根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种洗衣机的洗涤剂投放的方法,方法用于向上述的洗衣机投放洗涤剂,方法包括以下步骤:步骤S10:称重部对待洗涤物称重后,控制部根据待洗涤物的重量和第一检测部检测到的液体的流速控制进水部进水时长;步骤S20:控制部根据第一检测部检测到的液体的硬度、液体的总进水量和称重部称得的待洗涤物的重量控制投放泵向出水部投入预设量的洗涤剂。
可选地,步骤S10包括:步骤S11:称重部对待洗涤物称重后,确定总进水量;步骤S12:控制部通过第一容纳部的容积和充满第一容纳部液体的时间确定进水速度;步骤S13:控制部通过总进水量和进水速度确定洗涤桶所需进水总时长,并控制进水部的打开时间,直至进水部的打开时间等于洗涤桶所需进水总时长。
应用本申请的技术方案,通过将至少部分地第一检测部设置于第一容纳部内以检测流经第一容纳部内液体的流速,进而再通过控制部对第一容纳部的进水部的进水时长进行控 制以控制进水总量,这样设置使得洗衣机对进水量进行了精确控制,使得洗衣机的进水量与洗涤剂充分融合,从而提高了洗衣机的洗涤效果。

结合图1至图5所示,根据本申请的实施例,提供了一种清洗装置。
具体地,如图1所示,该清洗装置,包括第一容纳部10、第一检测部20和控制部,第一容纳部10具有进水部11和出水部12,至少部分的第一检测部20设置于第一容纳部10内,第一检测部20可用于检测从进水部11流入第一容纳部10内的液体的流速,控制部与第一检测部20电连接,控制部用于控制进水部11打开或关闭。
在本实施例中,通过将至少部分地第一检测部设置于第一容纳部内以检测流经第一容纳部内液体的流速,进而再通过控制部对第一容纳部的进水部的进水时长进行控制以控制进水总量,这样设置使得洗衣机对进水量进行了精确控制,使得洗衣机的进水量与洗涤剂充分融合,从而提高了洗衣机的洗涤效果。
在本实施例中,出水部12包括第一出水口121和第二出水口122,第一出水口121开设于第一容纳部10的腔壁上,第二出水口122开设于第一容纳部10的腔壁上,第二出水口122与第一出水口121相邻地设置。第一出水口121用于将由进水部11进入的液体导入到洗涤桶内,当进水结束时,进水部11关闭,第二出水口用于将第一容纳部内残余的液体由第二出水口导出,这样设置使得第一容纳部内的液体充分排出进入洗涤桶内,使得洗衣机对进水量进行了精确控制。
可选地,清洗装置还包括虹吸管13,虹吸管13的一端与第二出水口122相连通,虹 吸管13的另一端用于将第一容纳部10内的残水排出。这样设置使得当进水结束时,第一容纳部内残余的液体通过虹吸管的一端排入到另一端,进而进入到洗涤桶内,使得洗衣机对进水量进行了精确控制。
在本实施例中,第一检测部20包括检测探头21,检测探头21设置于第一容纳部10的内腔壁上,检测探头21与控制部电连接,检测探头21用以检测流经进水部11的液体的流速或硬度,当然也可以同时对流经进水部11的液体的流速和硬度进行检测。这样设置使得检测探头将检测到的信息传递给控制部,进而控制部可根据检测信息对进水部11打开或关闭。
在本实施例中,该清洗装置包括第一容纳部10、第一检测部20、控制部和投放部40,第一容纳部10具有进水部11和出水部12,至少部分的第一检测部20设置于第一容纳部10内,第一检测部20可用于检测从进水部11流入第一容纳部10内的液体的流速和硬度,控制部与第一检测部20电连接,控制部用于控制进水部11的进水时长并确定液体的总进水量,投放部40与控制部电连接,控制部可控制投放部40向出水部12内投放洗涤剂。控制部根据第一检测部20检测到的液体的硬度、液体的总进水量控制投放泵42向出水部12投入预设量的洗涤剂。
可选地,投放部还包括:称重部,称重部与洗涤桶相连接,称重部与控制部电连接,称重部用于对放入洗涤桶内的待洗涤物进行称重。通过称重部对待洗涤物进行称重,初步计算所需的总进水量。控制部根据第一检测部20检测到的液体的硬度、液体的总进水量和称重部称得的待洗涤物的重量控制投放泵42向出水部12投入预设量的洗涤剂。
上述实施例的清洗装置还可以用于洗衣机设备技术领域,即根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种洗衣机。该空调器包括清洗装置,清洗装置为上述实施例的清洗装置。
在本实施例中,洗衣机包括称重部,称重部与洗涤桶相连接,称重部与控制部电连接,称重部用于对放入洗涤桶内的待洗涤物进行称重。这样设置使得称重部将待洗涤物称重后及时将得到的信息反馈给控制部,进而控制部根据待洗涤物的重量控制进水部11的进水量。
如图2和图3所示,洗衣机还包括投放部40,投放部40与控制部电连接,投放部40用于向出水部12内投放洗涤剂。控制部可根据待洗涤物的重量、进水总量和水质硬度,以向洗涤桶内精确地投入所需剂量的洗涤剂。
在本实施例中,投放部40包括第二容纳部30,第二容纳部30与第一容纳部10相邻地设置,第二容纳部30与出水部12相连通,第二容纳部30用以储存洗涤剂。这样设置便于第二容纳部30将储存的洗涤剂输送至第一容纳部10内,进而使得洗涤剂和第一容纳 部10内的液体充分融合并流入洗涤桶内。
