基座110相靠拢,两个所述装饰件121相对所述转轴基座110转动至相平齐状态,且两个所述装饰件121之间存在间距。
当两个所述主体120相闭合时,两个所述机壳122分别相对两个所述装饰件121展开,且分别随两个所述装饰件121转动至与所述转轴基座110相远离,两个所述装饰件121相对所述转轴基座110转动至相叠合状态,且分别覆盖所述机壳122与所述转轴基座110之间的间隙。
可以理解的是,两个所述主体120分别可承载所述第一部分210和所述第二部分220,两个所述主体120相对所述转轴基座110转动,实现带动所述第一部分210或/和所述第二部分220相对所述转轴基座110转动,实现所述第一部分210与所述第二部分220相叠合或展开,使得所述电子设备1000可呈现折叠或展开两种使用状态。所述电子设备1000可以是手机、或平板电脑、或笔记本电脑等设备。
通过所述折叠装置100的主体120设有转动连接所述转轴基座110的装饰件121和与所述装饰件121滑动连接的机壳122,当两个所述主体120相展开时,两个所述机壳122分别相对两个所述装饰件121收缩,两个所述装饰件121相对所述转轴基座110转动至相平齐状态,且两个所述装饰件121之间存在间距,使得两个所述主体120展开后并不会相互抵靠,两个主体120可完全展开,两个所述主体120之间的间距可收容异物,不会对所述主体120造成挤损,保证了安全性。

可以理解的是,利用所述机壳122转动连接所述转动件123,使得所述机壳122的壳体顶面1222可以靠拢的更紧密,以方便位于两个所述壳体顶面1222之间的柔性显示屏200的第一部分210和第二部分220更贴合。所述转动件123带动所述机壳122可相对所述转轴基座110转动,并且使得两个所述机壳122闭合后的距离可以小于两个所述连接端部1231的转动轴线的距离。

更为具体的,所述机壳连接件1225在所述转动导向部1229设有转动限位销1233。所述转动件123设有弧形滑动槽1234,所述转动限位销1233与所述弧形滑动槽1234滑动配合,以带动所述机壳122可相对所述转动件123转动。所述转动限位销1233穿过所述转动导向槽1230的两相对内壁。所述弧形滑动槽1234的圆弧圆心在所述第一支撑板124与所述第二支撑板125的交界处,所述转动限位销1233与所述弧形滑动槽1234可滑动配合,以带动所述转动件123可相对所述机壳122转动。所述弧形滑动槽1234沿圆弧曲线延伸。所述转动限位销1233设有两个相对弧形配合面,所述弧形滑动槽1234设有与两个所述弧形配合面分别相配合的两个弧形导向面。利用所述转动限位销1233沿所述弧形滑动槽1234滑动设置,可使得所述机壳122和所述第一支撑板124相对所述转动件123及所述第二支撑板125转动。
进一步地,所述转轴基座110设有转轴壳体113和固定于所述转轴壳体 113的轴承组件,所述转动件123和所述同步连接件126均转动连接所述轴承组件,所述装饰件121与所述转轴壳体113拼接,以遮盖所述后壳1224与所述转轴基座110的间隙。
本实施方式中,所述轴承块112固定于所述转轴壳体113内侧。所述转轴壳体113对所述轴承块112进行防护。所述转轴壳体113设有分别靠近两个所述主体120的两个侧板114和连接于所述侧板的底板115。当两个所述主体120相互展开后,两个所述装饰件121与所述底板115对接,以分别遮盖两个所述后壳1224与所述底板115的间隙。当两个所述主体120相互闭合后,两个所述装饰件121分别与两个所述侧板114对接,以分别覆盖两个所述机壳122与两个所述侧板114之间的间隙。所述侧板114大致垂直所述底板115。所述侧板114与所述底板115之间设置有圆弧倒角。所述侧板114远离所述底板115的边缘设有缺口1141。当两个所述主体120相展开时,所述同步连接件126部分位于所述第二缺口1142,以保证所述转动件123可与所述轴承块112大致平齐,以及保证两个所述机壳122可完全相展开。
所述装饰件121远离所述第一边缘123的边缘可邻近所述转轴壳体113,以使得所述装饰件121可始终遮盖所述机壳122的第二边缘124,从而保证所述电子设备1000的外观性能。当所述装饰件121与所述机壳122相收缩时,所述装饰件121远离所述第一边缘123的边缘大致邻近于所述侧板114与所述底板115的倒角处,以使得所述装饰件121可还可遮盖所述转轴基座110的侧板114,以及遮盖所述转动件123和所述同步连接件126,防止灰尘杂质干扰所述转动件123和所述同步连接件126转动,并且可保证所述电子设备1000在展开状态的外观性能。在所述装饰件121相对所述机壳122伸展时,所述装饰件121远离所述机壳122第一边缘123的边缘大致邻近于所述侧板114,且所述装饰件121至少遮盖所述侧板114的缺口1141,以防止灰尘杂质经所述缺口1141进入所述转轴基座110内。
