桶盖组合及其桶体 技术领域
本发明提供一种容器, 特别指桶体及盖体相互配合的桶盖组合。 背景技术
利用桶子装溶液、物品并盖设一盖子常见的储存手段, 目前皆形成厚度等厚且表面平 滑的桶体, 为了达到一定强度, 使桶体不易产生径向形变, 使得桶体及盖体分离。 故桶体 的厚度亦须达到一定要求。 然而, 一定厚度的桶体所需用料具有一定的数量, 此些材料的 用量易造成桶体的制造成本无法降低。
综上所述, 本发明人有感上述缺陷可改善, 乃特潜心研究并配合学理的应用, 终于提 出一种设计合理且有效改善上述缺陷的发明。 发明内容
本发明桶盖组合, 欲解决桶体用料过多导致成本无法下降的问题。
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种桶体, 其包括一底壁及一侧壁。 侧壁连接于底壁的 周缘, 侧壁的外壁面沿远离侧壁的方向延伸形成一卡合条, 卡合条设有多个卡合槽, 卡合 槽沿由底壁至侧壁顶缘的方向贯穿卡合条。
根据本发明的一种实施方式, 该侧壁包括多个凹部及多个凸部, 该凸部及该凹部 朝远离该底壁的方向延伸, 该凸部与该凹部相邻间隔地设置; 且该些凹部与该些凸部 之间具有一延伸部, 该延伸部的厚度由靠近该凸部的一侧至该凹部渐小; 前述每两个 相邻的该凸部与位于两个相邻的该凸部之间的该凹部共同地组成一个波浪面。

如图 2A所示本发明的桶体 10的侧壁 12的局部断面形状。本发明侧壁 12的每一个波 浪面 120分别具有两个凸部 121及一个凹部 122,同时每一个凹部 122位于每两个凸部 121 之间。本发明在桶体 10的侧壁 12设置波浪面 120的目的, 在于藉由波浪面 120提高侧壁 12的强度, 使得本发明的桶体 10可以尽量地减少侧壁 12的厚度, 并维持足够的强度。
本发明上述波浪面 120的壁厚 t、波浪面 120的宽度 W与高度 H等主要尺寸必须和桶 体 10的直径 D相互配合, 才能够在兼顾使桶体 10具有足够强度的前提下, 使得侧壁 12 的厚度能够尽量减少, 以达到最低用料量的目的, 。 如上表所示, 为发明人经由实验, 所 得到的多组和不同规格的桶体 10的波浪面 120各部位尺寸的最佳化组合。 在上表中列出 了 5公升容量、 18公升容量、 以及 50公升容量等三种大小不同的桶体 10, 而三种不同容 量的桶体 10的桶口直径 D分别为 120mm、 200mm及 580mm。
依据上表所示数据, 可以归纳出本发明的桶体 10的波浪面 120的宽度 W以及高度 H 和桶体 10的桶口直径 D存在着一定比例关系, 而且请参考上表所示, 三种不同规格的桶 体 10的波浪面 120的宽度 W和桶口直径 D的比值 W/D介于 0.1至 0.125之间; 波浪面 120的高度 H和桶口直径 D的比值 H/D介于 0.05至 0.0533之间; 而波浪面 120的高度 H 和波浪面 120的宽度 W的比值 H/W介于 0.04至 0.0533之间。
根据上表所揭示的数据, 以及本发明人经由实验, 归纳出本发明的桶体 10的波浪面 120的宽度 W以及高度 H和桶体 10的桶口直径 D彼此间最佳化的比例关系分别为:
W/D: 0.08至 0.15
H/D: 0.04至 0.06
HAV: 0.04至 0.06 侧壁 12还包括至少一支撑肋 124,支撑肋 124与前述凸部 121、凹部 122及延伸部 123 同样设置于侧壁 12的内壁面, 每一支撑肋 124交叉凸部 121、 凹部 122及延伸部 123, 以 增加侧壁 12的支撑强度, 使桶体 10于径向受力之下, 较不易产生形变。 于本发明实施例 中, 支撑肋 124平行底壁 11的环形, 以承受更多的桶体 10径向力。 于本发明实施例中, 支撑肋 124填补凹部 122及延伸部 123, 使支撑肋 124与凹部 122或延伸部 123的厚度相 力口, 与凸部 121的厚度相同, 因此支撑肋 124的内表面为平滑表面。
