Description

烟弹、雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种烟弹、雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
现有电子烟烟弹上的储液腔往往开口设置,因此当拆卸下烟弹时,储液腔内的烟液便会泄漏出去,造成污染的同时也降低了用户的使用体验。甚至,当儿童随意将烟弹拆卸下来时,易发生误食烟液的危险,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种烟弹,以使得烟弹单独存放时烟液无法泄漏,另外,还提供了一种具有该烟弹的雾化器及其电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种烟弹,所述烟弹包括储液管、设置在所述储液管上的出液机构、收容于所述出液机构内的弹性件以及第一磁性件,所述储液管上设置有储液腔,所述出液机构上设置有与所述储液腔相连通的导液孔,所述烟弹上还设置有与所述导液孔相连通的出液孔,所述第一磁性件可滑动地收容于所述出液机构内,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述出液机构的内壁,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述第一磁性件,所述第一磁性件能够在所述弹性件的作用下关闭所述导液孔。
进一步地,所述出液机构收容于所述储液管内,所述第一磁性件沿所述储液管的轴向滑动。
进一步地,所述导液孔设置在所述出液机构的侧壁上,所述出液孔设置在所述出液机构的下端。
进一步地,所述储液管的下端设置有与所述储液腔相连通的通孔,所述出液机构的下端固定穿设所述通孔。
进一步地,所述出液机构连接在所述储液管外部的下端,所述第一磁性件沿所述储液管的径向滑动。
进一步地,所述导液孔设置在所述出液机构上与所述储液管连接的侧壁上,所述出液孔对应所述导液孔设置在所述出液机构上。
进一步地,所述储液管包括内套管及套设于所述内套管上的外套管,所述储液腔由所述外套管与所述内套管之间的容腔形成,所述出液机构收容于所述储液腔内且套设于所述内套管上,所述弹性件以及所述第一磁性件均设置在所述内套管与所述出液机构之间的容腔内。
进一步地,所述出液孔设置在所述内套管上,所述导液孔对应所述出液孔设置在所述出液机构的侧壁上。
一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括前述任一项所述烟弹,所述雾化器还包括与所述烟弹连接的雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括第二磁性件,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件互斥设置,所述雾化组件与所述烟弹连接时,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件之间的斥力大于所述弹性件的弹力,所述第一磁性件能够压缩所述弹性件滑动而打开所述导液孔,以使得所述储液腔与所述出液孔相连通。
进一步地,所述雾化组件包括与所述烟弹连接的雾化端盖,所述雾化端盖的内部空间形成雾化腔,所述雾化端盖上对应所述出液孔设置有连通所述雾化腔的进液孔,所述第二磁性件固定收容于所述雾化腔内。
进一步地,所述雾化组件包括与所述烟弹连接的雾化端盖,所述雾化端盖的内部空间形成雾化腔,所述雾化端盖上对应所述出液孔设置有连通所述雾化腔的进液孔,所述第二磁性件固定设置在所述雾化端盖外部的上端。
进一步地,所述雾化组件包括连接座以及雾化头,所述连接座与所述烟弹连接,所述雾化头固定设置所述内套管内,所述雾化头上设置有雾化腔,所述雾化头上对应所述出液孔设置有连通所述雾化腔的渗透孔,所述第二磁性件固定收容于所述连接座内。
一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括前述任一项所述的雾化器。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的烟弹,当烟弹单独存放时,由于第一磁性件受到弹性件的弹力作用而关闭导液孔,从而使得储液腔与出液孔隔离开来,避免了储液腔内的烟液泄漏,也不会造成误食烟液的情况,对儿童起到一定的安全防护作用。

现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例一
请参阅图1-图3,本发明实施例一提供了一种电子烟100,该电子烟100包括雾化器10和与雾化器10连接的电池组件30,雾化器10包括烟弹101和可拆卸地设于烟弹101下端的雾化组件102,电池组件30固定设于雾化组件102的下端。雾化组件102能够吸取烟弹101内的烟液,在电池组件30的电驱动作用下加热烟液并使得烟液雾化成烟雾,以供用户吸食。
