Abstract
Description
本明細書及び添付図面の記載により、少なくとも以下の事項が明らかとなる。
一態様に係る吸収性物品は、前後方向、前記前後方向に直交する幅方向、及び厚さ方向と、着用者の胴回りを覆う胴回り域と、前記胴回り域よりも前記前後方向の内側に位置する股下域と、少なくとも前記股下域に配置されており、かつ吸収体を有する吸収性本体と、少なくとも前記胴回り域に配置される外装体と、を有する吸収性物品である。前記外装体は、前記吸収性本体と前記厚さ方向に重ならない非重複部を有する。前記非重複部には、紫外線を遮蔽する保護領域が設けられている。これにより、紫外線が透過し易い非重複部において、保護領域によって、着用者の肌へ到達する紫外線の量を低減できる。吸収性物品の着用者への紫外線による影響を受け難くすることができるため、環境に起因した着用者への悪影響を低減できる。
以下、図面を参照して、実施形態に係る吸収性物品について説明する。なお、以下の図面の記載において、同一又は類似の部分には、同一又は類似の符号を付している。ただし、図面は模式的なものであり、各寸法の比率等は現実のものとは異なることに留意すべきである。したがって、具体的な寸法等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断すべきである。また、図面相互間においても互いの寸法の関係や比率が異なる部分が含まれ得る。
次に、保護領域PRについて図2から図4を用いて説明する。保護領域PRは、紫外線を遮蔽する領域又は遮熱性を有する領域の少なくとも一方の領域である。保護領域PRが、紫外線を遮蔽する領域である場合、紫外線の遮蔽率が60%以上である領域を有してよく、好ましくは、紫外線の遮蔽率が70%以上である領域を有してよい。保護領域PRの全てが、紫外線の遮蔽率が60%以上であってよく、好ましくは、紫外線の遮蔽率が70%以上であってよい。
外装体15は、保護領域PRを構成する保護層80を有する。本実施形態では、保護層80は、フィルム81により構成されている。従って、フィルム81が存在する領域が保護領域PRである。図2及び図3に示すように、フィルム81は、吸収性物品1の平面視において、胴回り域WRの全面に配置されてよい。従って、非重複部NRには、保護領域PRが設けられている。また、少数層NR1には、保護領域PRが設けられてよい。すなわち、非重複部NRには、保護層80(フィルム81)、外側シートOS、及び内側シートISが厚さ方向Tに積層された3層のみのシート層が存在する領域が設けられてよい。また、保護領域PRは、多数層NR2に設けられてよいし、重複部ORに設けられてよく、股下域S3に(例えば、臀部カバー31)に設けられてよい。重複部ORであっても、保護領域PRは、吸収コアと重ならない領域に設けられてよく、吸収体50と重ならない領域に設けられてよく、液不透過シート42(例えば、フィルム)と重ならない領域に設けられてよい。なお、保護層80は、臀部カバー31に設けられてよい。
次に、各変更例について、図5から図7を用いて説明する。図5は、変更例1に係る吸収性物品の一例を説明するための図である。図5Aは、変更例1に係る吸収性物品の一部を非肌面側T2から見た模式平面図である。図6は、変更例2に係る吸収性物品の外装体を説明するための図である。図6Aは、変更例2の外装体15の模式断面図である。図6Bは、変更例2の保護層80の拡大平面図である。図7は、変更例3及び変更例4に係る吸収性物品の外装体を説明するための図である。図7Aは、変更例3の外装体15の模式断面図である。図7Bは、変更例4の外装体15の模式断面図である。なお、以下において、既に説明した内容と同様の説明は省略する。
図5に示すように、変更例1では、保護層80は、外装体15に配置されたインク(インク層85)により構成されている。外装体15は、前外装体20であってもよいし、後外装体30であってもよい。インクは、例えば、印刷により塗布することで配置されてよい。例えば、グラビア印刷を用いてインクを塗布してもよいし、フレキソ印刷を用いてインクを塗布してもよい。インクは、カラーインクであってよく、例えば、白色、黒色、灰色、青色、緑色、黄色、赤色、橙色、ピンク、水色などのいずれかの色であってよい。インクを塗布することにより、インク層85である第1インク層851と第2インク層852とが配置されてよい。実施形態では、保護層80は、第1インク層851と第2インク層852とにより構成される。図5Bに示すように、第1インク層851は、内側シートISに配置されてよい。第1インク層851は、内側シートISの非肌面側T2に配置されてよく(図5B参照)、内側シートISの肌面側T1に配置されてもよい。
次に、変更例2について説明する。変更例2では、図6に示すように、フィルム81にインクが配置されている。インクは、例えば、印刷により塗布することで配置されてよい。例えば、グラビア印刷を用いてインクを塗布してもよいし、フレキソ印刷を用いてインクを塗布してもよい。インクは、カラーインクであってよく、例えば、白色、黒色、灰色、青色、緑色、黄色、赤色、橙色、ピンク、水色であってよい。
次に、変更例3について説明する。変更例3では、図7Aに示すように、保護層80は、フィルム81とインク層85とによって構成される。フィルム81は、ウエスト弾性部材WEよりも非肌面側T2に配置されてよい。フィルム81にインクが複数回塗布(いわゆる重ね塗り)されることにより、複数の層により構成されるインク層85が設けられてよい。インク層85は、フィルム81の非肌面側T2に塗布される第1インク層851と、第1インク層851の非肌面側T2に塗布される第2インク層852と、を有してよい。第1インク層851は、1回目の塗布により配置されてよく、第2インク層852は、2回目の塗布により配置されてよい。例えば、インク層85を構成する各層のインクの色が互いに異なることで、複数の層により構成されているかを判定できる。インクは、紫外線を遮蔽する材料を含んでよい。紫外線を遮蔽する材料は、例えば、紫外線散乱剤(例えば、酸化チタンや酸化亜鉛など)、紫外線吸収剤(例えば・酸エチルヘキシル・t‐ブチルメトキシベンゾイルメタン・オキシベンゾン‐3・テレフタリリデンジカンフルスルホン酸など)などである。
次に、紫外線の遮蔽率の測定結果、及び遮熱性の測定結果について説明する。
(5.1)紫外線遮蔽率
以下に示す実施例1から実施例11、及び比較例1に係る吸収性物品を用いて、紫外線の遮蔽率を上述した測定方法によって測定した。紫外線の遮蔽率の測定対象は、保護層80単体と、吸収性物品1とのそれぞれで測定した。