侧壁 12靠近开口端的外表面设有一卡合条 125及一卡合沟 126,卡合沟 126较卡合条 125靠近开口端。 卡合条 125由侧壁 12的外表面延远离侧壁 12的方向延伸突出, 卡合条 125设有多个卡合槽 1251, 前述多个卡合槽 1251沿由底壁 11至侧壁 12顶端的方向贯穿 卡合条 125。
参图 1所示,桶体 10的侧壁 12外表面设有一印刷层 127, 印刷层 127与桶体 10—并 形成, 即模***出。
参图 1及图 2所示, 盖体 20包括一主盖部 21、 多个卡勾 22及一拉条 23, 前述多个 卡勾 22设置于主盖部 21的盖檐端, 拉条 23可撕除地设置于卡勾 22及主盖部 21之间。 主盖部 21的盖檐内表面朝内延伸形成一卡块 211。
参图 1及图 7所示, 前述多个卡勾 22由拉条 23远离盖体 20的一侧朝底壁 11延伸, 卡勾 22的自由端为一抵掣端 221,抵掣端 221的宽度由远离底壁 11的部分至靠近底壁 11 的部分渐小,具体而言,抵掣端 221靠近底壁 11的部分的截面积略小于桶体 10卡合条 125 的卡合槽 126的截面积, 而抵掣端 221远离底壁 11的部分的截面积大于卡合槽 126的截 面积。 参图 7所示, 于本发明卡勾 22第一实施例中, 抵掣端 1251朝内延伸突出, 参图 8 所示, 本发明的卡勾 22第二实施例中, 抵掣端 1251朝内外两侧延伸突出。 参图 9所示, 本发明卡勾 22的第三实施例中, 抵掣端 1251朝外侧延伸突出。 另外, 前述多个卡勾 22 紧邻拉条 23的一侧, 设有一连接部 222, 连接部 222连接多个卡勾 22, 使得卡勾 22于拉 条 23移除后, 多个卡勾 22之间仍可彼此连接。
图 3为本发明桶盖组合 1的组合示意图, 图 4为本发明桶盖组合 1的组合剖面图, 图 5及图 6为本发明桶盖组合 1的另一状态组合示意图。 本发明桶盖组合 1具有一密封状态 及一暂盖状态, 图 2及图 3为密封状态而组合, 而图 5及图 6为暂盖状态的组合。 参图 2 及图 3所示, 于密封状态时, 盖体 20以主盖部 21设置于桶体 10的开口端, 卡块 211卡 于卡合沟 126内。拉条 23连接卡勾 22与主盖部 21,卡勾 22穿设卡合条 125的卡合槽 1251, 抵掣端 221设置于卡合条 125靠近底壁 11的一面,且抵掣端 221远离底壁 11的部分抵于 卡合条 125上的面, 使得卡勾 22稳固地固定于卡合条 125上, 进而固定拉条 23及主盖部 21于桶体 10上。 卡勾 22穿设卡合条 125可进而限制盖体 20及桶体 10之间的径向形变, 而抵掣端 221抵于卡合条 125的一面及卡块 211卡于卡合沟 126内,可进一步限制盖体 20 及桶体 10之间的轴向位移。 因此藉由卡勾 22与卡合条 125之间的固定, 使得桶体 10受 到径向力而产生些微形变时, 桶体 10及盖体 20仍可保持组合状态, 且盖体 20不易因晃 动、 挤压而与桶体 10分离。 并且, 如前所述, 卡勾 22的抵掣端 221的宽度渐小, 因此抵 掣端 221 的侧面呈斜面, 此种结构型态具有导引功能, 使得卡勾 22可顺利由抵掣端 221 贯穿卡合槽 1251。
如图 1及图 2所示,卡合条 125的外侧进一步具有一个和卡合条 125相垂直的侧部 128, 藉由侧部 128的补强, 可提高卡合条 125的强度, 同时使得桶体 10在和卡合条 125衔接 的部位获得补强。 同时因为卡合条 125透过侧部 128的补强, 使其不易变形, 因此使得盖 体 20的卡勾 22卡扣于卡合条 125的卡合槽 1251之后更不易因为卡合条 125与卡合槽 1251 变形而脱落。
