以下, 将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。 然而, 可以以许多不同的 形式来实施本发明, 并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施 例。 相反, 提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用, 从而使本 领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的 各种修改。 将理解的是,尽管在这里可使用术语"第一"、 "第二"等来描述各种元件, 但是这些元件不应受这些术语的限制。这些术语仅用于将一个元件与另一个元 件区分开来。 图 2是根据本发明的实施例的供液***的示意图。 参照图 2, 根据本发明的实施例的供液***包括混合槽 210、 清洗剂供应 装置 220、清洗剂重量测量器 230、水供应装置 240、流量计 250、控制装置 260。 具体而言, 清洗剂供应装置 220包括补液桶 221及连通补液桶 221和混合 槽 210的第一洗剂管路 222, 其中, 第一洗剂管路 222用于将补液桶 221中的 清洗剂输送至混合槽 210。 清洗剂重量测量器 230设置在补液桶 221的下方, 用于测量补液桶 221中 清洗剂的重量值。 水供应装置 240包括连接到混合槽 210的水管路 241, 其中, 水管路 241 用于向混合槽 210输送水。 流量计 250设置于水管路 241上, 用于获取水供应装置 240输送至混合槽 210的水的流量值。 控制装置 260电连接至清洗剂重量测量器 230和流量计 250, 用于接收流 量计 250获取的流量值和清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值。 控制装置 260 根据接收到流量值计算出需要的清洗剂的重量值, 其中, 所述需要的清洗剂的 重量值与流量计 250获取的水的流量值匹配, 换句话说, 输送至混合槽 210的 水与所述需要的清洗剂按照流量计 250获取的流量值与所述需要的清洗剂的重 量值混合, 可使得混合后的清洗液的浓度保持稳定。 控制装置 260根据计算出 的需要的清洗剂的重量值及清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值判断是否开通 第一洗剂管路 222。 当计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值不大于清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重 量值时, 表示补液桶 221中清洗剂的重量足以补充所述需要的清洗剂的重量, 因此控制装置 260开通第一洗剂管路 222, 以使补液桶 221通过开通的第一洗 剂管路 222将所述需要的清洗剂输送至混合槽 210。 当计算出的需要的清洗剂 的重量值大于清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值时, 表示补液桶 221中清洗 剂的重量不足以补充所述需要的清洗剂的重量, 还需向补液桶 221中添加清洗 剂, 因此控制装置 260关闭第一洗剂管路 222。 此外, 清洗剂供应装置 220还包括: 清洗剂桶 223, 用于存储清洗剂; 第 二洗剂管路 224, 其将补液桶 221和清洗剂桶 223连通, 用于将清洗剂桶 223 中的清洗剂输送至补液桶 221。 控制装置 260还用于根据计算出的需要的清洗 剂的重量值及清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值判断是否开通第二洗剂管路 224。 当计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值大于清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量 值时, 控制装置 260开通第二洗剂管路 224, 以使清洗剂桶 223中的清洗剂输 送至补液桶 221, 从而使补液桶 221中清洗剂的重量值达到所述需要的清洗剂 的重量值。当计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值不大于清洗剂重量测量器 230测 量的重量值时, 表示补液桶 221中清洗剂的重量足以补充所述需要的清洗剂的 重量, 因此控制装置 260关闭第二洗剂管路 224, 无需将清洗剂桶 223中的清 洗剂输送至补液桶 221。 为了控制输送至混合槽 210中的水的重量, 根据本发明的实施例的供液系 统还包括设置在混合槽 210上的四个液位传感器 211、 212、 213和 214。 混合 槽 210中的液位由低到高为 LL、 L、 H及 HH, 其中, 液位传感器 211侦测混 合槽 210的液位 LL, 液位传感器 212侦测混合槽 210的液位 L, 液位传感器 213侦测混合槽 210的液位 H, 液位传感器 214侦测混合槽 210的液位 HH。 这四个液位传感器 211、 212、 213和 214均电连接至控制装置 260, 其侦测到 的混合槽 210的液位时将液位信号传送至控制装置 260。 