此外,部分芯片卡对应账户具有小额免密码支付功能。相关报道中出现了不法分子利用上述ETC无线金支付功能的漏洞从芯片卡上恶意扣费的事件。比如,在用户离车后,不法分子使用POS机等设备接近车辆获取芯片卡上数据,并从芯片卡对应账户上扣费。
由上可知,相关技术中高速公路过路费针对车辆计费,支付方式存在安全性不佳的问 题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种高速公路收费方法、服务器、***和存储介质,以解决相关技术中高速公路过路费的支付方式安全性不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例的第一方面,提供一种高速公路收费方法,所述方法应用于高速公路收费***服务器,所述方法包括:
接收位于高速公路入口的第一闸机控制器发送的高速公路入口消息,所述高速公路入口消息包括所述第一闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第一生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路入口的位置信息;
接收位于高速公路出口的第二闸机控制器发送的高速公路出口消息,所述高速公路出口消息包括所述第二闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第二生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息;
在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息相匹配时,根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;
根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费。
可选的,所述高速公路入口消息还包括车辆的第一车辆信息,所述高速公路出口消息还包括所述车辆的第二车辆信息,所述方法还包括:
在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息不匹配时,判断所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息是否相匹配;
若所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息相匹配,则根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;

通过位于高速公路入口处的第一闸机控制器采集驾驶员的第一生物特征信息,并通过出口处的第二闸机控制器采集驾驶员的第二生物特征信息,在确定所述第一生物特征信息和所述第二生物特征信息匹配时,根据入口位置信息和出口位置信息计算费用,并向驾驶员收费。这样,可以通过驾驶员的生物特征信息识别实际使用车辆的用户,并向该用户收取过路费,提升了高速公路过路费支付技术的安全性。

下面通过图2所示的一种高速公路收费方法流程图进行详细说明。所述方法可以应用于如图1所示的高速公路收费***服务器300。所述方法包括:
S21,接收位于高速公路入口的第一闸机控制器发送的高速公路入口消息,所述高速公路入口消息包括所述第一闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第一生物特征信息,以及所述高速 公路入口的位置信息。
其中,所述第一生物特征信息包括驾驶员的以下至少一种信息:面部特征信息、静脉特征信息、指纹特征信息,掌纹特征信息。
以面部特征信息为例,所述第一闸口控制器上设置有摄像头。该摄像头可以自动调整俯仰角,并连续拍摄驾驶员人脸影像。此外,还可以通过设置多个摄像头,对多张不同角度驾驶员人脸图像进行处理,以提升采集面部特征信息的精度。
第一闸口控制器在采集到有效的面部特征信息后,基于该面部特征信息和第一闸口的位置信息向高速公路收费***服务器发送高速公路入口消息。例如,该高速公路入口消息可以表征“面部特征信息编号:12345+成渝环线高速G93绵阳至成都段3号入口”。高速公路收费***服务器在接收到该高速公路入口消息对该信息进行解析并存储。
S22,接收位于高速公路出口的第二闸机控制器发送的高速公路出口消息,所述高速公路出口消息包括所述第二闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第二生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息。
与第一闸口控制器的功能类似,所述第二闸口控制器可以向高速公路收费服务器发送相应的高速公路出口消息,例如“面部特征信息编号:12345+成渝环线高速G93绵阳至成都段6号出口”。
S23,在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息相匹配时,根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息。
高速公路收费服务器在接收到该高速公路出口消息后,将面部特征信息编号相同的入口消息和出口消息进行配对,从而根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息表征驾驶员的同一生物特征的信息。例如,所述第一闸口控制器和所述第二闸口控制器上分别设置有用于采集人脸图像的摄像头,则采集的到的所述第一生物特征信息和所述第二生物特征信息均为驾驶员的面部特征信息。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息表征驾驶员的不同生物特征的信息。例如,若第一闸口控制器未能采集到有效的面部特征信息,还可以在车辆使近闸口时向驾驶员发送需采集驾驶员指纹特征信息的提醒,并采集驾驶员输入的指纹特征信息。而第二闸口控制器采集到有效的面部特征信息。相应的,所述高速公路收费服务器接收到的高速公路入口消息中包括的第一生物特征信息为驾驶员的指纹特征信息,而接收到的高速公路出口消息中包括的第二生物特征信息为驾驶员的面部特征信息。所述高速公路收费服务器可以通过不同的生物特征信息确定驾驶员的身份,只要驾驶 员身份一致,则确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息匹配。