参图 2、 图 5及图 6所示, 于暂盖状态时, 拉条 23可与卡勾 22及主盖部 21分离, 当 拉条 23撕除后, 因卡勾 22的抵掣端 221及连接部 222的的设置, 卡勾 22仍牢固地与卡 合条 125相固定,而主盖部 21藉由卡块 211卡于卡合沟 126,使得盖体 20固定于桶体 10。 因于此种状态下的主盖部 21未与卡勾 22连接, 主盖部 21可依照使用者的需要, 选择是 否盖合于桶体 10上。
由上述可得知, 于密封状态下的盖体 20不易与桶体 10分离, 因此当液体 (如油漆、 化学药剂等)放置于桶盖组合 1内, 且桶盖组合 1需搬运时, 桶盖组合 1可透过卡勾 22及 卡合条 125的结构, 使得液体不易于搬运中撒出, 且盖体 20不易因搬运过程中产生的挤 压而掉落。 当桶盖组合 1处于需使用内容物的状态下时, 使用者可将拉条 23撕除, 使主 盖部 21可与桶体 10分离, 并透过卡块 211及卡合沟 126之间的固定, 使主盖部 21及桶 体 10呈暂盖状态, 使用者可依照其需求打开或关上主盖部 21。
本发明上述结构还具有以下特点,且当卡勾 22卡合在卡合条 125的卡合槽 1251内以 后, 由于卡勾 22的抵掣端 221呈倒勾的形状, 因此当卡勾 22卡入到卡合槽 1251后呈现 紧密咬合状态而便无法退出。因此,使得盖体 20盖合在桶体 10上以后只有透过将拉条 23 撕除使得卡勾 22的抵掣端 221和连接部 222相互分离后,才能够使得盖体 20不受到抵掣 端 221限制而能够从桶体 10的顶端掀起。因此使得本发明的桶盖组合在使用时盖体 20受 到挤压变形时, 也不会和桶体 10分离, 而达到确实防漏的效果, 同时因为使用者唯有透 过撕除拉条 23的方法才能够要打开盖体 20,因此使得本发明的桶盖组合的盖体 20如果被 打开了以后, 拉条 23—定会受到破坏, 因此使得使用者可以轻易地分辨盖体 20是否曾经 被打开过, 藉以防止盖体 20被私自打开, 以达到百分之百防盗的目的。
本发明藉由以上设计,一方面藉由将桶体 10的侧壁 12设计成具有波浪面 120的结构, 使得桶体 10可以尽量减少其侧壁 12的厚度而能够维持足够的强度。同时又进一步透过在 桶体 10外表面设置卡合条 125, 并于盖体 20的卡勾 22和卡合条 125的卡合槽 1251相互 卡合, 使得盖体 20的侧面边缘因为卡勾 22受到卡合条 125的限制, 而使得桶体 10受到 挤压变形时,盖体 20的侧面边缘也会因为卡勾 22和卡合条 125相互扣合所产生的拘束作 用而能够和桶体 10的边缘一同变形, 因此使得桶体 10和盖体 20受到挤压时也不会因为 变形状态不一致而产生盖体 20和桶体 10的开口边缘分离的状态。
[第二实施例]
如图 10至图 12所示, 为本发明桶盖组合的第二实施例, 第二实施例基于第一实施例 进一步改良之处如下所述。
如图 10所示, 第二实施例中, 盖体 20的一侧边设置有一从主盖部 21的侧面向外延 伸的延伸部 24, 延伸部 24的作用为可供使用者在要将盖体 20从桶体 10上取下时, 可以 手指抓取该延伸部 24将盖体 20的一侧边掀起, 使其与桶体 10的上缘脱离, 以利于使用 者将盖体 20从桶体 10取下的作业。
此外如图 10及 11所示,桶体 10在卡合条 125的侧部 128上对称地设有两个吊耳 129, 同时第二实施例进一步设有一提把 25, 该提把 25的两端分别枢接于两吊耳 129上。 如图 12所示, 该实施例的提把 25主要特征, 在于提把 25的内侧面位于靠近盖体 20的两侧边 的顶缘的位置,分别设有一个向内延伸的卡止部 251,该两卡止部 251可以在提把 25直立 的状态下卡合于盖体 20的上缘, 因此可进一步地阻止盖体 20和桶体 10分离。
[第三实施例]
此外, 如图 14及图 15所示, 本发明第三实施例可进一步对盖体 20边缘设置的卡勾
22与卡合条 125的卡扣结构做进一步变更。 该实施例中卡勾 22的抵掣端 221是设置在卡 勾 22的两侧边缘, 该两抵掣端 221朝着与该侧壁平行的方向朝向该卡勾 22的两侧凸出, 因此使得卡勾 22的两侧面的抵掣端 221卡合于卡合槽 1251的两侧边缘。
