技术领域
本发明属于烟草技术领域,具体涉及一种低温烟及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于香烟对人体和环境的严重危害性,近年来,世界卫生组织和社会公众对于香烟的危害性更加关注,随着全球性控烟运动的不断发展,烟草公司和行业受到了政府严厉管控和社会谴责,传统香烟的发展也遇到了极大地挑战。因此,烟草行业迫切需要研究开发既能满足消费者需要,又相对健康、安全环保、有害物质显著降低的新型烟草制品。其中,低温非燃烧烟草制品以其降焦减害、环境友好、满足感强的特点而备受关注。低温烟的研究开发已经成为当前烟草领域的关注热点,国际烟草公司菲莫国际、日本烟草、英美烟草等均推出各自产品;在我国国内,以各省中烟烟草研究院为主力,也对低温烟进行了大量基础性研究。
低温烟与常规烟不同,它在抽吸间歇时处于非燃烧状态,能够减少烟草高温燃烧裂解产生的有害成分,不会对公共环境产生影响。低温非燃烧烟草的理论依据是,不达到有害物质大量产生的400-600℃燃烧阶段,而加热不燃烧烟草在320℃以下抽吸,既让烟叶热裂解,有效物质挥发,又显著降低有害物质产生。其中的技术难度在于:(1)模拟香烟气雾;(2)让烟叶充分热裂解、香气尼古丁的物质充分挥发;(3)温度控制在400℃以下不燃烧。
现有的低温非燃烧烟,从原料的角度区分,可分为薄片型和烟叶直接加工型。薄片型低温非燃烧烟的代表性产品是菲莫国际的iQOS,烟叶直接加工型的代表性产品是英美烟草的GLO和日本烟草的Ploom。然而,现有的低温非燃烧烟技术,还存在着一定的不足之处:(1)薄片也就是再造烟叶主要原料是烟梗,制作过程中大量添加非烟草物质,实际减少了烟草含量,抽吸过程中的感官质量相对更依靠人为添加挥发性香味物质,数量有限,味觉不够饱满,真实。(2)热裂解和挥发出来的某些物质,刺激呼吸道,抽吸体验极其糟糕。(3)采用公开号为CN 104366687A的专利提供的低温不燃烧卷烟用抽吸材料及方法制备得到的最终成品,颗粒间隔较大,结构松散,密度低,对产生烟雾的丙二醇和甘油吸收不足,受热不充分,产生烟雾时间较长且浓度不足,难以达到传统低焦油卷烟产品的抽吸感受。
鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种低温烟,结构密实,烟气饱满,能够给予消费者很好的满足感,使之更接近传统卷烟的吸食习惯。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种低温烟的制备方法,通过该方法制得的低温烟,结构密实,能够吸收更多的雾化剂,产生大量的烟雾,并且有利于加热温度传导,缩短抽吸者等待时间,使得吸食体验更接近于传统卷烟。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供一种低温烟,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
烟草载体90~110份、香料提取物5~45份、烟用香精0.2~5份和雾化剂0.5~15份;
其中,所述烟草载体包括质量比为(5~10):(1~4)的烟草叶片和烟梗。
作为进一步优选技术方案,所述烟草载体包括质量比为(6~8):(2~3)的烟草叶片和烟梗;
优选地,所述烟草载体包括质量比为7:3的烟草叶片和烟梗。
作为进一步优选技术方案,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
烟草载体95~105份、香料提取物10~40份、烟用香精0.5~3份和雾化剂1~10份;
优选地,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
烟草载体100份、香料提取物15~30份、烟用香精1~2份和雾化剂2~8份。

作为进一步优选技术方案,所述香料提取物包括弗吉尼亚烟草浸膏、弗吉尼亚烟草净油、红糖、白糖、白肋烟提取物、梅子提取物、枸杞子提取物、桔梗提取物、甘草提取物、覆盆子提取物、紫苏提取物、香茅草提取物、玫瑰花提取物、茉莉花提取物、菊花提取物、甜叶菊提取物、柠檬草提取物、薄荷提取物、菊苣提取物、香荚兰豆提取物中的一种或几种的混合物;
优选地,所述雾化剂包括多元醇或多元醇的酯类衍生物,优选为多元醇,进一步优选为丙二醇、甘油、三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇或聚乙二醇中的一种或几种的混合物,更进一步优选为丙二醇和甘油的混合物。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明还提供一种上述的低温烟的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将烟草载体进行预处理后,与香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂混合均匀;
