根据本发明实施例的顶盖安装组件100,顶盖10采用玻璃纤维增强塑料件,便于在制作过程中加入色母,以直接得到符合要求颜色的顶盖10,避免喷漆,简化工艺;而且驾驶舱总成20与顶盖10连接紧密、便于拆装。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的顶盖安装组件,其特征在于,所述顶盖前横梁、所述顶盖后横梁上均设有安装支架,所述前横向隔板、所述后横向隔板上均设有凸台,所述安装支架与凸台相对应且通过螺接到所述凸台内的第一螺钉固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的顶盖安装组件,其特征在于,所述凸台内设有第一预埋螺母,所述第一预埋螺母与所述第一螺钉螺接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的顶盖安装组件,其特征在于,所述第一预埋螺母的外壁具有多个沿其轴向依次分布的止挡凸缘。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的顶盖安装组件,其特征在于,所述安装支架与所述凸台之间还通过定位销连接,所述定位销与所述第一螺钉间隔开。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的顶盖安装组件,其特征在于,所述前挡风玻璃安装孔的前端具有第一横向隔板,所述第一横向隔板上设有多个沿横向分布的安装孔,所述前围板组件上设有第二预埋螺母,所述第二预埋螺母与所述安装孔通过第二螺钉连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的顶盖安装组件,其特征在于,所述后挡风玻璃安装孔的后端具有第二横向隔板,所述第二横向隔板的末端具有安装凸部,所述安装凸部与所述后围板组件通过第三螺钉连接。
