Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de typage, de chargement et de tri d'articles pour séparer automatiquement différents types de colis, qui comprend un transporteur d'acheminement, un transporteur de réception, un transporteur de tri, des caméras et un œil photoélectrique. Les caméras aériennes détectent la taille d'article et s'il est de nature cubique, ainsi que le type et la taille de son empreinte. Une trieuse à glissière en ligne, ayant des courroies d'éjection et des rouleaux de transporteur alternés, passe à travers un transporteur en aval ou dévie des articles à partir de celui-ci. Le système basé sur la vision peut également être utilisé pour détecter un espace entre des articles et insérer des articles dans l'espace inoccupé.
