Description

具有防拆结构的包装容器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防拆结构的包装容器,特别涉及一种具有可开启的盖体,且运用于盛装流体、粉体或颗粒状物品的具有防拆结构的包装容器。
背景技术
目前市面上常见的以塑胶射出成型方法制成的具有盖体结构的包装容器,通常在容器本体及盖体间通过设置凹槽与凸缘相互配合的卡合结构,使得容器本体和盖体彼此间能够紧密套合,并且利用凹槽与凸缘相互卡合后,达到使容器本体与盖体无法脱离,同时防止容器本体与盖体泄漏的目的。
由于现有的包装容器的容器本体及盖体采用单纯凸缘与凹槽卡合的固定结构,因此为了避免容器本体及盖体受到挤压或碰撞时,因为盖体和容器本体变形而导致盖体脱落或泄漏,因此容器本体及盖体必须具有足够的结构强度,使其受压时产生的变形量尽量减小。然而如此一来将使得容器本体及盖体的材料厚度必须增加,因此造成材料用量增加,且使包装容器重量增加。
尤其是在大尺寸及大容量的包装容器中,由于容器本体及盖体的直径加大,再加上盛装内容物的重量增加的因素,将使得容器本体及盖体更加容易变形,而使其受压或碰撞时容器本体和盖体脱离的情形更加严重。
此外,现有的包装容器的容器本体和盖体间采用单纯凹槽及凸缘卡合的固定结构,当拆卸盖体时,只需单纯将盖体的一侧边掀起,就可以使得盖体与容器本体分离。然而为了达到防止搬运过程中被其他人私下将容器的盖体掀开盗取或置换容器中所盛装的内容物的目的,现有的包装容器通常在盖体和容器本体的接合处设置一防拆封条,当要拆卸盖体时,将此一防盗封条撕下后才能使盖体和容器本体接合处的缝隙露出,以供操作者从盖体和容器本体的缝隙处将盖体掀开。
然而现有的包装容器由于盖体和容器本体间单纯采用凹槽与凸缘卡合的固定结构,因此纵使其利用防拆封条将盖体与容器本体的缝隙遮蔽住,但如果使用工具强制将盖体与容器本体撬开,仍然可以将盖体从容器本体上掀起,且拆开后的盖体还可以重复盖回容器本体上而不被发现,因此其防盗功能相 当有限。
故,如何通过结构设计的改良,来提升现有包装容器的防漏以及防盗效果,来克服上述的缺陷,已成为该项事业所欲解决的重要课题之一。
发明内容
本发明实施例在于提供一种可以在储存及搬运过程中,确保容器的盖体与容器本体不会相互分离,且防止容器的盖体被拆开,而具有防漏及防盗功能的具有防拆结构的包装容器。
本发明的一实施例中所提供的具有防拆结构的包装容器包括:一容器本体、一盖体、一设于容器本体上的固定环、多个设于固定环上的卡扣孔、及多个设于盖体上且可与所述卡扣孔相卡合的勾爪,及一设置于所述盖体与多个所述勾爪之间的连接条。
其中容器本体具有一底板部,及一环绕于所述底板部的周围的侧壁,在侧壁的上端具有一开口端;所述盖体能够盖合于容器本体的所述开口端上,其具有一顶板部,及一环绕设置于顶板部外侧边的外侧环,所述外侧环可套合于所述开口端的外侧;所述固定环具有一环绕设置于所述容器本体的开口端外侧且水平向外延伸的平板部,以及一连接于平板部外侧且垂直向下延伸的侧板部;所述容器本体的外侧表面与所述固定环的平板部及侧板部的内侧面之间设有多个肋部,由此增加所述固定环的强度;多个所述卡扣孔以相等间距排列设置于所述固定环的平板部上,且每一个卡扣孔与所述沟爪的位置相对应,使得每一个勾爪可分别地卡入于每一个卡扣孔中;所述勾爪的末端分别具有一楔形的卡扣端,所述卡扣端卡入于所述卡扣孔后无法退出;所述连接条的上侧边与下侧边分别设有一撕断线,且于连接条的一端设有一抓持部,供使用者以手指抓持所述抓持部将连接条撕下,使得所述勾爪和所述盖体分离,因此使得盖体可以被掀开。
本发明更进一步实施例中,多个所述肋部之中与卡扣孔相等数量的肋部被设置于位于所述卡扣孔中央的位置,且多个所述勾爪的中央分别具有一个衔接槽,所述勾爪***到所述卡扣孔内时,多个所述衔接槽与多个位于所述卡扣孔中的所述肋部相互卡合。
本发明进一步实施例中,其中所述容器本体的所述侧壁的断面是由多个以等间距方式排列且呈波浪状的波浪部所组成。