然后经造粒或压制成型后,再进行干燥、加香回潮和包装,得到所述的低温烟。
作为进一步优选技术方案,烟草载体的预处理包括:将烟草载体粉碎成粉末,并筛选出粒度为80~150目的粉末颗粒,优选为90~140目的粉末颗粒,进一步优选为100~120目的粉末颗粒。
作为进一步优选技术方案,所述的造粒过程为:将混合后的原料用造粒机制成长度为0.4~4mm,直径为0.2~0.8mm的棍状颗粒,优选为长度为0.5~3mm,直径为0.24~0.78mm的棍状颗粒,进一步优选为长度为1~3mm,直径为0.24~0.6mm的棍状颗粒。
优选地,所述的压制成型过程中,通过螺杆机挤压或模具压制成型,成型的产品形状包括圆柱状、立方体状和片状,其中圆柱状包括实心圆柱状、中空圆柱状、***多空中间实心圆柱状和***多空中空圆柱状,立方体状包括实心立方体状、中空立方体状、***多空中间实心立方体状和***多空中空立方体状,所述片状包括圆形和多边形片状,以及圆形和多边形打孔片状。

优选地,所述的加香回潮过程中,将烟用表香喷洒在干燥得到的半成品上,在温度为20~28℃,湿度为50%~70%的条件下放置40~60h,优选为在温度为21~26℃,湿度为55%~65%的条件下放置45~55h,进一步优选为在温度为22~24℃,湿度为60%~62%的条件下放置48~50h。
作为进一步优选技术方案,所述的包装过程中,采用导热性能好的材料将加香回潮得到的半成品包装成胶囊型烟弹或卷烟型烟弹。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明以烟草叶片和烟梗为烟草载体原料,通过调节烟草叶片和烟梗的比例,使得烟草载体的吸收性能极佳,一方面,烟草叶片和烟梗中的香味成分会有所不同,在适宜的烟草叶片和烟梗的比例范围内,更能使得烟气的感官品质明显得到改善,给予消费者更好的满足感;另一方面,在烟草载体上添加适当比例的香料提取物,该香料提取物与烟草叶片和烟梗协调配合,使得烟气饱满,香气丰富,满足感好;此外,还加入了适量的烟用香精和雾化剂,烟草载体在吸收和富集香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂等物质后,在低温加热条件下使用,烟气逼真,香味协调,回味悠长,赋予了加热不燃烧型低温烟的独特品质。
2、本发明的低温烟原料价格低廉,安全环保,结构密实,并且在密实度大的情况下也能有较好的透气率,烟气饱满,具有良好的满足感,能够给消费者提供一种更接近于传统烟/卷烟的吸食感受;弥补了加热不燃烧型烟草制品的香气不足,味觉不够饱满、真实,抽吸体验不佳的缺陷,在较大程度上解决了电子烟难以彰显烟草香味的难题。
3、本发明的低温烟的制备方法,通过该方法制得的低温烟,结构密实,能够吸收更多的雾化剂,产生大量的烟雾,并且有利于加热温度传导,提高受热均匀性和受热面积并在较低温度下快速形成烟雾,缩短消费者等待时间;并且同等体积下烟草质量更大,热裂解和挥发性物质产生更多,使得吸食体验更接近传统烟。
同时,该方法具有操作简便,成本低廉,可操控性强的特点,便于实现大规模工业化生产,在加热非燃烧烟草制品领域中具有很好的应用前景。

下面将结合实施方式和实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施方式和实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
第一方面,本实施方式提供一种低温烟,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
烟草载体90~110份、香料提取物5~45份、烟用香精0.2~5份和雾化剂0.5~15份;
其中,所述烟草载体包括质量比为(5~10):(1~4)的烟草叶片和烟梗。
本发明的低温烟属于加热/低温非燃烧型烟草制品,能够减少烟草高温燃烧裂解产生的有害成分,不会对公共环境产生影响,是一种低危害、烟草本香与其他香料相融合新型的烟草制品。
