Abstract

一种无人售货方法及装置。在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据生物特征判断是否打开入口门(S110);在判定打开入口门后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据行为信息判断是否发生异常(S120);在发生异常时,广播异常提示信息(S130);在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据图像信息及重量信息对待结算商品进行识别,以获得待结算商品的商品信息(S140);根据获得的商品信息生成购物清单,并将购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付(S150);在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开(S160)。由此,在无工作人员的情况下也可完成整个购物流程,降低了人力成本,提升了顾客的购物体验。

无人售货方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及智能控制技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种无人售货方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,超市、便利店等都是采用人工+***的方式,顾客需要在工作人员的服务下才能完成整个购物流程,这种方式存在人力资源成本高的不足。虽然现在也出现了自动售货机,实现了无人售货,但是这种方式售卖的货品比较单一,并且货品封闭在柜体内,顾客不能先对货品了解后再决定是否购买。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的上述不足,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种无人售货方法及装置,其能够实现无人售货,降低人力成本,并且顾客还可以接触货品,对货品了解后再决定是否购买,由此提升了顾客的购物体验。
本发明实施例提供一种无人售货方法,应用于无人售货***,所述方法包括:
在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门;
在判定打开入口门后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常;
在发生异常时,广播异常提示信息;
在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息;
根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付;
在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。
本发明实施例还提供一种无人售货装置,应用于无人售货***,所述装置包括:
门禁模块,用于在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门;
行为采集模块,用于在判定打开入口门后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并 根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常;
提示模块,用于在发生异常时,广播异常提示信息;
商品识别模块,用于在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息;
结算模块,用于根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付;
所述门禁模块,还用于在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。
相对于现有技术而言,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明实施例提供一种无人售货方法及装置。所述方法应用于无人售货***。在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,根据采集的顾客的生物特征判断是否打开入口门。在判定需要打开入口门后,将入口门打开以便顾客进入。在顾客进入购物空间后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常。若判定发生异常,则广播异常提示信息。在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息。根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付。在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。由此,通过识别顾客身份对入口门及出口门进行控制,便于顾客进入或离开购物空间。顾客可以在购物空间内对商品进行了解后再确定是否购买,并且在购物过程中,通过行为信息采集也可以及时发现异常行为。在顾客选定好商品后,在不需要用户使用任何智能设备的情况下完成支付,降低了人力成本,提升了顾客的购物体验。

请参照图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的无人售货方法的流程示意图。所述方法应用于无人售货***。下面对无人售货方法的具体流程进行详细阐述。
步骤S110,在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门。
请参照图2,图2是图1中步骤S110包括的子步骤的流程示意图。步骤S110可以包括子步骤S111、子步骤S112及子步骤S113。
子步骤S111,将获得的所述生物特征与所述数据库中的生物特征进行比对,以判断所述数据库是否包括获得的所述生物特征。