本发明另一实施例中,其中所述盖体于所述外侧环的内侧更进一步设置有一与所述外侧环相互平行的内侧环,所述内侧环与所述外侧环之间保持有一间隙,所述间隙的宽度与所述容器本体的所述开口端的厚度相配合,使得所述开口端能够容纳于所述外侧环与所述内侧环之间的所述间隙中,同时所述内侧环的内侧面与所述盖体的顶板之间设置有多个加强肋。
本发明另一实施例中,所提供的具有防拆结构的包装容器于容器本体设有一提把,所述提把的两端枢接于所述固定环的两侧边,且所述提把两端靠近所述盖体顶缘的内侧边分别设有一卡止部,所述卡止部能够卡合于所述盖体的顶缘的侧边。
综上所述,本发明实施例所提供的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其可能具有下述的效果:
1.本发明所述勾爪具有楔形的卡扣端,使得勾爪与固定环的卡扣孔卡合后便无法脱离而使得盖体的外侧环与容器本体的开口端被限制在一起,因此当本发明的包装容器受到挤压或撞击时,纵使盖体或容器本体的开口端变形,盖体和容器本体的开口端也无法分离,而达到有效的防止泄漏的目的。
2.本发明的勾爪与固定环的卡扣孔相互卡合后便无法分离,因此唯有通过将连接条撕下使得盖体和勾爪分离后,才能够将盖体从容器本体上掀起,因此使得本发明的包装容器在储存或搬运过程中如果被他人打开时会很容易地被发现,因此达到确实防盗的功效。
3.本发明由于盖体和容器本体的开口端之间具有勾爪与卡扣孔相互卡合,而使得盖体和容器本体的开口端彼此间相互受到限制,因此使得盖体与容器本体的变形不至于影响到盖体和容器本体开口端的密合性,因此使得本发明的容器本体及盖体可以不需通过增加材料厚度的方式增加强度,便可以达到避免盖体与容器本体因为变形而脱离的情形发生,因此达到减少包装容器使用材料以及重量的目的。
4.本发明的容器本体的侧壁部分设置波浪结构,同时容器本体的外侧面设置有固定环及肋部,同时盖体也设置有加强肋结构,可进一步提高本发明容器本体以及盖体的结构强度,而进一步达到降低材料厚度的目的。

具体实施方式
[第一实施例]
如图1至图5所示,本发明的具有防拆结构的包装容器为一种用以盛装诸如:油漆、食用油、流体食品、液态化学品、润滑油脂、食品材料等类型的流体、粉体或颗粒状物品的包装容器。本发明主要发明目的,在于提供一种具有防拆结构,可以达到完善的防漏及防盗目的,并且可以进一步达到节省材料,提高结构强度的具有防拆结构的包装容器。
如图1所示,本发明实施例中包括:一容器本体10、一盖体20、一设于容器本体10外侧面的固定环14、多个设于固定环14上的卡扣孔15、及多个设于盖体20上且可与所述卡扣孔15相卡合的勾爪23。
该实施例中,容器本体10为一个圆桶状容器,其具有一底板部12(如图4所示),及一环绕于底板部12的周围且由底板部12的周围向上延伸的侧壁11,在侧壁11的上端形成一个开口端13。
盖体20可盖合于容器本体10的开口端13的上端,而将容器本体10的开口端13封闭起来。该实施例中盖体20具有一顶板21,及一环绕设置于顶板21外侧边的外侧环22。外侧环22是从顶板21的边缘向下延伸而成,且外侧环22能够套合于容器本体10的开口端13的外侧。
所述容器本体10于侧壁11靠近开口端13的外侧设置有所述的固定环14,如图3所示,固定环14包括一个水平地向外延伸的平板部141,以及一个从平板部141外侧垂直地向下延伸的侧板部142。所述的卡扣孔15是以等角度间隔的方式设置于固定环14的平板部141上,用以供所述勾爪23卡合。
如图2及图3所示,所述的勾爪23设置于盖体20的外侧环22的底部。且每一个勾爪23的位置和固定环14上的卡扣孔15的位置相互配合,使得盖体20盖合于容器本体10的开口端13时,每一个勾爪23可以和每一个卡扣孔15相互对准,并且从固定环14的顶面***到每一个卡扣孔15中,并从固定环14的底面卡合于卡扣孔15的孔缘。
