Description

一种超薄发声震动驱动器、其U铁固定部件及线圈部件 技术领域
本发明涉及平面音响,尤其涉及用于构造平面音响的超薄发声震动驱动器,还涉及用于构造该超薄发声震动驱动器的U铁固定部件及线圈部件。
背景技术
如图1所示,平面音响由发声板3及贴在该发声板3上的发声震动驱动器4(也称为电磁发声激励器)组成。其工作原理是发声震动驱动器4发生音频震动,带动发声板3产生音频震动,从而发出声音。
如图2所示,现有的用于构造平面音响的发声震动驱动器4包括:磁路11、线圈22和弹拨12,其中,磁路11具有相平行的下端部(第一端部)和上端部(第二端部),下端部具有以该端部的中心为圆心的圆环形的狭缝;线圈22通过线圈支架21支撑在所述狭缝内;弹拨12设置在磁路11的下端部,或者说,弹拨12位于磁路11和发声板之间的间隙h中,弹拨12分别与所述线圈支架21和所述磁路11相联结、用于将所述线圈22与所述狭缝对正,以便所述线圈22能够沿其轴线在所述狭缝中震动。上述发声震动驱动器4由于结构的原因,不能做的很薄,难以满足超薄型平面音响的需要。
此外,发声震动驱动器的线圈支架21都是普通的铝箔管,不能很安全地固定在发声板3上。而且,当线圈支架21的高度在2mm以下时很难在其上绕线形成线圈。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是使发声震动驱动器更薄。
本发明的第二目的是降低线圈及其支架的制备难度、降低超薄发 声震动驱动器与发声板的组合难度。
为达上述第一目的,本发明提供了一种用于构造平面音响的超薄发声震动驱动器,该超薄发声震动驱动器包括:
磁路,其具有相平行的第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部具有以该端部的中心为圆心的圆环形的狭缝;
线圈,其通过线圈支架支撑在所述狭缝内;以及
弹拨,其分别与所述线圈支架和所述磁路相联结、用于将所述线圈与所述狭缝对正,以便所述线圈能够沿其轴线在所述狭缝中震动;
其中:所述弹拨设置在磁路的所述第二端部。
由于将弹拨设置在磁路的所述第二端部,弹拨不再占据发声板和磁路之间的间隙,因而线圈支架的高度得以减小,相应的,发声震动驱动器的厚度就得以减小了。
为达上述第二目的,本发明进一步对线圈支架的结构做了改进,所述线圈支架包括:
筒形部,其具有用于安装所述线圈的第三端部、以及用于粘结发声板的第四端部;以及
从所述第四端部向第四端部的中心延伸形成的折板部,所述折板部用于增强所述线圈支架的刚性、并增强所述线圈支架与所述发声板的粘结牢固度。
通过增加上述折板部,一方面,增加了线圈支架的刚性,从而使得在线圈支架上绕线变得容易,可以实现量产,另一方面,大大增大了线圈支架与发声板的结合面积,因而能够更加容易地将线圈支架牢固地粘结在发声板上。
所述线圈支架的高度小于3mm,优选2mm左右。
本发明还提供了一种U铁固定部件,用于构造超薄发声震动驱动 器,所述U铁固定部件包括:
磁路,其具有相平行的第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部具有以该端部的中心为圆心的圆环形的狭缝;
弹拨,其设置在磁路的所述第二端部;以及
高度定位圈,其环设在所述磁路的外周,一端与所述弹拨固定、且另一端从磁路的所述第一端部所在的平面突出。
本发明还提供了一种线圈部件,用于构造超薄发声震动驱动器,所述线圈部件包括:
线圈支架,其具有筒形部,所述筒形部具有用于安装线圈的第三端部、以及用于粘结发声板的第四端部,所述第四端部具有向第四端部的中心延伸形成的折板部;
线圈,其固定于线圈支架的所述筒形部;
线圈固定膜,其环设在所述线圈支架的外周、且和线圈支架的所述折板部位于同一平面;以及
U铁固定部件定位圈,其环设在所述线圈支架的外周,一端与所述线圈固定膜固定。
上述线圈部件和U铁固定部件为两个组件,可以方便地与发声板结合构造平面音响,具体如下:首先,将线圈部件贴在发声板上,然后将U铁固定部件涂胶放入线圈部件里即可。通过在U铁固定部件设置高度定位圈,在线圈部件设置U铁固定部件定位圈,一方面可以保证磁路与发声板之间的间隙,另一方面可以在安装时保证与线圈部件同一圆心。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
该发声震动驱动器的厚度更薄。现有发声震动驱动器的一般在10mm-15mm,而采用本发明结构后,可以将厚度降至原有厚度的1/2- 2/3。
加工难度低,可以量产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
第一实施例:超薄发声震动驱动器。
请参照图3至图4,本用于构造平面音响的超薄发声震动驱动器4包括:磁路11,线圈22,弹拨12。
磁路11具有相平行的第一端部112和第二端部111,所述第一端部112具有以该端部的中心为圆心的圆环形的狭缝113。
线圈22通过线圈支架21支撑在所述狭缝113内。
弹拨12整体呈环形结构,弹拨12设置在磁路11的所述第二端部111,弹拨12一方面与磁路11联结,弹拨12另一方面通过高度定位圈13与线圈支架21联结,将所述线圈22与所述狭缝113对正,以便所述线圈22能够沿其轴线在所述狭缝113中震动,不会与狭缝113的壁部发生干涉。
可以看出,本发明创造将弹拨12设置在磁路11的所述第二端部111,弹拨12不再占据发声板和磁路11之间的间隙,这样,线圈支架21的高度得以减小,从而使得发声震动驱动器4的厚度得以减小。可以将发声震动驱动器的厚度降至原有厚度的1/2-2/3。
线圈支架21的高度小于3mm,优选2mm左右。
当线圈支架21的高度在2mm以下时很难在其上绕线形成线圈,量产更加困难。并且现有线圈支架都是普通的铝箔管,不能很安全地固定在发声板上。鉴于此,进一步对线圈支架21的结构做了改进,具体结构如图5。
请参照图5,线圈支架21包括筒形部212,筒形部212具有用于安装所述线圈的第三端部214、以及用于粘结发声板的第四端部211。线圈支架21还包括从所述第四端部211向第四端部211的中心延伸形成的折板部213。
可以看出,改进之处是在原有筒形支架的基础上,增加了上述折板部213。通过增加上述折板部213,一方面,增加了线圈支架21的刚性,从而使得在线圈支架21上绕线变得容易,可以实现量产,另一方面,大大增大了线圈支架21与发声板的结合面积,因而能够更加容易地将线圈支架21牢固地粘结在发声板上。
图6中示出了弹拨12的结构。如图6所示,该弹拨12整体呈片 状,该弹拨12包括外板部121、内板部122、以及间隔地设置在所述外板部121和所述内板部122之间的多个桥接部123。应当指出,弹拨也可以采用现有的弹拨。
第二实施例:一种U铁固定部件,用于构造超薄发声震动驱动器。
请参照图7,本U铁固定部件1包括:磁路11,弹拨12,高度定位圈13。
其中,磁路11具有相平行的第一端部112和第二端部111,所述第一端部112具有以该端部的中心为圆心的圆环形的狭缝113。
弹拨12设置在磁路11的所述第二端部111。
高度定位圈13环设在所述磁路11的外周,一端与所述弹拨12固定、且另一端从磁路11的所述第一端部112所在的平面突出。
第三实施例:一种线圈部件,用于构造超薄发声震动驱动器。
请参照图8,本线圈部件2包括:线圈支架21,线圈22,线圈固定膜23,U铁固定部件定位圈24。
其中,线圈支架21具有筒形部212,所述筒形部212具有用于安装线圈22的第三端部214、以及用于粘结发声板的第四端部211,所述第四端部211具有向第四端部211的中心延伸形成的折板部213。
线圈22固定于线圈支架21的所述筒形部212。
线圈固定膜23环设在所述线圈支架21的外周、且和线圈支架21的所述折板部213位于同一平面。
U铁固定部件定位圈24环设在所述线圈支架21的外周,一端与所述线圈固定膜23固定。
上述第二实施例的U铁固定部件1和第三实施例的线圈部件2组合后,即构成一个超薄发声震动驱动器。将它们与发声板组合即构成平面音响。具体组合过程为:如图9所示,首先,将线圈部件2粘贴 在发声板3上,然后,将U铁固定部件1涂胶放入线圈部件2里即可,如图10所示。可以看到,组合过程简单方便。其中,高度定位圈13可以保证磁路与发声板之间的间隙,高度定位圈13和U铁固定部件定位圈24相配合,可以在安装时保证U铁固定部件1与线圈部件2同一圆心。

