技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置及柔性显示设备。
背景技术
柔性显示面板由于其具有可弯曲折叠、便携的优点,已成为电子设备显示屏的一个重要的发展方向;它可以是一个完整的显示屏,也可以是由多个小屏幕拼接形成的一个显示屏,具有可折叠的特点。柔性显示面板的打开方式均为手动方式,且在屏幕处于折叠状态时,易发生屏幕被误打开从而存在被损坏的隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种具有柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置的柔性显示设备,能够防止柔性显示面板因为意外的外力而打开,从而避免显示屏被损坏。
基于上述目的本公开提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,包括:
支撑板件:用于与所述柔性显示面板固定连接,具有第一状态和第二状态;所述支撑板件在第一状态时,能够辅助所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态;所述支撑板件在第二状态时,能够辅助所述柔性显示面板处于打开状态;
锁定机构:用于将所述支撑板件锁定在第一状态。
可选的,所述支撑板件包括两个刚性板件,当所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时,所述两个刚性板件分别位于所述柔性显示面板的两个折叠面上,其中,至少一个刚性板件包括位于一侧面上的延伸部,所述侧面为该刚性板 件靠近所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,所述锁定机构用于在所述柔性显示面板折叠时抵住所述延伸部,使得所述支撑板件锁定在第一状态。
可选的,所述支撑板件包括一个刚性板件,当所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时,所述刚性板件位于所述柔性显示面板的其中一个折叠面上,其中,所述刚性板件包括位于一侧面上的延伸部,所述侧面为该刚性板件靠近所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,所述锁定机构用于在所述柔性显示面板折叠时抵住所述延伸部,使得所述支撑板件锁定在第一状态。
可选的,所述锁定机构为弹性可伸缩锁定机构。
可选的,所述弹性可伸缩锁定机构包括电磁铁和弹簧;所述电磁铁用于在加电状态下将所述弹簧吸附为收缩状态,不加电状态下将所述弹簧释放使得弹簧处于伸张状态。
可选的,所述弹性可伸缩锁定机构包括充放气机构和气柱:柔性显示设备处于折叠状态时,气柱处于充气状态;柔性显示设备处于伸展状态时,气柱处于收缩状态。
可选的,所述支撑板件还包括设置在所述刚性板件和柔性显示面板之间的可弯曲背板,与整个柔性显示面板背面固定连接。
可选的,所述可弯曲背板为弹性背板,在所述柔性显示面板折叠时处于弹性压缩状态;在所述锁定机构解除锁定时,使得所述柔性显示面板随着所述弹性背板从弹性压缩状态变为舒张状态而展开。
可选的,所述弹性背板由记忆金属制成,弹性背板的平铺展开状态为所述记忆金属原始状态。
可选的,所述弹性背板可以为可弯曲的金属薄片。
可选的,所述支撑板件包括两个刚性板件;所述两个刚性板件上位于所述柔性显示面板的边缘的侧面上分别设置有延伸部;所述锁定机构夹合所述两个延伸部。

从上面所述可以看出,本公开提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置及柔性显示设备,柔性显示面板随着支撑板件处于第一状态而处于折叠状态,随着支撑板件处于第二状态而处于打开状态,其锁定机构可以将支撑板件锁定在第一状态,从而使得柔性显示面板不会因为意外的外力而打开,进而不会因为意外的打开而存在可能受到损坏的问题。同时,本公开实施例所提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置在锁定机构解除锁定时,支撑板件的弹性背板能够弹性伸张,恢复到平铺状态,使得与弹性背板连接的柔性显示面板处于平铺的打开状态,从而能够辅助柔性显示面板的打开操作。

具体实施方式
为使本公开要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本公开首先提供一种柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,结构如图1A、图1B所示,包括:
支撑板件101:用于与所述柔性显示面板102固定连接,具有图1A所示的第一状态和图1B所示的第二状态;所述支撑板件101在第一状态时,能够辅助所述柔性显示面板102处于折叠状态;所述支撑板件101在第二状态时,能够辅助所述柔性显示面板102处于打开状态;
锁定机构103:用于将所述支撑板件101锁定在第一状态。
从上面所述可以看出,本公开提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,能够在柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时将其锁定在折叠状态,只有人为将锁定机构的锁定解除时,才能够将柔性显示面板打开;从而保证了在柔性显示面板折叠的状态下,屏幕处于被锁定的状态,避免误打开的情况,从而柔性显示面板不会在意外状况下打开,柔性显示面板的显示面不会因为打开而存在可能意外损坏的问题。
在本公开具体实施例中,所述折叠状态可以是如图1A所示的对折状态,也可以是沿着柔性显示面板预设的任意折叠线折叠的状态。柔性显示面板102可以是一个完整的可弯折、可折叠的柔性显示面板,例如可卷曲的OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二级管)屏。
仍然参照图1A和图1B,在本公开一些实施例中,所述支撑板件101包括一个刚性板件1011,当所述柔性显示面板102处于折叠状态时,所述刚性 板件1011位于所述柔性显示面板的其中一个折叠面上,其中,所述刚性板件1011包括位于一侧面1012上的延伸部1013,所述侧面1012为该刚性板件1011靠近所述柔性显示面板102处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,所述锁定机构103用于在所述柔性显示面板折叠时抵住所述延伸部1013,使得所述支撑板件101锁定在第一状态。
所述折叠面为柔性显示面板的折叠线在柔性显示面板上划分的面,在图1A、图1B、图2所示的实施例中,柔性显示面板102包括至少两个折叠面。刚性板件与柔性显示面板102固定链接,在柔性显示面板102折叠时能够对柔性显示面板起到保护作用,在柔性显示面板102展开时能够对柔性显示面板起到支撑和保护的作用。当柔性显示面板102为可弯曲、可折叠的柔性显示面板时,刚性板件还能够起到将柔性显示面板102平铺的作用。
应当理解,在图1A和图1B所示的实施例中,柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置的功能的实现可借助于某一承载设备,例如,桌子,该承载设备用于承载柔性显示面板以及锁定机构103,当需要折叠柔性显示面板并将柔性显示面板锁定在折叠状态时,将折叠状态的柔性显示面板放在承载设备的载台104上,将锁定机构103放置在载台上或载台附近,使得锁定机构103能够支撑抵住刚性板件1011的延伸部1013,使得刚性板件1011和延伸部1013的相对位置固定,从而当意外的外力作用于柔性显示面板102时,防止柔性显示面板102因为意外的外力作用而打开。
上述实施例中所述的打开状态,包括柔性显示面板102完全平铺时的展开状态,如图1B所示。所述打开状态还包括介于图1B所示的完全平铺状态和图1A所示的完全折叠状态之间的状态,例如,柔性显示面板102两个折叠面夹角大于0°小于180°时的状态。
在本公开至少一些实施例中,仍然参照图1A和图1B,所述支撑板件101包括两个刚性板件1011,当所述柔性显示面板102处于折叠状态时,所述两个刚性板1011件分别位于所述柔性显示面板的两个折叠面1021上,其中,至少一个刚性板件1011包括位于一侧面1012上的延伸部1013,图1A和图1B所示的实施例中,两个刚性板件1011中,只有一个刚性板件1011包括位于一侧面1012上的延伸部1013,另一个刚性板件1011不具有所述延伸部。 所述侧面1012为该刚性板件1011靠近所述柔性显示面板102处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,所述锁定机构103用于在所述柔性显示面板折叠时抵住所述延伸部1013,使得所述支撑板件101锁定在第一状态。在图1A和图1B所示的实施例中,设置有延伸部1013的刚性板件1011在柔性显示面板102折叠状态时,位于柔性显示面板102上方,由锁定机构103支撑抵住延伸部1013,使得柔性显示面板102无法打开。
