所述的物件信息录入模块1用于将物件信息输入至中控模块4,该物件信息录入模块1包括人工录入设备或条码扫描设备或RFID芯片读取设备。
所述的物件位置记忆模块2用于记忆物件放入柜架后的位置并输入中控模块4与物件信息建立关联关系;该物件位置记忆模块2包括称重器、用于固定物件的带编码的无线夹204、无线钩205;所述的称重器包括安装在整个柜架底部的总称重器201、安装在柜架部分存放区域的有编码的区域称重器202、分别安装在柜架同一存放区域的3个有编码的区域分称重器203;各称重器分别与中控模块4连接。当物件放置时,物件10压到的区域称重器202和分别安装在柜架同一存放区域的3个区域分称重器203,根据称重器的编码,记录物件放置的位置,将物件位置信息输入中控模块4。
所述的无线夹204、无线钩205分别安装在另一部分存放区域的柜架边框上;无线夹、无线钩分别与中控模块4连接。当物件放置在该无线夹、无线钩上时,通过无线夹、无线钩上的编码,记录物件放置的位置,将物件位置信息输入中控模块4。
所述的物件位置显示模块3用于在取件时中控模块4检索到物件信息后显示物件位置,该物件位置显示模块3包括有安装在设有称重器的存放区域柜架边框上的可动指向光灯臂301或光显示的纵横坐标显示灯排302,还包括有设置在无线夹、无线钩上的声光 显示灯。当收件人取件时,可动指向光灯臂的灯光自动指向物件的位置或纵横边框上的纵横坐标显示灯排上的灯相应亮起,无线钩、夹上的声光显示灯启动,提示取件人即可迅速找到自己的物件。
所述的取件监控纠错***5用于当取件时取走的物件与物件位置记忆模块2记录的位置信息不符后或物件异常增加后报警提醒,即是当取件时称重器减少的重量与物件重量信息不符或物件异常增加后报警提醒,该取件监控纠错***5包括报警器。
所述的智能柜架***还包括有用于辨别危险品的嗅觉传感器6,该嗅觉传感器与中控模块4连接;中控模块4还连接有危险品嗅觉报警器7,该危险品嗅觉报警器7可采用取件监控纠错***5代替。
所述的中控模块4还与互联网或物联网相连;所述的智能柜架***设有APP应用平台和Wifi,使得本发明还具有以下功能:
(1)快递员可以通过注册后在网页或APP应用平台申请到柜架的开门密码;
(2)快递员可以通过注册后在网页或APP应用平台查询柜架内快件的状态;
(3)收件人可以通过注册后在网页或APP应用平台查询柜架内快件的状态;
(4)收件人可以通过注册后在网页或APP应用平台查询收到柜架的密码;
(5)接入物流公司的物流网。
作为上述实施例一至实施例四的一种变换,所述的称重器或机器视觉装置或带编码的无线夹204、无线钩205可以设置在同一柜架的不同存放区域上;同样,光显示灯或可动指向光灯臂301或纵横坐标显示灯排302或声光显示灯也可以设置在同一柜架的不同存放区域上。
实施例五:
一种智能柜架***的控制方法,本方法是实施例一所述智能柜架***的控制方法,它是通过物件信息录入模块1将物件信息输入至中控模块4,物件放入柜架后通过物件位置记忆模块2记忆其位置并输入中控模块4与物件信息建立关联关系;取件时通过中控模块4检索到物件信息后通过物件位置显示模块3显示物件位置。
该方法的具体步骤如下:
A、投件阶段:
投件前,先通过物件信息录入模块1——人工录入设备将物件信息输入至中控模块4;
投件时,投件员用物件信息读取装置读取物件信息,将物件放置到柜架内后,通过物件位置记忆模块2——称重器获取物件的位置信息,即是当物件放置时,物件压到的区域称重器和分别安装在柜架同一存放区域的一个或多个区域分称重器,根据称重器的编码,记录物件放置的位置;将该物件信息、位置信息同时输入至中控模块4内并建立关联关系;中控模块4根据物件信息将位置信息发给收件人,告诉收件人物件所在柜架的位置,在有门情况下随机生成开柜架门的密码,该密码与收件人的信息唯一对应,即用一个密码开柜架门就能对应出是某一位收件人开柜架门;
B、取件阶段:
收件人取件时,在有门情况下用中控模块4给出的密码,先打开柜架门,物件位置显示模块3相应提示收件人物件的位置,光显示灯显示物件的位置,提示取件人即可迅速找到自己的物件,收件人确认取走自己的物件后离开或在有门情况下关门离开。
在上述步骤B中,还通过区域称重器、总称重器自动核准取走物件的重量,如果收件人取走物件的重量与中控模块所登记的收件人及其物件的重量信息一致,中控模块发出信息,收件成功;如果不一致,中控模块给收件人发出信息提示取件错误,请求收件人重新取件;如果收件人拒不执行,则中控模块控制取件监控纠错***5发出报警信息。
