     上記水蒸気を発生して加熱庫内に供給する水蒸気発生部と、
     上記水蒸気調理に必要な水蒸気の供給量をユーザが指示する指示入力部と、
     上記指示入力部によって指示された水蒸気の供給量となるように、上記水蒸気発生部による水蒸気の供給量を制御する制御部と、

     上記水蒸気調理を開始する前に、上記水蒸気発生部による水蒸気の供給量を設定可能であることを特徴とする加熱調理器。
