背景技术
目前用户在申请办理贷款业务时,需要本人亲自前往银行网点进行办理,用户向银行业务员提交办理贷款业务所需的各种信息以及相应的证明材料的纸质件,包括用户的身份证、工作、职位、学历、婚姻状况、收入水平等,银行业务员收集齐所有必要材料后将用户的信息录入至银行***作为贷款业务对应的信息,然后银行***根据贷款业务对应的信息对贷款业务进行审批。这种贷款业务处理的流程有几下几个问题:(1)、在收集齐用户所有的相关材料后,银行业务员才进行信息录入,然后银行***才开始贷款业务的处理,由于办理贷款业务所需的信息及证明材料很多,材料收集的过程时间周期较长,效率较低,另外实际生活中会有很大一部分用户完全不具备贷款业务办理的硬性资质,将此类用户的所有信息都收集齐并录入银行***是完全没有必要的,业务处理的整体效率较低。(2)、银行目前通过纸质方式收集用户相关的材料,较为繁琐且容易造成资料丢失和泄露。(3)、用户需要亲自前往银行网点进行材料的提交和业务的办理,在实际生活中,由于银行网点的数量较少、工作时间较为固定且通常在工作时间段内、服务网点排队人数较多等 问题,导致用户在办理业务时花费的成本较大、体验较差。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种贷款业务处理方法、装置、计算机设备及可读存储介质,进而可以提高贷款业务处理的便捷度、处理效率和信息安全性。
本申请是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种贷款业务处理方法,该方法包括:
接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,用户身份信息是网点客户端采集的申请办理贷款业务的用户的身份信息,网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
根据用户身份信息检测用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
在检测到用户具有贷款办理资质时,向网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
接收网点客户端在接收到审核通过结果后录入的贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,经济状况信息用于反应申请办理贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
按照预设的评分方式根据经济状况信息对用户进行贷款评分得到用户对应的贷款评分结果;
根据贷款评分结果发放贷款。
为了实现上述目的,本申请还提供了一种贷款业务处理装置,该装置包括:
第一信息接收模块,用于接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,用户身份信息是网点客户端采集的申请办理贷款业务的用户的身份信息,网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
资质检测模块,用于根据用户身份信息检测用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
结果反馈模块,用于在检测到用户具有贷款办理资质时,向网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
第二信息接收模块,用于接收网点客户端在接收到审核通过结果后录入 的贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,经济状况信息用于反应申请办理贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
贷款评分模块,用于按照预设的评分方式根据经济状况信息对用户进行贷款评分得到用户对应的贷款评分结果;
贷款发放模块,用于根据贷款评分结果发放贷款。
为了实现上述目的,本申请还提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行计算机程序时实现贷款业务处理方法的以下步骤:
接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,用户身份信息是网点客户端采集的申请办理贷款业务的用户的身份信息,网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
根据用户身份信息检测用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
在检测到用户具有贷款办理资质时,向网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
接收网点客户端在接收到审核通过结果后录入的贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,经济状况信息用于反应申请办理贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
按照预设的评分方式根据经济状况信息对用户进行贷款评分得到用户对应的贷款评分结果;
根据贷款评分结果发放贷款。