当物件异常增加时,取件监控纠错***5也会发出报警提醒。
当嗅觉传感器嗅出危险品时,危险品嗅觉报警器7也同样会发出报警提醒。
在步骤A至步骤B中所形成的各种信息通过互联网、物联网发送给收件人的手持终端;收件人的手持终端在柜架APP应用平台登记认证或在APP上输入密码后,能在靠近柜架附近的区域,自动识别收件人的手持终端。
实施例六:
一种智能柜架***的控制方法,本方法是实施例二所述智能柜架***的控制方法,它是通过物件信息录入模块1将物件信息输入至中控模块4,物件放入柜架后通过物件位置记忆模块2记忆其位置并输入中控模块4与物件信息建立关联关系;取件时通过中控模块4检索到物件信息后通过物件位置显示模块3显示物件位置。
该方法的具体步骤如下:
A、投件阶段:
投件前,先通过物件信息录入模块1——条码扫描设备将物件信息输入至中控模块4;
投件时,投件员用物件信息读取装置读取物件信息,将物件放置到柜架内后,通过物件位置记忆模块2——机器视觉装置获取物件的位置信息,即是当物件放置时,通过机器视觉装置,记录放置图像信息,得出物件的横纵坐标,记录物件放置的位置;将该物件信息、位置信息同时输入至中控模块4内并建立关联关系;中控模块4根据物件信息将位置信息发给收件人,告诉收件人物件所在柜架的位置,在有门情况下随机生成开柜架门的密码,该密码与收件人的信息唯一对应,即用一个密码开柜架门就能对应出是某一位收件人开柜架门;
B、取件阶段:

投件时,投件员用无线夹、无线钩读取物件信息,将物件放置到柜架内后,通过物件位置记忆模块2——无线夹、无线钩获取物件的位置信息,即是当物件放置时,通过无线夹、无线钩上的编码,记录物件放置的位置,将物件位置信息输入中控模块4;将该物件信息、位置信息同时输入至中控模块4内并建立关联关系;中控模块4根据物件信息将位置信息发给收件人,告诉收件人物件所在柜架的位置,在有门情况下随机生成开柜架门的密码,该密码与收件人的信息唯一对应,即用一个密码开柜架门就能对应出是某一位收件人开柜架门;

投件时,投件员用物件信息读取装置读取物件信息,将物件放置到柜架内后,通过物件位置记忆模块2——称重器或无线夹、无线钩获取物件的位置信息,即是当物件放置时,物件压到的区域称重器和区域分称重器,根据称重器的编码,记录物件放置的位置;或是当物件放置在无线夹、无线钩上时,通过无线夹、无线钩上的编码,记录物件放置的位置,将该物件信息、位置信息同时输入至中控模块4内并建立关联关系;中控模块4根据物件信息将位置信息发给收件人,告诉收件人物件所在柜架的位置,在有门情况下随机生成开柜架门的密码,该密码与收件人的信息唯一对应,即用一个密码开柜架门就能对应出是某一位收件人开柜架门;
B、取件阶段:

Claims (11)

  1. 一种智能柜架***,包括柜架(8),柜架上设有多个存放区域(9),其特征在于:该智能柜架***还包括物件信息录入模块(1)、物件位置记忆模块(2)、物件位置显示模块(3)、中控模块(4);中控模块(4)分别与物件信息录入模块(1)、物件位置记忆模块(2)、物件位置显示模块(3)相连;所述的物件信息录入模块(1)用于将物件信息输入至中控模块(4),所述的物件位置记忆模块(2)用于记忆物件放入柜架后的位置并输入中控模块(4)与物件信息建立关联关系;所述的物件位置显示模块(3)用于在取件时中控模块(4)检索到物件信息后显示物件位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能柜架***,其特征在于:所述的物件信息录入模块(1)包括人工录入设备或条码扫描设备或RFID芯片读取设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能柜架***,其特征在于:所述的物件位置记忆模块(2)包括称重器或机器视觉装置或带编码的无线夹(204)、无线钩(205);所述的称重器包括安装在整个柜架底部的总称重器(201)、安装在柜架每个存放区域(9)的有编码的区域称重器(202)、分别安装在柜架同一存放区域的一个或多个有编码的区域分称重器(203);所述的机器视觉装置、无线夹(204)、无线钩(205)分别安装在柜架边框上;称重器、机器视觉装置、无线夹(204)、无线钩(205)分别与中控模块(4)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能柜架***,其特征在于:所述的物件位置显示模块(3)包括有安装在柜架边框上的光显示灯或可动指向光灯臂(301),或安装在柜架纵横边框上的纵横坐标显示灯排(302),或安装在无线夹、无线钩上的声光显示灯。