上記整髪剤組成物は、上述した成分(A)~(C)以外の成分を含んでいてもよい。成分(A)~(C)以外の成分としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、油性成分、多価アルコール、清涼剤、pH調整剤、防腐剤、抗酸化剤、金属封鎖剤、ビタミン類、動植物抽出エキス、パール化剤、着色剤、及び香料等が挙げられる。上記他の成分は、それぞれ1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
整髪剤組成物を霧状に安定して吐出する観点から、上記整髪剤組成物は、皮膜形成ポリマーを含まないか、又は、皮膜形成ポリマーを0.1質量%以下で含む。上記整髪剤組成物が上記皮膜形成ポリマーを含む場合に、上記整髪剤組成物100質量%中、上記皮膜形成ポリマーの含有量は0.1質量%以下であり、好ましくは0.08質量%以下、より好ましくは0.05質量%以下、最も好ましくは0質量%(未含有)である。したがって、上記整髪剤組成物は、上記皮膜形成ポリマーを含まないことが最も好ましい。上記皮膜形成ポリマーの含有量が0.1質量%を超えると、上記整髪剤組成物中で該皮膜形成ポリマーが析出しやすく、吐出安定性が低下する。また、上記皮膜形成ポリマーが0.1質量%を超えると、再整髪性が低下する。
成分(A)による整髪力を発揮する観点及び整髪剤組成物を霧状に安定して吐出する観点から、上記整髪剤組成物は、増粘剤を含まないか、又は、増粘剤を0.1質量%以下で含む。上記整髪剤組成物が上記増粘剤を含む場合に、上記整髪剤組成物100質量%中、上記増粘剤の含有量は0.1質量%以下であり、好ましくは0.08質量%以下、より好ましくは0.05質量%以下、最も好ましくは0質量%(未含有)である。したがって、上記整髪剤組成物は、上記増粘剤を含まないことが最も好ましい。上記整髪剤組成物に含まれる成分(C)の含有量は多くないため、上記増粘剤の含有量が0.1質量%を超えると、上記整髪剤組成物中で成分(A)や増粘剤が析出しやすく、吐出安定性が低下する場合がある。また、整髪力が低下する場合がある。
成分(A)の整髪力を発揮する観点から、上記整髪剤組成物100質量%中、上記成分(A)以外の界面活性剤の含有量は、好ましくは1.0質量%以下、より好ましくは0.1質量%以下、最も好ましくは0質量%(未含有)である。したがって、上記整髪剤組成物は、上記成分(A)以外の界面活性剤を含まないことが最も好ましい。上記成分(A)以外の界面活性剤の含有量が1.0質量%を超えると、成分(A)が発揮させる整髪力が低下することがある。
上記整髪剤組成物は、炭化水素油、エステル油、植物油、シリコーン油、高級アルコール、高級脂肪酸、及び油脂からなる群より選ばれる油性成分(少なくとも1の油性成分)を含んでいてもよい。この場合には、毛髪に艶を良好に付与することができる。上記油性成分は、炭化水素油、エステル油、植物油、及びシリコーン油からなる群より選ばれる油性成分(少なくとも1の油性成分)であることが好ましい。
上記整髪剤組成物は、多価アルコールを含んでいてもよい。上記多価アルコールとしては、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、1,3-ブチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,2-ペンタンジオール、1,2-ヘキサンジオール、1,2-オクタンジオール、1,2-デカンジオール、ポリエチレングリコール、及びポリオキシプロピレンメチルグルコシド等が挙げられる。上記整髪剤組成物が上記多価アルコールを含む場合には、毛髪に艶を良好に付与することができる。
上記清涼剤としては、l-メントール、1,8-シネオール、及びカンファ等が挙げられる。
上記防腐剤としては、メチルパラベン、エチルパラベン、プロピルパラベン、イソプロピルパラベン、ブチルパラベン、イソブチルパラベン、及びフェノキシエタノール等が挙げられる。
上記噴射剤は、液化石油ガス(LPG)を含む。上記噴射剤は、上記液化石油ガス以外の噴射剤を含んでいてもよい。上記液化石油ガス以外の噴射剤としては、ジメチルエーテル(DME)、イソブタン、及び窒素ガス等が挙げられる。上記噴射剤は1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明のエアゾールスプレー整髪剤は、エアゾールスプレー容器と、上記整髪剤組成物と、上記噴射剤とを備える。上記エアゾールスプレー容器は、ボタン型アクチュエーターを有する。上記エアゾールスプレー整髪剤では、上記エアゾールスプレー容器内に、上記整髪剤組成物と上記噴射剤とが充填されている。上記整髪剤組成物は、上記エアゾールスプレー整髪剤において、上記エアゾールスプレー容器内に充填されている充填物のうち、上記噴射剤を除く配合物である。
成分(A1):
ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(20E.O.):日本サーファクタント工業社製「NIKKOL HCO-20」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数20
ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(40E.O.):日本サーファクタント工業社製「NIKKOL HCO-40」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数40
ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(50E.O.):日本サーファクタント工業社製「NIKKOL HCO-50」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数50
ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(60E.O.):日本サーファクタント工業社製「NIKKOL HCO-60」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数60
ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油(100E.O.):日本サーファクタント工業社製「NIKKOL HCO-100」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数100
ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル(20E.O.):青木油脂工業社製「ブラウノン CH-320L」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数20
ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル(40E.O.):青木油脂工業社製「ブラウノン CH-340」、エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数40
下記の表1~5に示す配合成分を配合(配合単位は質量%)し、下記の表1~5に示す組成を有する整髪剤組成物(原液)を調製した。得られた整髪剤組成物(原液)をエアゾールスプレー容器(容量95mL)に充填した。次いで、エアゾール用バルブをエアゾールスプレー容器にクリンチした後、下記の表1~5に示す噴射剤をステムより充填し、ステムに適したボタンを装着して、エアゾールスプレー整髪剤を作製した。また、ボタン孔径は0.45mm、ステム孔径は0.4mm(ステム孔数:1個)、ハウジング孔径は下孔径0.65mm、横孔径0.42mmであった。表中の配合量(整髪剤組成物100質量%中の配合量)は、純分の配合量(単位:質量%)で示した。
得られたエアゾールスプレー整髪剤について、以下の評価を行った。評価結果は表1~5中に示した。なお、評価は専門パネル3名で行い、協議して評価結果を決定した。
得られたエアゾールスプレー整髪剤において、15cm離れた位置からショートヘアのウィッグ(レッスンマネキン:ユーカリジャパン社製)の毛髪上に3秒間均一に噴霧した。上記噴霧の状態を観察し、下記の基準に従い吐出性を評価した。
○:整髪剤組成物がエアゾールスプレー容器内から霧状に吐出される
×:整髪剤組成物がエアゾールスプレー容器内から霧状に吐出されない
試験例1-1でエアゾールスプレー整髪剤を噴霧したウィッグの左右いずれか片側を、櫛を用いて、ウィッグの形状に沿うように前方から後方へと毛髪を撫でつけるように整髪を施した。整髪直後に、側頭部の毛髪の整髪状態を観察し、毛髪をくせ付ける整髪力を下記の基準に従い評価した。
○(良好):毛髪が前方から後方にしっかりとくせ付けられている
△(使用可能):毛髪が下方向にやや落ちており、くせ付けがやや弱いが、実用上許容可能である
×(不良):毛髪が下方向に落ちており、くせ付けが不十分である
試験例1-1でエアゾールスプレー整髪剤を噴霧したウィッグの、試験例1-2で整髪を施した側とは反対側を、手で毛髪の根元から上向きに髪を立ち上げて整髪を施した。整髪直後に、頭頂部付近の毛髪の立ち上がりの角度を観察し、毛髪を立ち上げる整髪力を下記の基準に従い評価した。なお、上記角度は水平方向を0°、垂直方向を90°とする。
○(良好):毛髪が立ち上がる(45°以上の角度である)
△(使用可能):毛髪があまり立ち上がらない(20°以上45°未満の角度である)
×(不良):毛髪がほぼ立ち上がらない(20°未満の角度である)
試験例1-2及び試験例1-3での整髪時の操作性より、下記の基準に従い使用性を評価した。
○(良好):整髪剤組成物が毛髪に均一に付着しており、整髪時の操作性がよい
×(不良):整髪剤組成物が毛髪に均一に付着しておらず、整髪時に引っ掛かりを感じ、整髪時の操作性が悪い
試験例1-2の評価後に、整髪後のウィッグの毛髪を目視にて観察した。また、比較基準として、下記のモデル処方のグリース状整髪剤組成物0.5gをウィッグの左右いずれか片側に塗布し、試験例1-2と同様に整髪を施し、整髪後のウィッグの毛髪を目視にて観察した。下記の基準に従い、毛髪の艶を評価した。
セテス-40:25質量%
水 :75質量%
○○(優れる):比較基準と比べて、明らかに光沢が強い
○(良好):比較基準と同等、又は、比較基準と比べて、わずかに光沢が強い
×(不良):比較基準と比べて、光沢が劣る
