Abstract

Description

一种栈板及包装箱
本申请要求于 2014 年 5 月 28 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201410229042. 2 , 发明名称为 "一种栈板及包装箱" 的中国专利申请的优先 权, 上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种栈板及包装箱。
背景技术
随着各类液晶产品的出现和发展, 液晶显示器件已经深入到各行各业以 及社会生活的各个角落。 在液晶显示器件中, 其关键零件就是液晶面板, 而 在生成液晶显示器件过程中, 由于技术的分工, 一般需要将大批现成的液晶 面板运输至其它地方进行下一步的模组加工。
现有技术中, 如图 1至图 3所示, 将大批现成的液晶面板运输之前, 都 会分批将多个液晶面板 11'装入到各个包装盒内 1' , 并会在每一个液晶面板 11 '的下方设有緩冲垫 12'后装入到各个包装盒内 1' (如图 1箭头 a所示), 且置于栈板 2'上, 并在多个已堆栈好的包装盒 1 '的最上方一个上盖上箱体 盖 3'后, 用打包带 4'固定, 使之成为一个包装箱 5'装车。 其缺点在于: 1、 栈板 2'承载面结构为平面, 仅用于已经包装好产品的包装盒 1'堆栈, 自身 不具有包装产品的功能; 2、 包装盒 1 '堆栈后, 其稳定性靠打包带 4'及最下 方的包装盒 1 '底面与栈板 2'表面的摩擦力, 而包装箱 5'在货车运输过程随 货车振动及摇晃, 摇晃的力量比较大时最底下的包装盒 1'会在栈板 2'上滑 动, 引起包装箱 5'整体歪斜, 相邻的包装箱 5'可能撞击在一起或与货车内 壁撞击, 使得包装箱 5'局部受力过大, 对被撞击的包装盒 1'内的液晶面板 11'造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种具有包装承载功能的 栈板及包装箱, 能够提高包装盒堆栈成包装箱后的稳定性, 降低液晶面板在 运输过程中出现的损坏。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明釆用的第一种技术方案为: 一种栈板, 用于与多个包装盒堆栈后相固定, 且每一包装盒盒底面均设有凹槽, 包括用 于与所述包装盒装配的栈板顶面、栈板底面以及设置于所述栈板顶面和栈板 底面之间的栈板外侧壁; 其中, 所述栈板顶面包括朝向所述栈板底面凹陷形 成一开口向上的栈板 IHJ陷部以及所述栈板 IHJ陷部四周形成的栈板凸起安装
一栈板凸起。
其中, 所述栈板凸起由所述栈板凹陷部沿其内侧壁边缘的周长线向上延 伸出一定长度形成, 并可与所述包装盒盒底面 iHJ槽相扣合。
其中, 所述栈板外侧壁上设有至少一贯穿所述栈板外侧壁的空腔。 其中, 所述空腔上设有一朝向所述栈板底面的开口, 且所述开口的两端 分别与所述栈板外侧壁相连通。
其中, 所述栈板由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明釆用的第二种技术方案为: 一种栈板, 用于与多个包装盒堆栈后相固定, 且每一包装盒盒底面均设有凹槽, 其中, 包括用于与所述包装盒装配的栈板顶面、栈板底面以及设置于所述栈板顶面 和栈板底面之间的栈板外侧壁;
其中, 所述栈板顶面包括朝向所述栈板底面凹陷形成一开口向上的栈板 凹陷部以及所述栈板凹陷部四周形成的栈板凸起安装面, 所述栈板凸起安装 面上设有用于与所述包装盒盒底面凹槽相扣合的至少一栈板凸起; 其中, 所述栈板凸起由所述栈板凹陷部沿其内侧壁边缘的周长线向上延 伸出一定长度形成, 并可与所述包装盒盒底面 iHJ槽相扣合。
其中, 所述栈板外侧壁上设有至少一贯穿所述栈板外侧壁的空腔。
其中, 所述空腔上设有一朝向所述栈板底面的开口, 且所述开口的两端 分别与所述栈板外侧壁相连通。
其中, 所述栈板由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明釆用的第三种技术方案为:一种包装箱, 其中, 包装箱包括栈板、 箱体盖以及设置于所述栈板和箱体盖之间的多个包 装盒; 其中,
所述栈板包括用于与所述包装盒装配的栈板顶面、栈板底面以及设置于 所述栈板顶面和栈板底面之间的栈板外侧壁; 其中, 所述栈板顶面包括朝向 所述栈板底面凹陷形成一开口向上的栈板凹陷部以及所述栈板凹陷部四周 面凹槽相扣合的至少一栈板凸起;
每一包装盒均包括盒底面和盒顶面, 其盒底面设有凹槽, 盒顶面包括朝 向所述盒底面 iHJ陷形成一开口向上的盒 iHJ陷部以及所述盒 iHJ陷部四周形成 扣合的至少一盒凸起。
其中, 所述栈板凸起由所述栈板凹陷部沿其内侧壁边缘的周长线向上延 伸出一定长度形成, 并可与所述包装盒盒底面 iHJ槽相扣合。
其中, 所述栈板外侧壁上设有至少一贯穿所述栈板外侧壁的空腔。

