核心处理单元105获取当前服务流程DTMF命令对应的按键,将DTMF命令对应的按键显示在触摸屏中。界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能。

107将简短注释显示在DTMF命令对应的按键所在的触摸屏区域。用户操作监测模块103监测DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域是否接收到触摸信号。当DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域接收到触摸信号时,核心处理单元105将接收到触摸信号的按键对应的DTMF命令传送给运营商,以供运营商执行DTMF命令,从所述本地数据库中获取下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令,获取所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键 及简短注释,将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令的对应按键显示在触摸屏中。
所述界面显示控制模块107打开所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,并将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令对应的简短注释显示在所述DTMF命令的对应按键所在的触摸屏区域。
请参阅图3,图3所示为通信装置10拨通10086前后的界面示意图,在图3中包括第一界面30、第二界面32、第三界面34,第一界面30是通信装置10界面的初始状态图,第二界面32、第三界面34拨通之后的界面显示。取得与运营商的通信联系后,核心处理单元105从服务命令中查找出服务流程的DTMF命令,并判断出服务流程的DTMF命令对应的按键,将DTMF命令对应的按键显示在触摸屏中。
界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能。例如,在拨通10086后,界面显示控制模块107在通信装置10的界面上显示第二界面32,在第二界面32中,界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的1、8、*、#按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的2、3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,只允许数字按键1、数字按键8、*、#按键接收触摸信号,在数字按键1上显示“话费查询”的简短注释,在数字按键8上显示“安装宽带”的简短注释,*按键上显示“返回上级”的简短注释,#按键上显示“返回主菜单”的简短注释,并将非业务按键2、3、4、5、6、7、9、0的数字按键以灰色显示,提示用户非业务按键2、3、4、5、6、7、9、0是不可接收触摸信号的。在***运营商的服务命令号中,数字按键1对应的DTMF命令是“话费查询”,数字按键8对应的DTMF命令是“安装宽带”。用户操作监测模块103监测1、8、*、#按键所在触摸屏区域是否接收到触摸信号。
当按键1所在的触摸屏区域接收触摸信号后,核心处理单元105将接收到触摸信号的按键1对应的DTMF命令“话费查询”传送给运营商,以供运营商执行DTMF命令,终端获取下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令,进入第三界面34,第三界面34与第二界面32相似,下面对第三界面34做说明。
在第三界面34中,界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的1、2、*、#按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,只允许数字按键1、数字按键2所在的触屏区域接收触摸信号,在数字按键1上显示“短信收听”的简短注释,在数字按键2上显示“语音播报”的简短注释,并将非业务按键3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键以灰色显示,提示用户非业务按键3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键是不可接收触摸信号的。
需要说明的是,在第二界面32中,当按键8所在的触摸屏区域接收触摸信号后,核心处理单元105查询与按键8对应的DTMF命令为“安装宽带”的命令,并将“安装宽带”的命令传输给运营商。同样的,在第三方界面34中,当按键1所在的触摸屏区域接收触摸信号后,核心处理单元105查询与按键1对应的DTMF命令为“短信接收”的命令,并将“短信接收”的命令传输给运营商。当按键2所在的触摸屏区域接收触摸信号后,核心处理单元105查询与按键2对应的DTMF命令为“语音播报”的命令,并将“语音播报”的命令传输给运营商,以供运营商执行“语音播报”的命令。
本发明还提供一种通信方法,能对运营商提供的服务流程进行简化,避免误操作,提高操作正确率,提高用户体验。通信方法应用与图1-2所示的通信装置中。下面对本发明的通信方法进行详细介绍。
参阅图4,图4是本发明实施例四通信方法的流程图。
在步骤S400中,界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能。
参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例五通信方法的流程图。
在步骤S500中,运营商数据同步模块101获取运营商整个服务流程所需的所述DTMF命令,将所述DTMF命令存储在本地数据库中。。
在步骤S502中,运营商数据同步模块101通过服务电话与所述运营商取得通信联系,通过拨打电话号码或手机号码的方式与运营商取得通信联系,例如拨打***的10086与***取得通信联系,获取当前服务流程所需的DTMF命令。
在步骤S504中,核心处理单元105获取DTMF命令对应的按键,将DTMF命令对应的按键显示在触摸屏中,界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,核心处理单元105获取DTMF命令对应的简短注释,界面显示控制模块107将简短注释显示在DTMF命令对应的按键所在的触摸屏区域。
举例来说,在拨通***的10086后,界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的1、8、*、#按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的2、3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,只允许数字按键1、数字按键8接收触摸信号,在数字按键1上显示“话费查询”的简短注释,在数字按键8上显示“安装宽带”的简短注释,并将非业务按键2、3、4、5、6、7、9、0的数字按键以灰色显示,提示用户非业务按键2、3、4、5、6、7、9、0是不可接收触摸信号的。