本发明第一实施例的勾爪23的末端设置有一个楔形的卡扣端231,如图3所示,本发明第一实施例中,卡扣端231的断面形状概呈上宽下窄的楔形 因此形成一个倒勾的形状,且如图3所示,卡扣端231底部宽度较小的一端的宽度小于卡扣孔15的宽度,而卡扣端231的上端具有较宽的宽度,使其可以容易地***到卡扣孔15中,且其完全***到卡扣孔15后,卡扣端231上端较宽的一端便与卡扣孔15的孔缘卡合,而阻止卡扣端231退出卡扣孔15。
而且如图3所示,当勾爪23与固定环14的卡扣孔15卡合后,每一个勾爪23的位置介于容器本体10的外侧面及固定环14的侧板部142之间,因此当容器本体10产生变形时,每一个勾爪23也会受到容器本体10的外侧面及固定环14的侧板部142所限制,而与容器本体10的开口端13一起位移,而且因为本发明的勾爪23是以平均间隔的方式分布设置于盖体20的外侧环22的底缘,所以当容器本体10在产生变形时,盖体20的外侧环22因为受到勾爪23的牵引作用,也会产生与容器本体10的开口端一致的弯曲变形,亦即在任何变形状态下,盖体20和容器本体10的开口端的弯曲及变形形状都可相互配合,因此使得盖体20不论在何种变形状态下也都能够保持与容器本体10的开口端13相互密合。
如图3及图4所示,本发明的固定环14以及其侧板部142与容器本体10的外侧壁之间,设置有多个肋部16。所述肋部连接于容器本体10的外侧壁与固定环14的底面及侧板部142的内侧面之间,且多个所述肋部和所述容器本体10的外侧壁、所述固定环14的底面、及所述侧板部142的内侧面相互垂直。肋部16的功能为加强固定环14及侧板部142的强度,以使得固定环14的卡扣孔15受到勾爪23的卡扣端231拉扯时,固定环14较不易弯曲,由此达到使得卡扣孔15不容易产生变形以避免勾爪23与卡扣孔15脱离的情形产生。
本发明利用上述勾爪23与固定环14的卡扣孔15相互配合的固定结构,再加上固定环14上所设置的侧板部142及肋部的补强结构,使得盖体20和容器本体10的开口端13之间结合的紧密性可以不受到容器本体10及盖体20变形的影响,因此使得本发明的包装容器可以不需要通过加强容器本体10及盖体20的结构强度的方式来达到避免因为容器本体10及盖体20变形幅度过大而使盖体20与容器本体10分离的目的,因此使得本发明的容器本体10及盖体20可以尽量地降低其材料厚度,而达到减少材料用量,以及轻量化的目的。
如图3及图5所示,本发明的盖体20和容器本体10盖合后,由于盖体20上的勾爪23具有卡扣端231和固定环14的卡扣孔15扣合后便无法分离,因此连带使得盖体20也无法从容器本体10的开口端13上拆卸下来。因此本发明进一步于盖体20的外侧环22底部与各个勾爪23连接的位置设置有一连接条24,所述连接条24的上侧边与下侧边分别设有一撕断线241。如图3所示其中撕断线241为环绕设置于连接条24的上、下侧边的凹入压痕,使得连接条24的上、下侧边和盖体20的外侧环22及勾爪23连接的部位的材料厚度小于其他部位的材料厚度,因此使得连接条24的上、下两侧边与外侧环22及勾爪23连接处在受力拉扯时,容易因为应力集中破坏而断裂开来。同时,在连接条24的一端设有一抓持部242,所述抓持部242的一端连接于连接条24的一端,且其上、下两侧边与盖体20的外侧环22的底缘,以及与相邻的勾爪的上缘并未连接,因此使得使用者可以利用手指抓取抓持部242拉动所述连接条24进行将连接条24两侧边的撕断线241撕裂的操作。当连接条24被移除后,盖体20的外侧环22与多个勾爪23之间相互分离,因此使得盖体20能够从容器本体10的开口端13掀起。
本发明的包装容器因为盖体20和容器本体10间通过勾爪23与固定环14的卡扣孔15相互扣合后便无法分离,因此唯有通过将连接条24移除的方式使得盖体20与勾爪23分离,才能够将盖体20从容器本体10的开口端13拆下。因此,本发明的包装容器如果在储存或搬运过程中被任何人私自将盖体20开启,则连接条24必然会遭受破坏,而会非常容易地被发现,因此使得本发明的包装容器具有良好的防盗功效。
