Abstract

本発明は、べたつかず、肌への刺激が無く、濃密で滑らかで弾力性に富んだ良好な泡質を持ち、なおかつ泡持ち及び泡切れに優れた、泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料であって、（Ａ）０．００５～１．５質量％のアニオン性界面活性剤、（Ｂ）０．０１～０．３質量％の両性界面活性剤、及び（Ｃ）水溶性高分子を含むことを特徴とする水性化粧料に関する。前記（Ａ）アニオン性界面活性剤としては、Ｎ－アシルアミノ酸、Ｎ－アシルメチルタウリン及びそれらの塩から選択するのが好ましく、前記（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤としては、ベタイン系界面活性剤を選択するのが好ましい。

Description

泡状水性化粧料
本発明は、泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料に関する。より詳細には、吐出時の泡状態、泡持ちが良好で、肌に塗布した際に適時に消泡して素早く肌になじむ水性化粧料に関する。
　泡状に吐出して適用される化粧料は、肌に触れた際の感触が滑らかであり、メイク落とし等のクレンジング化粧料、洗顔料、ハンドソープ、ボディソープといった洗い流すタイプ（リンス・オフ・タイプ）の化粧料等に広く用いられている。例えば、特許文献１には、Ｎ－長鎖アシル－α－アミノ酸塩を含有するノンガスフォーマー用組成物が開示され、クリーミーな泡を形成しポンプ詰まりを起こしにくいとされている。
　近年、スキンケア化粧料等の洗い流さないタイプ（リーブ・オン・タイプ）の化粧料においても、泡状に吐出して使用されるものが各種提案されている。しかしながら、従来の洗い流すタイプの化粧料に配合されていたイオン性界面活性剤は皮膚への刺激があることから、洗い流さないタイプの化粧料では非イオン性界面活性剤を用いるのが主流となっている。
　例えば、特許文献２には、アルキルポリグルコシドとＨＬＢが１２～１５の非イオン性界面活性剤を組み合わせて配合することにより、泡消え性や低温での泡形成性を改善したことが記載され、特許文献３には、非イオン性界面活性剤を配合して可溶化状態としたスクリーンフォーマー用の水性外用組成物が記載され、塗布後除去しない（洗い流さない）態様で使用するための組成物であるとされている。

