基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法及装置。
背景技术
虽然当今社会的治安相比之前越来越来好,但是偷盗事件还是屡见不鲜,其中,自行车、电动车、摩托车的被盗事件尤为猖獗。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中车辆容易被盗的的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法,所述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法包括:
接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息;
判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像;
当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配;
当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话;
在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置,所述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置包括:
监测模块,用于接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
获取模块,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息;
判断模块,用于判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像;
第一判断模块,用于当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配;
拨打模块,用于当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话;
外音控制模块,用于在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容。
本发明所提供的基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法和装置,通过接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息;判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像;当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配;当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话;在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容的方式,能够起到震慑偷盗者的作用,从而能够降低车辆被盗的风险。

以下结合说明书附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,并且在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明提供一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法。参照图1,图1为本发明的基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述方法包括:
步骤S10:接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动。
本实施例中所述监测车辆是否发生移动具体包括如下处理:通过振动传感器监测车辆移动量,依据所述移动量产生对应的电压或电量。当所述振动传感器产生的电压或电量达到预设值时,判定所述车辆发生移动。
本实施例采用现有的常规技术监测车辆周围是否有人,在此不再对其展开描述。
步骤S20:当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息。
步骤S30:判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像。
步骤S40:当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配。
步骤S50:当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话。
步骤S60:在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容。

本发明进一步提供一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置,上述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法通过所述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置实现。请参照图2,图2为本发明的基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置的功能模块示意图。在本实施例中,所述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置100包括:监测模块110、获取模块120、判断模块130、第一判断模块140、拨打模块150、外音控制模块160。其中,所述监测模块110,用于接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动。所述获取模块120,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息。所述判断模块130,用于判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像。所述第一判断模块140,用于当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配。所述拨打模块150,用于当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话。所述外音控制模块160,用于在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容。
上述实施例中所述监测模块110,具体还用于通过振动传感器监测车辆移动量,依据所述移动量产生对应的电压或电量;当所述振动传感器产生的电压或电量达到预设值时,判定所述车辆发生移动。本实施例采用现有的常规技术监测车辆周围是否有人,在此不再对其展开描述。

  1. 一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法,其特征在于,所述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗方法包括:
    接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
    当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息;
    判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像;
    当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配;
    当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话;
    在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容。
  2. 一种基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置,其特征在于,所述基于人体图像识别的车辆防盗装置包括:
    监测模块,用于接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
    获取模块,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,开启摄像头拍摄功能,获取驾驶员座位所在区域的图像信息;
    判断模块,用于判断获取的图像信息中是否包含人体图像;
    第一判断模块,用于当所述图像信息中包含人体图像,则判断所述人体图像与预设的基准人体图像是否匹配;
    拨打模块,用于当所述人体图像与基准人体图像不匹配,则根据预设的用户电话号码,向相应的用户侧终端拨打电话;
    外音控制模块,用于在电话接通后向用户播放车辆危险提醒信息,开启通话外音功能,使车辆周边人员能够听到用户讲话内容。