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能柜架***,其特征在于:所述的智能柜架***还包括有取件监控纠错***(5),该取件监控纠错***(5)与中控模块(4)连接,取件监控纠错***(5)用于当取件时取走的物件与物件位置记忆模块(2)记录的信息不符后或物件异常增加后报警提醒。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的智能柜架***,其特征在于:所述的智能柜架***还包括有用于辨别危险品的嗅觉传感器(6),该嗅觉传感器与中控模块(4)连接;中控模块(4)还连接有危险品嗅觉报警器(7);所述的中控模块(4)还与互联网连接,互联网和物联网相连;所述的智能柜架***设有APP应用平台和Wifi。
  7. 一种智能柜架***的控制方法,其特征在于:通过物件信息录入模块(1)将物件信息输入至中控模块(4),物件放入柜架后通过物件位置记忆模块(2)记忆其位置并输入中控模块(4)与物件信息建立关联关系;取件时通过中控模块(4)检索到物件信息后通过物件位置显示模块(3)显示物件位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能柜架***的控制方法,其特征在于:该方法的具体步骤如下:
    A、投件阶段:
    投件时,投件员用物件信息读取装置读取物件信息,将物件放置到柜架内后,通过物件位置记忆模块(2)获取物件的位置信息,将该物件信息、位置信息同时输入至中控模块(4)内并建立关联关系;中控模块(4)根据物件信息将位置信息发给收件人,告诉收件人物件所在柜架的位置,在有门情况下随机生成开柜架门的密码,该密码与收件人的信息唯一对应,即用一个密码开柜架门就能对应出是某一位收件人开柜架门;
    B、取件阶段:
    收件人取件时,在有门情况下用中控模块(4)给出的密码,先打开柜架门,物件位置显示模块(3)相应提示收件人物件的位置,光显示灯或可动指向光灯臂的灯光自动指向物件的位置,或柜架纵横边框上的纵横坐标显示灯排上的灯相应亮起,或无线夹、无线钩上的声光显示灯启动,提示取件人即可迅速找到自己的物件,收件人确认取走自己的物件后离开或在有门情况下关门离开。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能柜架***的控制方法,其特征在于:在步骤A的投件阶段中,所述的通过物件位置记忆模块(2)获取物件的位置信息或是当物件放置时,物件压到的区域称重器和分别安装在柜架同一存放区域的一个或多个区域分称重器,根据各称重器的编码,记录物件放置的位置;或通过机器视觉装置,记录放置图像信息,得出物件的横纵坐标,记录物件放置的位置;或通过无线夹、无线钩固定住物件,根据各无线夹、无线钩的编码,记录物件放置的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能柜架***的控制方法,其特征在于:在步骤B中,还通过区域称重器、总称重器自动核准取走物件的重量,或是通过机器视觉装置、无线夹、无线钩自动核准取走的物件信息;如果收件人取走物件的重量与中控模块所登记的收件人及其物件的重量信息一致,或是机器视觉装置记录的图像信息与收件人及其物件信息 一致,或是被打开的无线夹、无线钩记录的编码信息与收件人及其物件信息一致,中控模块发出信息,收件成功;如果不一致,中控模块给收件人发出信息提示取件错误,并再次发出开柜架门密码信息,请求收件人重新取件;如果收件人拒不执行,则中控模块控制取件监控纠错***(5)发出报警信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能柜架***的控制方法,其特征在于:在步骤A至步骤B中所形成的各种信息通过互联网、物联网发送给收件人的手持终端;收件人的手持终端在智能柜架***的APP应用平台登记认证后或在APP上输入密码,能在靠近柜架附近的区域,自动识别收件人的手持终端。