请具体参阅图2,烟弹101包括外壳11、固定收容于外壳11内的储液管12以及分别收容于储液管12内的出液机构13、弹性件14和第一磁性件15,弹性件14设置在出液机构13内,第一磁性件15可滑动地收容于出液机构13内。
外壳11大致呈中空的筒状结构,外壳11的下端开口设置,外壳11的上端沿外壳11的轴向向上延伸形成与外壳11的内腔连通的烟嘴连接部111。本实施方式中,用户吸食时,可***烟嘴连接部111直接吸食烟雾。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以在烟嘴连接部111上连接烟嘴等连通件(图未示出),用户通过***连通件进行烟雾的吸食。
储液管12大致呈中空的管状结构,储液管12的内部空间形成用于存储烟液的储液腔121,储液管12与外壳11之间设置有与烟嘴连接部111连通的出气 通道122。
可以理解地,储液管12通过过盈配合固定收容于外壳11内,储液管12的外壁上沿储液管12的轴向开设有至少一个凹槽(图为标出),此时,出气通道122即由凹槽与外壳11内壁之间形成的空间所形成。或,储液管12的外壁与外壳11的内壁之间设置有至少一个诸如连接杆的固定件(图未示出),固定件的一端固定连接在储液管12上,固定杆的另一端固定连接在外壳11上,从而实现储液管12固定收容在外壳11内,此时,出气通道122即由储液管12的外壁与外壳11的内壁之间的空间所形成。
外壳11与储液管12均为透明或半透明材料制成,以便于用户观察烟液余量。本实施方式中,外壳11与储液管12均为玻璃材料制成。
进一步地,储液管12的下端开设有连通储液腔121的通孔123。
出液机构13收容于储液腔121内,出液机构13大致呈中空的瓶状结构,出液机构13的下端开设有连通出液机构13内腔的出液孔132,出液机构13的下端固定穿设在储液管12的通孔123内。出液机构13的侧壁上至少开设有一个导液孔131,导液孔131同时与储液腔121以及出液机构13的内腔相连通。本实施方式中,导液孔131有两个且相对设置在出液机构13上。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,导液孔131还可以有一个、三个或三个以上。
弹性件14沿储液管12的轴向伸缩,弹性件14的一端弹性抵持出液机构13的顶部,弹性件14的另一端弹性抵持第一磁性件15,第一磁性件15的外壁与出液机构13的内壁紧密贴合且能够关闭出液机构13的导液孔131。当烟弹101拆卸下来而单独存放时,第一磁性件15在弹性件14弹力的作用下向下移动,直至将导液孔131关闭,此时,储液腔121被关闭,储液腔121内的烟液无法经由导液孔131进入至出液机构13内。
请具体参阅图3,雾化组件102包括可拆卸地连接在外壳11下端的连接座21、设于连接座21上端的雾化端盖22、以及收容于雾化端盖22内的加热结构23和第二磁性件24。
连接座21大致呈筒状结构,连接座21的上端与外壳11的下端可拆卸地连接。可以理解地,连接座21与外壳11可通过设置螺纹实现螺纹连接,或,连接座21与外壳11可通过设置卡槽、卡扣实现卡接,或连接座21与外壳11的连接处均设置有磁性材料以实现磁性连接,对于连接座21与外壳11的可拆卸连接方式此处不做限制。
进一步地,连接座21的侧壁上开设有第一进气孔211,连接座21的上端面开设有至少一个同时与第一进气孔211和出气通道122连通的第二进气孔212。
雾化端盖22大致呈筒状结构,雾化端盖22的内部空间形成雾化腔221。进一步地,为了便于雾化端盖22内生成的烟雾送入用户口中,连接座21的上端面对应雾化腔221开设有至少一个连通雾化腔221的透烟孔213。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,透烟孔213还可以设置在雾化端盖22的侧壁上,透烟孔213与出气通道122相连通,同样能够起到将烟雾送至用户口中的目的。
进一步地,雾化端盖22的上端面对应出液机构13的出液孔132开设有连通雾化腔221的进液孔222。
加热结构23固定设置在雾化腔221内,加热结构23包括相互缠绕的加热元件(图未标出)和导液元件(图未标出),导液元件对应进液孔222设置以吸收烟液,加热元件与电池组件30电性连接。可以理解地,导液元件可以是棉花、多孔陶瓷等具有吸附烟液能力的元件,加热元件可以是加热丝或加热板等元件。
第二磁性件24固定设置在雾化腔221内,且第二磁性件24与第一磁性件15互斥设置。进一步地,在雾化组件102安装在烟弹101的过程中,第二磁性 件24与第一磁性件15之间的斥力能够大于弹性件14的弹力,从而使得第一磁性件15向上移动。