如图2所示,本发明该实施例中,为加强勾爪23与固定环14的卡扣孔15结合的稳固性,进一步将前述的肋部16中,和卡扣孔15及勾爪23相等数量的肋部16安排设置在每一个卡扣孔15的中央位置,同时在勾爪23的中央与卡扣孔15中的肋部16相对应位置分别设置有一衔接槽232,当勾爪23卡入于卡扣孔15中时,每一个勾爪23的衔接槽232与卡扣孔15中央的肋部16相衔接。
本发明通过将部分的肋部16安排在卡扣孔15的中央的设计,可进一步强化固定环14位于各个卡扣孔15处的强度,使得各个卡扣孔15更不容易变形。同时勾爪23上设置有衔接槽232,一方面可避免勾爪23与卡扣孔15内 所设置的肋部16相互干涉,另一方面可使得勾爪23卡合在卡扣孔15中时更加稳定而不易与卡扣孔15脱离。
如图3所示为本发明的盖体20与容器本体10的开口端13衔接结构的剖视图。盖体20的最外侧向下延伸有所述外侧环22,且通过外侧环22与容器本体10的开口端相套合。在外侧环22的内侧面设置有一环绕于外侧环22的内侧面的卡合沟221,所述容器本体10的开口端13外侧与所述卡合沟221相对应位置设有一凸环233,当盖体20盖合于开口端13时,开口端13外侧的凸环233卡入于卡合沟221之中,而使得盖体20的外侧环22与开口端13的外侧相互卡合定位,同时通过卡合沟221和凸环233相配合,能够更进一步增进盖体20与开口端13的密合性,以阻止流体或粉体从盖体20的外侧环22与开口端13之间的间隙泄漏出来。
盖体20于外侧环22的内侧进一步设置有一与所述外侧环22相互平行的内侧环25,所述内侧环25从所述盖体的顶板部的底面向下延伸,且所述内侧环与所述外侧环之间保持有一间隙,所述间隙的宽度与所述容器本体10的开口端13的厚度相配合,使得所述开口端13能够容纳于所述外侧环22与内侧环25之间的间隙中。盖体20的顶板21和内侧环25及外侧环22连接的位置弯折地连接一侧边部分211,且内侧环25与顶板21的侧边部分211之间设置有多个加强肋212,以提高盖体20周边部分的结构强度。
如图1及图6所示,本发明该实施例的盖体20上进一步设置有一拉耳26,以利操作者进行将盖体20掀起的动作。此外,容器本体10的固定环14的两侧边分别设有一枢接座143,且进一步设置一提把17,提把17的两端分别和两枢接座143枢接在一起,而使得提把17的两端枢接于容器本体10的两侧边。如图6所示,该提把17两端靠近盖体20的顶缘的内侧边分别设有一卡止部171,该两卡止部从提把17的内侧面水平地向内延伸到盖体20的顶面的两侧边的上方,同时两卡止部171的底缘的高度与盖体20两侧边的顶缘的高度相配合,而能够卡合于盖体20顶缘的两侧边。通过该两卡止部171的卡合作用,可进一步将盖体20固定于容器本体10的上方,而使其不易脱落。
[第二实施例]
如图7所示,为本发明第二实施例,第二实施例所提供的技术方案特别 适合用于大容量的包装容器使用。如图7及图8所示,本发明第二实施例的包装容器由一盖体20及一容器本体10所组成,其中盖体20的构造与第一实施例相同。第二实施例的容器本体10其侧壁11的断面形状由多个以等间距方式排列且呈波浪状的波浪部所组成。因此使得容器本体10的侧壁11具有较佳的抗弯强度。
第二实施例将容器本体的侧壁11制作成具有波浪状断面形状的目的,是为了要进一步提高容器本体10的侧壁11部分的强度,以使得本发明的容器本体运用在大容量的包装容器的用途时,容器本体10的侧壁11不会因为尺寸加大而产生容易弯曲的现象。同时通过波浪部18的设置,使得容器本体10的侧壁11的材料厚度可以进一步降低。
如图8所示,为第二实施例的容器本体10的侧壁11断面形状的局部剖面图,其中侧壁11的断面形状由多个波浪部18组成,而每一个波浪部分别具有两肩部181,以及一个介于两肩部181之间的中点部182。本发明为达到兼顾容器本体10的强度,并达到最节省用料量的目的,前述波浪部18的宽度与高度和容器本体10的尺寸搭配具有特定的比例关系。本发明前述波浪部18的尺寸比例关系兹以图8搭配下表加以说明:

如上表所示,为本发明多种不同规格的容器本体10的断面形状的主要部位实际尺寸量测结果。请参考上表及图8所示,其中D为容器本体10开口端13的直径;T为容器本体10的侧壁11的厚度;W为容器本体10每一个波浪部18的宽度,波浪部18的宽度W可定义为每两个肩部181的间距。H为每一个波浪部18的高度,其量测方式为沿着容器本体10的径向方向所量测得出每一个波浪部18的两肩部181与中点部182的最尖端位置彼此间的间距。
本发明上述波浪部18的壁厚T、波浪部18的宽度W与高度H等主要尺寸必须和容器本体10的直径D相互配合,才能够在兼顾使容器本体10具有 足够强度的前提下,使得侧壁11的厚度能够尽量减少,以达到最低用料量的目的。如上表所示,为发明人经由实验,所得到的多组和不同规格的容器本体10的波浪部18各部位尺寸的最佳化组合。在上表中列出了5公升容量、18公升容量、以及50公升容量等三种大小不同的容器本体10,而三种不同容量的容器本体10的开口端直径D分别为120mm、200mm及580mm。
依据上表所示数据,可以归纳出本发明的容器本体10的波浪部18的宽度W以及高度H和容器本体10的开口端直径D存在着一定比例关系,而且请参考上表所示,三种不同规格的容器本体10的波浪部18的宽度W和开口端直径D的比值W/D介于0.1至0.125之间;波浪部18的高度H和开口端直径D的比值H/D介于0.05至0.0533之间;而波浪部18的高度H和波浪部120的宽度W的比值H/W介于0.04至0.0533之间。
根据上表所揭示的数据,以及本发明人经由实验,归纳出本发明的容器本体10的波浪部18的宽度W以及高度H和容器本体10的开口端直径D彼此间最佳化的比例关系分别为:
W/D:0.08至0.15
H/D:0.04至0.06
H/W:0.04至0.06
[第三实施例]
如图9所示为本发明第三实施例,本发明第三实施例与第二实施例类似,同样通过在容器本体10的侧壁11设置波浪状的断面结构以增加其结构强度。该实施例中,容器本体10的侧壁11的外侧面为平滑面,而内侧面为波浪面19,因此使得侧壁11也同样具有波浪状结构,以增进其结构强度。
该实施例中波浪面19设置于容器本体10侧壁11的内侧面,但其实际运用时波浪面19也同样可设置于侧壁11的外侧面。
[第四实施例]
如图10所示,为本发明第四实施例,第四实施例为本发明技术运用于方形断面的容器本体的具体实施例。如图10所示的容器本体10为一个方形断面的容器,其接近顶端开口处的外侧也设置有一固定环14,且于固定环14上以等间距设置有多个卡扣孔15。
该实施例中容器本体10具有方形的断面形状,因此与其搭配使用的盖体 (图中未示)也同样为方形的盖体。
[第五实施例]
如图11及图12所示为本发明第五实施例,该实施例针对盖体20上所设置的勾爪23的结构作进一步变化。如图11所示,第五实施例的勾爪23的卡扣端231沿着与盖体20的外侧环22的外侧表面平行的方向朝向勾爪23的两侧边向外延伸,因此如图12所示,当勾爪23卡合于卡扣孔15内时,勾爪23的卡扣端231的两侧边同时卡合于卡扣孔15的两侧,而将勾爪23限制于卡扣孔15中。
[第六实施例]
如图13所示,为本发明第六实施例,第六实施例的改进之处,在于容器本体10的侧壁靠近固定环14下方的位置设置有一环绕于容器本体10外侧表面的抵顶构件144,如图所示,该实施例中,抵顶构件144为一个从容器本体10的侧壁11的表面朝向远离侧壁11表面,同时朝向下方倾斜延伸而出的凸缘,因此该抵顶构件144的外侧表面形成一环绕于该容器本体10的外侧壁,且邻近于固定环14下方的倾斜面。
