The present finding relates to an apparatus for the treatment of a land, particularly for the treatment of a land in which vegetal material is present, particularly a crop, which crop has preferably ended the production cycle thereof.
Said vegetal material or crop is, especially, defined by shrub plants, and it is preferably composed of a pineapple plantation.
BACKGROUND
Apparatuses for the treatment of an agricultural land are known, particularly for the treatment of pineapple plantations.
Particularly, in the field, when the pineapple plantation has ended its production cycle, it is necessary to pass multiple times on the land it takes through a corresponding treatment apparatus in order to cut the shrubs and to ensure that the residues of the plantation do not create problems to the next plantation, and that on the contrary they compose a manure for the next plantations.
However, in this manner a considerable waste of time and labour costs for the agricultural holdings is generated.
Furthermore, these operations are not always carried out with the due accuracy, and some biological material remains accessible, so as to allow the proliferation of a particular type of fly, which affects the cattle farms nearby, thus jeopardizing the corresponding productive yields thereof.
Anyway, a need is felt in the field to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which operates in a particularly effective manner.
Furthermore, a need is also felt in the field to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which is particularly efficient.
Furthermore, a need is felt in the field of to have an apparatus which is particularly reliable.
Nevertheless, a need is felt in the field to have an apparatus which operates in a particularly rapid manner.
In the field, the need is also felt to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which has particularly reduced dimensions. In addition, a need is felt in the field to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which allows obtaining a saving, particularly as regards the energy consumption.
Furthermore, a need is felt in the field to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which is easy to use for the personnel.
In addition, a need is felt in the field to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which is of a particularly flexible use.
Furthermore, in the field, a need is felt in the field of to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which is easy and fast to be assembled and disassembled.
In addition, a need is felt in the field of to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which is easily displaceable or moveable.
Nonetheless, a need is felt in the field to have an apparatus of the type set forth above which has quite reduced manufacturing times and/or reduced manufacturing costs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
By the present finding, it is intended to propose a new and/or alternative solution with respect to the solutions known to date, it is intended to obviate one or more of the drawbacks or problems set forth above, and/or to meet one or more of the needs set forth above, and/or anyhow felt in the art, and particularly inferable by what has been set forth above.
Therefore, an apparatus for the treatment of a land and/or of a vegetal material, particularly in the form of a crop which is present at said land is provided, preferably which crop or vegetal material has ended the production cycle thereof, said vegetal material or crop being especially defined by shrub plants, and preferably consisting in a pineapple plantation; characterized in that it comprises support means for first treatment means, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding, and/or chipping, means of the same vegetal material or crop, and for second treatment means, particularly in the form of land working and/or treatment, means of, especially for rooting out or cutting the, vegetal material or crop which is present, or planted, at this land.
In this manner, it is possible to suitably treat the vegetal material or crop, particularly in view of a suitable preparation of the land, once the crop has ended its production cycle.
Particularly, in this manner, one may work so as to avoid, at a maximum extent, that insect pests find an environment that is suitable to the proliferation thereof.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODFMENTS OF THE INVENTION
In the attached Figs. 1 to 5, a first preferred embodiment 10 of apparatus for the treatment of a land is illustrated, particularly for the treatment of a land in which vegetal material is present, particularly a crop, preferably which crop has ended the production cycle thereof.
Said vegetal material or crop is especially defined by shrub plants, and it is preferably composed of a pineapple plantation.
Advantageously, as illustrated, the apparatus comprises support means 12 for first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, and for second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means.
In this manner, it is possible with only one passage to carry out a multiple treatment, and particularly it is possible to shred the plantation while preparing the land, for example it is possible, as it will be explained in the following of the present description, to suitably bury the residues thereof.
In an advantageous manner, as it is clear from the figures, in accordance with the present first preferred embodiment, said first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, are located anteriorly to said second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means.
In this manner, the vegetal material and/or land can be suitably treated, particularly the vegetal material can be suitably treated, particularly shredded, and then worked, especially buried, together with the land.
With advantage, as it is clear from the figures, said first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, and said second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means, are mutually aligned according to the travel direction "A" of the apparatus.
Particularly, in accordance with the present first preferred embodiment, it is advantageously provided for that said land working means 16 are in the form of burying or green manuring means of the crop residues.
In the context of the description of the present first preferred embodiment
10 of apparatus, the rotation directions of the rotary means, which are illustrated in Fig. 3, particularly the rotation directions of the treatment means 14 and 16 are intended for a viewer who, looking at the apparatus from a corresponding sides, has the forward direction A of the apparatus under an operative condition that is directed to his/her right side.