为了实现上述目的,本申请还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质内存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被至少一个处理器执行时实现贷款业务处理方法的以下步骤:
接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,用户身份信息是网点客户端采集的申请办理贷款业务的用户的身份信息,网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
根据用户身份信息检测用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
在检测到用户具有贷款办理资质时,向网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
接收网点客户端在接收到审核通过结果后录入的贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,经济状况信息用于反应申请办理贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
按照预设的评分方式根据经济状况信息对用户进行贷款评分得到用户对应的贷款评分结果;
根据贷款评分结果发放贷款。
本申请的积极进步效果在于:
1、本申请优化了贷款业务办理时的流程,不需要将用户的所有信息都录入银行***后再进行审批,而是先录入用户身份信息进行贷款办理资质的审核,审核通过后再录入用户的经济状况信息进行贷款评分,贷款办理资质审核不通过时,不再需要录入经济状况信息,也不需要再执行后续的操作,避免了花费时间录入资质不符合的客户的情况,提高了贷款业务办理的效率。同时在银行***利用用户身份信息进行贷款办理资质的审核的过程中,可以同步收集经济状况信息,缩短了信息收集的时间周期,进一步提高了贷款业务办理的效率。
2、银行业务员使用便携式的网点终端登录网点客户端后,在网络可用条件下可以随时随地处理用户的贷款业务办理申请,不需要用户亲自前往银行网点办理,提高了贷款业务办理的便捷度。
3、在贷款办理资质审核以及贷款评分都完成后,可由银行业务员使用网点客户端上传贷款业务材料的图像副本,或者由用户自行使用用户客户端上传贷款业务材料的图像副本,可以随时随地随量上传图像副本,无需等待所有材料齐全后再提交,不受时间地点限制,避免了收集材料时间过程导致的泄露或遗失的风险。另外,用户自行上传的方式使得用户直面银行***,避免了中间环节造成的材料遗失和被盗用风险,安全性更高,另一方面也降低了银行的人力成本。

实施例一
请参阅图1,本实施例提供了一种贷款业务处理方法,该实施例通过银行***、网点客户端和用户客户端三者之间的交互过程对该方法进行介绍,包括如下步骤:
步骤110,网点客户端与银行***建立连接,网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端,银行业务员具有登录银行***提供的各个业务办理页面的权限,而普通用户不具有这一权限。当用户申请办理贷款业务时,银行业务员通过网点客户端登录银行***提供的贷款业务办理页面,网点客户端可以是银行提供的业务办理类应用程序或浏览器。
步骤120,网点客户端采集申请办理贷款业务的用户的用户身份信息,网点客户端将用户身份信息录入至银行***中作为贷款业务对应的用户身份信息。
用户身份信息通常是申请办理贷款业务的用户的有效身份证件上所记载的信息,有效身份证件包括但不限于居民身份证、护照、军官证、外国人居 留证等,用户身份信息包括但不限于用户的姓名、性别、民族、生日、身份证号和地址等。
网点客户端采集用户身份信息的方法主要有以下三种:(1)、银行业务员在网点客户端中输入用户的有效身份证件上记载的文字形式的用户身份信息,则网点客户端采集到文字形式的用户身份信息。(2)、网点客户端安装在网点终端上,网点终端通常是平板电脑之类的便携式设备,方便银行业务员携带上门为用户处理,网点终端具有拍照功能,网点终端拍摄用户的有效身份证件的图片,使得网点客户端采集到图片形式的用户身份信息,由银行***对图片进行图像识别获得用户身份信息。(3)、与情况(2)类似,网点终端拍摄用户的有效身份证件的图片,然后由网点终端对图片进行图像识别获得用户身份信息,使得网点客户端采集到文字形式的用户身份信息。本申请对具体使用的采集方法不做限定。
步骤130,银行***根据用户身份信息检测用户是否具有贷款办理资质,贷款办理资质的评估主要包括两部分:身份信息验证查询和信用评定。
在身份信息验证查询部分,银行***对用户身份信息的真实性进行验证查询,具体的,目前的银行***几乎都与公安部数据库联网,公安部数据库中记录有各个公民相关的实名信息,则银行***将用户身份信息发送给公安部数据库进行查验,公安部数据库会检验用户身份信息是否与记录的信息相符,若相符则表示用户身份信息真实,否则表示用户身份信息虚假,公安部数据库会将查询结果反馈给银行***,银行***根据公安部数据库返回的结果即能确定用户身份信息的真实性。
执行身份信息验证查询部分后,银行***若确定用户身份信息真实,则银行***继续对用户进行信用评定;银行***若确定用户身份信息虚假,则银行***直接确定用户不具有贷款办理资质,不需要继续执行信用评定部分的操作。
信用评定部分的具体过程如下:
(1)、目前的银行***大都与征信平台联网,银行***可以利用征信平台获取用户的信用报告,则银行***向征信平台发送用户身份信息,征信平台可以是中国人民银行征信中心、国家企业信用信息公示***等。