S24,根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费。
上述技术方案,通过位于高速公路入口处的第一闸机控制器采集驾驶员的第一生物特征信息,并通过出口处的第二闸机控制器采集驾驶员的第二生物特征信息,在确定所述第一生物特征信息和所述第二生物特征信息匹配时,根据入口位置信息和出口位置信息计算费用,并向驾驶员收费。这样,可以通过驾驶员的生物特征信息识别实际使用车辆的用户,并向该用户收取过路费,提升了高速公路过路费支付技术的安全性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述高速公路入口消息还包括车辆的第一车辆信息,所述高速公路出口消息还包括所述车辆的第二车辆信息,所述方法还包括:在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息不匹配时,判断所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息是否相匹配;若所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息相匹配,则根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;根据所述费用信息向所述车辆进行收费。其中,所述车辆信息可以包括所述车辆的车牌号。
也就是说,为了避免车辆中途更换驾驶员,导致无法付费的情况发生,本申请实施例可以在高速公路入口和出口录入生物特征信息时,同时录入车辆信息,这样,在高速公路出口,若针对驾驶员的生物特征信息无法查找到相匹配的生物特征信息,则可以通过高速公路出口处录入的车辆信息查找相匹配的在高速公路入口处录入的车辆信息,从而确定该车辆的入口位置和出口位置,以针对该车辆进行计费。
下面详细说明高速公路收费***服务器根据费用信息进行收费。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费,包括:根据所述费用信息生成用于费用支付的二维码,并向所述第二闸机控制器发送收费请求消息,所述收费请求消息包括所述二维码,所述二维码用于所述驾驶员使用支付设备扫描所述二维码进行支付。
在图1的基础上,如图3所示,所述第二闸机控制器200包括显示屏210,所述第二闸机控制器200用于在接收到高速公路收费***服务器发送的收费请求消息时,通过所述显示屏210显示所述二维码。
如图3所示,高速公路收费***还包括支付***服务器400,用于在接收到驾驶员使用支付设备扫描所述二维码生成的支付请求消息后,从所述驾驶员的账户向所述高速公路收费***服务器的账户发起转账。
其中,所述支付设备可以是驾驶员的手机。该手机中安装有支付软件。所述驾驶员的账户可以是驾驶员预先注册的具有高速公路收费功能的账户,也可以是第三方支付账户,本申请在此不做限定。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,用户预先注册所述高速公路收费***服务器时,可以绑定用户的生物特征信息与该用户的智能终端,例如预留智能手机的手机号码。这样,高速公路收费***服务器可以根据所述用户的生物特征信息查询所述用户的智能终端,其中,所述用户注册所述高速公路收费服务器时绑定了所述用户的生物特征信息以及所述用户的智能终端,并向所述智能终端发送收费请求消息,以便所述用户通过所述智能终端进行付费。
示例地,发送至用户智能终端的收费请求消息可以包括用于识别支付的携带所述费用信息的二维码,这样,用户手机识别该二维码后可以直接进行付费,另外,该收费请求消息也可以包括高速公路收费***服务器的银行账号以及费用信息,这样,用户可以根据该费用信息向高速公路收费***服务器的收款账号转账。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费,包括:根据所述费用信息从所述高速公路收费***服务器预存的所述驾驶员的账户中进行收费,其中,所述驾驶员在所述高速公路收费***服务器进行注册时绑定了所述驾驶员的账户以及所述驾驶员的生物特征信息。
具体的,根据所述费用信息从所述高速公路收费***服务器预存的所述驾驶员的账户中进行收费,包括:向所述第二闸机控制器发送收费请求消息,所述收费请求消息包括所述费用信息;
接收所述第二闸机控制器发送的收费确认消息,所述收费确认消息包括所述第二闸机控制器在接收到所述收费请求消息后提示驾驶员输入的第三生物特征信息;
根据所述收费确认消息从所述驾驶员的账户中进行扣费,其中,所述驾驶员在注册所述高速公路收费***服务器时已授权所述高速公路收费***服务器通过所述驾驶员的生物特征信息进行收费确认。
这样,对于驾驶员来说,只需要在高速公路出口输入自己生物特征信息,即可支付过路费,支付方式更加快速便捷。同时,每笔支付均需要验证驾驶员输入的生物特征信息,也就是说每笔支付都需驾驶员确认,提升了支付的安全性。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费,包括:高速公路收费***根据所述费用信息向所述车辆发送收费请求消息;车辆接收所述高速公路收费***发送的收费请求消息,并根据所述收费请求消息提示驾驶员进行支付。
例如,所述收费请求消息包括二维码,所述方法还包括:车辆显示所述二维码,所述二维码用于所述驾驶员使用支付设备扫描所述二维码进行支付。