在本实施例中,由于所述数据库中的所述生物特征均为已注册顾客的生物特征,因此通过将获得的所述生物特征与所述数据库中包括的生物特征进行比对,即可判断该顾客是否为已注册用户。
在所述数据库包括所述生物特征时,执行子步骤S112。
子步骤S112,判定打开入口门。
在本实施例中,所述数据库包括获得的所述生物特征,表示该顾客是已注册顾客,可打开入口门使顾客进入购物空间进行购物。其中,所述***还可以包括设置在入口门处用于控制入口门状态的入口电子锁,在控制设备判定打开入口门后,可通过控制入口电子锁从而将入口门打开。
在所述数据库不包括所述生物特征时,执行子步骤S113。
子步骤S113,提示顾客进行注册,在注册完成后,将注册信息保存至所述数据库及判定打开入口门。
在本实施例中,所述数据库不包括获得的所述生物特征,表示该顾客为未注册顾客。若未注册顾客进入购物空间选定商品后,不便于进行商品支付,因此在顾客未注册的情况下不能使顾客进入购物空间。在出现这种情况时,可以通过一显示屏提示顾客进行注册。注册的方式可以是通过扫描显示屏显示的二维码、网址或者扫描入口门处设置的二维码图片等,在注册过程中,需要获得该顾客的生物特征,并且接收顾客关于支付方式的设置(比如,绑定一支付账户、设置预设支付确认动作等),以便后续进行商品结算时根据设置好的支付方式进行支付。在注册完成后将注册信息保存至所述数据库,并控制所述入口门打开。其中,所述顾客信息包括所述注册信息。
可选地,未注册顾客可以通过对移动终端进行操作,从而完成注册。
进一步地,在本实施例中一种实施方式中,所述顾客信息还包括禁止入内标识或正常进入标识。在顾客初次注册完成后,可在对应的注册信息后添加正常进入标识,若该顾客在注册后进行的至少一次购物中均未出现异常行为(比如,损坏商品、偷窃商品等),则该顾客的所述顾客信息中的正常进入标识不变。若该顾客在注册后进行的至少一次购物中出现了异常行为,则将该顾客的所述顾客信息中的正常进入标识更新为禁止入内标识。可选地,还可以将禁止入内的原因更新至该顾客的所述顾客信息中。
在所述数据库包括所述生物特征的情况下,若所述顾客的顾客信息包括禁止入内标识,判定不打开入口门,还可以将禁止入内的原因告知顾客。若所述顾客的顾客信息包括正常进入标识,判定打开入口门。
步骤S120,在判定打开入口门后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常。
请参照图3,图3是图1中步骤S120包括的子步骤的流程示意图。步骤S120可以 包括子步骤S121及子步骤S122。
子步骤S121,根据所述行为信息获得行为类型。
子步骤S122,根据所述行为类型判断顾客行为是否异常。
在本实施例中,购物空间内可以设置有多个行为采集器。在打开入口门,顾客进入购物空间后,通过所述行为采集器获得顾客在购物过程的行为信息。所述控制设备中可以存储有用于进行行为识别的模型。所述控制设备在获取所述行为信息后,通过行为识别的模型得到与所述行为信息对应的行为类型。
在本实施例的一种实施方式中,所述控制设备中存储有预先设置的异常行为类型(比如,偷窃商品、损坏商品、在未结算携带商品离开等)。在所述行为类型为异常行为类型在所述行为类型为预先设置的异常行为时,判定行为异常。
步骤S130,在发生异常时,广播异常提示信息。
在本实施例中,所述购物空间中还可以设置有多个播放装置。在顾客的行为异常时,所述控制设备可以控制播放装置播放异常提示信息。进一步地,所述控制设备还可以仅控制行为异常的顾客所在区域的播放装置播放异常提示信息。由此,对顾客进行提示。若该顾客的异常行为仍不停止,所述控制设备则可以向工作人员的终端设备发送异常提示信息,以便工作人员获知该情况。
步骤S140,在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息。
可选地,在本实施例的实施方式中,所述***还可以包括与控制设备通信连接的结算传感器(比如,结算区域设置一人体红外传感器)。所述控制设备可以通过所述结算传感器发送的电信号感知到顾客需要进行结算。
请参照图4,图4是图1中步骤S140包括的子步骤的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述***中存储有每种商品的产品数据,所述产品数据包括标准重量信息及标准图像信息。可选地,所述产品数据存储在所述控制设备中。步骤S140可以包括子步骤S141、子步骤S142及子步骤S143。
子步骤S141,将所述重量信息与每种商品的所述标准重量信息进行比较,并根据比较结果从所有商品中筛选出所述标准重量信息与所述重量信息相同的疑似待结算商品。
子步骤S142,根据所述图像信息及所述疑似待结算商品的所述标准图像信息计算 图像相似度。
子步骤S143,在至少一个所述疑似待结算商品中,将图像相似度最高的所述疑似待结算商品作为所述待结算商品,以实现对所述待结算商品的识别。
在本实施例中,可以将所述待结算商品的所述重量信息与每种商品的标准重量信息进行比对,将所述标准重量信息与所述重量信息相同的商品作为疑似待结算商品。若疑似待结算商品仅为一个时,可以直接将所述疑似待结算商品作为所述待结算商品,从而完成对待结算商品的识别。
若所述疑似待结算商品不止一个,则可以根据每个所述疑似待结算商品的标准图像信息及所述待结算商品信息计算出相似度,并根据所述相似度从所述疑似待结算商品中确定出所述待结算商品,从而完成对所述待结算商品的识别。
可选地,也可以仅根据所述图像信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,或者仅根据所述重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别。进一步地,可以在根据所述图像信息不能识别所述待结算商品时,再结合所述重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别。
在本实施例中,所述***中还存储有每种商品的商品信息,所述商品信息与所述产品数据对应,所述获得所述待结算商品的商品信息的步骤包括:
在所述***中查找与图像相似度最高的所述疑似待结算商品的产品数据对应的商品信息,并将查找到的商品信息作为所述待结算商品的商品信息。