(2)、征信平台接收到用户身份信息,根据用户身份信息查询并生成用户的信用报告,信用报告中通常包括个人信息、信用交易信息以及其他信息,信用交易信息中通常包括信贷记录汇总、资产处置信息、***信息、贷款信息、担保信息以及公共记录等,其他信息主要包括个人公积金、养老金信息等。征信平台将生成的信用报告返回给银行***。
(3)、银行***接收征信平台返回的该用户的信用报告并按照预设策略根据信用报告对用户进行信用评定,预设策略可以由自定义。
比如,一种信用评定的预设策略为:银行***查询信用报告中是否包括信用不良记录,信用不良记录主要包括:***、住房贷款、汽车消费贷款和个人消费贷款等还款逾期记录、民事判决、强制执行、行政处罚等。当信用报告中不包括信用不良记录时,确定信用评定通过,当包括信用不良记录时,确定信用评定不通过;又或者,当信用不良记录的项数少于设定数量时,确定信用评定通过,否则不通过。
执行信用评定部分后,若银行***确定用户的信用评定通过,则银行***确定用户具有贷款办理资质;若银行***确定用户的信用评定不通过,则银行***确定用户不具有贷款办理资质。
步骤140,在检测到用户具有贷款办理资质时,银行***向网点客户端反馈审核通过结果,网点客户端接收到审核通过结果后继续执行下列步骤。在检测到用户不具有贷款办理资质时,银行***向网点客户端反馈审核驳回结果,网点客户端接收到审核驳回结果后,不需要再在银行***中录入该项贷款业务的相关信息,银行***可以进一步删除该项贷款业务已经录入的所有信息,也即银行***后续不需要再对该项贷款业务进行处理。
步骤150,网点客户端在接收到审核通过结果时,将采集到的用户的经济 状况信息录入至银行***中作为贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,经济状况信息用于反应申请办理该贷款业务的用户的经济状况,包括但不限于用户的单位性质、职位、工作年限、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入水平、住宅情况、负债情况以及名下不动产信息中的至少一种。网点客户端采集用户经济状况信息的方法可以参考步骤120中其采集用户身份信息的方法,本申请不再赘述。另外,网点客户端在用户提交贷款业务办理申请后,就可以开始采集经济状况信息了,在银行***对用户进行贷款办理资质检测的过程中,网点客户端也同步采集经济状况信息。
步骤160,银行***对经济状况信息的真伪进行验证查询,通常是利用与银行***联网的一些第三方***来验证的,比如通过“中国高等教育学生信息咨询***”验证文化程度的真实性,再比如通过“房产管理局***”验证房产信息的真实性,本申请不一一举例说明。当银行***验证确定经济状况信息中存在虚假信息时,返回结果给网点客户端提示进行修改。
当银行***验证确定经济状况信息中的各项信息均属实时,银行***按照预设的评分方式根据经济状况信息对用户进行贷款评分得到用户对应的贷款评分结果,预设的评分方式可以由银行***自定义。比如,一种评分方式为:先为经济状况信息中的各项信息分配不同的最高分值,再为每一项信息对应的各种选项分配不同的分值。一种例子为:贷款评分总分为100分,设定经济状况信息中的文化程度占10分、单位性质占15分、工作年限占15分、收入水平占20分、住宅情况占20分、存款及投资占20分。其中,比如对于文化程度来说,又进一步设定:研究生及以上对应10分,本科对应7分,大专对应5分,高中/中专对应3分,其他对应1分。再比如对应存款及投资来说,进一步设定:30万以上对应20分,10~30万对应12分,10万左右对应8分,5万~10万对应3分,5万以下对应0分。则定义完成后,即可确定用户的经济状况信息中每一项信息的分值,相加得到的总分值即为该用户的贷款评分结果。
步骤170,用户的贷款评分结果分值越高,表示用户的经济状况越优良,用户的还款能力越优,因此不同的贷款评分结果对应不同的贷款额度,贷款评分结果与贷款额度的对应关系可以自定义,比如可以定义为:贷款评分结果在71~80分范围内对应贷款额度为30w,贷款评分结果在61~70分范围内对应贷款额度为20w等等。银行***根据用户的贷款评分结果来发放贷款,比如用户的贷款评分结果为65分时,银行***可以确定为用户发放20w贷款;或者在实际情况中,用户在申请办理贷款业务时,通常会申请贷款数额,比如用户申请贷款15w,则银行***则检测到用户的贷款评分结果对应的贷款数额超过用户申请的贷款数额时,向用户发放其申请的贷款数额,若用户的贷款评分结果对应的贷款数额未达到用户申请的贷款数额,则银行***可以向用户发放最高的贷款数额或者提示用户补充经济状况信息重新进行贷款评分。比如用户的贷款评分结果为65分时,银行***可以确定对应的贷款数额为20w,在用户申请的贷款数额为15w的情况下,银行***可以向用户发放15w贷款。
步骤180,贷款办理资质审核以及贷款评分都完成后,需要将该项贷款业务有关的所有贷款业务材料的图像副本通过银行***提供的材料上传页面录入到银行***中与贷款业务对应存储,作为材料备份和证明,贷款业务材料包括用户的有效身份证件以及经济状况信息中的信息的证明材料。银行业务员和普通用户都具有银行***提供的登录材料上传页面的权限,图像副本的录入方法包括以下两种情况:
第一种情况,图像副本由银行业务员录入。在这种情况中,银行业务员通过网点客户端登录银行***提供的材料上传页面,则银行***向网点客户端提供材料上传页面,网点客户端获取贷款业务材料的图像副本,并通过材料上传页面将图像副本录入至银行***中作为该项贷款业务对应的图像副本。网点客户端是通过其所在的网点终端来获取图像副本的,网点终端可以通过拍摄或扫描的方式得到贷款业务材料的图像副本。