进一步地,所述装饰件121设有与所述后壳1224层叠的装饰盖板1211和连接所述装饰盖板1211的折弯侧板1212,当两个所述主体120相互展开时,所述折弯侧板1212抵触于所述后壳1224靠近所述转轴基座110的边缘,且所述折弯侧板1212远离所述装饰盖板1211的边缘与所述底板115对接。
本实施方式中,所述装饰盖板1211与所述机壳122的壳体底面1221大致贴合。所述装饰盖板1211可沿平行所述壳体底面1221方向相对所述机壳122滑动。所述折弯侧板1212大致相对所述装饰盖板1211垂直。当两个所述主体120相互展开似乎,所述装饰件121相对所述机壳122收缩,所述折弯侧板1212抵触于所述机壳122朝向所述转轴基座110的内侧面,以实现对所述机壳122的第二边缘124遮盖,并且使得两个所述装饰件121之间的间距大致与两个所述机壳122之间的间距相等,防止两个所述装饰件121夹持异物,保证了安全性,以及使得所述电子设备1000可完全展开。
进一步地,所述后壳1224远离所述转轴基座110的边缘设有外侧凸缘1235,当两个所述主体120相互展开时,所述装饰盖板1211远离所述折弯侧板1212的边缘与所述外侧凸缘1235相隔离,且所述外侧凸缘1235的端面与所述装饰盖板1211远离所述后壳1224的表面平齐。
本实施方式中,所述外侧凸缘1235设置于所述壳体底面1221,所述外侧凸缘1235由所述壳体底面1221朝远离所述壳体顶面1222方向凸起。所述外侧凸缘1235可以对所述装饰盖板1211与所述机壳122之间缝隙进行遮盖,防止灰尘杂质进入所述机壳122和所述装饰盖板1211之间的缝隙,阻碍所述装饰件121相对所述机壳122伸缩。所述外侧凸缘1235的端面与所述装饰盖板1211远离所述机壳122的表面平齐,保证了所述主体120的外部结构平整,提高了所述电子设备1000的外观性能。
通过所述折叠装置100的主体120设有转动连接所述转轴基座110的装饰件121和与所述装饰件121滑动连接的机壳122,当两个所述主体120相展开时,两个所述机壳122分别相对两个所述装饰件121收缩,两个所述装饰件121相对所述转轴基座110转动至相平齐状态,且两个所述装饰件121之间存在间距,使得两个所述主体120展开后并不会相互抵靠,两个主体120可完全展开,两个所述主体120之间的间距可收容异物,不会对所述主体120造成挤损,保证了安全性。
以上是申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠装置,其特征在于,所述折叠装置包括转轴基座和设置于所述转轴基座相对两侧的两个主体,每一所述主体设有转动连接所述转轴基座的装饰件和与所述装饰件滑动连接的机壳,所述装饰件设置于所述机壳外侧,并覆盖所述机壳靠近所述转轴基座的边缘,当两个所述主体相展开时,两个所述机壳分别相对两个所述装饰件收缩,且分别随两个所述装饰件转动至与所述转轴基座相靠拢,两个所述装饰件相对所述转轴基座转动至相平齐状态,且两个所述装饰件之间存在间距;当两个所述主体相闭合时,两个所述机壳分别相对两个所述装饰件展开,且分别随两个所述装饰件转动至与所述转轴基座相远离,两个所述装饰件相对所述转轴基座转动至相叠合状态,且分别覆盖所述机壳与所述转轴基座之间的间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述机壳设有壳体底面和与所述壳体底面相平行的壳体顶面,以及与所述壳体底面相对且与所述壳体顶面相连接并相倾斜的壳体倾斜面,所述装饰件与所述壳体底面滑动配合,所述壳体倾斜面朝所述壳体底面倾斜,所述壳体倾斜面相对所述壳体顶面靠近所述转轴基座,当两个所述机壳相叠合后,两个所述壳体倾斜面之间形成三角形收容空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述主体还设有转动连接所述转轴基座的转动件,所述机壳转动连接所述转动件;所述装饰件的转动轴向与所述转动件的转动轴向相平行,以及与所述机壳的转动轴向相平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述转动件相对所述机壳转动的转动轴线与所述壳体倾斜面连接所述壳体顶面处相重合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述主体沿平行所述转轴基座的长度方向排布多个等距排列的转动件。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述转轴基座设有转轴槽,所述转动件远离所述机壳的端部设有与所述转轴槽转动配合的转动轮,当两个所述主体相闭合时,所述转动轮部分转出所述转轴槽,以使得所述机壳相对所述转轴基座远离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述转轴基座设有轴承 块,所述转轴槽设置于所述轴承块,当所述转动轮转动至与所述轴承块平齐时,两个所述机壳相互展开,当所述转动轮相对所述轴承块转动至相倾斜时,两个所述机壳相靠拢。