在步骤S506中,用户操作监测模块103监测DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域是否接收到触摸信号,当DTMF命令对应的按键所在触摸屏区域接收到触摸信号时,核心处理单元105将接收到触摸信号的按键对应的DTMF命令传送给运营商,以供运营商执行DTMF命令,从所述本地数据库中获取下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令,获取所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键及简短注释,将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令的对应按键显示在触摸屏中,打开所述下个服务流程所需 DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,并将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令对应的简短注释显示在所述DTMF命令的对应按键所在的触摸屏区域。
举例来说,在拨通***的10086后,1、8、*、#按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号能接收功能,按键1对应的DTMF命令为“话费查询”,数字8对应的DTMF命令为“安装宽带”,当按键1所在的触摸屏区域接收触摸信号后,核心处理单元105将接收到触摸信号的按键1对应的DTMF命令“话费查询”传送给运营商,以供运营商执行DTMF命令,并获取下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令对应的按键为1、2、*、#按键,界面显示控制模块107打开DTMF命令对应的1、2、*、#按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非DTMF命令对应的3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,只允许按键1、2、*、#所在的触屏区域接收触摸信号,在数字按键1上显示“短信收听”的简短注释,在数字按键2上显示“语音播报”的简短注释,并将非业务按键3、4、5、6、7、9、0按键以灰色显示。
本发明提供的通信装置及方法,能将运营商提供的服务流程在显示界面上进行显示,对各个业务按键对应的操作命令做直观提示,关闭在服务流程中的非业务项按键接收触摸信号的能力,避免误操作,减少用户由于记错操作指令对应的按键而产生的误操作,同时避免对非业务按键进行误操作,提高用户操作的正确率,减少用户操作时间,提高用户体验。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,可以应用于通信方法过程中,能将运营商提供的服务流程在显示界面上进行显示,对各个业务按键对应的 操作命令做直观提示,关闭在服务流程中的非业务项按键接收触摸信号的能力,避免误操作,减少用户由于记错操作指令对应的按键而产生的误操作,同时避免对非业务按键进行误操作,提高用户操作的正确率,减少用户操作时间。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种通信装置,包括:
    界面显示控制模块,设置为打开DTMF命令对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非所述DTMF命令对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通信装置,其中,还包括:
    运营商数据同步模块,获取运营商整个服务流程所需的所述DTMF命令,将所述DTMF命令存储在本地数据库中,通过服务电话与所述运营商取得通信联系;
    核心处理单元,设置为获取当前服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键,将所述对应按键显示在触摸屏中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的通信装置,其中,所述核心处理单元,还设置为获取所述当前服务流程所需DTMF命令对应的简短注释;
    所述界面显示控制模块,还设置为将所述DTMF命令对应的简短注释显示在所述DTMF命令对应按键所在的触摸屏区域。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的通信装置,其中,还包括:
    用户操作监测模块,设置为监测所述当前服务流程所需的DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域是否接收触摸信号。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的通信装置,其中,当所述当前服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域接收触摸信号时,所述核心处理单元,还设置为将所述接收触摸信号的按键对应的DTMF命令传送给所述运营商,从所述本地数据库中获取下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令,获取所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键及简短注释,将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令的对应按键显示在触摸屏中;
    所述界面显示控制模块,还设置为打开所述下个服务流程所需DTMF 命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,并将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令对应的简短注释显示在所述DTMF命令的对应按键所在的触摸屏区域。
  6. 一种通信方法,包括:
    打开DTMF命令对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非所述DTMF命令对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的通信方法,其中,还包括:
    获取运营商整个服务流程所需的所述DTMF命令,将所述DTMF命令存储在本地数据库中,通过服务电话与所述运营商取得通信联系;
    获取当前服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键,将所述对应按键显示在触摸屏中。
    如权利要求7所述的通信方法,其中,还包括:
    获取所述当前服务流程所需DTMF命令对应的简短注释;
    将所述DTMF命令对应的简短注释显示在所述DTMF命令对应按键所在的触摸屏区域。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的通信方法,其中,还包括:
    监测所述当前服务流程所需的DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域是否接收触摸信号。
  9. 如权利要求9所述的通信装置,其中,还包括:
    当所述当前服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域接收触摸信号时,将所述接收触摸信号的按键对应的DTMF命令传送给所述运营商,从所述本地数据库中获取下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令,获取所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键及简短注释,将所述下个服 务流程所需的DTMF命令的对应按键显示在触摸屏中;
    打开所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,关闭非所述下个服务流程所需DTMF命令的对应按键所在触摸屏区域的触摸信号接收功能,并将所述下个服务流程所需的DTMF命令对应的简短注释显示在所述DTMF命令的对应按键所在的触摸屏区域。
