发声器件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于电子音箱产品的发声器件。
背景技术
发声器件又名扬声器或喇叭,运用于音箱中实现将音频信号转化为声音播放。
相关技术的发声器件包括用于振动发声的振动***以及驱动所述振动***振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路***,所述振动***包括振膜、插设于所述磁间隙并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及将所述音圈和所述振膜连接的骨架。
然而,相关技术的发声器件中,所述音圈与所述骨架的胶合面积较小,导致发声器件大功率振动发声下,其音圈和骨架易分离,可靠性不好。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。

所述骨架包括贴合于所述振膜靠近所述音圈一侧的骨架本体、由所述骨架本体远离所述振膜的一端向所述磁间隙弯折延伸且连接于所述音圈的骨架连接臂;
所述骨架连接臂包括由所述骨架本体远离所述振膜的一端向靠近所述磁路***凸出形成的凸起部、由所述凸起部远离所述骨架本体的一端沿所述音圈的外侧向靠近所述振膜弯折延伸的第一延伸部以及由所述第一延伸部远离所述凸起部的一端弯折延伸的第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部抵接固定于所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一侧,所述凸起部和所述第一延伸部同时抵接固定于所述音圈靠近所述骨架的一侧。
优选的,所述骨架本体呈环状,所述骨架连接臂包括多个且等相互对称设置于所述骨架本体的内侧。
优选的,所述音圈呈带圆角的跑道型结构,所述骨架连接臂包括四个且每一所述骨架连接臂连接于所述音圈的圆角处。
优选的,每一所述骨架连接臂的所述第二延伸部包括两个且关于所述第一延伸部呈对称设置。
优选的,所述第二延伸部沿所述振膜的振动方向向所述音圈的正投影完全落入所述音圈范围内。
优选的,所述骨架本体包括贯穿其上的多个通孔。
优选的,所述振膜包括呈环状的振动部、由所述振动部外周缘弯折延伸的外折环以及由所述振动部内周缘弯折延伸的内折环,所述内折环远离所述振动部的一侧固定于所述磁路***,所述骨架本体固定于所述振动部靠近所述音圈的一侧。
优选的,所述发声器件还包括用于支撑固定所述磁路***和所述振动***的盆架,所述外折环远离所述振动部的一侧固定于所述盆架。
优选的,所述磁路***包括固定于盆架的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢单元、间隔设置于所述主磁钢单元周侧并与所述主磁钢单元共同围成磁间隙的副磁钢单元以及盖设于所述主磁钢单元的磁碗,所述磁碗的周侧抵接固定于所述副磁钢单元,所述内折环远离所述振动部的一侧固定于所述磁碗。
优选的,所述发声器件还包括同时固定于所述骨架本体和所述盆架靠近所述磁路***一侧的辅助振膜组件。

