本发明属于制动机构技术领域,尤其涉及一种发热较小的制动装置。
背景技术
制动装置在诸多领域都有应用,最主要的是汽车以及电梯等领域,目前汽车制动中一般有两种,一种为鼓式刹车制动,另一种为盘式刹车制动,鼓式刹车制动缺点是在制动过程中发热较为严重,汽车在下长坡的时候需要长时间刹车制动,这样刹车片发热严重制动距离变长或刹车失灵常有发生;盘式刹车由于裸露在外,其散热效果会好于鼓式刹车制动,但是其结构过于复杂、成本较高,并且其在夏天的时候同样会受到刹车盘高温的较大影响,使其制动距离受影响。鼓式刹车和盘式刹车发热原因主要是摩擦点较大,为面与面的摩擦,导致刹车部分的大部分表面都在摩擦,从而导致产品温度上升。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制动装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种制动装置,该装置包括活动件,活动件上具有制动部,还包括制止活动件活动的制动件,该制动件为转动件,该制动件制动时制动件转动,制动件的外壁与制动部抵触。
该制动件具有制动区域和自然区域,制动件在自然状态下自然区域与制动部之间具有间隙;制动件在制动状态下制动区域旋转至与制 动部抵触。
所述的自然区域外壁至制动件转动点距离小于制动区域外壁至制动件转动点距离,且距离差为逐渐增大,且制动件在制动时制动件的外壁与活动件的制动部之间的距离逐渐缩小。
还包括驱动制动件转动的驱动机构,该驱动机构包括与制动件同轴设置的被动齿轮以及驱动被动齿轮转动的驱动件,被动齿轮以及驱动件均安装在载体件上,驱动件与被动齿轮啮合。
所述的驱动件为齿条,还包括驱动驱动件运动的主动齿轮,主动齿轮与驱动件啮合,所述的主动齿轮安装在载体件上。
所述的制动件为两个,且两制动件的被动齿轮均与驱动件啮合,驱动件包括分别与两被动齿轮啮合的第一齿条部,两第一齿条部之间连接有横杆,驱动件还包括第二齿条部,第二齿条部与主动齿轮啮合,第二齿条部连接在横杆上。
所述的活动件为转动件,活动件应用于车轮时活动件随车轮转动。
所述的制动件为凸轮。
所述的制动件为圆形滚轮,并圆形滚轮偏心安装在载体件上。
还包括驱动驱动件复位的复位件,复位件一端连接在驱动件上,另一端连接在载体件上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用近似凸轮结构制动,在制动的时候刹车越刹越紧,减少制动距离,制动距离减少的同时制动件与制动部之间的摩擦也就会越少,不会产生长期持续的摩擦。进一步提高产 品的制动性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1和图2所示的一种制动装置,该装置包括活动件1,活动件1上具有制动部11,还包括制止活动件1活动的制动件2,该制动件2为转动件,所述的活动件1为转动件,活动件1应用于车轮时活动件1随车轮转动;该制动件2制动时制动件2转动,且制动件2的外壁与制动部11抵触制动。该制动件2具有制动区域21和自然区域22,自然区域22为制动件2不制动的情况下制动件2贴近制动部11的那片区域,制动区域21为踩下制动踏板制动件2外壁与制动部11产生接触后的那片区域,制动件2在自然状态下自然区域22与制动部11之间具有间隙,也就是制动件2在不制动的情况下制动件2与活动件1的制动部11之间不产生接触;制动件2在制动状态下制动区域21旋转至与制动部11抵触。制动踏板踩下后带动制动件2旋转,制动件2旋转一定角度后制动区域21与制动部11接触产生制动效果。
所述的自然区域22外壁至制动件2转动点距离小于制动区域21外壁至制动件2转动点距离,且距离差为逐渐增大,且制动件2在制 动时制动件2的外壁与活动件1的制动部11之间的距离逐渐缩小。该设计能够在制动件2与制动部11接触后抵触力越来越大,从而更容易制动,减少制动距离,而且在制动的时候也更加省力,我们目前市场上的刹车通常在刹车越紧的时候刹车所用的力就越大,而本发明中由于制动部11转动带动制动件2向制动方向的势能,该势能能够抵消一部分复位件7的复位力,从而使得用户刹车所需的力就越小。
还包括驱动制动件2转动的驱动机构,该驱动机构包括与制动件2同轴设置的被动齿轮3以及驱动被动齿轮3转动的驱动件4,被动齿轮3以及驱动件4均安装在载体件5上,驱动件4与被动齿轮3啮合。所述的驱动件4为齿条,还包括驱动驱动件4运动的主动齿轮6,主动齿轮6与驱动件4啮合,所述的主动齿轮6安装在载体件上。本发明采用齿条与齿轮的配合,使得驱动机构不会产生打滑现象,为制动装置的制动效果带来了保障。
所述的制动件2为两个,且两制动件2的被动齿轮3均与驱动件4啮合,驱动件4包括分别与两被动齿轮3啮合的第一齿条部41,两第一齿条部41之间连接有横杆43,驱动件4还包括第二齿条部42,第二齿条部42与主动齿轮6啮合,第二齿条部42连接在横杆43上。
作为另一实施方式,将所述的制动件2设计为凸轮,制动件2为凸轮时凸轮的凸出部分为制动区域21,在制动的时候制动区域21与制动部11接触。
作为另一实施方式,将所述的制动件2为圆形滚轮,并圆形滚轮偏心安装在载体件5上。制动件2为偏心安装的圆形滚轮的时候,制 动件2外壁至中心点较远的部分为制动区域21,在制动的时候制动区域21与制动部11接触。
还包括驱动驱动件4复位的复位件7,复位件7一端连接在驱动件4上,另一端连接在载体件5上。本实施例中复位件7为拉簧,也可以根据需要设计为扭簧,设计为扭簧的时候扭簧安装在主动齿轮6位置。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:还包括驱动制动件转动的驱动机构,该驱动机构包括与制动件同轴设置的被动齿轮以及驱动被动齿轮转动的驱动件,被动齿轮以及驱动件均安装在载体件上,驱动件与被动齿轮啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动件为齿条,还包括驱动驱动件运动的主动齿轮,主动齿轮与驱动件啮合,所述的主动齿轮安装在载体件上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:所述的制动件为两个,且两制动件的被动齿轮均与驱动件啮合,驱动件包括分别与两被动齿轮啮合的第一齿条部,两第一齿条部之间连接有横 杆,驱动件还包括第二齿条部,第二齿条部与主动齿轮啮合,第二齿条部连接在横杆上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:所述的活动件为转动件,活动件应用于车轮时活动件随车轮转动。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:所述的制动件为凸轮。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:所述的制动件为圆形滚轮,并圆形滚轮偏心安装在载体件上。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种制动装置,其特征在于:还包括驱动驱动件复位的复位件,复位件一端连接在驱动件上,另一端连接在载体件上。