　しかしながら、非イオン性界面活性剤で起泡させる従来の化粧料は、泡の形成性が十分でなく、形成される泡の質及び泡切れが悪く、べたついた使用感を与えるものであった。
よって本発明における課題は、べたつかず、肌への刺激が無く、濃密で滑らかで弾力性に富んだ良好な泡質を持ち、なおかつ泡持ち及び泡切れに優れた泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料を提供することである。
　本発明者は、上記の課題を解決すべく鋭意検討した結果、界面活性剤としてアニオン性界面活性剤と両性界面活性剤の組み合わせを採用し、それらの配合量を所定値以下とするとともに、水溶性高分子を配合することにより、前記の課題を悉く解決した水性化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
　すなわち、本発明は、泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料であって、
（Ａ）０．００５～１．５質量％のアニオン性界面活性剤、
（Ｂ）０．０１～０．３質量％の両性界面活性剤、及び、
（Ｃ）水溶性高分子を含むことを特徴とする水性化粧料を提供する。
　本発明の水性化粧料は、泡状に吐出すると濃密で滑らかであり、かつ弾力性に富んだ良好な泡質を持つ泡を形成し、泡持ち及び泡切れに優れ、べたつかず、肌への刺激も無い。
　本発明に係る泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料（以下、「泡状水性化粧料」とも称する）は、（Ａ）アニオン性界面活性剤、（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤、及び（Ｃ）水溶性高分子を必須成分として含有する。
　本発明における（Ａ）アニオン性界面活性剤は、化粧料等に使用可能なアニオン性界面活性剤から選択できる。例えば、Ｎ－アシルアミノ酸塩、Ｎ－アシルメチルタウリン塩、アルキルエーテルリン酸エステル塩、アルキル硫酸エステル塩、及びポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩等が挙げられる。しかしながら、洗い流さない化粧料とする場合には、肌なじみ、ぬるつきといった使用性の点から、高級脂肪酸石鹸以外のアニオン性界面活性剤を選択するのが好ましい。
　本発明において特に好ましいのは、Ｎ－アシルアミノ酸塩、Ｎ－アシルメチルタウリン塩から選択される少なくとも一種である。具体例としては、ココイルグルタミン酸カリウム等のＮ－アシルグルタミン酸塩、Ｎ－アシル－Ｎ－メチル－β－アラニン塩、Ｎ－アシルサルコシネート塩、Ｎ－ココイルタウリンナトリウム、Ｎ－ココイル－Ｎ－メチルタウリンナトリウム、Ｎ－ラウロイル－Ｎ－メチルタウリンナトリウム、Ｎ－ヤシ油脂肪酸－Ｎ－メチルタウリンナトリウム、Ｎ－ヤシ油脂肪酸－Ｎ－メチルタウリントリエタノールアミン、Ｎ－パーム油脂肪酸－Ｎ－エチルタウリントリエタノールアミン、Ｎ－ココイルタウリンマグネシウム、Ｎ－ココイル－Ｎ－メチルタウリンマグネシウム、Ｎ－ラウロイル－Ｎ－タウリンマグネシウム、Ｎ－ラウロイル－Ｎ－メチルタウリンマグネシウム、Ｎ－ヤシ油脂肪酸－Ｎ－メチルタウリンマグネシウム等が例示されるが、これらに限定されるものではない。本発明においてこれらの成分は１種または２種以上を配合することができる。
　本発明の水性化粧料における（Ａ）アニオン界面活性剤の配合量は１．５質量％以下であり、好ましくは０．８質量％以下、より好ましくは０．５質量％以下、さらに好ましくは０．３質量％以下である。１．５質量％を超えて配合すると、洗い流さないタイプの化粧料とした場合に刺激を生ずることがある。配合量の下限値は特に限定されないが、優れた発泡性を得るためには０．００５質量％以上、好ましくは０．０１質量％以上、より好ましくは０．０２質量％以上である。但し、アニオン性界面活性剤としてＮ－アシルメチルタウリン塩を用いる場合は、肌なじみという観点から、その配合量を１．０質量％以下にするのが好ましい。
　本発明における（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤は、分子内にカチオン性官能基とアニオン性官能基を各々少なくとも１つずつ有する界面活性剤であり、化粧料等に使用可能なものから選択できる。本発明においては、ベタイン系両性界面活性剤、例えば、アルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン、アルキルアミドプロピルジメチル酢酸ベタイン、２－アルキル－Ｎ－カルボキシメチル－Ｎ－ヒドロキシエチルイミダゾリニウムベタイン等が好ましく用いられる。
　本発明の水性化粧料における（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤の配合量は０．３質量％以下であり、より好ましくは０．２質量％以下、さらに好ましくは０．１質量％以下である。０．３質量％を超えて配合すると、洗い流さないタイプの化粧料とした場合に刺激を生ずることがある。配合量の下限値は特に限定されないが、優れた発泡性を得るためには０．０１質量％以上、好ましくは０．０３質量％以上、より好ましくは０．０５質量％以上である。
　本発明の水性化粧料における（Ａ）アニオン性界面活性剤と（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤との合計配合量は１．８質量％以下であり、この合計配合量の上限値は、例えば、１．５質量％以下、１．０質量％以下、０．５質量％以下、０．３質量％以下、あるいは０．２質量％以下等という中間的な値を全て包含することは言うまでもない。
　また、（Ａ）アニオン性界面活性剤と（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤との配合量比率は、１０：１～１：１０とするのが好ましく、より好ましくは５：１～１：５、さらに好ましくは３：１～１：３である。
　本発明における（Ｃ）水溶性高分子としては、化粧料等に配合可能な水溶性高分子であって、平均分子量が１００万以下、例えば５０万以下あるいは１０万以下のものが好ましく用いられる。
　具体例を挙げれば、平均分子量１００００～２００００のポリアルキレングリコール（例えば、ＰＥＧ－２４０、ＰＥＧ－４００、ＰＥＧ－４５０等）、（アクリロイルジメチルタウリンアンモニウム／メタクリル酸ベヘネス－２５）クロスポリマー、（ＰＥＧ－２４０／デシルテトラデセス－２０／ＨＤＩ）コポリマー等が好適に使用される。
　本発明の水性化粧料における（Ｃ）水溶性高分子の配合量は、０．０１～１．８質量％、好ましくは０．０３～１．５質量％、より好ましくは０．０４～１．２質量％である。配合量が０．０１質量％未満では泡質改善効果がみられず、１．８質量％を超えて配合するとべたつきを生ずる場合がある。
　本発明の水性化粧料では、前記の必須成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）に加えて、糖類を配合することにより、泡質、泡の滑らかさを更に向上させることができる。
　本発明における糖類には、単糖類、二糖類、オリゴ糖類、多糖類、糖アルコール及びそれらの誘導体が含まれる。具体例としては、ソルビトール、マルチトール、エリスリトール、キシリトール、及びトレハロース等を挙げることができる。
　本発明の水性化粧料における糖類の配合量は、１～１０質量％、好ましくは２～８質量％、より好ましくは３～６質量％である。配合量が１質量％未満であると泡質改善効果が得られず、１０質量％を超えて配合すると使用性が悪くなる場合がある。
　本発明の化粧料は、泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料（泡状水性化粧料）である。本明細書における「泡状に吐出して使用される化粧料」とは、噴射剤（推進剤）とともに収容されて、噴射剤の圧力によってノズルから泡沫状に噴射（スプレー）されるエアゾール形態の化粧料、及び、噴射剤を用いず、例えばポンプ等の泡吐出機構を備えた容器に収容され、該機構を介して泡沫状に吐出されるノンエアゾール形態の化粧料を包含する。
　本明細書における「水性化粧料」とは、水及び水溶性成分を主成分とする化粧料を意味するが、少量、例えば１０質量％以下、好ましくは５質量％以下、より好ましくは１質量％以下の油性成分を含んでいてもよい。
　配合可能な油性成分は、化粧料に汎用される油性成分であり特に限定されない。例えば、香料、炭化水素油、エステル油、シリコーン油、動植物油等の油分、油溶性紫外線吸収剤等が挙げられる。
　本発明の水性化粧料が香料等の油性成分を含む場合は、同時に非イオン性界面活性剤を配合するのが好ましい。非イオン界面活性剤の配合量は、１質量％以下、好ましくは０．５質量％程度である。
　なお、本発明の水性化粧料は、油分及び／又は非イオン性界面活性剤を含まない形態も包含する。
　本発明の水性化粧料は、化粧料等に配合可能な他の成分を本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で含んでいてもよい。
　他の任意成分としては、多価アルコールなどの保湿剤、低級アルコール、ｐＨ調整剤、キレート剤、防腐剤、各種薬剤、粉末成分（例えば、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛等の白色顔料、酸化鉄等の着色顔料、体質顔料、真珠光沢剤、微粒子金属酸化物）等が例示されるが、これらに限定されない。なお、本発明の水性化粧料は、粉末成分を含まない態様を包含する。
　また、本発明の水性化粧料は、起泡性及び肌刺激性の観点から、ｐＨを５～７の範囲に調整するのが好ましい。
　以下に実施例を挙げて本発明をさらに詳述するが、本発明はこれらの実施例により何ら限定されるものではない。配合量は特記しない限り、その成分が配合される組成物全量に対する質量％で示す。
　以下の表１～表３に掲げた処方で水性化粧料を調製した。各例の水性化粧料（試料）をポンプフォーマーに収容して泡状に吐出させた泡状水性化粧料について、吐出された泡の品質、肌に適用した際の使用性等について専門パネルが以下の基準に従って評価した。
　Ａ+：極めて優れている
　Ａ：優れている
　Ｂ：普通
　Ｃ：劣っている