请同时参阅图1-5,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件100,其包括盆架1、支撑固定于所述盆架1的振动***2和驱动所述振动***2振动发声且具有磁间隙30的磁路***3。需要说明的是,振动***2也可以固定于磁路***3,并不限于固定于盆架1。
所述振动***2用于振动发声,其包括振膜21、插设于所述磁间隙30的且呈带圆角的跑道型结构用以驱动所述振膜21振动发声的音圈22、骨架23以及辅助振膜组件24。
所述振膜21包括呈环状的振动部211、由所述振动部211外周缘弯折延伸的外折环212以及由所述振动部211内周缘弯折延伸的内折环213,所述内折环213远离所述振动部211的一侧固定于所述磁路***3,所述外折环212远离所述振动部211的一侧固定于所述盆架1。
所述骨架23一端与所述球振膜21连接,所述骨架23的另一端与所述音圈22连接。
具体的,所述骨架23包括贴合于所述振膜21靠近所述音圈22一侧的骨架本体231、由所述骨架本体231远离所述振膜21的一端向所述磁间隙30弯折延伸且连接于所述音圈22的骨架连接臂232,所述骨架本体231固定于所述振动部211靠近所述音圈22的一侧。
所述骨架连接臂232包括由所述骨架本体231远离所述振膜21的一端向靠近所述磁路***3凸出形成的凸起部2321、由所述凸起部2321远离所述骨架本体231的一端沿所述音圈22的外侧向靠近所述振膜21弯折延伸的第一延伸部2322以及由所述第一延伸部2322远离所述凸起部2321的一端弯折延伸的第二延伸部2323,所述第二延伸部2323抵接固定于所述音圈22靠近所述振膜21的一侧,所述凸起部2321和所述第一延伸部2322同时抵接固定于所述音圈22靠近所述骨架23的一侧;所述骨架本体231包括贯穿其上的多个通孔2310以平衡气压。
本实施例中,所述骨架连接臂232与所述音圈22胶合固定。所述骨架23增加了与所述音圈22连接的骨架连接臂232,进一步的,增加了凸起部2321,即增加了音圈22和骨架23的胶合区域,提升音圈22和骨架23结合力,增强骨架23和音圈22的粘接强度,可以改善发声器件100大功率振动发声下音圈22和骨架23分离的问题,可靠性更好。
具体的,所述骨架本体231呈环状,所述骨架连接臂232包括多个且等相互对称设置于所述骨架本体231的内侧。优选的,所述骨架连接臂232包括四个且每一所述骨架连接臂232连接于所述音圈22的圆角处;每一所述骨架连接臂232的所述第二延伸部2323包括两个且关于所述第一延伸部2322呈对称设置。
所述第二延伸部2323沿所述振膜21的振动方向向所述音圈22的正投影完全落入所述音圈22范围内,即在保证音圈22和骨架23的打胶区域情况下,减少骨架连接臂232的用料和体积,成本降低,空间利用率更好。
辅助振膜组件24同时固定于所述骨架本体231和所述盆架1靠近所述磁路***3一侧。
所述磁路***3包括固定于盆架1的磁轭31、固定于所述磁轭31的主磁钢单元32、间隔设置于所述主磁钢单元32周侧并与所述主磁钢单元32共同围成磁间隙30的副磁钢单元33以及盖设于所述主磁钢单元32的磁碗34,所述磁碗34的周侧抵接固定于所述副磁钢单元33,所述内折环213远离所述振动部211的一侧固定于所述磁碗34。,所述骨架连接臂232依次经磁碗34和副磁钢单元33的间隙延伸至磁间隙30与音圈22连接。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件中,所述骨架连接臂包括由所述骨架本体远离所述振膜的一端向靠近所述磁路***凸出形成的凸起部、由所述凸起部远离所述骨架本体的一端沿所述音圈的外侧向靠近所述振膜弯折延伸的第一延伸部以及由所述第一延伸部远离所述凸起部的一端弯折延伸的第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部抵接固定于所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一侧,所述凸起部和所述第一延伸部同时抵接固定于所述音圈靠近所述骨架的一侧;即增设凸起部,增加了音圈和骨架的胶合区域,提升音圈和骨架结合力,增强骨架和音圈的粘接强度,可以改善发声器件大功率振动发声下音圈骨架分离的问题,可靠性更好。

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括用于振动发声的振动***以及驱动所述振动***振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路***,所述振动***包括振膜、插设于所述磁间隙并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及将所述音圈和所述振膜连接的骨架,其特征在于,
    所述骨架包括贴合于所述振膜靠近所述音圈一侧的骨架本体、由所述骨架本体远离所述振膜的一端向所述磁间隙弯折延伸且连接于所述音圈的骨架连接臂;
    所述骨架连接臂包括由所述骨架本体远离所述振膜的一端向靠近所述磁路***凸出形成的凸起部、由所述凸起部远离所述骨架本体的一端沿所述音圈的外侧向靠近所述振膜弯折延伸的第一延伸部以及由所述第一延伸部远离所述凸起部的一端弯折延伸的第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部抵接固定于所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一侧,所述凸起部和所述第一延伸部同时抵接固定于所述音圈靠近所述骨架的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架本体呈环状,所述骨架连接臂包括多个且等相互对称设置于所述骨架本体的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音圈呈带圆角的跑道型结构,所述骨架连接臂包括四个且每一所述骨架连接臂连接于所述音圈的圆角处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,每一所述骨架连接臂的所述第二延伸部包括两个且关于所述第一延伸部呈对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二延伸部沿所述振膜的振动方向向所述音圈的正投影完全落入所述音圈范围内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架本体包括贯穿其上的多个通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜包括呈环状的振动部、由所述振动部外周缘弯折延伸的外折环以及由所述振动部内周缘弯折延伸的内折环,所述内折环远离所述振动部的一侧固定于所述磁路***,所述骨架本体固定于所述振动部靠近所述音圈的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括用于支撑固定所述磁路***和所述振动***的盆架,所述外折环远离所述振动部的一侧固定于所述盆架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路***包括固定于盆架的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢单元、间隔设置于所述主磁钢单元周侧并与所述主磁钢单元共同围成磁间隙的副磁钢单元以及盖设于所述主磁钢单元的磁碗,所述磁碗的周侧抵接固定于所述副磁钢单元,所述内折环远离所述振动部的一侧固定于所述磁碗。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括同时固定于所述骨架本体和所述盆架靠近所述磁路***一侧的辅助振膜组件。
