一种吸顶灯包括:安装座(10);电源模块(20),安装于所述安装座(10)上;底盘(30),所述底盘(30)中央设有向所述安装座(10)相反方向凸起的凸环(31),所述电源模块(20)收容于所述凸环(31)内,所述凸环(31)周围设有向所述安装座(10)方向凹陷的第一凹槽(32);控制电路板(40),安装于所述底盘(30)上,位于所述第一凹槽(32)内;LED基板(50),贴装有多色LED灯珠(51);灯罩(60),通过卡脚扣件(70)可拆卸地安装于所述底盘(30)上。通过使用多色LED灯珠(51)实现霓虹灯效果;灯具的电源模块(20)、LED基板(50)及控制电路板(40)不在同一平面,使得LED基板(50)设置空间大大释放,灯珠(51)任意摆放,同时LED灯珠(51)远离了发热源,提高了灯具的可靠性和使用寿命。

一种吸顶灯
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及 LED灯具领域, 特别是涉及一种吸顶灯。
背景技术
[0002] 在生活中, 娱乐场所 (如 KTV) 中一般使用霓虹灯光来提升娱乐气氛, 而相对 家用照明灯具来说, 一般使用白色光源, 相对娱乐场所的灯光缺少色彩, 无法 提供好的娱乐气氛。 所以一般聚会, 人们通常到外面的娱乐场所进行消费。 而 到专门的娱乐场所却有各种各样的问题, 如需要耗吋间排队, 消费高等问题。
[0003] 当然, 可以利用个不同发光颜色的灯具来实现霓虹灯的效果, 但这种方式成本 较高。 如目前的吸顶灯一般没有底盘或只设置平面底盘, 灯具的驱动电源与直 接安装在平面底盘上, 作为发热源的驱动电源与灯珠和灯罩的距离过于靠近, 使得灯珠的设置空间局限且过于靠近发热源, 导致灯具的可靠性不高, 寿命短 。 另外, 驱动电源平面底盘在安装或置换灯罩吋不方便, 而且会使得灯珠在照 射到安装结构吋, 会在灯罩上产生暗影。

[0004] 有鉴于此, 有必要提供一种可靠的、 能提供多色彩光线的吸顶灯, 以解决传统 的吸顶灯色彩单一、 设置空间局限且过于靠近发热源的问题。

[0011] 灯罩, 通过卡脚扣件可拆卸地安装于所述底盘上, 将所述 LED基板覆盖在内。

[0013] 进一步地, 所述底盘于边缘幵设有向所述安装座方向凹陷的第二凹槽, 所述灯 罩通过所述卡脚扣件可拆卸地卡接于所述第二凹槽, 所述卡脚扣件及所述灯罩 的边缘被收容于所述第二凹槽内。
[0014] 进一步地, 所述底盘的边缘设置有向所述灯罩方向延伸的卷边, 所述卷边用于 将所述灯罩的边缘。

[0017] 上述的吸顶灯通过在底盘设置凸环将电源模块收容在内, 设置凹槽将控制电路 板收容在内, 灯具的电源模块、 LED基板及控制电路板不在同一平面, 使得 LED 基板设置空间大大释放, 灯珠任意摆放, 同吋 LED灯珠与远离了发热源, 提高了 灯具的可靠性和使用寿命, 使用多色 LED灯珠实现霓虹灯效果。 另外, 灯罩通过 卡脚扣件可拆卸地安装与底盘上, 可方便拆装灯罩。

[0029] 另外, 本实用新型的底盘 30的外圈也有一个第二凹槽 33, 由于有了第二凹槽 33 , 装上卡脚扣件 70后, LED灯珠 51发光照到卡脚扣件 70上不会在灯罩 60上产生暗 影。

控制电路板, 安装于所述底盘上, 位于所述第一凹槽内, 所述控制电 路板上设置有用于接收遥控信号改变灯色的无线信号接收电路; LED基板, 固定于所述底盘上, 所述 LED基板贴装有多色 LED灯珠; 灯罩, 通过卡脚扣件可拆卸地安装于所述底盘上, 将所述 LED基板覆 盖在内。
如权利要求 1所述的吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述 LED基板将所述第一 凹槽覆盖。
如权利要求 1所述的吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述底盘于边缘幵设有向 所述安装座方向凹陷的第二凹槽, 所述灯罩通过所述卡脚扣件可拆卸 地卡接于所述第二凹槽, 所述卡脚扣件及所述灯罩的边缘被收容于所 述第二凹槽内。
如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述底盘的边缘设 置有向所述灯罩方向延伸的卷边, 所述卷边用于将所述灯罩的边缘。 如权利要求 1所述的吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯罩为 PC灯罩。 如权利要求 1所述的吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述 LED基板上设有信号 接收头, 所述控制电路板设有用于与所述信号接收头插接的输出信号 线。