在图1A、图1B、以及图2所示的实施例中,柔性显示面板为单折柔性显示面板,即柔性显示面板只可折叠一次,在本公开其它具体实施例中,柔性显示面板可以为两折或者多折的柔性显示面板,即柔性显示面板可以折叠两次或多次,当柔性显示面板为两折或多折的柔性显示面板时,所述具有延伸部的刚性板件可以设置在柔性显示面板折叠状态下最外层的两个折叠面上。
进一步,在可选的实施例中,如图2所示,当支撑板件201包括两个刚性板件2011时,这两个刚性板件2011可都具有位于侧面2012上的延伸部2013,侧面2012为该刚性板件2011靠近所述柔性显示面板102处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,从而锁定机构203可以通过在两个延伸部2013中间抵住两个刚性板件2011,使得支撑板件201锁定在第一状态。
当支撑板件包括两个各自具有延伸部的刚性板件时,锁定机构可以固定在其中一个刚性板件的延伸部上。当支撑板件包括一个具有延伸部的刚性板件时,锁定机构可独立于支撑板件。刚性板件应当与柔性显示面板的背面连接,使得折叠状态下的柔性显示面板的显示面不会暴露。
在本公开一些实施例中,所述锁定机构为弹性可伸缩锁定机构,例如弹簧、弹性橡胶等。在具体实现时,可以设置相应的按键,控制弹性可伸缩机构的弹起和收缩,从而用户可以通过按键控制柔性显示面板折叠状态的锁定和解锁。当锁定机构通过抵住刚性板件的延伸部实现柔性显示面板的折叠状态的锁定功能时,锁定机构大体上可以为杆状,包括直线杆状或弯曲杆状,当所述支撑板件包括两个各自均具有延伸部的刚性板件,在需要锁定柔性显示面板的折叠状态时,将杆状锁定机构支撑在两个刚性板件的延伸部之间,实现柔性显示面板的折叠状态锁定的功能;当所述支撑板件包括一个具有延伸部的刚性板件,在需要锁定柔性显示面板的折叠状态时,将杆状锁定机构 支撑在刚性板件的延伸部和载台的承载面之间,实现柔性显示面板的折叠状态锁定的功能。
仍然参照图1A和图1B,当锁定机构103大体上为杆状时,所述柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置还包括底座105,底座105用于支撑杆状锁定机构103,使得锁定机构103更加稳固,同时,在底座105上还可设置按键、或电源等用于控制锁定机构103锁定或解除锁定的部件。
在本公开另一些实施例中,所述锁定机构可以为非弹性机构,例如,夹合机构。相应的,所述支撑板件的结构应当为适合使用夹合机构的结构,如图3所示的结构,支撑板件301包括两个刚性板件3011,这两个刚性板件3011靠近柔性显示面板边缘的侧面3012上设置有延伸部3013,能够夹合两个延伸部3013的锁定机构303将延伸部3013夹合,将支撑板件301锁定在第一状态,使得柔性显示面板102锁定在折叠状态。
在本公开一些实施例中,如图4所示,锁定机构103可通过枢接件501如转轴等可转动地安装在延伸部1013上。如此,可方便地调整锁定机构103相对于延伸部1013的位置。例如,令锁定机构103以枢接件501为转轴相对于延伸部1013转动,直至锁定机构103转动至大致垂直于延伸部1013的位置。此时,如图4所示,锁定机构103夹设在延伸部1013和载台104之间,从而将支撑板件101锁定在第一状态,使得柔性显示面板锁定在折叠状态。
在本公开一些实施例中,所述弹性可伸缩锁定机构包括电磁铁和弹簧;所述电磁铁用于在加电状态下将所述弹簧吸附为收缩状态,不加电状态下将所述弹簧释放使得弹簧处于伸张状态。在具体实现时,设置相应的电源和按键开关控制电磁铁的通电状态。例如,如图5所示,锁定机构可包括电磁铁503和弹簧505。电磁铁503可通过枢接件501如转轴等可转动地安装在延伸部1013上。弹簧505套设并固定在电磁铁503上,且电磁铁503将弹簧505划分为两部分:穿设有电磁铁503的第一部分和未穿设有电磁铁503的第二部分。换言之,弹簧505的第一部分套设并固定在电磁铁503上,且电磁铁503延伸进入弹簧505的第一部分中,但并未进入弹簧505的第二部分中。
电磁铁503在通电状态下产生磁场,令弹簧505收缩,例如沿着电磁铁503的轴向朝向延伸部1013及枢接件501收缩,使得弹簧505的第二部分远 离载台104,从而可将所述柔性显示面板102打开。断电时,电磁铁产生的磁场消失,弹簧505恢复原状,使得弹簧505的第二部分沿着电磁铁503的轴向朝向载台104运动,直至图5所示的状态,从而将支撑板件101锁定在第一状态,使得柔性显示面板锁定在折叠状态。