[第四实施例]
如图 16所示, 为本发明第四实施例, 第四实施例中, 是针对卡勾 22和卡合条 125上 的卡合槽 1251 的结构做进一步改良, 使其具有更佳的强度以及扣合的稳固性。 该实施例 中, 卡勾 22具有一个衔接槽 223, 该衔接槽 223垂直于该卡勾 22的底缘, 且位于该卡勾 22的中间位置。 同时在卡合条 125上的卡合槽 1251的中央相对应于该卡勾 22的衔接槽 223的位置设置有一肋部 1252。 如图所示, 该肋部 1252的一侧连接于桶体 10的侧壁 12 的外侧, 而另一侧连接于卡合条 125的侧部 128的内侧壁面。 该肋部 1252设置的方向同 时和卡合条 125及侧壁 12相互垂直, 且其位置位于卡合槽 1251的中央位置, 因此使得卡 勾 22在***到卡合槽 1251内时, 衔接槽 223可以与肋部 1252相互卡合。
如图 16所示,当盖体 20欲盖合于桶体 10的过程中,使用者将卡勾 22对准卡合槽 1251 时, 每一个卡勾 22的衔接槽 223也与每一个肋部 1252相互对准, 因此当卡勾 22完全插 入到卡合槽 1251时, 每一个衔接槽 223也会与肋部 1252相互卡合。
本发明该实施例中肋部 1252的作用一方面可以作为加强卡合条 125及侧部 128强度 的补强结构,同时也可以使得卡合槽 1251较不易变形。此外,当卡勾 22***到卡合槽 1251 内时, 藉由肋部 1252和衔接槽 223相互卡合, 可进一步定位卡勾 22, 将卡勾 22更稳固地 定位在卡合槽 1251中, 以增加卡勾 22和卡合槽 1251卡合的稳固性。
因此本发明该实施例藉由肋部 1252和卡勾 22上的衔接槽 223相互配合,可以达到增 加卡合条 125和卡合槽 1251强度, 同时又增进卡勾 22和卡合槽 1251卡合稳固性的目的, 因此使得盖体 20盖合于桶体 10上端开口时,更不容易因为卡勾 22和卡合槽 1251脱离而 产生桶盖分离的情形。
[第五实施例]
如图 17所示本发明第 5实施例针对盖体 20和桶体 10的卡合结构加以改进, 该实施 例中,盖体 20的外侧垂直向下弯折一盖缘 26,在盖缘 26接近底端位置设置有一个朝向盖 缘 26的外侧向外凸设一个突起部 27,突起部 27的内侧形成一个凹槽 272。同时在桶体 10 的侧壁 12与该凹槽 272相对应位置设置有一凸缘 271。 当盖体 20盖合在桶体 10上端时, 盖缘 26套合在侧壁 12顶端的外侧, 同时侧壁 12外侧面的凸缘 271也卡入到凹槽 272的 中,因此使得盖缘 26和侧壁 12的顶端紧密卡合,并且藉由凸缘 271和凹槽 272相互配合, 增加盖体 20和桶体 10顶端套合的密合性。
该实施例中, 该凹槽 272及凸缘 271的形状优选为圆弧形的构造, 以使得凹槽 272和 凸缘 271可以容易地卡合, 也连带降低盖体 20和桶体 10盖合的阻力。
综上所述, 本案桶盖组合至少具有以下优点: 利用卡合条及卡勾的设置, 避免盖体及 桶体之间的形变及位移; 利用桶体的侧壁设有凸部及凹部, 使桶体的总体用料减少; 利用 于桶体的侧壁内设置支撑肋, 以减少桶体的径向形变; 利用拉条可与主盖部及卡勾分离, 使使用者可选择桶盖组合为暂盖状态。 同时藉由卡勾与卡合槽卡合后无法退出, 仅能够藉 由破坏拉条的方式使得盖体和卡勾分离, 因此使得本发明的桶盖组合更可达到确实防止盖 体再运送或储存过程中被私自打开, 以达到百分之百防盗效果的目的。
以上所述仅是本发明的实施例, 其并非用以局限本发明的专利范围。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种桶体, 其特征在于:
一底壁; 以及