第二种情况,图像副本由申请贷款业务的用户自行录入。在这种情况中,网点客户端向用户客户端提供标识码,用户客户端是用户登录使用的客户端,用户客户端安装在用户终端上,用户终端是用户使用的智能手机或平板电脑之类的设备。网点客户端向用户客户端提供的标识码中包括银行***提供的材料上传页面的页面地址,该标识码可以采用二维码或条形码形式,另外为了保证安全性,该标识码具有一定的有效时长,其生成的时长达到预设时长时失效,预设时长可以自定义设置。用户客户端获取贷款业务材料的图像副本,与第一种情况类似,用户客户端也是通过其所在的用户终端来获取图像副本的,用户客户端识别标识码或者借助用户终端内置的摄像头模组扫描二维码,在用户客户端识别网点客户端提供的标识码时,银行***向用户客户端提供材料上传页面使得用户客户端跳转至材料上传页面,然后用户客户端将图像副本录入至银行***中作为贷款业务对应的图像副本。
无论是由银行业务员上传图像副本还是由用户自行上传图像副本,都可以一次性上传所有的图像副本或者分批次上传,在获取到部分材料的图像副本时可以先行上传,无需等待材料齐全,随时随地随量上传,且可以一部分由银行业务员上传,一部分用户自行上传,灵活性较高,
实施例二
本实施例的一种贷款业务处理方法,该实施例通过银行***的执行过程对该方法进行介绍,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,用户身份信息是网点客户端采集的申请办理贷款业务的用户的身份信息,网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端。
步骤2,根据用户身份信息检测用户是否具有贷款办理资质。
步骤3,在检测到用户具有贷款办理资质时,向网点客户端反馈审核通过结果。
步骤4,在检测到用户不具有贷款办理资质时,向网点客户端反馈审核驳回结果,并删除贷款业务对应的信息。

请参考图2,示出了一种贷款业务处理装置,在本实施例,贷款业务处理装置200可以包括或被分割成一个或多个程序模块,该一个或多个程序模块被存储在存储介质中,并由一个或多个处理器所执行,已完成实施例二公开的银行***所执行的贷款业务处理方法。本申请所称的程序模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序本身更适合于描述贷款业务处理装置200在存储介质中的执行过程。以下描述将具体介绍本实施例各程 序模块的功能:

请参阅图4,本实施例提供了一种计算机设备,图4是该计算机设备一实施例的硬件架构示意图,该计算机设备实现成为本专利中的银行***。在本实施例中,计算机设备是一种能够按照事先设定或者存储的指令,自动进行信息处理的设备。该计算机设备可以由机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器(包括独立的服务器,或者多个服务器所组成的服务器集群)等实现。如图所示,所述计算机设备400至少包括,但不限于,可通过***总线相互通信连接的存储器410、处理器420以及网络接口430。其中:

本实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有实施例三提供的贷款业务处理装置200的程序代码,该贷款业务处理装置200被一个或多个处理器执行时实现上述实施例二提供的贷款业务处理方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种贷款业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,所述用户身份信息是所述网点客户端采集的申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的身份信息,所述网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
    根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
    在检测到所述用户具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
    接收所述网点客户端在接收到所述审核通过结果后录入的所述贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,所述经济状况信息用于反应申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
    按照预设的评分方式根据所述经济状况信息对所述用户进行贷款评分得到所述用户对应的贷款评分结果;
    根据所述贷款评分结果发放贷款。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述网点客户端提供材料上传页面,并接收所述网点客户端在所述材料上传页面录入的所述贷款业务对应的图像副本,所述图像副本是所述网点客户端获取的所述贷款业务的贷款业务材料的图像副本;
    或者,在用户客户端识别所述网点客户端提供的标识码时,向所述用户客户端提供材料上传页面,并接收所述用户客户端在所述材料上传页面录入的所述贷款业务对应的图像副本,所述标识码中包括所述材料上传页面的页面地址,所述图像副本是所述用户客户端获取的所述贷款业务的贷款业务材料的图像副本,所述用户客户端是所述用户登录使用的客户端;