此外,为了增大弹簧505与电磁铁503之间的作用力,可在弹簧505的第二部分,设置可被磁力吸附的吸附板507。吸附板507可采用铁、磁铁等职称。当采用吸附板507时,弹簧505可采用不能被磁力吸附的弹性材料制成。
在本公开具体实施例中,所述弹性可伸缩锁定机构为充气机构。应当理解,当弹性可伸缩机构为充气机构时,锁定机构还包括相应的气体抽吸部件,通过相应的按键可对气体抽吸部件进行控制。例如,如图6所示,锁定机构包括充放气机构510和气柱512。充放气机构510可通过枢接件501如转轴等可转动地安装在延伸部1013上。气柱512设置在充放气机构510的自由端并可被充放气机构510充气或排气。在充气状态下,如图6所示,锁定机构103夹设在延伸部1013和载台104之间,从而将支撑板件101锁定在第一状态,使得柔性显示面板锁定在折叠状态。
本领域技术人员应当理解,所述锁定机构还可以为其它非弹性的可伸缩机械机构。
在本公开具体实施例中,仍然参照图1A,所述支撑板件101还包括设置在所述刚性板件和柔性显示面板之间的可弯曲背板106,与整个柔性显示面板102背面固定连接。
在本公开具体实施例中,所述可弯曲背板106为弹性背板,在所述柔性显示面板折叠时处于弹性压缩状态;在所述锁定机构解除锁定时,使得所述柔性显示面板随着所述弹性背板从弹性压缩状态变为舒张状态而展开。
进一步,可弯曲背板106在没有外力的情况下为平板结构,在有外力的作用下可以进行弯曲和折叠。
在本公开具体实施例中,所述弹性背板由记忆金属制成。当锁定装置103将支撑板件101锁定在第一状态时,记忆金属的弹性背板也被锁定到变形状态,即折叠状态;当对锁定装置103解除锁定之后,可先手动打开弹性背板, 使得柔性显示面板保持在平铺状态,实现柔性显示面板的辅助平铺打开功能。
当锁定装置103处于锁定状态时,支撑板件101被锁定在第一状态,记忆金属的弹性背板处于形变状态;当锁定装置103解除锁定,记忆金属的弹性背板依靠自身的张力伸展,复原到复原状态,即平铺状态,柔性显示面板102随之处于平铺状态。
当需要将柔性显示面板102从打开状态变为锁定状态时,首先手动折叠所述弹性背板,使得柔性显示面板随着弹性背板的折叠而处于折叠状态,然后通过操作锁定装置103,使得锁定装置103将支撑板件101锁定,进而使得柔性显示面板锁定在折叠状态。
进一步,本公开提供一种柔性显示器件,包括本公开任意一项实施例所提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置。
所述柔性显示器件包括显示面板和显示设备。
从上面所述可以看出,本公开提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置及柔性显示器件,柔性显示面板随着支撑板件处于第一状态而处于折叠状态,随着支撑板件处于第二状态而处于打开状态,其锁定机构可以将支撑板件锁定在第一状态,从而使得柔性显示面板不会因为意外的外力而打开,进而不会因为意外的打开而存在可能受到损坏的问题。同时,本公开实施例所提供的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置在锁定机构解除锁定时,支撑板件的弹性背板能够弹性伸张,恢复到平铺状态,使得与弹性背板连接的柔性显示面板处于平铺的打开状态,从而能够辅助柔性显示面板的打开操作。
应当理解,本说明书所描述的多个实施例仅用于说明和解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。并且在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

  1. 一种柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,包括:
    支撑板件:用于与所述柔性显示面板固定连接,具有第一状态和第二状态;所述支撑板件在第一状态时,能够辅助所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态;所述支撑板件在第二状态时,能够辅助所述柔性显示面板处于打开状态;
