Le procédé comporte les étapes spécifiques suivantes : le traitement à des fins de teinture, l'assouplissement, le séchage, le duvetage et la formation de produit fini. Ainsi, selon le procédé de teinture et de finition servant à des fins de fabrication de tissu en utilisant un matériau chauffant absorbant la chaleur de la présente invention, les fils sont directement modifiés, une structure du type enveloppe-âme est sélectionnée, de la chaleur est absorbée et libérée de façon continue par réglage solaire, l'équilibre thermique du corps est mis en œuvre, l'effet de rétention de chaleur est bon, et le problème de défaut de teinture peut être bien résolu ; en attendant, au moyen d'un étirage spécial de la laine, de découpe de la laine et du processus de la toison ainsi que deux fois le duvetage, la chaleur ressentie par la main sur le tissu est assurée, et la sensation de velours est forte, de telle sorte que la manipulation du tissu est plus confortable et plus souple, et le problème de perte de laine de la surface du tissu ne se produit pas.