試験例1-3で整髪を施してから1時間後に、整髪した髪型を崩し、再度、手で毛髪の根元から上向きに髪を立ち上げて再整髪を施した。再整髪直後に、頭頂部付近の毛髪の立ち上がりの角度を観察し、再整髪性を下記の基準に従い評価した。なお、上記角度は水平方向を0°、垂直方向を90°とする。
○(良好):毛髪が立ち上がる(45°以上の角度である)
△(使用可能):毛髪があまり立ち上がらない(20°以上45°未満の角度である)
×(不良):毛髪がほぼ立ち上がらない(20°未満の角度である)
エアゾールスプレー整髪剤を3本作製し、以下の操作を行った。
<保管工程>
各エアゾールスプレー整髪剤を-3℃で48時間保管した。
<繰り返し噴射工程>
上記保管工程の後、「25℃の環境下で、各エアゾールスプレー整髪剤を3回軽く振り、正立状態で10秒間噴射する」手順を、毎日1回繰り返し行った。なお、上記手順は、整髪剤組成物(原液)がなくなるまで繰り返した。
上記繰り返し噴射工程における吐出状態を観察し、下記の基準に従い吐出安定性を評価した。
○(良好):3本全てが、途中で吐出不良が起こることなく、整髪剤組成物を霧状に吐出できる(すなわち、整髪剤組成物がなくなるまで、繰り返し噴射工程を行う間、吐出不良が生じなかった)
×(不良):3本のうち少なくとも1本に、途中で目詰まりが生じ、吐出不良が認められる(すなわち、整髪剤組成物がなくなるまで、繰り返し噴射工程を行う間に、吐出不良が生じた)
下記の表1~5に示す配合成分を配合(配合単位は質量%)し、下記の表1~5に示す組成を有する整髪剤組成物(原液)を調製した。得られた整髪剤組成物(原液)を透明耐圧瓶(エアゾール試験瓶、容量100mL)に充填した。次いで、瓶用バルブを透明耐圧瓶にクリンプした後、下記の表1~5に示す噴射剤をステムより充填し、評価用サンプルを作製した。なお、評価用サンプルは3本作製した。
○(良好):3本全てにおいて、析出物及び不溶物が認められない
×(不良):3本のうち少なくとも1本に、析出物又は不溶物が認められる
試験例2-2と同様にして、評価用サンプルを作製した。評価用サンプルの透明耐圧瓶内で、上記整髪剤組成物と上記噴射剤とを混合して乳化状態とした後、25℃で静置した。上記乳化状態が崩壊して、液相が相分離するまでの時間を目視により測定した。
○:O/Wエマルジョンを形成した後、相分離するまでの時間が10分以内である
×1:O/Wエマルジョンを形成した後、相分離するまでの時間が10分を超える
×2:均一に溶解する
×3:乳化せず、相分離状態のままである

- エアゾールスプレー容器と、
整髪剤組成物と、
噴射剤とを備え、
前記エアゾールスプレー容器内に、前記整髪剤組成物と前記噴射剤とが充填されており、
前記整髪剤組成物が、前記エアゾールスプレー容器内より霧状に吐出可能であり、
前記整髪剤組成物が、下記成分Aと、下記成分Bと、下記成分Cとを含み、
前記整髪剤組成物が、皮膜形成ポリマーを含まないか、又は、皮膜形成ポリマーを0.1質量%以下で含み、
前記整髪剤組成物が、増粘剤を含まないか、又は、増粘剤を0.1質量%以下で含み、
前記成分A100質量%中、下記成分A1の含有量が50.0質量%以上であり、
前記整髪剤組成物100質量%中、前記成分Aの含有量が10.0質量%以上、48.0質量%以下であり、前記成分Bの含有量が30.0質量%以上、85.0質量%以下であり、前記成分Cの含有量が5.0質量%以上、25.0質量%以下であり、
前記噴射剤が、液化石油ガスを含む、エアゾールスプレー整髪剤。
成分A:下記成分A1、又は、下記成分A1及び下記成分A2
成分A1:ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油
成分A2:ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル
成分B:エタノール
成分C:水 - 前記整髪剤組成物と前記噴射剤との合計100質量%中、前記整髪剤組成物の含有量が20.0質量%以上、70.0質量%以下である、請求項1に記載のエアゾールスプレー整髪剤。
- 前記噴射剤100質量%中、前記液化石油ガスの含有量が50.0質量%以上である、請求項1又は2に記載のエアゾールスプレー整髪剤。
- 前記成分A1が、下記成分A11と、下記成分A12とを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のエアゾールスプレー整髪剤。
成分A11:エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数が5以上、40以下であるポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油
成分A12:エチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数が50以上、80以下であるポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油 - エアゾールスプレー容器内で、前記整髪剤組成物と前記噴射剤とを混合して乳化状態とした後、25℃で静置したときに、前記乳化状態が崩壊して、液相が相分離するまでの時間が、15分以内である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のエアゾールスプレー整髪剤。
