所述第一滑轮支架31包括与所述横杆13固定连接的第一支架板311,所述第一支架板311远离所述横杆13的一侧设置有与所述第一支架板311平行的第二支架板312,所述第一支架板311与所述第二支架板312之间设置相互平行的两个第一滑轮支撑板313,所述第一滑轮32通过第一转轴314可转动设置在两个所述第一滑轮支撑板313之间,所述第一转轴314的两端分别与两个所述第一滑轮支撑板313固定连接;
所述第二滑轮支架36包括相互平行的第三支架板和第四支架板,所述第三支架板与所述第四支架板之间设置相互平行的两个第二滑轮支撑板,所述第二滑轮34通过第二转轴可转动设置在两个所述第二滑轮支撑板之间,所述第二转轴的两端分别与两个所述第二滑轮支撑板固定连接。
所述第一支架板311上还设置加强板315,所述加强板315的一端与所述第一支架板311的一端固定连接,另一端绕过所述横杆13与所述第一支架板311的另一端固定连接。
在本实施例中,拉绳33采用Φ16mm的麻绳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吊运装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑杆组件,所述支撑杆组件包括立杆、套杆和横杆,所述套杆活动套设在所述立杆的上端,所述套杆远离所述立杆的下端的一端与所述横杆固定连接,且所述套杆垂直于所述横杆;
    夹板组件,所述夹板组件固定在所述立杆的下端,用于将所述立杆固定在待安装位置;
    滑轮组件,所述滑轮组件设置在所述横杆远离所述套杆的一端,所述滑轮组件包括与所述横杆固定连接的第一滑轮支架、可转动设置在所述第一滑轮支架上的第一滑轮以及绕设在所述第一滑轮上的拉绳,所述拉绳的一端用于操作握持,另一端用于连接吊件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆组件还包括加强斜撑,所述加强斜撑的一端与所述套杆固定连接,另一端与所述横杆固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述加强斜撑的一端与所述套杆的非端部位置连接,另一端与所述横杆的非端部位置连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述加强斜撑与所述横杆之间的夹角为第一夹角,所述加强斜撑与所述套杆之间的夹角为第二夹角。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述夹板组件包括第一夹板、第二夹板、连接板和顶紧杆,所述第一夹板固定在所述立杆的端部,所述第二夹板平行设置在所述第一夹板远离所述立杆的一侧,所述连接板连接所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板,所述顶紧杆螺纹旋接在所述第一夹板上,其端部延伸至所述第一夹板与所述第二夹板之间,用于选择性顶紧位于所述第一夹板和第二夹板之间的待安装位置的固定面板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹板上开设至少一个通孔,在所述第一夹板上固定有顶紧螺母,所述顶紧螺母的螺孔与所述通孔对应,所述顶紧杆的外周设置有与所述顶紧螺母相匹配的螺纹,所述顶紧杆的端部依次穿过所述顶紧螺母的螺孔、所述通孔将所述固定面板压紧在所述第二夹板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述顶紧杆位于所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板之间的端部固定有压紧板。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述滑轮组件还包括第二滑轮,所述第一滑轮支架的下端设置第一挂钩,所述第二滑轮通过第二滑轮支架固定,所述第二滑轮可绕自身轴线相对于所述第二滑轮支架转动,所述第二滑轮支架上设置用于固定所述吊件的第二挂钩,所述拉绳的一端依次绕过所述第一滑轮、所述第二滑轮与所述第一挂钩连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑轮支架包括与所述横杆固定连接的第一支架板,所述第一支架板远离所述横杆的一侧设置有与所述第一支架板平行的第二支架板,所述第一支架板与所述第二支架板之间设置相互平行的两个第一滑轮支撑板,所述第一滑轮通过第一转轴可转动设置在两个所述第一滑轮支撑板之间,所述第一转轴的两端分别与两个所述第一滑轮支撑板固定连接;
    所述第二滑轮支架包括相互平行的第三支架板和第四支架板,所述第三支架板与所述第四支架板之间设置相互平行的两个第二滑轮支撑板,所述第二滑轮通过第二转轴可转动设置在两个所述第二滑轮支撑板之间,所述第二转轴的两端分别与两个所述第二滑轮支撑板固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吊运装置,其特征在于,所述第一支架板上还设 置加强板,所述加强板的一端与所述第一支架板的一端固定连接,另一端绕过所述横杆与所述第一支架板的另一端固定连接。
