5、 根据权利要求 1所述的竹基板, 其特征在于: 所述竹板具有至少一个自然平齐的竹 节, 竹节贯穿所述竹板的宽度。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种竹基板, 其特征在于: 所述竹基板暴露在外的表面具有至 少一个自然平齐的竹节, 竹节贯穿所述竹板的宽度。
7、 一种竹地板, 包括面板和基板, 其特征在于, 所述基板包括权利要求 1-6中任一所述 的竹基板。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的竹地板, 其特征在于: 包括面板以及三层所述竹板制成的竹基 板压合在一起, 在竹基板中间层相对的两侧边沿设有用于平扣或者锁扣形式连接的凹槽或者 凸榫。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的竹地板, 其特征在于: 所述面板是竹板块或木板块或人造 PVC板块。
10、 一种竹基材的制造方法, 其特征在于: 包括如下步骤: (1 ) 毛竹定长, 下料; (2 ) 对开或三开竹筒, 得到弦长为 200讓的竹条; (3 ) 碾压、 刀轴切削去竹青和去竹黄、 平 展, 得到展平的、 有裂隙的具有一个原竹整体相连表面的竹板; (4) 漂白或碳化; (5 ) 干 燥; (6 ) 将上述展平的有裂隙的竹板浸胶。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的竹基材的制造方法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 6之后, 将多层浸胶 后的竹板通过粘胶和压机压制在一起。
12、 一种竹地板的制造方法, 其特征在于: 包括如下步骤: (1 ) 毛竹定长, 下料; (2 ) 对开或三开竹筒, 得到弦长为 200讓的竹条; (3 ) 碾压、 刀轴切削去竹青和去竹黄、 平 展, 得到展平的、 有裂隙的具有一个原竹整体相连表面的竹板; (4) 漂白或碳化; (5 ) 干 燥; (6 ) 将上述展平的有裂隙的竹板浸胶; (7 ) 将上述一层或多层展平的竹板先通过压机 权 利 要 求 书
和粘胶压制成一整体后, 再与面板通过粘胶层贴合在一起, 成地板料; (8 ) 定宽、 定长、 定 厚、 企口成凸榫和凹槽、 油漆; (9 ) 包装入库。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的竹地板的制造方法, 所述面板是竹板块或木板块或人造 PVC 板块。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的竹地板的制造方法, 在步骤 (2 ) 剖开的步骤中, 得到弦长为 100-200mm的竹条。
