Description

摺合式金屬背板
本發明係與顯示裝置相關,特別是一種摺合式金屬背板。
已知摺合式金屬背板,其摺合彎曲部位未經適當配置,容易彎折處形成半橢圓形,產生不少彎折應力,而減少其彎折次數壽命,因此而有待改善。
本發明主要目的,即在提供一種摺合式金屬背板,其可補償使其彎折呈正圓弧形,摺合操作更為順暢,並且減少彎曲應力。
緣以達成上述目的,本發明提供一種摺合式金屬背板,包含有一第一板部;一第二板部;一摺合板部,連結於該第一板部與第二板部;該摺合板部接近該第一板部與第二板部處分別形成有一第一摺區,並於該兩第一摺區之間形成有一第二摺區;該第一摺區具有多排間隔的第一開口,該第二摺區具有多排間隔的第二開口;該各第一摺區構成一第一展開長度,該第二摺區構成一第二展開長度,其中該第一摺區的第一展開長度為第二摺區的第二展開長度的0.2倍至0.5倍。
藉由該第一摺區的第一展開長度為第二摺區的第二展開長度的0.2倍至0.5倍,即可使彎折更呈正圓弧形,因而減少彎曲應力,摺合操作更為順暢。
較佳地,該第一摺區的第一展開長度為第二摺區的第二展開長度 的0.2倍至0.4倍。
較佳地,該第一摺區的第一展開長度為第二摺區的第二展開長度(L2)的0.3倍至0.5倍。
較佳地,該各第一摺區構成一第一開口率,該第二摺區構成一第二開口率;其中該第一摺區的第一開口率小於該第二摺區的第二開口率界於25%至36%。
較佳地,該第一摺區的第一開口率小於該第二摺區的第二開口率界於25%至28%。
較佳地,該第一摺區的第一開口率小於該第二摺區的第二開口率界於29%至36%。
較佳地,該第一摺區的第一開口率小於該第二摺區的第二開口率界於32%至36%。
較佳地,該第二摺區的第二開口率界於75%至99%。

如圖1至圖4所示,本發明一較佳實施例所提供一種摺合式金屬背板,包含有:一第一板部(10),位於一顯示單元的一側。
一第二板部(20),位於該顯示單元的一側,對應該第一板部(10)。
一摺合板部(30),連結於該第一板部(10)與第二板部(20);該摺合板部(30)接近該第一板部(10)與第二板部(20)處分別形成有一第一摺區(31),並於該兩第一摺區(31)之間形成有一第二摺區(32),原則上均配置到整個寬度。
該第二摺區(32)摺合後的外側概呈正圓弧形,並形成有一彎曲半徑(R),亦即所謂的R角。
該第一摺區(31)具有多排間隔的第一開口(311),該第二摺區(32)具有多排間隔的第二開口(321);該第一開口(311)及第二開口(321)不限定如示的雙面凹槽,其也可為單面凹槽,或者是直接貫穿的槽孔;其也可為多片背板以所述各種槽或孔的配置各種排列組合型態。
該各第一摺區(31)構成一第一展開長度(L1),該第二摺區(32)構成一第二展開長度(L2)。
廣義而言,該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.2倍至0.5倍。
次廣地,該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.2倍至0.4倍。
另次廣地,該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.3倍至0.5倍。
一較小地,該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.2倍至0.3倍。
另一較小地,該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32) 的第二展開長度(L2)的0.3倍至0.4倍。
再一較小地,該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.4倍至0.5倍。
開口率定義:該第一摺區(31)內全部第一開口(311)佔該第一摺區(31)全部面積的比例構成一第一開口率。
該第二摺區(32)內全部第二開口(321)佔該第二摺區(32)全部面積的比例構成一第二開口率。
開口率差距測試數據,如下表:

最佳地,該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於88%至99%。
次佳地,該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於75%至85%。
綜合以上,該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於75%至99%。
藉由該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.2倍至0.5倍,即可使彎折摺合後該第二摺區(32)更呈正圓弧形並形成有一涵蓋角度(A),該涵蓋角度(A)較佳為180度,但不限定,如圖4所示;因此,即可減少彎曲應力,摺合操作更為順暢,確實達成本發明目的。
此外,再配合該第一摺區(31)的第一開口率小於該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於所述各種區間值,則可使本發明效果更好。

  1. 一種摺合式金屬背板,包含有:一第一板部(10);一第二板部(20);一摺合板部(30),連結於該第一板部(10)與第二板部(20);該摺合板部(30)接近該第一板部(10)與第二板部(20)處分別形成有一第一摺區(31),並於該兩第一摺區(31)之間形成有一第二摺區(32);該第一摺區(31)具有多排間隔的第一開口(311),該第二摺區(32)具有多排間隔的第二開口(321);該各第一摺區(31)構成一第一展開長度(L1),該第二摺區(32)構成一第二展開長度(L2),其中該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.2倍至0.5倍。
  2. 如請求項1所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.2倍至0.4倍。
  3. 如請求項1所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第一摺區(31)的第一展開長度(L1)為第二摺區(32)的第二展開長度(L2)的0.3倍至0.5倍。
  4. 如請求項1或2或3所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該各第一摺區(31)構成一第一開口率,該第二摺區(32)構成一第二開口率;其中該第一摺區(31)的第一開口率小於該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於25%至36%。
  5. 如請求項4所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第一摺區(31)的第一開口率小於該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於25%至28%。
  6. 如請求項4所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第一摺區(31)的第一開口率小於該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於29%至36%。
  7. 如請求項4所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第一摺區(31)的第一開口率小於該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於32%至36%。
  8. 如請求項4所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於75%至99%。
  9. 如請求項8所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於75%至85%。
  10. 如請求項8所述的摺合式金屬背板,其中該第二摺區(32)的第二開口率界於88%至99%。