其中,所述二维码表征的信息可以是高速公路收费***的根据该车辆在高速公上行驶的距离生成的过路费账单。例如,该二维码可以显示在车载显示屏上,驾驶员或车内乘客 通过手机或者智能手环等支付设备扫描该二维码设备后,查看账单信息,若确认费用无误则输入支付密码确认缴费。
再比如,在接收到所述收费请求消息后,所述方法还包括:车辆提示驾驶员输入第三生物特征信息;采集驾驶员输入的所述第三生物特征信息;向所述高速公路收费***发送包括所述第三生物特征信息的收费确认消息,所述收费确认消息用于所述高速公路收费***服务器预存的所述驾驶员的账户中进行收费,其中,所述驾驶员在所述高速公路收费***服务器进行注册时绑定了所述驾驶员的账户以及所述驾驶员的生物特征信息。其中,所述第三生物特征信息包括驾驶员的以下至少一种信息:指纹特征信息、静脉特征信息、掌纹特征信息。
这样,对于驾驶员来说,只需要在车辆上输入自己生物特征信息,即可支付过路费,支付方式更加快速便捷。同时,每笔支付均需要验证驾驶员输入的生物特征信息,也就是说每笔支付都需驾驶员确认,提升了支付的安全性。
在又一种可能的实现方式中,所述高速公路服务***还可以向驾驶员的手机发送收费请求消息,由手机上的支付应用软件显示账单信息,驾驶员确认费用无误后输入指纹密码确认缴费。

以上结合附图详细描述了本申请的优选实施方式,但是,本申请并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本申请的技术构思范围内,可以对本申请的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本申请的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本申请对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本申请的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本申请的思想,其同样应当视为本申请所申请的内容。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种高速公路收费方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于高速公路收费***服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收位于高速公路入口的第一闸机控制器发送的高速公路入口消息,所述高速公路入口消息包括所述第一闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第一生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路入口的位置信息;
    接收位于高速公路出口的第二闸机控制器发送的高速公路出口消息,所述高速公路出口消息包括所述第二闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第二生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息;
    在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息相匹配时,根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;
    根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述高速公路入口消息还包括车辆的第一车辆信息,所述高速公路出口消息还包括所述车辆的第二车辆信息,所述方法还包括:
    在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息不匹配时,判断所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息是否相匹配;
    若所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息相匹配,则根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;
    根据所述费用信息向所述车辆进行收费。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费,包括:
    根据所述费用信息生成用于费用支付的二维码,并向所述第二闸机控制器发送收费请求消息,所述收费请求消息包括所述二维码,所述二维码用于所述驾驶员使用支付设备扫描所述二维码进行支付。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费,包括:
    根据所述用户的生物特征信息查询所述用户的智能终端,其中,所述用户注册所述高速公路收费服务器时绑定了所述用户的生物特征信息以及所述用户的智能终端;
    向所述智能终端发送收费请求消息,以便所述用户通过所述智能终端进行付费。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收费请求消息包括用于识别支付的携带所述费用信息的二维码;或者所述收费请求消息包括所述高速公路收费***服务器的 银行账号和所述费用信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在确认所述付费成功后,向所述第二闸机控制器发送开启闸口消息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息表征驾驶员的同一生物特征的信息;所述第一生物特征信息包括驾驶员的以下至少一种信息:面部特征信息、静脉特征信息、指纹特征信息、掌纹特征信息。