另外,投放部40还包括投放管41,投放管41的第一端与第二容纳部30相连通,投放管41的第二端与出水部12相连通。第二容纳部通过投放管41将洗涤剂输送至出水部。
在本实施例中,投放部40还包括第二检测部43,第二检测部43与第二容纳部30相连接,第二检测部43用于检测第二容纳部30内洗涤剂的储存量。第二检测部43对第二容纳部30储存的洗涤剂进行检测,当第二容纳部30内洗涤剂的不足低于预设值时,控制部将通过与控制部相连的警示灯提醒用户添加洗涤剂。
在本实施例中,投放部40还包括投放泵42,投放泵42与第二容纳部30相邻地设置,投放泵42与控制部电连接,投放泵42用以将第二容纳部30内的洗涤剂输送至出水部12。这样设置使得控制部根据待洗涤物的重量、进水总量和水质硬度来控制投放泵将第二容纳部30储存的洗涤剂安设定的需求比例投放到出水部12中。
本申请公开了一种洗衣机的洗涤剂投放的方法,方法包括以下步骤:步骤S10:称重部对待洗涤物称重后,控制部根据待洗涤物的重量和第一检测部20检测到的液体的流速控制进水部11进水时长;步骤S20:控制部根据第一检测部20检测到的液体的硬度、液体的总进水量和称重部称得的待洗涤物的重量控制投放泵42向出水部12投入预设量的洗涤剂。其中,步骤S10包括:步骤S11:称重部对待洗涤物称重后,确定总进水量;步骤S12:控制部通过第一容纳部10的容积和充满第一容纳部10液体的时间确定进水速度;步骤S13:控制部通过总进水量和进水速度确定洗涤桶所需进水总时长,并控制进水部11的打开时间,直至进水部11的打开时间等于洗涤桶所需进水总时长。
本申请通过控制部控制进水部11的进水总时长以精确控制进水总量。第一检测部通过对自来水的硬度检测以更加准确的控制洗涤剂投放量。
现有技术中,洗涤桶内液位检测技术无法排除衣物吸水产生误差导致进水量控制不准;并且,传统的洗衣机忽略自来水水质硬度,无法考虑自来水中离子(Ca、Mg、Cl等)对洗涤剂有效成分的消耗,以至于无法达到洗净效果;本申请的技术方案可通过对衣物重量、进水总量、水质硬度等物理量精确换算来控制洗涤剂投放量,以提高洗涤效果,且在相同洗涤效果下减少洗涤剂用量可节约洗涤成本、降低排出废水对环境污染。
如图2所示,洗衣机包括进水检测模块和洗涤剂投放模块。
如图1所示,清洗装置包括进水部11的进水管、第一检测部20的检测探头21、第一出水口121处的进水下游通道、虹吸管13、第一容纳部10;进水时自来水由进水管注入第一容纳部10,控制部控制第一容纳部10充满进水,液面从接触到检测探头21开始计时,接触的经过时间为t,由于第一容纳部10的容积恒定,可快速计算进水流速v;通过计算 到用水总量U,U/v=T为进水总时长,通过控制总时长T以实现控制进水总量U;另外检测探头21在接触到水检测到有水的同时可检测到水质硬度;当进水结束时第一容纳部10内残余的水会经虹吸管13排走,以免影响下次检测流量的精度;整个进水过程中虹吸管13会一直有水经过,但虹吸管13的下游与洗涤筒相连不会影响进水总量。
如图3所示,洗衣机还包括第二容纳部30、投放泵42、第二检测部43、投放管41;根据待洗涤物的重量、进水总量、水质硬度几个物理量经过智能算法确定投放洗涤剂的量,由投放泵42从第二容纳部30吸出洗涤剂投入投放管41,投放管41与清洗装置的进水部11或出水部12的通道相连,借助进水水流实现洗涤剂的投送;第二检测部43以检测第二容纳部30内洗涤剂液面高度是否达到最低液面阀值,当第二容纳部30内洗涤剂不足时,整机控制器检测到以通知用户洗涤剂需添加。
如图4和图5所示,通过称重部对待洗涤物称重所得的信息以控制进水总量,进水总量由进水流速和进水时长决定,在得到待洗涤物重量、进水总量、水质硬度后,通过只能算法以确定最终洗衣机需投放的洗涤剂的量。
除上述以外,还需要说明的是在本说明书中所谈到的“一个实施例”、“另一个实施例”、“实施例”等,指的是结合该实施例描述的具体特征、结构或者特点包括在本申请概括性描述的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中多个地方出现同种表述不是一定指的是同一个实施例。进一步来说,结合任一实施例描述一个具体特征、结构或者特点时,所要主张的是结合其他实施例来实现这种特征、结构或者特点也落在本申请的范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一容纳部(10),所述第一容纳部(10)具有进水部(11)和出水部(12);
    第一检测部(20),至少部分的所述第一检测部(20)设置于所述第一容纳部(10)内,所述第一检测部(20)可用于检测从所述进水部(11)流入所述第一容纳部(10)内的液体的流速;
    控制部,所述控制部与所述第一检测部(20)电连接,所述控制部用于控制所述进水部(11)的进水时长。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述出水部(12)包括:
    第一出水口(121),所述第一出水口(121)开设于所述第一容纳部(10)的腔壁上;