由此,在对待结算商品进行识别后,即可通过查找获得与识别结果对应的所述商品信息,从而获得所述待结算商品的商品信息。重复上述步骤,从而获得所有待结算商品的商品信息。其中,所述商品信息可以包括,但不限于,商品单价、商品名称等。
步骤S150,根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付。
在本实施例中,在获得所有待结算商品的商品信息后,根据获得的所有所述商品信息生成所述购物清单。结算区域处可以设置有一显示装置,在生成购物清单后,将所述购物清单发送至所述显示装置进行显示,以便顾客对所述购物清单进行核对。
请参照图5,图5是图1中步骤S150包括的子步骤的流程示意图。所述***中存储有数据库,所述数据库包括已注册顾客的顾客信息,所述顾客信息包括生物特征及与所述生物特征对应的支付账户和预设支付确认动作。可选地,所述数据库存储在控制设备中。步骤S150可以包括子步骤S151、子步骤S152、子步骤S153及子步骤S154。
子步骤S151,在结算时,采集顾客的生物特征。
子步骤S152,根据采集生物特征及所述数据库中的生物特征获得目标支付账户及目标预设支付确认动作。
子步骤S153,将顾客的支付确认动作与所述目标预设支付确认动作进行比对,以判断顾客是否确认支付。
子步骤S154,在判定顾客确认支付时,根据所述购物清单从所述目标支付账户中扣除与所述购物清单对应的支付金额以完成支付。
在本实施例中,在顾客注册时,即设置支付账户及用于确定支付的预设支付确认动作。在顾客进入结算区域后,通过结算区域中设置的摄像头、或其他采集装置获得当前正在进行解算的顾客的生物特征。在获得正在进行解算的顾客的采集生物特征后,根据所述采集生物特征在所述数据库中进行查找,从而获得与所述采集生物特征对应的所述顾客信息,由此获得目标支付账户及目标预设支付确认动作。
在将所述购物清单进行显示后,采集顾客的行为图像,以获得顾客的支付确认动作。比对顾客的所述支付确认动作与所述目标支付确认动作,若所述支付确认动与所述目标支付确认动作相同,表示顾客确认支付。在这种情况下,从所述目标支付账户中扣除与所述购物清单对应的支付金额,由此用户在不使用任何智能设备的情况下完成了支付,进一步提升了购物体验。
进一步地,在结算成功后,可以通过所述显示装置显示支付成功的信息,以告知顾客。若由于支付账户中余额不足或其他原因导致进结算识别,也可以通过所述显示装置告知支付失败的信息,还可以将支付失败的原因进行显示,以便顾客采取其他方式进行支付。
步骤S160,在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。
在本实施例中,在所述顾客完成支付后,所述控制设备收到支付完成的通知。在检测到该顾客要离开时,所述控制设备可以控制出口门的出口电子锁从而将出口门打开,以便顾客离开。
其中,入口门与出口门的打开方式很多,在此不再具体描述。入口门与出口门可以是同一个门,也可以是不同的门。
可以理解,上文描述的所述的无人售货***的具体器件仅为示意,无人售货***还可包括更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与上文所述不同的配置。各器件可以采用硬件、软件或其组合实现。
请参照图6,图6是本发明实施例提供的无人售货装置200的方框示意图。所述无 人售货装置200应用于无人售货***。所述无人售货装置200可以包括门禁模块210、行为采集模块220、提示模块230商品识别模块240及结算模块250。
门禁模块210,用于在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门。
在本实施例中,所述***中存储有数据库,所述数据库包括已注册顾客的顾客信息,所述顾客信息包括生物特征,所述门禁模块210在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门的方式包括:
将获得的所述生物特征与所述数据库中的生物特征进行比对,以判断所述数据库是否包括获得的所述生物特征;
在所述数据库包括所述生物特征时,判定打开入口门;
在所述数据库不包括所述生物特征时,提示顾客进行注册,在注册完成后,将注册信息保存至所述数据库及判定打开入口门。

在判定顾客确认支付时,根据所述购物清单从所述目标支付账户中扣除与所述购物 清单对应的支付金额以完成支付。

综上所述,本发明实施例提供一种无人售货方法及装置。所述方法应用于无人售货***。在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,根据采集的顾客的生物特征判断是否打开入口门。在判定需要打开入口门后,将入口门打开以便顾客进入。在顾客进入购物空间后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常。若判定发生异常,则广播异常提示信息。在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息。根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付。在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。由此,通过识别顾客身份对入口门及出口门进行控制,便于顾客进入或离开购物空间。顾客可以在购物空间内对商品进行了解后再确定是否购买,并且在购物过程中,通过行为信息采集也可以及时发现异常行为。在顾客选定好商品后,在不需要用户使用任何智能设备的情况下完成支付,降低了人力成本,提升了顾客的购物体验。
并且,在整个过程中,若顾客为未注册顾客,该顾客仅需进行注册操作及确认支付动作即可完成本次购物,而已注册顾客进行确认支付动作即可。整个过程不需要其他智能终端设备,同时避免了目前人工结算等待时间长的情况,提升了顾客的购物体验。

  1. 一种无人售货方法,其特征在于,应用于无人售货***,所述方法包括:
    在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门;