本实施方式中,第一磁性件15以及第二磁性件24均为条形磁铁,第一磁性件15与第二磁性件24的北极N相对,以实现二者互斥。可以理解地,磁铁的形状还可以是圆柱形或其他形状,只要能够满足第一磁性件15以及第二磁性件24互斥即可,此处不做限制。还可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一磁性件15与第二磁性件24的南极S相对。还可以理解地,第一磁性件15以及第二磁性件24可以是电磁铁,通过控制线圈的绕向或流经线圈的电流来实现二者间的互斥作用。
电池组件30包括电池外壳31、电池32和电源开关33。电池外壳31的上端与雾化端盖22的下端固定连接,电池32固定收容于电池外壳31内,且电池32与加热元件电性连接。电源开关33设置在电池外壳31上,且电源开关33与电池32电性连接,以控制电源32向加热元件的供电情况。
下面结合附图说明本发明的电子烟100的安装及使用过程。
本发明提供的电子烟100,在出厂时,雾化组件102已经固定连接在电池组件30上,如图3所示。用户使用时,只需将烟弹101与雾化组件102对接安装即可。
请参阅图2,烟弹101单独存放时,由于弹性件14的弹力作用,故使得第一磁性件15在弹力作用下向下移动,当第一磁性件15移动至抵持在出液机构13的下端时,出液机构13上的导液孔131被第一磁性件15关闭,从而使得储液腔121关闭,储液腔121与出液孔132隔离开,烟液无法流出。
请参阅图1,烟弹101与雾化组件102对接安装过程中,雾化组件102逐渐靠近烟弹101,使得第二磁性件24逐渐靠近第一磁性件15,当第二磁性件24 与第一磁性件15之间的斥力大于弹性件14的弹力时,能够使得第一磁性件15向上滑动。此时,出液机构13上的导液孔131逐渐被打开,储液腔121被打开与出液机构13连通,烟液经由导液孔131进入至出液机构13内,再由出液孔132流出通过进液孔222被导液元件吸收,加热元件在电驱动作用下加热烟液并使烟液雾化成烟雾,充满在雾化腔221内。图1中较粗箭头所指方向即为烟液的流动方向。
用户吸食时,外部空气经由第一进气孔211进入至连接座21内,雾化腔221内的烟雾经由透烟孔213同样进入至连接座21内,空气混合烟雾后依次经由第二进气孔212、出气通道122以及烟嘴连接部111进入至用户口中。图1中较细箭头所指方向即为气流的流动方向。
当烟弹101与雾化组件102拆卸分离时,第二磁性件24逐渐远离第一磁性件15,第二磁性件24与第一磁性件15之间的斥力逐渐减小直至为零,此时第一磁性件15由于受到弹性件14的弹力作用而向下移动,直至第一磁性件15重新将导液孔131关闭,储液腔121与出液孔132再次隔离不连通,烟液无法流出,此时烟弹101处于如图2所示状态。因此,即便是儿童随意将烟弹101打开,也不会发生烟液泄漏的情况,避免了儿童误食烟液,对儿童起到了一定的安全防护作用。另外,依靠第一磁性件15关闭储液腔121,与传统结构相比,第一磁性件15不会发生老化现象,提高了使用寿命。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,导液元件还可以部分通过进液孔222延伸至雾化端盖22的外部。当烟弹101与雾化组件102连接时,部分导液元件伸入出液机构13内部,使得烟液缓慢逐渐地被导液元件所吸收,避免了过多烟液进入至雾化组件102内部。
本发明实施例一的雾化器10,根据磁极同性互斥的原理,控制第一磁性件 15的移动,从而实现安装烟弹101时储液腔121打开、拆卸烟弹101时储液腔121关闭的作用,避免了烟弹101单独存放时发生漏液或儿童误食烟液的情况。
本发明实施例一提供的电子烟100,因该电子烟100具有上述雾化器10全部的技术特征,故该电子烟100具有与上述雾化器10相同的技术效果。
实施例二
请参阅图4-图6,本实施例二提供的电子烟200与实施例一的电子烟100的主要区别就在于,出液机构13设置在储液管12的外部,第二磁性件24设置在雾化端盖22的外部。
具体的,请参阅图5,出液机构13固定连接在储液管12的下端面上,导液孔131开设在出液机构13与储液管12的连接面上,出液孔132相对导液孔131开设在出液机构13上,且出液孔132与导液孔131相连通。弹性件14沿储液管12的径向收缩,弹性件14的一端弹性抵持出液机构13,弹性件14的另一端弹性抵持第一磁性件15。第一磁性件15可滑动地收容于出液机构13内,且能够沿与储液管12轴线的垂直方向滑动。烟弹101单独存放时,由于弹性件14的弹力作用,使得第一磁性件15被压紧固定,第一磁性件15密封导液孔131和出液孔132,将储液腔121与出液孔132隔离开,使得烟液无法流出。