    线圈(22),其通过线圈支架(21)支撑在所述狭缝(113)内;以及
    弹拨(12),其分别与所述线圈支架(21)和所述磁路(11)相联结、用于将所述线圈(22)与所述狭缝(113)对正,以便所述线圈(22)能够沿其轴线在所述狭缝(113)中震动;
    其特征在于:所述弹拨(12)设置在磁路(11)的所述第二端部(111)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于构造平面音响的超薄发声震动驱动器,其特征在于,所述线圈支架(21)包括:
    筒形部(212),其具有用于安装所述线圈(22)的第三端部(214)、以及用于粘结发声板(3)的第四端部(211);以及

  4. 一种U铁固定部件,用于构造超薄发声震动驱动器,其特征在于,所述U铁固定部件(1)包括:
    磁路(11),其具有相平行的第一端部(112)和第二端部(111),所述第一端部(112)具有以该端部的中心为圆心的圆环形的狭缝(113);
    弹拨(12),其设置在磁路(11)的所述第二端部(111);以及
    高度定位圈(13),其环设在所述磁路(11)的外周,一端与所述弹拨(12)固定、且另一端从磁路(11)的所述第一端部(112)所在的平面突出。
  5. 一种线圈部件,用于构造超薄发声震动驱动器,其特征在于,所述线圈部件(2)包括:
    线圈支架(21),其具有筒形部(212),所述筒形部(212)具有用于安装线圈(22)的第三端部(214)、以及用于粘结发声板(3)的第四端部(211),所述第四端部(211)具有向第四端部(211)的中心延伸形成的折板部(213);
    线圈(22),其固定于线圈支架(21)的所述筒形部(212);
    线圈固定膜(23),其环设在所述线圈支架(21)的外周、且和线圈支架(21)的所述折板部(213)位于同一平面;以及
    U铁固定部件定位圈(24),其环设在所述线圈支架(21)的外周,一端与所述线圈固定膜(23)固定。