次に、遮熱の測定について図8を用いて説明する。図8は、遮熱の測定を説明するための図である。
実施例7及び比較例2に係る吸収性物品を用いて、紫外線の遮蔽率の測定を行った。比較例2は、保護層80が設けられていない通常の吸収性物品である。図8Aに示すように、試料台200に設置された一方の試験片保持枠210に、測定試料SPを載せる。他方の試験片保持枠210には、何も載せない。試験片保持枠210の高さhは、約5mmである。測定試料SPの上方からレフランプ220で照らして、測定試料SPを熱した。測定試料SPの下に設置した熱源受光体230(具体的には、黒画用紙)の温度変化を、サーモカメラ240を用いて、時間経過と共に測定した。
以上、上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本発明は、特許請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。したがって、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。
Claims (18)
- 前後方向、前記前後方向に直交する幅方向、及び厚さ方向と、
着用者の胴回りを覆う胴回り域と、前記胴回り域よりも前記前後方向の内側に位置する股下域と、
少なくとも前記股下域に配置されており、かつ吸収体を有する吸収性本体と、
少なくとも前記胴回り域に配置される外装体と、を有する吸収性物品であって、
前記外装体は、前記吸収性本体と前記厚さ方向に重ならない非重複部を有し、
前記非重複部には、紫外線を遮蔽する保護領域が設けられている吸収性物品。 - 前記保護領域は、前記紫外線の遮蔽率が60%以上である領域を有する請求項1に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前後方向、及び前記前後方向に直交する幅方向と、厚さ方向と、
着用者の胴回りを覆う胴回り域と、前記胴回り域よりも前記前後方向の内側に位置する股下域と、
少なくとも前記股下域に配置されており、かつ吸収体を有する吸収性本体と、
少なくとも前記胴回り域に配置される外装体と、を有する吸収性物品であって、
前記外装体は、前記吸収性本体と前記厚さ方向に重ならない非重複部を有し、
前記非重複部には、遮熱性を有する保護領域が設けられている吸収性物品。 - 前記外装体は、
着用者の肌に当接する当接面を有する内側シートと、
前記胴回り域において最も非肌面側に配置されている外側シートと、
前記保護領域を構成する保護層と、を有し、
前記非重複部には、前記保護層、前記外側シート、及び前記内側シートが前記厚さ方向に積層された3層のみのシート層が存在する領域が設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記外装体は、
着用者の肌に当接する当接面を有する内側シートと、
前記胴回り域において最も非肌面側に配置されている外側シートと、
前記保護領域を構成する保護層と、を有し、
前記保護層は、前記内側シートと前記外側シートとの間に配置されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記外装体は、前記保護領域を構成する保護層を有し、
前記保護層は、フィルムにより構成されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記フィルムは、前記外装体の前記前後方向の外端縁を折り目として折り返されており、
前記フィルムどうしが前記厚さ方向に重なる領域を有する請求項6に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記フィルムは、前記外装体の前記前後方向の外端縁を折り目として折り返されていない請求項6に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記外装体は、伸縮性を有する弾性部材を有し、
前記フィルムは、デザインが施されているデザイン領域を有し、
前記フィルムは、前記弾性部材よりも非肌面側に配置されている請求項6又は8に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記フィルムには、インクが配置されており、
前記インクの網点面積率は、60%以上である請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記外装体は、前記保護領域を構成する保護層を有し、
前記保護層は、前記外装体に配置されたインクにより構成されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記外装体は、
着用者の肌に当接する当接面を有する内側シートと、
前記外装体において最も非肌面側に配置されている外側シートと、を有し、
前記内側シートに配置されている前記インクにより前記保護層が構成されている請求項11に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記吸収性物品の平面視において、前記非重複部において、前記外装体の一方の外側部から前記外装体の他方の外側部まで前記インクが全面的に配置されている請求項12に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記外装体は、
デザインが施された第1シートと、
前記第1シートよりも肌面側に配置されており、かつ前記インクが配置されている第2シートと、を有する請求項12又は13に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記保護領域は、前記インクとして第1インクが配置された第1インク層と、前記インクとして第2インクが配置された第2インク層とが前記厚さ方向に重なっている領域を有する請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記インクは、紫外線を遮蔽する材料を含む請求項10から15のいずれか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の複数の吸収性物品と、前記複数の吸収性物品を収容するパッケージと、を含む吸収性物品の収容体であって、
前記パッケージには、前記吸収性物品が紫外線を遮蔽する機能を有することを表す表示部が設けられている吸収性物品の収容体。 - 請求項3に記載の複数の吸収性物品と、前記複数の吸収性物品を収容するパッケージと、を含む吸収性物品の収容体であって、
