本实用新型涉及一种检测压力的装置,尤其是涉及一种气囊装置。
背景技术
目前很多领域都涉及到气压压力检测,在一些比较小的精密设备中,如何进行压力检测是需要考虑的问题,目前压力的测量多是直接采用传感器进行测量,而密封空间较大的话,误差也会比较大。对于坚固物体之间的承受压力,如物体A向物体B靠近时,中间的物体受到的挤压压力如果直接使用压力传感器会有限制,如何精确测量压力值是需要考虑的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种气囊装置,解决了在两侧物体向中间靠近挤压,将对中间的物品接触的压力测量的问题,通过将压力转换成气压测量,使得测量精确,其技术方案如下所述:
一种气囊装置,包括设置有膜片的气室,在气室内设置有气压传感器,所述气室是封闭性的,气室介质为空气、惰性气体或者为流体。
所述气室外设置有外壳,用于固定装置。
所述气室内设置有电路板,所述气压传感器位于电路板上。
所述膜片采用橡胶膜。
所述气囊设置为半球体状。
所述电路板设置有无线发射装置,用于将信息发送到外面。
所述电路板由充电电池提供电能,所述充电电池设置在气室外,并与电路板电连接。
所述气室由膜片和外壳形成。
所述气室外设置有电路板,所述气压传感器通过电连接与电路板相连接。
所述气囊装置能够有效的测量挤压的压力值,构造简单、成本低、体积小、测量精度高、气室介质为空气或随性气体或为流体都可以,可适用于医疗器械、工业、理疗、美容等产品压力检测。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的实施例中,所述气囊装置包括外壳1、PCB电路板5、气压传感器4、膜片2、气室3。
所述膜片2采用橡胶膜,或者其他的有弹性的,能够保持封闭性的材料。其和外壳1一起形成气室3,在气室3内设置PCB电路板5,所述PCB电路板5上设置有气压传感器4。
所述气室3是封闭性的,气室介质为惰性气体。
所述气囊装置设置为半球体状,一半为膜片2,另一半为外壳1组成,在外壳1可以设置充电电池,并与电路板电连接。
进一步的,所述电路板可以设置有无线发射装置,用于将信息发送到外面。
所述气囊装置能够有效的测量挤压的压力值,构造简单、成本低、体积小、测量精度高,可适用于医疗器械、工业、理疗、美容等产品压力检测。

  1. 一种气囊装置,其特征在于:包括设置有膜片的气室,在气室内设置有气压传感器,所述气室是封闭性的,气室介质为空气、惰性气体或者为流体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述气室外设置有外壳,用于固定装置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述气室内设置有电路板,所述气压传感器位于电路板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述膜片采用橡胶膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述气囊设置为半球体状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述电路板设置有无线发射装置,用于将信息发送到外面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述电路板由充电电池提供电能,所述充电电池设置在气室外,并与电路板电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的气囊装置,其特征在于:所述气室由膜片和外壳形成。