Particularly, as illustrated, said burying or green manuring means of the crop residues rotate counter-clockwise, as the curvilinear arrow I in Fig. 3 illustrates.
With further advantage, according to a different embodiment, not particularly illustrated in the attached figures, it would also be devisable that said land working means 16 can be in the form of land tilling means.
In such a case, said land tilling means would rotate, in a direction opposite the rotation direction of said burying or green manuring means of the crop residues, i.e., they would rotate clock-wise, as the curvilinear arrow F in Fig. 3 illustrates.
With advantage, said first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, and said second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means are displaceable, particularly in an adjustable manner, with respect to one another.
In this manner, particularly, it is possible to adapt the configuration of the apparatus to the specific needs of the crop and the land that are subjected to a working operation.
Advantageously, therefore, as it is clear particularly from Figs. 3 and 4, said first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, and said second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means, are displaceable, particularly in an adjustable manner, in height with respect to one another.
With advantage, said second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means, can be lowered in an adjustable manner, with respect to said first treatment means 14, starting from a substantial non-working position, particularly a non-land working position, of the same second treatment means 16.
In practice, said second treatment means 16 can be lowered with respect to the first treatment means 14, starting from said non-working position, so as to enter deeply in the same land by a vertical length extending to a depth of 30 cm in the land, and particularly preferably extending substantially from a depth of 25 cm into the same land.
In practice, before carrying out the operation of land working, the depth to which the land has to be worked is set, and said treatment means 16 are vertically positioned in a corresponding manner.
Advantageously, as it is clear from the figures, said support means 12 of the apparatus comprise first support means 140 for said first treatment means 14, and second support means 160 for said second treatment means 16.
While the present embodiment is particularly preferred, however it has to be understood that the fact of providing a single or common supporting frame for both said first 14 and said second 16 treatment means could be devisable.
Anyhow, advantageously, as it is clear from the figures, in accordance with this preferred embodiment, integral connection means 120 are provided for between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160.
With advantage, said integral connection means 120 between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 are of a disengageable type in order to allow the separation between said first treatment means 14 and said second treatment means 16 and thus to allow also an autonomous and individual use of the same first 14 and second 16 treatment means.
Particularly, as it is clear from the figures, said integral connection means 120 between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 comprise respective hole means 121, which are suitable to receive corresponding pin means 122, which are carried respectively by said first 14 and said second 16 treatment means, i.e., by the respective first 140 and second 160 support means. Advantageously, means 13 for the actuation of the relative displacement are provided for between said first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, and said second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of land working means.
Advantageously, as it is clear from the figures, said means 13 for the actuation of the relative displacement are provided for between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160.
In practice, means 13 for the actuation of the relative displacement are provided for between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160.
As it is clear from the figures, said relative displacement actuation means between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 are in the form of linear-type actuator means 13, i.e., they are in the form of means that generate a linear displacement, particularly vertically or substantially vertically directed.
Particularly, as it is clear from the figures, said relative displacement actuation means between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 are connected thereto through corresponding free rotation pins 131, 132 with respect to said first support means 140 and said second support means 160.
With advantage, as it is clear from the figures, said relative displacement actuation means between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 comprise one or more hydraulic cylinders 13 connected between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160.
Particularly, as illustrated, the ends of the respective hydraulic cylinder 13 are connected through corresponding pins 131, 132, especially free rotation pins, to said first support means 140 and to said second support means 160, respectively.
Advantageously, means 121, 122 for guiding the relative displacement movement between said first treatment means 14 and said second treatment means 16 are provided for.
Advantageously, as it is clear from the figures, said integral connection means 120 between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 define means 121, 122 for guiding the relative displacement movement between said first treatment means 14 and said second treatment means 16.
Particularly, as it is clear from the figures, said means 121, 122 for guiding the relative displacement movement between said first treatment means 14 and said second treatment means 16 comprise respective oblong, or loop-shaped, hole means 121, which are suitable to receive corresponding slidable pin means 122, which are respectively carried by said first support means 140 and said second support means 160.
With advantage, as it is clear from the figures, said integral connection means 120 between said first support means 140 and said second support means 160 comprise bracket connecting means 123, particularly extending from said first treatment means 12, i.e., from the corresponding first support means 140.
As it is clear from the figures, said bracket connecting means 123 extend posteriorly from said first treatment means 14, i.e., from the corresponding first support means 140.
Especially, as it is clear from the figures, said bracket connecting means 123 comprise first ones of the upper bracket means 123' and second lower bracket means 123".
As it is clear from the figures, said first ones of the upper bracket means 123' are carried by a corresponding portal member 124 which is supported by said lower bracket means 123".