    其中,所述贷款业务材料包括所述用户的有效身份证件以及所述经济状况信息中的信息的证明材料。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网点客户端向所述用户客户端提供的标识码在生成的时长达到预设时长时失效。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质,包括:
    对所述用户身份信息的真实性进行验证查询;
    在确定所述用户身份信息真实时,向征信平台发送所述用户身份信息;在确定所述用户身份信息虚假时,确定所述用户不具有贷款办理资质;
    接收所述征信平台返回的所述用户的信用报告并按照预设策略根据所述信用报告对所述用户进行信用评定,所述信用报告是所述征信平台接收到所述用户身份信息后,根据所述用户身份信息查询并生成的报告;
    在确定信用评定通过时,确定所述用户具有贷款办理资质;在确定信用评定未通过时,确定所述用户不具有贷款办理资质。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述经济状况信息包括所述用户的单位性质、职位、工作年限、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入水平、住宅情况、负债情况以及名下不动产信息中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述用户不具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核驳回结果,并删除所述贷款业务对应的信息。
  7. 一种贷款业务处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一信息接收模块,用于接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,所述用户身份信息是所述网点客户端采集的申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的身份信息,所述网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
    资质检测模块,用于根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
    结果反馈模块,用于在检测到所述用户具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
    第二信息接收模块,用于接收所述网点客户端在接收到所述审核通过结果后录入的所述贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,所述经济状况信息用于反应申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
    贷款评分模块,用于按照预设的评分方式根据所述经济状况信息对所述用户进行贷款评分得到所述用户对应的贷款评分结果;
    贷款发放模块,用于根据所述贷款评分结果发放贷款。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    审核驳回模块,用于在检测到所述用户不具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核驳回结果,并删除所述贷款业务对应的信息。
  9. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,所述计算机设备包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现贷款业务处理方法的以下步骤:
    接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,所述用户身份信息是所述网点客户端采集的申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的身份信息,所述网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
    根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
    在检测到所述用户具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
    接收所述网点客户端在接收到所述审核通过结果后录入的所述贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,所述经济状况信息用于反应申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
    按照预设的评分方式根据所述经济状况信息对所述用户进行贷款评分得到所述用户对应的贷款评分结果;
    根据所述贷款评分结果发放贷款。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述网点客户端提供材料上传页面,并接收所述网点客户端在所述材 料上传页面录入的所述贷款业务对应的图像副本,所述图像副本是所述网点客户端获取的所述贷款业务的贷款业务材料的图像副本;