  8. 一种高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收位于高速公路入口的第一闸机控制器发送的高速公路入口消息,所述高速公路入口消息包括所述第一闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第一生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路入口的位置信息;
    第二接收模块,用于接收位于高速公路出口的第二闸机控制器发送的高速公路出口消息,所述高速公路出口消息包括所述第二闸机控制器采集到的驾驶员的第二生物特征信息,以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息;
    计算模块,用于在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息相匹配时,根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;
    费用收取模块,用于根据所述费用信息向所述驾驶员进行收费。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,所述高速公路入口消息还包括车辆的第一车辆信息,所述高速公路出口消息还包括所述车辆的第二车辆信息,所述计算模块还用于,在确定所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息不匹配时,判断所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息是否相匹配;若所述第一车辆信息与所述第二车辆信息相匹配,则根据所述高速公路入口的位置信息以及所述高速公路出口的位置信息计算得到费用信息;
    所述费用收取模块还用于,根据所述费用信息向所述车辆进行收费。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,所述费用收取模块包括:
    生成子模块,用于根据所述费用信息生成用于费用支付的二维码;
    发送子模块,用于向所述第二闸机控制器发送收费请求消息,所述收费请求消息包括所述二维码,所述二维码用于所述驾驶员使用支付设备扫描所述二维码进行支付。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任意一项所述的高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,所述费用收取模块包括:
    查询子模块,用于根据所述用户的生物特征信息查询所述用户的智能终端,其中,所述用户注册所述高速公路收费服务器时绑定了所述用户的生物特征信息以及所述用户的智 能终端;
    发送子模块,用于向所述智能终端发送收费请求消息,以便所述用户通过所述智能终端进行付费。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,所述收费请求消息包括用于识别支付的携带所述费用信息的二维码;或者所述收费请求消息包括所述高速公路收费***服务器的银行账号和所述费用信息。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12任一项所述的高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送模块,用于在确定所述驾驶员支付成功后,向所述第二闸机控制器发送开启闸口消息。
  14. 根据权利要求8至12任一项所述的高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,所述第二生物特征信息与所述第一生物特征信息表征驾驶员的同一生物特征的信息;所述第一生物特征信息包括驾驶员的以下至少一种信息:面部特征信息、静脉特征信息、指纹特征信息、掌纹特征信息。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的高速公路收费方法的步骤。
  16. 一种高速公路收费***服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求15中所述的计算机可读存储介质;以及
    一个或者多个处理器,用于执行所述计算机可读存储介质中的程序。
  17. 一种高速公路收费***,其特征在于,所述***包括:
    位于高速公路入口的第一闸机控制器,位于高速公路出口的第二闸机控制器,与所述第一闸机控制器以及所述第二闸机控制器分别通信连接的高速公路收费***服务器;
    所述第一闸机控制器用于,采集驾驶员的第一生物特征信息;将包括所述第一生物特征信息的高速公路入口消息发送给所述高速公路收费***服务器;
    所述第二闸机控制器用于,采集驾驶员的第二生物特征信息;将包括所述第二生物特征信息的高速公路出口消息发送给所述高速公路收费***服务器;
    所述高速公路收费***服务器是如权利要求8至14任一项所述的高速公路收费***服务器。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的高速公路收费***,其特征在于,所述第二闸机控制器包括显示屏,所述第二闸机控制器用于在接收到高速公路收费***服务器发送的收费请求消息时,通过所述显示屏显示所述二维码。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的高速公路收费***,其特征在于,还包括支付*** 服务器,用于在接收到驾驶员使用支付设备扫描所述二维码生成的支付请求消息后,从所述驾驶员的账户向所述高速公路收费***服务器的账户发起转账。