本发明以烟草叶片和烟梗为烟草载体原料,通过调节烟草叶片和烟梗的比例,使得烟草叶片和烟梗的质量比在(5~10):(1~4)之间,进而使得烟草载体的吸收性能极佳,烟气的感官品质得到明显改善。同时通过各原料的相互配合,协同作用,通过在烟草载体上 添加适当比例的香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂,烟草载体在吸收和富集香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂等物质后,在低温加热条件下使用,烟气逼真,满足感好,香味协调,回味悠长。
这里需要特别指出的是,本发明精选了烟草叶片和烟梗两种原料作为烟草载体,并经过多次试验研究筛选出了适宜的烟草叶片和烟梗的比例,使得烟气的感官品质明显得到改善,品质更加醇和;同时加入了特殊的香料提取物,该香料提取物与烟草叶片和烟梗相协调,相互配合的发挥协同作用,香气丰富醇厚,还提高了烟气的劲头和满足感,同时还能在更大程度上彰显烟草本香,提供了一种与传统烟更接近的感受。
本发明的低温烟原料价格低廉,安全环保,结构密实,并且能够兼具高密实度和高透气率,烟气饱满,具有良好的满足感,能够给消费者提供一种更接近于传统烟/卷烟的吸食感受。本发明不仅缓解了现有的低温不燃烧卷烟用抽吸材料结构松散,密度低,受热不充分,产生烟雾时间较长且浓度不足等缺陷,还弥补了现有的低温非燃烧烟的香气不足,味觉不够饱满、真实,抽吸体验不佳的缺陷,在较大程度上解决了电子烟难以彰显烟草香味的难题。
本发明中,以重量份数计,烟草载体典型但非限制性的含量为:90份、92份、94份、95份、96份、98份、99份、100份、101份、102份、104份、105份、106份、108份或110份;香料提取物典型但非限制性的含量为:5份、6份、8份、10份、12份、15份、18份、20份、22份、25份、28份、30份、32份、35份、38份、40份、42份或45份;烟用香精典型但非限制性的含量为:0.2份、0.5份、0.6份、0.8份、1份、1.2份、1.5份、1.6份、1.8份、2份、2.2份、2.5份、2.8份、3份、3.2份、3.5份、3.8份、4份、4.2份、4.5份、4.8份或5份;雾化剂典型但非限制性的含量为:0.5份、1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份、5.5份、6份、6.5份、7份、7.5份、8份、8.5份、9份、9.5份、10份、10.5份、11份、11.5份、12份、12.5份、13份、13.5份、14份、14.5份或15份。
本发明中,烟草叶片和烟梗的质量比典型但非限制的为:5:1、5:2、5:3、5:4、6:1、6:2、6:3、6:4、7:1、7:2、7:3、7:4、8:1、8:2、8:3、8:4、9:1、9:2、9:3、9:4、10:1、10:2、10:3或10:4。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述烟草载体包括质量比为(6~8):(2~3)的烟草叶片和烟梗;
优选地,所述烟草载体包括质量比为7:3的烟草叶片和烟梗。
在一种可选的实施方式中,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
烟草载体95~105份、香料提取物10~40份、烟用香精0.5~3份和雾化剂1~10份;
优选地,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
烟草载体100份、香料提取物15~30份、烟用香精1~2份和雾化剂2~8份。
通过合理的调整烟草叶片和烟梗的质量比例,以及烟草载体与香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂之间的比例,能够进一步使得烟气饱满,提高烟气满足感,香味协调,具有更高的吸食舒适度,优化质量,并降低了成本。
在一种可选的实施方式中,还包括粘结剂1~20重量份和保润剂1~20重量份;
优选地,还包括粘结剂2~15重量份和保润剂2~15重量份;
更优选地,还包括粘结剂5~10重量份和保润剂5~10重量份。
可选地,粘结剂为淀粉胶粘剂;保润剂为烟用淀粉保润剂。
需要说明的是,本发明中的粘结剂可以为淀粉胶粘剂,但并不限于此,还可以为本领域中常用的其它类型的粘结剂,例如天然和/或改性的淀粉、白乳胶、黄原胶、***胶、环糊精、壳聚糖、热熔胶等的一种或多种。本发明中的保润剂可以为烟用淀粉保润剂,但并不限于此,还可以为本领域中常用的其它类型的保润剂,例如还可以为蜂蜜、丙二醇、甘油、山梨糖醇、木糖醇等的一种或多种。
在低温烟的原料中添加粘结剂和保润剂,能够提高烟草的耐加工性能,提高稳定性,减少烟草载体在加工过程中的造碎,降低烟草载体的消耗,优化产品质量,而且还能改善口感、降低烟气刺激等作用,起到了同时改善烟草物理保润和感官保润的效果。
