Description

牙刷的刷头改良及其成型方法 技术领域
本发明有关一种可配合齿面作小幅度偏摆的刷头改良及其成型方法。
背景技术
口腔的清洁与人体的健康息息相关,人们常使用牙刷、漱口水及牙线等工具来清洁口腔;其中,因牙刷的使用便利性为保持口腔卫生的基础工具,牙刷所具有的刷毛可以顺应牙齿的曲率、以伸入牙齿间的牙缝区域,以清洁牙缝中的残余食物,而可避免食物残渣余口腔中滋生细菌,以保持口腔卫生减少口腔疾病的发生。
而一般牙刷包括一刷头及一与刷头连接的刷柄,该刷头与刷柄间为提供使用者在刷牙时便于在口腔内操作,因而在两者之间形成为一细杆状,但现有技术牙刷的刷头仍为一硬质材料制成的块体,在块体一侧表面上植设有数排间隔的刷毛,藉此使用者欲进行刷牙清洁口腔内的牙齿时,将牙刷的刷头置入人体的口腔内,以突出的各束刷毛对牙齿或齿缝进行刷洗清洁。
然由于刷头上所植设的刷毛与硬质材料制成的刷头间概略形成为垂直角度,各束刷毛无法任意偏摆,使得各刷毛仅可针对牙齿表面或相对应于刷毛处的齿面在一定角度间进行刷牙清洁;且齿面为非平整面,而牙刷的刷头亦为刚性,受限于刷毛无法完全贴合每一牙齿的齿面,因此会存有刷牙死角,难以将齿面清洁干净,至于齿缝间较为狭窄细缝处或偏僻处也无法进行清洁。因此,使用者经常以较大的力量进行刷牙动作,以将刷毛挠曲并完全贴合至齿面上,但当使用者以较大力量让刷毛深入于牙龈部位时,经常导致牙龈受损,有损其健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种可配合齿面作小幅度偏摆的刷头改良,为其主要目的。
本发明的牙刷包含有一握把以及一刷头;其中,该刷头具有一外框、复数筒体以及一可挠性填充层,该外框一体设置于该握把末端,该复数筒体间隔配置以 组成一刷头外型,该复数筒体的一端面内凹形成有固定槽可供植设有刷毛,而该可挠性填充层则设置于该外框与该复数筒体之间。
本发明的牙刷供使用者进行刷牙时,由于复数筒体的刷毛可各自朝向不同方向偏移,进而可有效的对齿面及各齿缝进行清洁,而具有较佳的洁牙效果及供使用者操作的方便性,同时该可挠性填充层吸收使用者施加的过大力量,进而避免牙龈受损。
依据上述技术特征,所述外框与该可挠性填充层的接触面间具有至少一相对的第一干涉部及第二干涉部。
依据上述技术特征,所述第一、第二干涉部为相对的凸部及凹部结构。
依据上述技术特征,进一步设有一盖体,该盖体设置于该外框相对于该固定槽的另一端。
依据上述技术特征,所述盖体外型符合该外框。
依据上述技术特征,所述盖体与该可挠性填充层一体制成。
依据上述技术特征,所述外框与该复数筒体以一硬性材料所形成;该可挠性填充层以一软性材料所形成。
本发明进一步提供一种牙刷刷头的成型方法,至少包含下列步骤:提供一握把,该握把末端一体设有一外框;提供复数筒体,该复数筒体间隔配置以组成一刷头外型,该复数筒体的一端面内凹形成有固定槽;以及形成一可挠性填充层,利用射出成形方式于该外框与该复数筒体之间形成该可挠性填充层,以将该复数筒体固定于该外框。
依据上述技术特征,所述复数筒体的该固定槽内植入一刷毛。
依据上述技术特征,所述握把、该外框与该复数筒体以一硬性材料所形成;该可挠性填充层以一软性材料所形成。

请参阅图1所示为本发明中牙刷的结构立体图,本发明的牙刷1包含有一握把10以及一刷头20。
请同时参阅图2及图3所示,本案的重点在于:该刷头20具有一外框21、复数筒体22以及一可挠性填充层23,该外框21一体设置于该握把10末端,该复数筒体22间隔配置以组成一刷头外型,该复数筒体22的一端面内凹形成有固定槽221,而该复数筒体22的另一端面则形成封闭部222,在各该固定槽221内可植入固定有一束刷毛30,而该可挠性填充层23则设置于该外框21与该复数筒体22之间;如图所示的实施例中,该可挠性填充层23的一端面可形成复数穿孔231,让该复数筒体22的该封闭部222露出,而于该外框21相对于该固定槽221的另一端则进一步设有一盖体24,该盖体24外型符合该外框21的外型,以将该可挠性 填充层23的一端面及该复数筒体22的该封闭部222封闭。当然,如图4或图5的第二实施例所示,该盖体24亦可与该可挠性填充层23一体制成。
再者,该外框21与该可挠性填充层23的接触面间具有至少一相对的第一干涉部25及第二干涉部26,利用第一、第二干涉部25、26相互卡合的作用,可增加该外框21与该可挠性填充层23的结合强度;而上述实施例中,第一、第二干涉部25、26可以为相对的凸部及凹部结构。