    锁定机构:用于将所述支撑板件锁定在第一状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述支撑板件包括两个刚性板件,当所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时,所述两个刚性板件分别位于所述柔性显示面板的两个折叠面上,其中,至少一个刚性板件包括位于一侧面上的延伸部,所述侧面为该刚性板件靠近所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,所述锁定机构用于在所述柔性显示面板折叠时抵住所述延伸部,使得所述支撑板件锁定在第一状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述支撑板件包括一个刚性板件,当所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时,所述刚性板件位于所述柔性显示面板的其中一个折叠面上,其中,所述刚性板件包括位于一侧面上的延伸部,所述侧面为该刚性板件靠近所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面,所述锁定机构用于在所述柔性显示面板折叠时抵住所述延伸部,使得所述支撑板件锁定在第一状态。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述锁定机构为弹性可伸缩锁定机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述弹性可伸缩锁定机构包括电磁铁和弹簧;所述电磁铁用于在加电状态下将所述弹簧吸附为收缩状态,不加电状态下将所述弹簧释放使得弹簧处于伸张状态。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述弹性可伸缩锁定机构包括充放气机构和气柱:柔性显示设备处于折叠状态时,气柱处于充气状态;柔性显示设备处于伸展状态时,气柱处于收缩状态。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述 支撑板件还包括设置在所述刚性板件和柔性显示面板之间的可弯曲背板,与整个柔性显示面板背面固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述可弯曲背板为弹性背板,在所述柔性显示面板折叠时处于弹性压缩状态;在所述锁定机构解除锁定时,使得所述柔性显示面板随着所述弹性背板从弹性压缩状态变为舒张状态而展开。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述弹性背板由记忆金属制成,弹性背板的平铺展开状态为所述记忆金属原始状态。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述支撑板件包括两个刚性板件;所述两个刚性板件上位于所述柔性显示面板的边缘的侧面上分别设置有延伸部;所述锁定机构夹合所述两个延伸部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述锁定机构呈U型。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述支撑板件包括至少一个刚性板件,当所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时,所述刚性板件位于所述柔性显示面板的其中一个折叠面上,其中,所述刚性板件包括位于一侧面上的延伸部,所述侧面为该刚性板件靠近所述柔性显示面板处于折叠状态时的弯折部的侧面;
    所述锁定机构通过枢接件可转动地安装在所述延伸部上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,
    所述锁定机构包括电磁铁和弹簧;所述电磁铁通过所述枢接件可转动地安装在所述延伸部上;所述弹簧包括第一部分和第二部分;所述弹簧的第一部分套设并固定在所述电磁铁上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述锁定机构还包括设置在所述弹簧的第二部分上的可被磁力吸附的吸附板。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置,其中,所述锁定机构包括充放气机构和气柱;所述充放气机构通过所述枢接件可转动地安装在所述延伸部上;所述气柱设置在所述充放气机构的自由端并可被所 述充放气机构充气或排气。
  16. 一种柔性显示设备,包括柔性显示面板及权利要求1-15中任意一项所述的柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置;所述柔性显示面板打开折叠辅助装置与所述柔性显示面板连接。