请参阅图6,第二磁性件24固定设置在雾化端盖22的上端面。请参阅图4,正常使用时,烟弹101与雾化组件102连接,第二磁性件24相对弹性件14位于第一磁性件15的另一侧,第二磁性件24与第一磁性件15互斥设置,且第二磁性件24与第一磁性件15之间的斥力大于弹性件14的弹力,故第一磁性件15压缩弹性件14移动,最终第一磁性件15打开导液孔131,使得出液孔132与储液腔121连通。此时,储液腔121内的烟液通过导液孔131进入至出液机构13内,再由出液孔132进入至雾化腔221内。图4中箭头所示方向即为烟液的流 动方向。
本实施方式中,第一磁性件15与第二磁性件24的北极N相对。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一磁性件15与第二磁性件24的南极S相对。可以理解地,第一磁性件15以及第二磁性件24可以是电磁铁,通过控制线圈的绕向或流经线圈的电流来实现二者间的互斥作用。
请再次参阅图5,当烟弹101与雾化组件102分离时,第一磁性件15因弹性件14的弹力作用而复位移动,最终使得第一磁性件15再次密封导液孔131,储液腔121与出液孔132再次隔离开,避免了烟弹101单独存放时发生漏液或儿童误食烟液的情况。
本实施例二的电子烟200中电池组件30的结构与实施例一的电池组件30相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例三
请参阅图7和图8,本发明实施例三提供的电子烟300与实施例一的电子烟100的主要区别就在于,进气方式以及进液方式不同,实施例一为下进气和上进液,而本实施例三为上进气和侧进液。
具体地,请参阅图8,烟弹101包括外壳11、设于外壳11内的储液管12、收容于储液管12内的出液机构13、收容于出液机构13上的弹性件14和第一磁性件15,以及连接在外壳11上的出气管16。
储液管12大致呈柱状结构,储液管12包括内套管124以及套设于内套管124上的外套管125,内套管124与外套管125之间的容腔形成储液腔121,出液机构13固定收容在储液腔121内,且出液机构13套设在内套管124上。导液孔131开设在出液机构13的侧壁上,出液孔132对应导液孔131开设在内套管124上,且导液孔131与出液孔132相连通。弹性件14以及第一磁性件15 均设置在内套管124与出液机构13形成的容腔内,弹性件14的一端弹性抵持出液机构13,弹性件14的另一端弹性抵持第一磁性件15,第一磁性件15可滑动地收容在出液机构13内。当烟弹101单独存放时,第一磁性件15由于弹性件14的弹力作用而被压紧固定,使得导液孔131被关闭,此时,储液腔121关闭,储液腔121与出液孔132隔离开,储液腔121内的烟液无法经由导液孔131进入至出液机构13内。
请同时参阅图7和图8,本实施方式中的雾化组件102包括连接座21、雾化头25以及第二磁性件24。
请参阅图8,雾化头25固定设置在内套管124内,雾化头25内设置有雾化腔221,雾化头25上对应出液孔132设置有连通雾化腔221的渗透孔(图未示出)。请参阅图7,第二磁性件24固定设置在连接座21内,当连接座21安装在烟弹101上时,因第二磁性件24与第一磁性件15互斥设置,且第二磁性件24与第一磁性件15之间的斥力大于弹性件14的弹力,故第一磁性件15压缩弹性件14移动,最终第一磁性件15打开导液孔131,储液腔121与出液孔132相连通。此时,储液腔121内的烟液通过导液孔131进入出液机构13内,再依次经由出液孔132与渗透孔进入至雾化头25内,进而被雾化头25内的加热结构(图未示出)加热雾化成烟雾。图7中较粗箭头所指方向即为烟液的流动方向。
本实施方式在中,第一磁性件15与第二磁性件24的南极S相对。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一磁性件15与第二磁性件24的北极N相对。可以理解地,第一磁性件15以及第二磁性件24可以是电磁铁,通过控制线圈的绕向或流经线圈的电流来实现二者间的互斥作用。
请参阅图8,外壳11与实施例一中的结构相同,此处不再赘述。出气管16的一端对应烟嘴连接部111连接在外壳11上,出气管16的另一端插设在雾化 头25内,出气管16的内部空间形成出气通道122,出气通道122与烟嘴连接部111以及雾化腔221均连通。
请参阅图7,外壳11的内壁与储液管12的外环面紧密贴合,外壳11的外壁上位于储液管12的上方设置有连通雾化腔221的第一进气孔211,用户抽吸时,外部空气经由第一进气孔211进入至雾化腔221内,混合烟雾后依次经由出气通道122和烟嘴连接部111进入至用户口中。图7中较细箭头所示方向即为气流方向。