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述主体还设有固定于所述机壳背离所述装饰件一侧的第一支撑板和固定连接所述转动件的第二支撑板;当两个所述主体相闭合时,两个所述机壳分别带动两个所述第一支撑板相重叠,所述第二支撑板随所述转动件相对所述机壳转动至与所述第一支撑板相倾斜状态,两个所述第二支撑板之间形成收容空间;当两个所述主体相展开时,两个所述机壳分别带动两个所述第一支撑板相平齐,所述第二支撑板随所述转动件相对所述机壳转动至与所述第一支撑板呈相平齐状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板共同与所述机壳相盖合,所述第一支撑板邻近所述机壳的一边缘,所述第二支撑板邻近所述机壳的另一边缘。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,当两个所述第二支撑板相互平齐时,两个所述第二支撑板相互拼接,并且共同覆盖所述转轴基座。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,每一所述主体还设有穿过所述机壳并固定连接所述装饰件的同步连接件,所述同步连接件转动连接所述转轴基座,所述同步连接件的转动轴与所述转动件的转动轴相错开,所述转轴基座设有连接两个所述同步连接件的同步传动组件,以使两个所述主体可同步相对所述转轴基座转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述同步连接件穿过所述机壳的一端与所述机壳滑动配合,所述同步连接件穿过所述机壳的一端还固定连接所述装饰件,以带动所述装饰件相对所述机壳滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述机壳包括后壳和固定于所述后壳的机壳连接件,所述机壳连接件设有滑动导向槽,所述同步连接件远离所述转轴基座的一端与所述滑动导向槽滑动配合,并且穿过所述滑动导向槽与所述装饰件固定连接,以带动所述装饰件可相对所述后壳滑动伸缩。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述机壳连接件设有 滑动导向部,所述滑动导向槽设置于所述滑动导向部,所述滑动导向部对所述同步连接件的一端进行滑动导向,并对所述同步连接件进行滑动限位,以限制两个所述主体的转动角度。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述机壳连接件还设有转动限位销,所述转动件设有弧形滑动槽,所述转动限位销与所述弧形滑动槽滑动配合,以带动所述机壳可相对所述转动件转动。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述转轴基座设有转轴壳体和固定于所述转轴壳体的轴承组件,所述转动件和所述同步连接件均转动连接所述轴承组件,所述装饰件与所述转轴壳体拼接,以遮盖所述后壳与所述转轴基座的间隙。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述转轴壳体设有分别靠近两个所述主体的两个侧板和连接于所述侧面的底板,当两个所述主体相互展开后,两个所述装饰件与所述底板对接,以分别遮盖两个所述后壳与所述底板的间隙;当两个所述主体相互闭合后,两个所述装饰件分别与两个所述侧板对接,以分别覆盖两个所述机壳与两个所述侧板之间的间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述装饰件设有与所述后壳层叠的装饰盖板和连接所述装饰盖板的折弯侧板,当两个所述主体相互展开时,所述折弯侧板抵触于所述后壳靠近所述转轴基座的边缘,且所述折弯侧板远离所述装饰盖板的边缘与所述底板对接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述后壳远离所述转轴基座的边缘设有外侧凸缘,当两个所述主体相互展开时,所述装饰盖板远离所述折弯侧板的边缘与所述外侧凸缘相隔离,且所述外侧凸缘的端面与所述装饰盖板远离所述后壳的表面平齐。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括权利要求1~19任意一项所述的折叠装置,所述电子设备还包括柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏包括两个可相对叠合或展开的部分和连接于所述两部分之间的可弯折部分,所述两部分分别固定于所述两个机壳背离所述装饰件一侧。