本发明中,以重量份数计,粘结剂典型但非限制性的含量为:1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份、10份、11份、12份、13份、14份、15份、16份、17份、18份、19份或20份;保润剂典型但非限制性的含量为:1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份、10份、11份、12份、13份、14份、15份、16份、17份、18份、19份或20份。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述香料提取物包括弗吉尼亚烟草浸膏、弗吉尼亚烟草净油、红糖、白糖、白肋烟提取物、梅子提取物、枸杞子提取物、桔梗提取物、甘草提取物、覆盆子提取物、紫苏提取物、香茅草提取物、玫瑰花提取物、茉莉花提取物、菊花提取物、甜叶菊提取物、柠檬草提取物、薄荷提取物、菊苣提取物、香荚兰豆提取物中的一种或几种的混合物;
优选地,所述雾化剂包括多元醇或多元醇的酯类衍生物,优选为多元醇,进一步优选为丙二醇、甘油、三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇或聚乙二醇中的一种或几种的混合物,更进一步优选为丙二醇和甘油的混合物。
这里需要说明的是,本发明中的香料提取物优选为采用上述的一种或几种,但并不限于此,还可以为浓缩果汁、桂花精油、栀子花精油、茉莉花精油、罗汉果浸膏、枸杞子浸 膏、桔梗浸膏、荷叶浸膏,以及其它类型的辛香型植物、药香型植物和花香型植物的提取物等。
通过上述香料提取物的加入,与烟草叶片和烟梗相协调,能够使得抽吸时有特殊的香味,在一定程度上弥补香气不足的缺陷,同时在更大程度上彰显烟草本香,满足感强,给吸食者愉悦的新奇感受。
本发明中的烟用香精所用的香料种类和来源没有特殊的限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的烟用香精即可。
可选地,所述的烟用香精的香料为香兰素、苯甲酸、苯乙酸、10%秘鲁浸膏、5%树苔浸膏、90%丁香油、大茴香醛、10%菠萝酮、苯甲醇、苯乙醇、甲苯乙酮、苯乙酸乙酯、铃铛梅子浸膏、苯乙醛、苯乙酮、当归内酯、法尼酮、十二酸、异戊酸、丁酸苄酯、辛醇、四甲基吡嗪、柠檬酸、乙基麦芽酚、香紫苏醇、无花果浸膏、苹果汁、棕榈酸、丁香酚、乙基麦芽酚、二氢大马酮、2-乙酰吡啶、4-羟基-2,5-二甲基-3(2H)呋喃酮中的一种或几种的混合;所述的烟用香精香料的溶剂为丙二醇、乙醇或水。
第二方面,本实施方式提供一种上述的的低温烟的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将烟草载体进行预处理后,与香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂混合均匀;
然后经造粒或压制成型后,再进行干燥、加香回潮和包装,得到所述的低温烟。
本发明提供的制备方法,提前去除了加热时产生的刺激性物质,提升了抽吸质量。通过该制备方法制成的抽吸材料,结构密实,能吸收更多丙二醇和甘油,产生大量的烟雾;并且有利于加热温度传导,提高受热均匀性和受热面积并在较低温度下快速形成烟雾,缩短消费者等待时间;同等体积下烟草质量更大,热裂解和挥发性物质产生更多,使得吸食体验更接近传统烟。
本发明以新配方配合改良的操作方法以及工艺参数,即在适宜的烟草叶片和烟梗的比例下,对其进行预处理并筛选出粒度适宜的烟草载体颗粒,再加入适量的香料提取物等,然后通过造粒或压制成型的方式进行成型,这样,能够使得抽吸材料结构密实,吸收更多的雾化剂,然后通过干燥、加香回潮和包装得到低温烟,使得烟草的香气更加自然、细腻、层次丰富以及烟气醇和;从而在提高烟气的感官质量、给予消费者良好的满足感的同时,降低成本,增强其在加热非燃烧型烟草制品中的适应性。同时,该方法具有操作简便,成本低廉,可操控性强的特点,便于实现大规模工业化生产。
这里需要说明的是,原料混合过程中还可加入适量的纯净水,纯净水的添加量根据实际需求适当添加,以及适量的粘结剂和保润剂。
在一种可选的实施方式中,烟草载体的预处理包括:将烟草载体粉碎成粉末,并筛选出粒度为80~150目的粉末颗粒,优选为90~140目的粉末颗粒,进一步优选为100~120目的粉末颗粒。
本发明先将烟草叶片和烟梗粉碎成粉末,再可以采用微波膨化的方式将上述粉末制成一定粒度的粉末颗粒,然后在这些粉末颗粒中筛选出粒度为80~150目的粉末颗粒,优选为100~120目的粉末颗粒。可以理解的是,制成颗粒的方式可以采用微波膨化方式,但并于限于此,还可以采用本领域技术人员熟知的其他方式。
