Abstract

본 발명은 건조 공정을 거친 원료로부터 불완전 건조 원료를 제거하는 불완전 건조 원료 검출, 제거, 이송 및 회수 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상기 건조 공정을 거친 원료를 이송하는 이송 장치; 상기 이송 장치를 통해 이송되는 원료의 중량을 측정하는 로드셀; 상기 측정된 원료의 중량이 타 원료들의 중량의 범위값보다 크거나, 또는 설정된 기준 중량보다 큰 경우 상기 로드셀로부터 상기 측정된 원료를 수령하는 원료 수령부; 상기 원료 수령부가 수령한 원료를 촬영하는 열화상 카메라; 상기 열화상 카메라가 촬영한 영상 데이터를 분석하여 촬영된 원료의 온도 정보를 획득하고, 획득된 온도 정보를 기초로 상기 촬영된 원료가 불완전 건조 원료인지를 판별하는 불완전 건조 원료 판별부; 및 상기 불완전 건조 원료를 상기 원료 수령부로부터 수령하는 불완전 건조 원료 수령부를 포함한다.