而本发明中该握把10、该外框21与该复数筒体22以一硬性材料所形成,例如:塑料材料;该可挠性填充层23以一软性材料所形成。由于各植设有刷毛30的筒体22间由可挠性填充层23予以连接且固定包覆,因此每一个植设有刷毛30的筒体22均可以独立的形成各种不同方向的偏摆,如此使用者在进行刷牙时,刷头上的各束刷毛30可为任意方向的偏摆并对牙齿的表面及细缝处进行食物碎屑的清除,可有效清洁牙齿,同时该可挠性填充层23吸收使用者施加的过大力量,进而避免牙龈受损。
如图6所示,本发明牙刷刷头的成型方法至少包含下列步骤:
步骤S01:提供一握把,请同时参阅图1及图2所示,该握把10具有一柄身11及设置于该柄身11一端的一外框21;该握把其中一种制造方式以射出成形制成,以射出成形技术将液态塑料注入第一模具中,第一模具为一具有与图2所示的握把10形状的相对应的模具,待液态塑料冷却固化后即形成如图中所示的刷柄10。该握把10的材料可为一种硬质材料,例如:塑料材料。
步骤S02:提供一复数筒体22,该复数筒体22间隔配置以组成一刷头外型,该复数筒体22的一端面内凹形成有固定槽221以供固定该刷毛30;其中,可利用一植毛机,将刷毛分别植入复数筒体22的固定槽221中,以形成一刷毛部于刷头20上,再利用热熔定型该刷毛。
步骤S03:形成一可挠性填充层,利用射出成形方式将液态塑料注入第二模具中,第二模具为一具有与图2所示的可挠性填充层23形状的相对应的模具,先该复数筒体22放置于该第二模具内后,以射出成形技术将液态塑料注入第二模具中,待液态塑料冷却固化后即形成如图中所示的可挠性填充层23,该可挠性填充层23为一种软性材料所形成。
本发明中由于各植设有刷毛30的筒体22外包覆有可挠性填充层23,使得各筒体22可形成多角度的偏摆,如此使用者在进行刷牙时,刷头上的各束刷毛30可为任意方向的偏摆,并对牙齿的表面及细缝处进行食物碎屑的清除,可有效清 洁牙齿,同时该可挠性填充层23吸收使用者施加的过大力量,进而避免牙龈受损。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种牙刷的刷头改良,该牙刷包含有一握把以及一刷头,其特征在于:
    该刷头具有一外框、复数筒体以及一可挠性填充层,该外框一体设置于该握把末端,该复数筒体间隔配置以组成一刷头外型,该复数筒体的一端面内凹形成有固定槽,而该可挠性填充层则设置于该外框与该复数筒体之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述牙刷的刷头改良,其中,该外框与该可挠性填充层的接触面间具有至少一相对的第一干涉部及第二干涉部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述牙刷的刷头改良,其中,该第一、第二干涉部为相对的凸部及凹部结构。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一所述的牙刷的刷头改良,其中,进一步设有一盖体,该盖体设置于该外框相对于该固定槽的另一端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的牙刷的刷头改良,其中,该盖体外型符合该外框。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的牙刷的刷头改良,其中,该盖体与该可挠性填充层一体制成。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的牙刷的刷头改良,其中,该握把、该外框与该复数筒体以一硬性材料所形成;该可挠性填充层以一软性材料所形成。
  8. 一种牙刷刷头的成型方法,其特征在于,至少包含下列步骤:
    提供一握把,该握把末端一体设有一外框;
    提供复数筒体,该复数筒体间隔配置以组成一刷头外型,该复数筒体的一端面内凹形成有固定槽;以及
    形成一可挠性填充层,利用射出成形方式于该外框与该复数筒体之间形成该可挠性填充层,以将该复数筒体固定于该外框。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的牙刷刷头的成型方法,其中,该复数筒体的该固定槽内植入一刷毛。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的牙刷刷头的成型方法,其中,进一步提供一模具,该复数筒体放置于该模具内后,再利用射出成型方式形成该可挠性填充层。