本发明通过筛选出特定细度的烟草叶片和烟梗颗粒,不仅有利于后续的加工过程,而且可显著降低烟草载体原料中的木质气以及其他杂气,提高吸食质量。
在一个具体实施方式中,可选的,粉末颗粒的粒度为80目、90目、100目、102目、104目、105目、106目、108目、110目、112目、114目、115目、116目、118目、120目、130目、140目或150目。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述的造粒过程为:将混合后的原料用造粒机制成长度为0.4~4mm,直径为0.2~0.8mm的棍状颗粒,优选为长度为0.5~3mm,直径为0.24~0.78mm的棍状颗粒,进一步优选为长度为1~3mm,直径为0.24~0.6mm的棍状颗粒。
优选地,所述的压制成型过程中,通过螺杆机挤压或模具压制成型,成型的产品形状包括圆柱状、立方体状和片状,其中圆柱状包括实心圆柱状、中空圆柱状、***多空中间实心圆柱状和***多空中空圆柱状,立方体状包括实心立方体状、中空立方体状、***多空中间实心立方体状和***多空中空立方体状,所述片状包括圆形和多边形片状,以及圆形和多边形打孔片状。
本发明采用了造粒或压制成型的方式将混合后的混合物制成成型半成品,其中,造粒过程是将混合后得到的糊状半成品采用造粒机进行造粒,得到具有一定长度和直径的棍状颗粒,颗粒形状好,粒度分布均匀,有利于制备出具有高致密性能的抽吸材料,使得产品结构密实,受热充分,产生烟雾时间较短且浓度充足;并且得到的棍状颗粒可采用类似烟支的包装方式进行包装,简单实用,方便快捷。
在一个具体实施方式中,可选的,棍状颗粒的长度为0.4mm、直径为0.2mm,或长度为4mm、直径0.8mm,或长度为0.5mm、直径为0.24mm,或长度为1mm、直径0.2mm,或长度为3mm、直径6.8mm,或长度为3mm、直径为0.78mm。
此外,本发明还采用特定的成型工艺进行压制成型,通过螺杆机挤压或模具压制成型,成型得到的产品的形状包括多种,如空心和实心圆柱状,空心和实心立方体状,空心和实心圆柱打孔,空心和实心立方体打孔,圆形和多边形片状,圆形和多边形打孔片状等;其中的圆柱状也可以为棍状或棒状。
本发明通过上述造粒过程或者压制成型过程的设置,能够提高抽吸材料的受热面积和受热均匀性,结构密实,并且能够兼具高密度和高透气率,在较低温度下快速形成烟雾,缩短消费者等待时间,烟气的感官品质明显得到改善,烟气满足感强。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述的干燥过程中,干燥温度为80~90℃,优选为82~88℃,进一步优选为85~86℃;干燥时间为4~10h,优选为5~8h,进一步优选为6~7h;
优选地,所述的加香回潮过程中,将烟用表香喷洒在干燥得到的半成品上,在温度为20~28℃,湿度为50%~70%的条件下放置40~60h,优选为在温度为21~26℃,湿度为55%~65%的条件下放置45~55h,进一步优选为在温度为22~24℃,湿度为60%~62%的条件下放置48~50h。
可选地,采用电热鼓风干燥箱进行干燥。
可选地,采用喷雾器均匀喷洒烟用表香后,放入恒温恒湿箱中在一定温度和湿度下进行静置。
可选地,所述烟用表香选自毛蕊花提取物、香荚兰提取物、多香果提取物、杏仁提取物或柠檬提取物中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
可选地,所述烟用表香的质量浓度为1%~3%。喷洒的烟用表香的质量占干燥得到的半成品的质量的0.05%~0.2%。
本发明采用特定的干燥温度和干燥时间对成型后的抽吸材料进行干燥,能够在保持该烟草制品口感的同时,增强结构的密实性,避免引入杂气、增加刺激性等负面影响。同时,通过喷洒上述烟用表香,即加香回潮步骤的设置,能够使得烟草的香气更加自然、细腻、层次丰富以及烟气醇和。
在一个具体实施方式中,可选的,干燥温度为80℃、81℃、82℃、83℃、84℃、85℃、86℃、87℃、88℃、89℃或90℃;干燥时间为4h、5h、6h、7h、8h、9h或10h。
在一个具体实施方式中,可选的,在温度为20℃、21℃、22℃、23℃、24℃、25℃、26℃、27℃或28℃,湿度为50%、52%、55%、56%、58%、59%、60%、61%、62%、64%、65%、66%、68%或70%的条件下放置40h、42h、44h、45h、46h、48h、49h、50h、52h、54h、55h、56h、58h或60h。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述的包装过程中,采用导热性能好的材料将加香回潮得到的半成品包装成胶囊型烟弹或卷烟型烟弹。