同时该抵顶构件144的高度和所述多个勾爪23的末端的高度配合,所述多个勾爪23的末端分别具有一延伸部234,当所述多个勾爪23***到固定环14的卡扣孔15内时,所述多个勾爪23末端的延伸部234抵顶于抵顶构件144的倾斜面的外侧,因为该抵顶构件144倾斜面的推顶作用,而使得各该勾爪23的末端被以朝向远离容器本体10表面的方向推顶,因此使得各该勾爪23的卡扣端231保持向外顶撑的状态,而使得所述多个勾爪23的卡扣端231和固定环14的卡扣孔15结合更为紧密,同时更可确保所述多个勾爪23无法与固定环14的卡扣孔15脱离。
[第七实施例]
如图14所示为本发明第七实施例,该实施例中于固定环14的外缘的上方向上延伸,形成一延伸壁145,该延伸壁145和容器本体10的开口端13的外侧壁面之间形保持一间隙,且此一间隙略大于各该勾爪23的厚度,使各该勾爪23在***到卡扣孔15的过程中,各该勾爪23会先进入到该延伸壁145和容器本体10外侧壁之间的间隙中,因此可以限制各该勾爪23的位置,以便于将盖体20盖合在容器本体10的开口端13时,能够通过延伸壁145 的限制作用而使得各该勾爪23和固定环14的卡扣孔15可容易地对准,以达到提高组装方便性的目的。
[实施例的可能功效]
1.本发明通过勾爪23和固定环14的卡扣孔15相互卡合所产生的限制作用,可使得盖体20的外侧环22和容器本体10的开口端23在受到外力作用产生变形时,盖体20和容器本体10的开口端13的变形程度能够相互配合,因此能够避免盖体20与容器本体10的开口端13因为变形不一致,导致盖体20与容器本体10的开口端13分离或产生间隙的情形产生,因此可达有效防止泄漏的目的。
2.本发明的勾爪23与固定环14的卡扣孔15相互卡合后便无法分离,因此唯有通过将连接条24撕下使得盖体20和勾爪23分离后,才能够将盖体20从容器本体10上掀起,因此使得本发明的包装容器在储存或搬运过程中如果被他人打开时会很容易地被发现,因此达到确实防盗的功效。
3.本发明由于盖体20和容器本体10的开口端23因勾爪23和固定环14相互卡合的结构使得盖体与容器本体受力变形时也不致于产生泄漏或盖体脱落的情形,因此使得本发明不需要通过增加容器本体10及盖体20材料厚度以提高强度的方式来达到防止盖体20脱落或泄漏的目的,因此使得本发明可以将容器本体10及盖体20的材料厚度降到最低限度,而达到节省材料并减轻重量的目的。
4.本发明的容器本体的侧壁部分设置波浪结构,同时容器本体的外侧面设置有固定环及肋部,同时盖体也设置有加强肋结构,可进一步提高本发明容器本体以及盖体的结构强度,而进一步达到降低材料厚度的目的。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,非因此局限本发明的专利范围,故凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所做的等效技术变化,均包含于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种具有防拆结构的包装容器,其包括:
    一容器本体,所述容器本体具有一底板部,及一环绕于所述底板部的周围且由所述底板部的周围向上延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁的上端具有一开口端;
    一盖体,所述盖体具有一顶板部,及一环绕设置于所述顶板部外侧边且能够套合于所述容器本体的所述开口端外侧的外侧环;
    一设置于所述开口端外侧的固定环,所述固定环设置的位置位于所述盖体的所述外侧环的下方,所述固定环包括有一环绕设置于所述容器本体的开口端外侧且水平地向外延伸的平板部、及一由所述平板部外侧垂直地向下延伸的侧板部,及多个肋部,多个所述肋部连接于所述容器本体的外侧表面与所述固定环的所述平板部及所述侧板部的内侧面之间,且多个所述肋部和所述容器本体的外侧表面、所述固定环的所述平板部及所述侧板部的内侧面相互垂直;