With advantage, as illustrated, said bracket connecting means 123 define part of said means 121 for guiding the relative displacement movement, particularly by defining said oblong or loop-shaped hole 121 for the insertion of the corresponding slidable pin 122.
Particularly, as it is clear from the figures, said first treatment means 14, especially in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, i.e., in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, comprise a rotor 141 and a plurality of treatment tools, particularly in the form of respective knives 142 for cutting the vegetal material or crop, which are mounted in an articulated manner on the same rotor 141 and which are longitudinally and circumferentially distributed along the same rotor 141. Particularly, as it is clear from Fig. 4, said knives 142 of said first treatment means 14 cooperate for cutting the vegetal material or crop with counter-knives 143 which are carried at the inner surface of the cover 140c defining the operative chamber of the vegetal material or crop.
Particularly, as it is clear from the figures, and particularly from Fig. 4, said first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, comprise knives 142 for cutting the vegetal material or crop, which are provided for at respective longitudinal portions or strips, of the peripheral surface of said rotor, which are angularly mutually spaced apart by 90°.
Particularly, said rotor 141 of said first treatment means 14, particularly said vegetal material or crop treatment means, i.e., said shredding means of the same vegetal material or crop, under a standard operative condition, rotates counterclockwise, as it is clear from the curvilinear arrow T in Fig. 3.

Advantageously, in the Figs. 6 and 7, a second preferred embodiment 100 of apparatus according to the present finding is illustrated. In this second preferred embodiment 100 those components that are similar or equivalent to those of the first preferred embodiment are indicated by the same numeral references which have already been used in the previous first preferred embodiment and, in order not to make the present description excessively unclear, are not commented again in detail.
Particularly, the present apparatus 100 is for the treatment of a land G and/or a vegetal material, particularly in the form of a crop which is present at said land G, preferably which crop or vegetal material has ended the production cycle thereof, said vegetal material or crop being especially defined by shrub plants, and preferably being composed of a pineapple plantation.
As it is clear from said Figs., 6 and 7, the present second preferred embodiment 100 of apparatus comprises support means 12 of the first treatment means 14, particularly in the form of vegetal material or crop treatment means, especially in the form of shredding, and/or chipping means, of the same vegetal material or crop, and of the second treatment means 16, particularly in the form of means for land working and/or for treating, especially rooting out or cutting, the vegetal material or crop which is present, or planted, at this land G.
In this manner, as it will anyhow be best understood from the following of the present description, it is possible to suitably treat the vegetal material or crop, particularly in view of a suitable preparation of the land, once the crop has ended its production cycle.
Particularly, it can be provided that possible insect pests do not find an environment that is suitable to the proliferation thereof.
In an advantageous manner, as it is clear from said Figs. 6 and 7, in accordance with the present second preferred embodiment, said first treatment, or shredding, means of the vegetal material or crop 14 are located posteriorly, according to the forward direction of the apparatus, with respect to said second treatment, or land working means 16.
Advantageously, as it is clear from said Figs. 6 and 7, said first treatment, or shredding, means of the vegetal material or crop, 14 operate on the material treated by the second treatment, or land working means 16, in particular they treat the eradicated, i.e., already cut, vegetal material or crop by the said second treatment means 16.
In an advantageous manner, as it is clear from said Figs. 6 and 7, said first treatment, or shredding, means of the vegetal material or crop, 14 are located, with respect to said second treatment, or land working means 16, so as to be able to receive the material that has been worked by said second treatment means 16, particularly to receive, said worked material, directly from the same second treatment means 16, i.e., so as to receive the material that is thrown into the air by the same second treatment means 16.
In the context of the description of the present second preferred embodiment 100 of apparatus, it is understood that the rotation directions of the rotary means, particularly treatment means 14, 16 and ground stand means 30, are intended for a viewer who, looking at the apparatus on a corresponding side, has the forward direction A of the apparatus directed towards his/her left side.
In an advantageous manner, as it is clear from said Figs. 6 and 7, said first treatment, or shredding, means of the vegetal material or crop, 14 rotate in a clockwise direction, as it is clear from the curvilinear arrow T of Fig. 7.
With advantage, as it is clear from said Figs. 6 and 7, said second treatment, or land working means 16 rotate in a counterclockwise direction, as the curvilinear arrow F in Fig. 7 illustrates.
While the present embodiment, in which said second treatment, or land working means 16 rotate in a counterclockwise direction is particularly preferred, in accordance with a different version, it can be also devised that said second treatment, or land working means 16 rotate in a clockwise direction, as the hatched curvilinear arrow F' in Fig. 7 illustrates.