可选地,所述的导热性能好的材料为铝箔复合纸或烧烤用铝箔纸。
本发明将加香回潮得到半成品,用导热性能好的材料包裹,制成胶囊型烟弹;或者与实心丝束、降温材料、中空丝束一起用盘纸卷包,制成卷烟型烟弹,或者采用类似烟支的包装方式。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述的低温烟的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将烟草载体粉碎成粉末,并筛选出粒度为100~120目的粉末颗粒;
(b)将步骤(a)得到的粉末颗粒与香料提取物、烟用香精、雾化剂和纯净水,以及任选地粘结剂和保润剂充分混合均匀后,得到糊状半成品;
(c)将步骤(b)得到的糊状半成品,用造粒机制成长度为0.5~3mm,直径为0.24~0.78mm的棍状颗粒;
(d)将步骤(c)得到的棍状颗粒,放入电热鼓风干燥箱中进行干燥,干燥的温度为85~86℃,干燥时间为6~7h;
(e)将烟用表香均匀喷洒在步骤(d)干燥得到的半成品上,然后放入恒温恒湿箱中,在温度为22~24℃,湿度为60%~62%的条件下放置48~50h;
(f)将步骤(e)得到的加香回潮半成品,用导热性能好的材料包裹,制成胶囊型烟弹;或者与实心丝束、降温材料、中空丝束一起用盘纸卷包,制成卷烟型烟弹。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,所述的低温烟的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将烟草载体粉碎成粉末,并筛选出粒度为100~120目的粉末颗粒;

与实施例6相比,区别仅在于,烟草载体包括质量比为12:1的烟草叶片和烟梗;

应用效果评价:
对各实施例和对比例制备得到的低温烟进行感官质量评价,评吸结果如表1所示。
检验程序:向20名评吸专家提供试样和评价指标,评吸专家按照各评价指标分别从烟气特征、香气特征和口感特征对各实施例和对比例的试样进行评吸以及质量评价,并记录其评吸结果。评价指标如下所示:
烟气特征:1~4分表示烟气浓度低,劲头强,烟气成团性差,粗糙;5~7分表示烟气浓度较足,劲头适中,烟气柔和;8~10分表示烟气浓度足,劲头适中,烟气柔和,细腻;
香气特征:1~4分表示香气质差,香气量平淡,杂气重,香气欠丰满;5~7分表示香气质较好,香气量较足,微有杂气较,香气丰满;8~10分表示香气质好,香气量足,无杂气,香气丰满;
口感特征:1~4分表示烟气刺激性大,酸味重,余味差;5~7分表示烟气刺激性较重,微酸或稍有酸甜味,余味较舒适;8~10分表示烟气刺激性小,口感清凉,余味纯净舒适。

由表1可知,实施例1-14提供的低温烟其在烟气、香气和口感上的测评结果明显优于对比例1-7,本发明的低温烟在感官品质上可以满足市场和消费者的需要,尤其是在实施例6的操作方法以及原料配比下制得的低温烟质量最佳,其烟气满足感强,刺激性小,舒适性好,香气显著,无杂气,口感清凉,余味纯净舒适,在加热非燃烧型烟草制品中的适应性明显增强。
而由对比例1-4和实施例6的分析对比可知,改变低温烟中任一种或多种原料的配比,使其原料配比不在本发明保护的范围内,或者调整烟草载体的成分与配比,使其不在本发明保护的范围内,均不能达到上述效果,其感官品质明显下降。尤其是对比例3和4中的改变烟草叶片和烟梗的比例以及改变烟草载体的成分,均会明显降低低温烟的质量。此外,由对比例5-7和实施例6的分析对比可知,本发明的制备方法,综合考虑了各原料的性能和加热非燃烧型烟草制品的特点,各操作参数和工序相互配合,使得制备工艺更加科学, 合理,并在特定的烟草载体粒度下,能够制备出品质更加优异的低温烟,更能满足大多数人的需求。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种低温烟,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
    烟草载体90~110份、香料提取物5~45份、烟用香精0.2~5份和雾化剂0.5~15份;
    其中,所述烟草载体包括质量比为(5~10):(1~4)的烟草叶片和烟梗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烟,其特征在于,所述烟草载体包括质量比为(6~8):(2~3)的烟草叶片和烟梗;