本发明所提供的栈板及包装箱, 具有如下有益效果:
在本发明实施例中, 由于栈板上的栈板凹陷部可装配生产材料(如液晶 面板), 其栈板凹陷部底面可作为包装盒的盒底面使用, 因此能够节省包装 盒的材料,降低包装成本,同时由于栈板上的栈板凸起安装面设有栈板凸起, 该栈板凸起可与包装盒盒底面的 IHJ槽相扣合, 从而对包装盒起到限位作用, 提高包装盒堆栈成包装箱后的稳定性, 降低生产材料(如液晶面板)在运输 过程中出现的损坏。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行描述。 结合参见图 4至图 9, 为本发明栈板的实施例。
如图 4所示, 为本发明第一实施例提供的栈板的立体结构示意图。 本发 明第一实施例提供的栈板, 用于与多个包装盒 2堆栈后相固定, 且每一包装 盒 2盒底面 21均设有凹槽 211 , 包括用于与包装盒 2装配的栈板顶面 11、 栈板底面 12以及设置于栈板顶面 11和栈板底面 12之间的栈板外侧壁 13; 栈板 1通常由塑料材料制成, 也可以由木材或金属材料制成, 包装盒 2的横 截面呈正方形或长方形或多边形等规格结构形状。
其中,栈板顶面 11包括朝向栈板底面 12凹陷形成一开口向上的栈板凹 陷部 111 以及栈板凹陷部 111四周形成的栈板凸起安装面 112, 栈板凸起安 装面 112上设有用于与包装盒 2盒底面 21凹槽 211相扣合的至少一栈板凸 起 113。 其中, 下方设有緩冲垫 7的多个液晶面板 6装入栈板凹陷部 111后 (如图 6中箭头 b所示), 栈板凸起 113与包装盒 2盒底面 21凹槽 211相扣 合(如图 9中箭头 c所示 ), 使得该栈板 1即可以起到承载功能, 又可以起 到限制包装盒 2在该栈板顶面 11上的运动。
当然为了更好的限制包装盒 2在该栈板顶面 11上运动, 栈板凸起 113 由栈板凹陷部 111沿其内侧壁边缘 114的周长线向上延伸出一定长度形成, 并可与包装盒 2盒底面 21凹槽 211相扣合, 这样使得该栈板凸起 113沿着 IHJ陷部 111的周长所围成的横截面轮廊与包装盒 2的横截面轮廊相一致, 甚 至于可以在该栈板凸起安装面 112上与包装盒 2盒底面 21相接触的地方, 设置一些褶皱等防滑措施,以便于增加包装盒 2盒底面 21与凸起安装面 112 的摩擦力, 进一步的提高包装盒 2堆栈成包装箱的稳定性。
将前述的多个包装盒 2堆栈后并盖设好箱体盖 3 , 需要在栈板外侧壁 13 上设有至少一贯穿栈板外侧壁 13的空腔 131 , 以便于打包带 4穿过空腔 131 并绕包装箱一周, 将箱体盖 3、 多个包装盒 2以及栈板 1牢靠的固定在一起 (如图 7所示)。 当然为了实现打包省力和操作方便, 空腔 131上设有一朝 向栈板底面 12的开口, 且开口的两端分别与栈板外侧壁 13相连通。 相应于本发明第一实施例提供的栈板, 如图 7至图 11所示, 本发明第 二实施例提供一种包装箱, 包括本发明第一实施例所述的栈板 1、 箱体盖 3 以及设置于栈板 1和箱体盖 3之间的多个包装盒 2; 其中, 该栈板 1与本发 明第一实施例中的栈板的构成及连接关系相同, 在此不再——赘述。
每一包装盒 2均包括盒底面 21和盒顶面 22,其盒底面 21设有凹槽 211 , 盒顶面 22包括朝向盒底面 21凹陷形成一开口向上的盒凹陷部 221以及盒凹 陷部 221四周形成的盒凸起安装面 222 , 盒凸起安装面 222上设有用于与相 邻包装盒 2盒底面 21凹槽 211相扣合的至少一盒凸起 223。相邻两个包装盒
2之间的一个包装盒 2盒底面 21凹槽 211与另一个包装盒 2盒顶面 22盒凸 起 223扣合后, 可以起到限制相邻两个包装盒 2之间的运动, 提高多个包装 盒 2堆栈后的稳定性。
凸起 223均由盒凹陷部 221沿其内侧壁边缘 224的周长线向上延伸出一定长 度形成, 并可与相邻包装盒 2盒底面 21 IHJ槽 211相扣合(如图 10所示)。
更进一步的,栈板 1的栈板凸起 113与包装盒 2的盒凸起 223的结构相 同, 这样可以避免对包装盒 2盒底面 21凹槽 211进行改动, 节省生产成本。
更进一步的, 包装盒 2由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。 更进一步的, 箱体盖 3由塑料材料或木材或金属材料制成。 实施本发明所提供的栈板及包装箱, 具有如下有益效果: 在本发明实施例中, 由于栈板上的栈板凹陷部可装配生产材料(如液晶 面板), 其栈板凹陷部底面可作为包装盒的盒底面使用, 因此能够节省包装 盒的材料,降低包装成本,同时由于栈板上的栈板凸起安装面设有栈板凸起, 该栈板凸起可与包装盒盒底面的 IHJ槽相扣合, 从而对包装盒起到限位作用, 提高包装盒堆栈成包装箱后的稳定性, 降低生产材料(如液晶面板)在运输 过程中出现的损坏。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质, 如 ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。

其中, 所述栈板顶面包括朝向所述栈板底面凹陷形成一开口向上的栈板 凹陷部以及所述栈板凹陷部四周形成的栈板凸起安装面, 所述栈板凸起安装 面上设有用于与所述包装盒盒底面凹槽相扣合的至少一栈板凸起。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述栈板凸起由所述栈板凹陷部 沿其内侧壁边缘的周长线向上延伸出一定长度形成, 并可与所述包装盒盒底 面凹槽相扣合。