    在判定打开入口门后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常;
    在发生异常时,广播异常提示信息;
    在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息;
    根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付;
    在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述***中存储有每种商品的产品数据,所述产品数据包括标准重量信息及标准图像信息,所述根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别的步骤包括:
    将所述重量信息与每种商品的所述标准重量信息进行比较,并根据比较结果从所有商品中筛选出所述标准重量信息与所述重量信息相同的疑似待结算商品;
    根据所述图像信息及所述疑似待结算商品的所述标准图像信息计算图像相似度;
    在至少一个所述疑似待结算商品中,将图像相似度最高的所述疑似待结算商品作为所述待结算商品,以实现对所述待结算商品的识别。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述***中还存储有每种商品的商品信息,所述商品信息与所述产品数据对应,所述获得所述待结算商品的商品信息的步骤包括:
    在所述***中查找与图像相似度最高的所述疑似待结算商品的产品数据对应的商品信息,并将查找到的商品信息作为所述待结算商品的商品信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述***中存储有数据库,所述数据 库包括已注册顾客的顾客信息,所述顾客信息包括生物特征及与所述生物特征对应的支付账户和预设支付确认动作,所述识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付,包括:
    在结算时,采集顾客的生物特征;
    根据采集生物特征及所述数据库中的生物特征获得目标支付账户及目标预设支付确认动作;
    将顾客的支付确认动作与所述目标预设支付确认动作进行比对,以判断顾客是否确认支付;
    在判定顾客确认支付时,根据所述购物清单从所述目标支付账户中扣除与所述购物清单对应的支付金额以完成支付。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门,包括:
    将获得的所述生物特征与所述数据库中的生物特征进行比对,以判断所述数据库是否包括获得的所述生物特征;
    在所述数据库包括所述生物特征时,判定打开入口门;
    在所述数据库不包括所述生物特征时,提示顾客进行注册,在注册完成后,将注册信息保存至所述数据库及判定打开入口门。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述顾客信息还包括禁止入内标识或正常进入标识,所述在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门,还包括:
    在所述数据库包括所述生物特征时,若所述顾客的顾客信息包括禁止入内标识,判定不打开入口门;
    在所述数据库包括所述生物特征时,若所述顾客的顾客信息包括正常进入标识,判定打开入口门。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常,包括:
    根据所述行为信息获得行为类型;
    根据所述行为类型判断顾客行为是否异常。
  8. 一种无人售货装置,其特征在于,应用于无人售货***,所述装置包括:
    门禁模块,用于在顾客处于购物空间入口处时,采集顾客的生物特征,并根据所述生物特征判断是否打开入口门;
    行为采集模块,用于在判定打开入口门后,采集顾客在购物过程中的行为信息,并根据所述行为信息判断是否发生异常;
    提示模块,用于在发生异常时,广播异常提示信息;
    商品识别模块,用于在需要进行商品结算时,获取待结算商品的图像信息及重量信息,并根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别,以获得所述待结算商品的商品信息;
    结算模块,用于根据获得的所述商品信息生成购物清单,并将所述购物清单进行显示,及识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付;
    所述门禁模块,还用于在支付完成后,控制出口门打开以便顾客离开。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述***中存储有每种商品的产品数据,所述产品数据包括标准重量信息及标准图像信息,所述商品识别模块用于根据所述图像信息及重量信息对所述待结算商品进行识别的方式包括:
    将所述重量信息与每种商品的所述标准重量信息进行比较,并根据比较结果从所有商品中筛选出所述标准重量信息与所述待结算商品的所述重量信息相同的疑似待结算商品;
    根据所述图像信息及所述疑似待结算商品的所述标准图像信息计算图像相似度;
    在至少一个所述疑似待结算商品中,将图像相似度最高的所述疑似待结算商品作为所述待结算商品,以实现对所述待结算商品的识别。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述***中存储有数据库,所述数据库包括已注册顾客的顾客信息,所述顾客信息包括生物特征及与所述生物特征对应的支付账户和预设支付确认动作,所述结算模块识别顾客的支付确认动作以完成支付的方式包括:
    在结算时,采集顾客的生物特征;
    根据采集生物特征及所述数据库中的生物特征获得目标支付账户及目标预设支付 确认动作;
    将顾客的支付确认动作与所述目标预设支付确认动作进行比对,以判断顾客是否确认支付;
    在判定顾客确认支付时,根据所述购物清单从所述目标支付账户中扣除与所述购物清单对应的支付金额以完成支付。