    优选地,所述烟草载体包括质量比为7:3的烟草叶片和烟梗。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烟,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
    烟草载体95~105份、香料提取物10~40份、烟用香精0.5~3份和雾化剂1~10份;
    优选地,主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
    烟草载体100份、香料提取物15~30份、烟用香精1~2份和雾化剂2~8份。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的低温烟,其特征在于,还包括粘结剂1~20重量份和保润剂1~20重量份;
    优选地,还包括粘结剂2~15重量份和保润剂2~15重量份;
    更优选地,还包括粘结剂5~10重量份和保润剂5~10重量份。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的低温烟,其特征在于,所述香料提取物包括弗吉尼亚烟草浸膏、弗吉尼亚烟草净油、红糖、白糖、白肋烟提取物、梅子提取物、枸杞子提取物、桔梗提取物、甘草提取物、覆盆子提取物、紫苏提取物、香茅草提取物、玫瑰花提取物、茉莉花提取物、菊花提取物、甜叶菊提取物、柠檬草提取物、薄荷提取物、菊苣提取物和香荚兰豆提取物中的一种或几种的混合物;
    优选地,所述雾化剂包括多元醇或多元醇的酯类衍生物,优选为多元醇,进一步优选为丙二醇、甘油、三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇和聚乙二醇中的一种或几种的混合物,更进一步优选为丙二醇和甘油的混合物。
  6. 如权利要求1~5任一项所述的低温烟的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    将烟草载体进行预处理后,与香料提取物、烟用香精和雾化剂混合均匀;
    然后经造粒或压制成型后,再进行干燥、加香回潮和包装,得到所述的低温烟。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的低温烟的制备方法,其特征在于,烟草载体的预处理包 括:将烟草载体粉碎成粉末,并筛选出粒度为80~150目的粉末颗粒,优选为90~140目的粉末颗粒,进一步优选为100~120目的粉末颗粒。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的低温烟的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的造粒过程为:将混合后的原料用造粒机制成长度为0.4~4mm,直径为0.2~0.8mm的棍状颗粒,优选为长度为0.5~3mm,直径为0.24~0.78mm的棍状颗粒,进一步优选为长度为1~3mm,直径为0.24~0.6mm的棍状颗粒;
    优选地,所述的压制成型过程中,通过螺杆机挤压或模具压制成型,成型的产品形状包括圆柱状、立方体状和片状,其中圆柱状包括实心圆柱状、中空圆柱状、***多空中间实心圆柱状和***多空中空圆柱状,立方体状包括实心立方体状、中空立方体状、***多空中间实心立方体状和***多空中空立方体状,所述片状包括圆形和多边形片状,以及圆形和多边形打孔片状。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的低温烟的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的干燥过程中,干燥温度为80~90℃,优选为82~88℃,进一步优选为85~86℃;干燥时间为4~10h,优选为5~8h,进一步优选为6~7h;
    优选地,所述的加香回潮过程中,将烟用表香喷洒在干燥得到的半成品上,在温度为20~28℃,湿度为50%~70%的条件下放置40~60h,优选为在温度为21~26℃,湿度为55%~65%的条件下放置45~55h,进一步优选为在温度为22~24℃,湿度为60%~62%的条件下放置48~50h。
  10. 根据权利要求6~9任一项所述的低温烟的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的包装过程中,采用导热性能好的材料将加香回潮得到的半成品包装成胶囊型烟弹或卷烟型烟弹。