    或者,在用户客户端识别所述网点客户端提供的标识码时,向所述用户客户端提供材料上传页面,并接收所述用户客户端在所述材料上传页面录入的所述贷款业务对应的图像副本,所述标识码中包括所述材料上传页面的页面地址,所述图像副本是所述用户客户端获取的所述贷款业务的贷款业务材料的图像副本,所述用户客户端是所述用户登录使用的客户端;
    其中,所述贷款业务材料包括所述用户的有效身份证件以及所述经济状况信息中的信息的证明材料。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述网点客户端向所述用户客户端提供的标识码在生成的时长达到预设时长时失效。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11任一所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质,包括:
    对所述用户身份信息的真实性进行验证查询;
    在确定所述用户身份信息真实时,向征信平台发送所述用户身份信息;在确定所述用户身份信息虚假时,确定所述用户不具有贷款办理资质;
    接收所述征信平台返回的所述用户的信用报告并按照预设策略根据所述信用报告对所述用户进行信用评定,所述信用报告是所述征信平台接收到所述用户身份信息后,根据所述用户身份信息查询并生成的报告;
    在确定信用评定通过时,确定所述用户具有贷款办理资质;在确定信用评定未通过时,确定所述用户不具有贷款办理资质。
  13. 根据权利要求9至11任一所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述经济状况信息包括所述用户的单位性质、职位、工作年限、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入水平、住宅情况、负债情况以及名下不动产信息中的至少一种。
  14. 根据权利要求9至11任一所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述用户不具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核驳回结果,并删除所述贷款业务对应的信息。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被至少一个处理器执行时实现贷款业务处理方法的以下步骤:接收网点客户端录入的贷款业务对应的用户身份信息,所述用户身份信息是所述网点客户端采集的申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的身份信息,所述网点客户端是银行业务员登录使用的客户端;
    根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质;
    在检测到所述用户具有贷款办理资质时,向所述网点客户端反馈审核通过结果;
    接收所述网点客户端在接收到所述审核通过结果后录入的所述贷款业务对应的经济状况信息,所述经济状况信息用于反应申请办理所述贷款业务的用户的经济状况;
    按照预设的评分方式根据所述经济状况信息对所述用户进行贷款评分得到所述用户对应的贷款评分结果;
    根据所述贷款评分结果发放贷款。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述网点客户端提供材料上传页面,并接收所述网点客户端在所述材料上传页面录入的所述贷款业务对应的图像副本,所述图像副本是所述网点客户端获取的所述贷款业务的贷款业务材料的图像副本;
    或者,在用户客户端识别所述网点客户端提供的标识码时,向所述用户客户端提供材料上传页面,并接收所述用户客户端在所述材料上传页面录入的所述贷款业务对应的图像副本,所述标识码中包括所述材料上传页面的页面地址,所述图像副本是所述用户客户端获取的所述贷款业务的贷款业务材料的图像副本,所述用户客户端是所述用户登录使用的客户端;
    其中,所述贷款业务材料包括所述用户的有效身份证件以及所述经济状况信息中的信息的证明材料。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述网点客户端向所述用户客户端提供的标识码在生成的时长达到预设时长时失效。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17任一所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户身份信息检测所述用户是否具有贷款办理资质,包括:
    对所述用户身份信息的真实性进行验证查询;
    在确定所述用户身份信息真实时,向征信平台发送所述用户身份信息;在确定所述用户身份信息虚假时,确定所述用户不具有贷款办理资质;
    接收所述征信平台返回的所述用户的信用报告并按照预设策略根据所述信用报告对所述用户进行信用评定,所述信用报告是所述征信平台接收到所述用户身份信息后,根据所述用户身份信息查询并生成的报告;
    在确定信用评定通过时,确定所述用户具有贷款办理资质;在确定信用评定未通过时,确定所述用户不具有贷款办理资质。

  20. 根据权利要求15至17任一所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
