本实施例的辅助振膜22包括由内向外依次设置的第一水平部221、第一折环部222和第一固定部223,其中,第一水平部221固定在第一音圈23和第二音圈24之间,第一固定部223固定在外壳10上,以将辅助振膜22的两侧固定,利于第一折环部222振动。与单音圈结构的扬声器100相比,本实施例扬声器100由于辅助振膜22的安装位置升高,对第一折环部222的振动空间限制较小,即,第一折环部222具有足够的振动空间,可增大第一折环部222的高度,利于提高扬声器100的声学性能。
本实施例的主振膜21包括由内向外依次设置的中央部211、第二折环部212和第二固定部213,第二固定部213固定在外壳10上,第一音圈23朝向主振膜21的一端贴设于中央部211,第一音圈23朝向辅助振膜22的一端贴设于第一水平部221,第二音圈24朝向辅助振膜22的一端贴设于第一水平部221。
具体地,主振膜21的中央部211盖设在第一音圈23的上端,第一音圈23的下端贴在辅助振膜22的第一水平部221的上表面,第二音圈24的上端贴在辅助振膜22的下表面,以使音圈组驱动振膜组振动,即,第一音圈23和第二音圈24共同驱动主振膜21和辅助模组同时振动,结构设计合理。
本实施例中,第一折环部222的沿背离第一音圈23的方向凸出,第二折环部212沿背离或朝向第一音圈23的方向凸出,即,第一折环部222的弧形凸起侧朝上设置,第二折环部212的弧形凸起侧朝下设置或朝上设置。第一折环部222和第二折环部212可形成对称的支撑,在音圈组振动时可以提供对称的恢复力,降低了产品的失真,提高可靠性。
本实施例中,振动***20还包括定心支片25,定心支片25设置于第一音圈23和辅助振膜22之间,定心支片25包括基体251和设置于基体251上的导电电路(图未示),导电电路的一端与第一音圈23及第二音圈24电连接,导电电路的另一端与外部电路电连接,具体地,导电电路的另一端可以与终端,比如手机电连接,使第一音圈23和第二音圈24通电。定心支片25的设置,起到定位作用,可确保第一音圈23和第二音圈24沿轴向做往复运动,抑制第一音圈23和第二音圈24发生偏振问题。另外,定心支片25设置于第 一音圈23和辅助振膜22之间,可在抑制偏振问题的同时,保证辅助振膜22的振动空间,满足辅助振膜22大振幅振动要求。
本实施例中,第一音圈23和第二音圈24通过导电电路串联连接,利于第一音圈23和第二音圈24同步上下运动,保证主振膜21和辅助振膜22振动的同步性。
具体地,本实施例的基体251包括支片水平部2511、支片固定部2513以及连接支片水平部2511和支片固定部2513的连接部2512,支片固定部2513固定在外壳10上,支片水平部2511固定在第一音圈23和辅助振膜22之间,以将定心支片25的两侧固定,定心支片25具有弹性,能随着音圈组和振膜组轴向往复运动而运动,结构设计合理,简单方便。
本实施例中,辅助振膜22的数量和定心支片25的数量均为两个,两个辅助振膜22和两个定心支片25一一对应布置。两个辅助振膜22左右对称布置,两个辅助振膜22同步振动,保持扬声器100发声的平衡性,两个定心支片25也左右对称布置,且两个定性支片与两个辅助振膜22一一对应布置,进一步抑制第一音圈23和第二音圈24的偏振问题。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,各定心支片25的导电电路包括两个焊盘,其中一个定心支片25的两个焊盘分别为第一焊盘252、第二焊盘253,另一个定心支片25的两个焊盘分别为第三焊盘254和第四焊盘255,其中,第一焊盘252和第二焊盘253导通,第三焊盘254和第四焊盘255不导通。为了实现第一音圈23和第二音圈24串联连接,第一音圈23和第二音圈24的电流一致,在一实施例中,使得第三焊盘254与第一音圈23的始线导通,第一焊盘252与第一音圈23的末线导通,第二焊盘253与第二音圈24的始线导通,第四焊盘255与第二音圈24的末线导通;在另一实施例中,使得第三焊盘254与第二音圈24的始线导通,第一焊盘252与与第二音圈24的末线导通,第二焊盘253与第一音圈23的始线导通,第四焊盘255与第一音圈23的末线导通;在又一实施例中,使得第三焊盘254与第一音圈23的始线导通,第二焊盘253与第一音圈23的末线导通,第一焊盘252与第二音圈24的始线导通,第四焊盘255与第一音圈23的末线导通;在其他实施例中,还可以采用其他连接方式,需保证第一音圈23和第二音圈24串联连接,第一音圈23和第二音圈24的电流一致即可。