因此, 控制装置 260 还用于根据其接收到的液位信号判断是否关闭水管路 241。 当液位传感器 213 侦测到混合槽 210的液位 H时, 控制装置 260关闭水管路 241。 为了使控制装置 260实现对水管路 241、 第一洗剂管路 222和第二洗剂管 路 224的分别控制开通或关闭, 根据本发明的实施例的供液***还包括: 水管 电子阀 242, 设置在水管路 241上并电连接至控制装置 260, 用于根据控制装 置 260的控制来开通或关闭水管路 241 ; 第一电子阀 225, 设置在第一洗剂管 路 222上并电连接至控制装置 260, 用于根据控制装置 260的控制来开通或关 闭第一洗剂管路 222; 第二电子阀 226, 设置在第二洗剂管路 224上并电连接 至控制装置 260, 用于根据控制装置 260的控制来开通或关闭第二洗剂管路 224。 图 3是根据本发明的实施例的供液***的供液方法的流程图。 一并参照图 2和图 3, 根据本发明的实施例的供液***的供液方法包括步 骤:
S1 : 水供应装置 240通过水管路 241向混合槽 210中输送水, 并利用流量 计 250获取输送至混合槽 210中的水的流量值。 S2: 控制装置 260接收流量计 250获取的流量值, 并根据接收的流量值计 算出需要的清洗剂的重量值。
S3: 控制装置 260接收清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值, 并判断计算 出的需要的清洗剂的重量值是否大于清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值, 其 中, 如果计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值大于清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重 量值, 则执行步骤 S4和步骤 S5; 如果计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值不大于 清洗剂重量测量器 230测量的重量值, 则执行步骤 S5。
S4: 控制装置 260关闭第一洗剂管路 222并开通第二洗剂管路 224, 以使 清洗剂桶 223中的清洗剂输送至补液桶 221, 进而使补液桶 221中清洗剂的重 量值达到所述需要的清洗剂的重量值。
S5: 控制装置 260开通第一洗剂管路 222并关闭第二洗剂管路 224, 以使 补液桶 221通过开通的第一洗剂管路 222将所述需要的清洗剂输送至混合槽 210。 综上, 根据本发明的实施例的供液***及其供液方法, 能够根据输送至混 合槽中的水的流量得到需向混合槽中输送的清洗剂的重量, 使得混合槽中的水 和清洗剂依照固定比例混合, 进而使得混合后的清洗液的浓度保持稳定。 虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明, 但是本领域的技术人员将 理解: 在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下, 可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种供液***, 包括: 至少一个混合槽; 清洗剂供应装置, 其包括补液桶及至少一个连通所述补液桶和所述混合槽 的第一洗剂管路, 其中, 所述第一洗剂管路用于将所述补液桶中的清洗剂输送 至所述混合槽; 清洗剂重量测量器, 用于测量所述补液桶中清洗剂的重量值; 水供应装置, 其包括至少一个连接到所述混合槽的水管路, 用于向所述混 合槽输送水; 至少一个流量计, 设置于所述水管路上, 用于获取输送至所述混合槽的水 的流量值; 控制装置, 电连接至所述清洗剂重量测量器和所述流量计, 用于接收所述 流量计获取的流量值和所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值,根据接收到的流 量值计算出需要的清洗剂的重量值, 并当其计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值不 大于所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值时开通所述第一洗剂管路, 以使所述 补液桶将需要的清洗剂输送至所述混合槽。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的供液***, 其中, 当所述计算出的需要的清洗 剂的重量值大于所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值时, 所述控制装置关闭所 述第一洗剂管路。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的供液***, 其中, 所述清洗剂供应装置还包括: 清洗剂桶, 用于存储清洗剂; 至少一个第二洗剂管路, 其中, 所述第二洗剂管路将所述补液桶与所述清 洗剂桶连通。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的供液***, 其中, 所述清洗剂供应装置还包括: 清洗剂桶, 用于存储清洗剂; 至少一个第二洗剂管路, 其中, 所述第二洗剂管路将所述补液桶与所述清 洗剂桶连通。