可以理解地,内套管124上夹设在雾化头25与出液机构13之间的部分还可以省略,此时,第一磁性件15的一侧与出液机构13的内壁相贴合以关闭导液孔131,第一磁性件15上远离出液机构13的一侧与雾化头25的侧壁相贴合以关闭渗透孔。当烟弹101与雾化组件102连接时,第一磁性件15向上移动从而将导液孔131以及渗透孔打开,烟液直接通过导液孔131和渗透孔进入至雾化头25的内部被雾化成烟雾。
本实施例三的电子烟300的电池组件30中省略了电池外壳31上的第一进气孔211,电池组件30上的其他结构与实施例一中的结构相同,此处不再赘述。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种烟弹,其特征在于:所述烟弹包括储液管、出液机构、收容于所述出液机构内的弹性件以及第一磁性件,所述储液管上设置有储液腔,所述出液机构上设置有与所述储液腔相连通的导液孔,所述烟弹上还设置有与所述导液孔相连通的出液孔,所述第一磁性件可滑动地收容于所述出液机构内,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述出液机构的内壁,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述第一磁性件,所述第一磁性件能够在所述弹性件的作用下关闭所述导液孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述出液机构收容于所述储液管内,所述第一磁性件沿所述储液管的轴向滑动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述导液孔设置在所述出液机构的侧壁上,所述出液孔设置在所述出液机构的下端。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液管的下端设置有与所述储液腔相连通的通孔,所述出液机构的下端固定穿设所述通孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述出液机构连接在所述储液管外部的下端,所述第一磁性件沿所述储液管的径向滑动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述导液孔设置在所述出液机构与所述储液管连接的侧壁上,所述出液孔对应所述导液孔设置在所述出液机构上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液管包括内套管及套设于所述内套管上的外套管,所述储液腔由所述外套管与所述内套管之间的容腔形成,所述出液机构收容于所述储液腔内且套设于所述内套管上,所述弹性件以及所述第一磁性件均设置在所述内套管与所述出液机构之间的容腔内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述出液孔设置在所述内套管上,所述导液孔对应所述出液孔设置在所述出液机构的侧壁上。
  9. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述烟弹,所述雾化器还包括与所述烟弹连接的雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括第二磁性件,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件互斥设置,所述雾化组件与所述烟弹连接时,所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件之间的斥力大于所述弹性件的弹力,所述第一磁性件能够压缩所述弹性件滑动而打开所述导液孔,以使得所述储液腔与所述出液孔相连通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括与所述烟弹连接的雾化端盖,所述雾化端盖的内部空间形成雾化腔,所述雾化端盖上对应所述出液孔设置有连通所述雾化腔的进液孔,所述第二磁性件固定收容于所述雾化腔内。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括与所述烟弹连接的雾化端盖,所述雾化端盖的内部空间形成雾化腔,所述雾化端盖上对应所述出液孔设置有连通所述雾化腔的进液孔,所述第二磁性件固定设置在所述雾化端盖外部的上端。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括连接座以及雾化头,所述连接座与所述烟弹连接,所述雾化头固定设置在所述内套管内,所述雾化头上设置有雾化腔,所述雾化头上对应所述出液孔设置有连通所述雾化腔的渗透孔,所述第二磁性件固定收容于所述连接座内。
  13. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求9-12任一项所述的雾化器。