    多个卡扣孔,多个所述卡扣孔以相等间距排列设置于所述固定环的所述平板部上;
    多个勾爪,多个所述勾爪设置于所述盖体的所述外侧环的下方且与多个所述卡扣孔相对应的位置,多个所述勾爪的底端分别具有一楔形的卡扣端,当所述盖体盖合于所述容器本体的所述开口端时,多个所述勾爪的所述卡扣端分别地***卡合于多个所述卡扣孔中;每一所述卡扣端顶部的宽度大于所述卡扣孔的宽度,使多个所述卡扣端卡入到所述卡扣孔内时,能够与所述卡扣孔相互卡合而无法退出所述卡扣孔;
    一设置于所述盖体的外侧环与多个所述勾爪之间的连接条,所述连接条的上侧边与下侧边分别设有一撕断线,两所述撕断线为环绕设置于所述连接条上侧边与下侧边的凹入压痕,使得所述连接条可从两所述撕断线处断裂而与所述盖体的所述外侧环及多个所述勾爪分离,及一抓持部,所述抓持部的一端连接于所述连接条的一端,且所述连接条的两侧边缘未与所述盖体的所述外侧环及所述勾爪连接,使得操作者可以通过用手指抓持所述抓持部拉动所述连接条。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述容器本体的所述侧壁的断面是由多个以等间距方式排列且呈波浪状的波浪部所组成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中每一个所述波浪部分别具有两肩部,以及一介于两肩部之间的中点部,两所述肩部的间距,以及两所述肩部与所述中点部沿着所述容器本体的径向方向量测的间距,以及所述容器本体的所述开口端直径存在有下列比例关系:
    W/D=0.08至0.15;
    H/D=0.04至0.06;
    H/W=0.04至0.06;
    其中W为所述多个波浪部的宽度,定义为两所述肩部的间距;H为所述波浪部的高度,定义为沿着该容器本体的径向方向量测所述两肩部与该中点部的距离;D为所述容器本体的所述开口端的直径。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述盖体的所述外侧环的内侧面设有一环绕于所述外侧环内侧面的卡合沟,所述容器本体的开口端外侧与所述卡合沟相对应位置设有一凸环,所述盖体盖合于所述容器本体的所述开口端时,所述凸环卡入于所述卡合沟之中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述盖体于所述外侧环的内侧更进一步设置有一与所述外侧环相互平行的内侧环,所述内侧环从所述盖体的顶板部的底面向下延伸,且所述内侧环与所述外侧环之间保持有一间隙,所述间隙的宽度与所述容器本体的所述开口端的厚度相配合,使得所述开口端能够容纳于所述外侧环与所述内侧环之间的所述间隙中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中多个所述肋部之中有和多个所述卡扣孔相等数量的所述肋部设置于所述卡扣孔的中央的位置,多个所述勾爪分别设置有一与位于所述卡扣孔中央位置的所述肋部相对应的衔接槽,所述勾爪卡合于所述卡扣孔中时,所述衔接槽与所述肋部相互卡合。
  7. 如权利要求1-6其中任一项所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述容器本体的外侧面邻近于所述固定环的下方的外侧壁设置有一抵顶构件,所述抵顶构件具有一倾斜面,所述抵顶构件的高度和多个所述勾爪的高度配合,使多个所述勾爪***所述固定环的所述卡扣孔中时,各该勾爪能够受到该抵顶构件的抵顶作用而朝向远离所述容器本体的外侧壁面的方向顶 撑。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,所述固定环的顶面的外侧设有一向上延伸的延伸壁。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述内侧环的内侧面与所述盖体的顶板之间设置有多个加强肋。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述容器本体设有一提把,所述提把的两端枢接于所述固定环的两侧边,且所述提把两端靠近所述盖体顶缘的内侧边分别设有一卡止部,所述卡止部能够卡合于所述盖体的顶缘的侧边。