本实施例的第一音圈23由第一音圈23线绕设而成;第二音圈24由第二音圈24线绕设而成,第一音圈23线的线径和第一音圈23线的线径不同,可实现第一音圈23和第二音圈24的高度、阻值以及重量的自由搭配,满足不同的使用要求。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,磁路***30包括与外壳10固定的盆架31、安装在盆架31上的中心磁铁32以及分布于中心磁铁32外侧的边磁铁33,中心磁铁32与变磁铁之间形成磁间隙,第一音圈23和第二音圈24均悬设于磁间隙内。磁路***30的磁间隙产生磁场,第一音圈23和第二音圈24在磁间隙内做往复切割磁力线运动,带动主振膜21和辅助振膜22振动,从而策动空气发声,完成电声之间的能量转换。为了修正中心磁铁32发出的磁力,本实施例磁路***30还包括设置在中心磁铁32上的中心华司34。
另外,由于辅助振膜22的第一折环部222具有足够的振动空间,不需在盆架31的上表面增加凹槽结构,即,盆架31上对应辅助振膜22的第一折环部222的位置不会被压薄,提升灵敏度,改善产品性能。
本实施例扬声器100的振动***20还包括补强部26,设置在第一音圈23的上端,调节扬声器100的声学性能。本实施例的扬声器100还包括前盖40,前盖40与外壳10配合形成保护框架,前盖40设置有供声音出射的出声孔401。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括外壳、收容于所述外壳内的振动***和磁路***,其特征在于,所述振动***包括振膜组和驱动所述振膜组振动的音圈组,所述振膜组包括主振膜和辅助振膜,所述音圈组包括第一音圈和第二音圈,所述第一音圈设置在所述主振膜和所述辅助振膜之间,所述第二音圈设置在所述辅助振膜背离所述主振膜的一侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜包括由内向外依次设置的第一水平部、第一折环部和第一固定部,所述第一水平部固定在第一音圈和第二音圈之间,所述第一固定部固定在所述外壳上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述主振膜包括由内向外依次设置的中央部、第二折环部和第二固定部,所述第二固定部固定在所述外壳上,所述第一音圈朝向所述主振膜的一端贴设于所述中央部,所述第一音圈朝向所述辅助振膜的一端贴设于所述第一水平部,所述第二音圈朝向所述辅助振膜的一端贴设于所述第一水平部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一折环部沿背离所述第一音圈的方向凸出,所述第二折环部沿背离或朝向所述第一音圈的方向凸出。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动***还包括定心支片,所述定心支片设置于所述第一音圈和所述辅助振膜之间,所述定心支片包括基体和设置于基体上的导电电路,所述导电电路的一端与所述第一音圈及所述第二音圈电连接,所述导电电路的另一端与外部电路电连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一音圈和第二音圈通过所述导电电路串联连接。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述基体包括支片水平部、支片固定部以及连接所述支片水平部和支片固定部的连接部,所述支片固定部固定在所述外壳上,所述支片水平部固定在所述第一音圈和所述辅助振膜之间。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜的数量和所述定心支片的数量均为两个,两个所述辅助振膜和两个所述定心支片一一对应布置。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一音圈由第一音圈线绕设而成;所述第二音圈由第二音圈线绕设而成,所述第一音圈线的线径和第一音圈线的线径不同。
  10. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路***包括与所述外壳固定的盆架、安装在盆架上的中心磁铁以及分布于中心磁铁外侧的边磁铁,所述中心磁铁与所述边磁铁之间形成磁间隙,所述第一音圈和所述第二音圈均悬设于所述磁间隙内。