一侧壁,连接于该底壁的周缘,该侧壁的外壁面延远离该侧壁的方向延伸形成一卡合 条,该卡合条设有多个卡合槽,该些卡合槽沿由该底壁至该侧壁顶缘的方向贯穿该卡合条。
2.如权利要求 1所述的桶体,其特征在于该侧壁包括多个凹部及多个凸部,该凸部及 该凹部朝远离该底壁的方向延伸,该凸部与该凹部相邻间隔地设置;且该些凹部与该些凸 部之间具有一延伸部,该延伸部的厚度由靠近该凸部的一侧至该凹部渐小;前述每两个相 邻的该凸部与位于两个相邻的该凸部之间的该凹部共同地组成一个波浪面。
3.如权利要求 2所述的桶体,其特征在于该些波浪面的宽度及高度与该桶体的一开口 直径存在有下列关系:
W/D=0.08至 0.15 ;
H/D=0.04至 0.06;
HAV=0.04至 0.06;
其中 W为该些波浪面的宽度, 定义为该两相邻的凹部的间距, H为该些波浪面的高 度,定义为沿着该桶体的径向方向量测该两相邻的凹部与该凸部的距离, D为该桶体的一 开口处的直径。
4.如权利要求 3所述的桶体,其特征在于该侧壁包括至少一支撑肋,该支撑肋交叉地 连接该些凹部及该些凸部该支撑肋与该底壁的平面方向平行,该些凹部及该些凸部设置于 该侧壁的内壁面及外壁面。
5.如权利要求 4所述的桶体,其特征在于该些凹部与该些凸部之间具有一延伸部,该 延伸部的厚度由靠近该凸部的一侧至该凹部渐小。
6.如权利要求 5所述的桶体, 其特征在于该侧壁的外壁面设有一印刷层。
7.—种桶盖组合, 其特征在于:
一桶体, 包括一底壁, 以及一侧壁, 该侧壁连接于该底壁的周缘, 该侧壁的外壁面延 远离该底壁的方向延伸形成一卡合条,该卡合条设有多个卡合槽,该些卡合槽沿由该底壁 至该侧壁顶缘的方向贯穿该卡合条; 以及
一盖体,设置于该桶体相对于该底壁的一端,该盖体周缘朝该底壁方向延伸形成多个 卡勾, 该些卡勾的一端形成一抵掣端, 该些卡勾分别穿设该些卡合槽, 该些抵掣端抵于该 卡合条面向该底壁的一面。
8.如权利要求 7所述的桶盖组合,其特征在于该些卡勾与该盖体之间设有一可撕除的 拉条。
9.如权利要求 8所述的桶盖组合,其特征在于该些卡勾靠近该拉条的一侧,设有一连 接该些卡勾的连接部。
10.如权利要求 9所述的桶盖组合, 其特征在于该抵掣端的宽度由远离该底壁至靠近 该底壁的部分渐减, 该些抵掣端朝该侧壁方向凸出。
11.如权利要求 9所述的桶盖组合, 其特征在于该抵掣端的宽度由远离该底壁至靠近 该底壁的部分渐减, 该些抵掣端朝着与该侧壁平行的方向朝向该卡勾的两侧的方向凸出。
12.如权利要求 10或 11所述的桶盖组合,其特征在于该些卡勾的中央设有一衔接槽, 且该卡合条的外侧具有一与该卡合条相互垂直的侧部,且于该些卡合槽的中央与该些卡勾 的该卡合槽相对应的位置设置有一肋部,该些肋部的一侧连接于该桶体的侧壁上,另一侧 连接于该侧部的内侧面,其中该些卡勾卡入该些卡合槽内部时,该些衔接槽与该些肋部相 互卡合。
13.如权利要求 12所述的桶盖组合, 其特征在于该侧壁包括多个凹部及多个凸部, 该 凸部及该凹部朝远离该底壁的方向延伸,该凸部与该凹部相邻间隔地设置,且该些凹部与 该些凸部之间具有一延伸部,该延伸部的厚度由靠近该凸部的一侧至该凹部渐小;前述每 两个相邻的该凸部与位于两个相邻的该凸部之间的该凹部共同地组成一个波浪面。
14.如权利要求 13所述的桶盖组合,其特征在于该些波浪面的宽度及高度与该桶体的 一开口直径存在有下列关系:
W/D=0.08至 0.15;
H/D=0.04至 0.06;
HAV=0.04至 0.06;
其中 W为该些波浪面的宽度, 定义为该两相邻的凹部的间距, H为该些波浪面的高 度, 定义为沿着该桶体的径向方向量测该两相邻的凹部与该凸部的距离, 其中 D为该桶 体的一开口处的直径。
15.如权利要求 14所述的桶盖组合, 其特征在于该桶体具有一提把, 该提把的两端枢 接于该桶体的两侧的上端,该提把的内侧面位于靠近该盖体的两侧边顶缘的位置,分别设 有一个向内延伸的卡止部, 该两卡止部卡合于该盖体的上缘。