　アニオン性界面活性剤又は両性界面活性剤のいずれか一方しか配合しない比較例１及び２は、形成される泡の品質が不良であった。アニオン性界面活性剤と両性界面活性剤を組み合わせて配合することにより泡の品質は向上したが、水溶性高分子を配合しないと泡質の向上が不十分であった（比較例３及び比較例４）。また、界面活性剤を天然界面活性剤に置換しても良好な泡質は得られなかった（比較例５）。これらに対して、両性界面活性剤とアニオン性界面活性剤に加えて水溶性高分子を配合した実施例１では、泡の品質及び使用性ともに優れていた。非イオン性界面活性剤とともに油性の香料を配合した実施例２も、実施例１とほぼ同等の特性を有していた。

　配合する水溶性高分子の種類を変更しても良好な泡質、極めて優れた泡持ち、泡弾力が得られた（実施例３～６）。しかしながら、分子量が１００万を超えるサクシノグリカンを配合した比較例６では容器に詰まりを生じ、使用性が評価できなかった。

　両性界面活性剤（ラウリルベタイン）と組み合わせるアニオン性界面活性剤として、ココイルグルタミン酸カリウムに加えてＮ－ココイルメチルタウリンＮａを配合した実施例７～１２では、形成される泡のきめ細かさが更に向上した。しかしながら、Ｎ－ココイルメチルタウリンＮａの量が０．１質量％を超えると、泡質に優れ、本発明の効果は達成されるものの、肌に適用した際のなじみが低下した(実施例９及び１２)。

Claims (7)

  1. 泡状に吐出して使用される水性化粧料であって、
    （Ａ）０．００５～１．５質量％のアニオン性界面活性剤、
    （Ｂ）０．０１～０．３質量％の両性界面活性剤、及び、
    （Ｃ）水溶性高分子を含むことを特徴とする水性化粧料。
  2. （Ａ）アニオン性界面活性剤が、Ｎ－アシルアミノ酸、Ｎ－アシルメチルタウリン及びそれらの塩から選択される、請求項１に記載の水性化粧料。
  3. （Ｂ）両性界面活性剤がベタイン系界面活性剤である、請求項１又は２に記載の水性化粧料。
  4. （Ｃ）水溶性高分子が、平均分子量１００００～２００００のポリアルキレングリコール、（アクリロイルジメチルタウリンアンモニウム／メタクリル酸ベヘネス－２５）クロスポリマー、（ＰＥＧ－２４０／デシルテトラデセス－２０／ＨＤＩ）コポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも１種である、請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載の水性化粧料。
  5. ソルビトール、マルチトール、エリスリトール、キシリトール、及びトレハロースからなる群から選択される糖類を更に含有する、請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の水性化粧料。
  6. １０質量％以下の油分を更に含む、請求項１から５のいずれか一項に記載の水性化粧料。
  7. １質量％以下の非イオン性界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項６に記載の水性化粧料。