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的供液***, 其中, 所述控制装置还用于根据其 计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值及接收到的所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重 量值判断是否开通所述第二洗剂管路, 其中, 当所述计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值不大于所述清洗剂重量测量 器测量的重量值时, 所述控制装置关闭所述第二洗剂管路; 当所述计算出的需 要的清洗剂的重量值大于所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值时, 所述控制装 置开通所述第二洗剂管路, 以将所述清洗剂桶中的清洗剂输送至所述补液桶。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的供液***, 其中, 所述控制装置还用于根据其 计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值及接收到的所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重 量值判断是否开通所述第二洗剂管路, 其中, 当所述计算出的需要的清洗剂的重量值不大于所述清洗剂重量测量 器测量的重量值时, 所述控制装置关闭所述第二洗剂管路; 当所述计算出的需 要的清洗剂的重量值大于所述清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值时, 所述控制装 置开通所述第二洗剂管路, 以将所述清洗剂桶中的清洗剂输送至所述补液桶。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的供液***, 其中, 所述供液***还包括若干个 液位传感器, 其中, 所述液位传感器设置在所述混合槽上且电连接至所述控制 装置, 所述液位传感器用于侦测到所述混合槽的液位时将液位信号传送至所述 控制装置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的供液***, 其中, 所述控制装置还用于根据其 接收到的液位信号判断是否关闭所述水管路, 其中, 当若干个液位传感器之一侦测到所述混合槽的液位到达一预定液位 时, 所述控制装置关闭所述水管路; 其中, 所述预定液位低于所述混合槽的最 大液位。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的供液***, 其中, 所述供液***还包括: 水管电子阀, 设置在所述水管路上并电连接至所述控制装置, 用于根据所 述控制装置的控制来开通或关闭所述水管路; 第一电子阀, 设置在所述第一洗剂管路上并电连接至所述控制装置, 用于 根据所述控制装置的控制来开通或关闭第一洗剂管路;
10、 根据权利要求 3所述的供液***, 其中, 所述供液***还包括第二电 子阀, 设置在所述第二洗剂管路上并电连接至所述控制装置, 用于根据所述控 制装置的控制来开通或关闭第二洗剂管路。
11、 根据权利要求 4所述的供液***, 其中, 所述供液***还包括第二电 子阀, 设置在所述第二洗剂管路上并电连接至所述控制装置, 用于根据所述控 制装置的控制来开通或关闭第二洗剂管路。
12、 一种供液***的供液方法, 其中, 所述供液***包括: 至少一个混合 槽、 清洗剂供应装置、 清洗剂重量测量器、 水供应装置、 至少一个流量计及控 制装置, 所述清洗剂供应装置包括补液桶、 清洗剂桶、 至少一个连通所述补液 桶和所述混合槽的第一洗剂管路及至少一个连通所述补液桶与所述清洗剂桶 的第二洗剂管路, 所述清洗剂重量测量器用于测量所述补液桶中清洗剂的重量 值, 所述水供应装置包括至少一个连接到所述混合槽的水管路, 所述流量计设 置于所述水管路上, 所述控制装置电连接至所述清洗剂重量测量器和所述流量 计; 其中, 所述供液方法包括步骤:
A) 水供应装置通过水管路向混合槽中输送水, 并利用流量计获取输送到 混合槽中水的流量值;
B ) 控制装置接收流量计获取的流量值, 并根据接收的流量值计算出需要 的清洗剂的重量值;
C) 控制装置接收清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值, 并判断计算出的需要 的清洗剂的重量值是否大于清洗剂重量测量器测量的重量值, 如果是, 则执行 步骤 D) 和步骤 E);
D ) 控制装置关闭第一洗剂管路并开通第二洗剂管路, 以使清洗剂桶中的 清洗剂输送至补液桶, 进而使补液桶中清洗剂的重量值不小于所述需要的清洗 剂的重量值; E) 控制装置开通第一洗剂管路并关闭第二洗剂管路, 以使补液桶通过开 通的第一洗剂管路将所述需要的清洗剂输送至混合槽。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的供液方法, 其中, 在步骤 C ) 中, 如果否, 则直接执行步骤 E)。