    第二出水口(122),所述第二出水口(122)开设于所述第一容纳部(10)的腔壁上,所述第二出水口(122)与所述第一出水口(121)相邻地设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置还包括:
    虹吸管(13),所述虹吸管(13)的一端与所述第二出水口(122)相连通,所述虹吸管(13)的另一端用于将第一容纳部(10)内的残水排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述第一检测部(20)包括:
    检测探头(21),所述检测探头(21)设置于所述第一容纳部(10)的内腔壁上,所述检测探头(21)与所述控制部电连接,所述检测探头(21)用以检测流经所述进水部(11)的液体的流速和/或硬度。
  5. 一种清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一容纳部(10),所述第一容纳部(10)具有进水部(11)和出水部(12);
    第一检测部(20),至少部分的所述第一检测部(20)设置于所述第一容纳部(10)内,所述第一检测部(20)可用于检测从所述进水部(11)流入所述第一容纳部(10)内的液体的流速和硬度;
    控制部,所述控制部与所述第一检测部(20)电连接,所述控制部用于控制所述进水部(11)的进水时长并确定液体的总进水量;
    投放部(40),所述投放部(40)与所述控制部电连接,所述控制部可控制所述投放部(40)向所述出水部(12)内投放洗涤剂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述投放部还包括:称重部,所述称重部与洗涤桶相连接,所述称重部与所述控制部电连接,所述称重部用于对放入所述 洗涤桶内的待洗涤物进行称重。
  7. 一种洗衣机,包括清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置为权利要求1至6中任一项所述的清洗装置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括:
    称重部,所述称重部与洗涤桶相连接,所述称重部与所述控制部电连接,所述称重部用于对放入所述洗涤桶内的待洗涤物进行称重。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机还包括:
    投放部(40),所述投放部(40)与所述控制部电连接,所述投放部(40)用于向所述出水部(12)内投放洗涤剂。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述投放部(40)包括:
    第二容纳部(30),所述第二容纳部(30)与所述第一容纳部(10)相邻地设置,所述第二容纳部(30)与所述出水部(12)相连通,所述第二容纳部(30)用以储存所述洗涤剂。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述投放部(40)还包括:
    投放管(41),所述投放管(41)的第一端与所述第二容纳部(30)相连通,所述投放管(41)的第二端与所述出水部(12)相连通。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述投放部(40)还包括:
    第二检测部(43),所述第二检测部(43)与所述第二容纳部(30)相连接,所述第二检测部(43)用于检测所述第二容纳部(30)内洗涤剂的储存量。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述投放部(40)还包括:
    投放泵(42),所述投放泵(42)与所述第二容纳部(30)相邻地设置,所述投放泵(42)与所述控制部电连接,所述投放泵(42)用以将所述第二容纳部(30)内的所述洗涤剂输送至所述出水部(12)。
  14. 一种洗衣机的洗涤剂投放的方法,所述方法用于向权利要求7至13中任一项所述洗衣机投放洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    步骤S10:称重部对待洗涤物称重后,控制部根据待洗涤物的重量和第一检测部(20)检测到的液体的流速控制进水部(11)进水时长;
    步骤S20:控制部根据第一检测部(20)检测到的液体的硬度、液体的总进水量和称重部称得的待洗涤物的重量控制投放泵(42)向出水部(12)投入预设量的洗涤剂。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的洗衣机的洗涤剂投放的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10包括:
    步骤S11:称重部对待洗涤物称重后,确定总进水量;
    步骤S12:控制部通过第一容纳部(10)的容积和充满所述第一容纳部(10)液体的时间确定进水速度;
    步骤S13:控制部通过总进水量和进水速度确定洗涤桶所需进水总时长,并控制所述进水部(11)的打开时间,直至所述进水部(11)的打开时间等于所述洗涤桶所需进水总时长。