  11. 一种具有防拆结构的包装容器,其包括:
    一容器本体,所述容器本体具有一底板部,及一环绕于所述底板部的周围且由所述底板部的周围向上延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁的上端具有一开口端;
    一盖体,所述盖体能够套合于所述容器本体的所述开口端;
    一固定环,所述固定环设置于所述容器本体靠近所述开口端的外侧,所述固定环设置的位置位于所述盖体的所述外侧环的下方,所述固定环包括有一环绕设置于所述容器本体的开口端外侧且水平地向外延伸的平板部;
    多个卡扣孔,多个所述卡扣孔以相等间距排列设置于所述固定环的所述平板部上;
    多个勾爪,多个所述勾爪设置于所述盖体的***的下方且与多个所述卡扣孔相对应的位置,多个所述勾爪的底端分别具有一卡扣端,当所述盖体盖合于所述容器本体的所述开口端时,多个所述卡扣端分别从所述固定环的顶面***于多个所述卡扣孔中,且从所述固定环的底面卡合于多个所述卡扣孔的孔缘;
    其中所述容器本体的外侧面邻近于所述固定环的下方的外侧壁设置有一抵顶构件,所述抵顶构件具有一倾斜面,所述抵顶构件的高度和多个所述勾爪的高度配合,使多个所述勾爪***所述固定环的所述卡扣孔中时,各该勾爪能够受到该抵顶构件的抵顶作用而朝向远离所述容器本体的外侧壁面的方向顶撑。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述盖体的外侧具有一向下延伸且能够套合于所述容器本体的所述开口端的外侧环,多 个所述勾爪连接于所述外侧环的底缘,且所述外侧环的底缘与多个所述勾爪之间还设置有一连接条,所述连接条的上侧边与下侧边分别设有一撕断线,两所述撕断线为环绕设置于所述连接条上侧边与下侧边的凹入压痕,使得所述连接条可从两所述撕断线处断裂而与所述盖体的所述外侧环及多个所述勾爪分离;所述连接条的一端设置有一抓持部,所述抓持部的两侧边缘未与所述盖体的所述外侧环及所述勾爪连接,使得操作者可以通过用手指抓持所述抓持部拉动所述连接条。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述固定环还包括一由所述平板部外侧垂直地向下延伸的侧板部,及多个肋部,多个所述肋部连接于所述容器本体的外侧表面与所述固定环的所述平板部及所述侧板部的内侧面之间,且多个所述肋部和所述容器本体的外侧表面、所述固定环的所述平板部及所述侧板部的内侧面相互垂直;及一延伸壁,由所述固定环的顶面的外侧垂直向上延伸成。
  14. 如权利要求11至13其中任一项所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述容器本体的所述侧壁的断面是由多个以等间距方式排列且呈波浪状的波浪部所组成,且其中每一个所述波浪部分别具有两肩部,以及一介于两肩部之间的中点部,两所述肩部的间距,以及两所述肩部与所述中点部沿着所述容器本体的径向方向量测的间距,以及所述容器本体的所述开口端直径存在有下列比例关系:
    W/D=0.08至0.15;
    H/D=0.04至0.06;
    H/W=0.04至0.06;
    其中W为所述多个波浪部的宽度,定义为两所述肩部的间距;H为所述波浪部的高度,定义为沿着该容器本体的径向方向量测所述两肩部与该中点部的距离;D为所述容器本体的所述开口端的直径。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的具有防拆结构的包装容器,其中所述盖体的所述外侧环的内侧面设有一环绕于所述外侧环内侧面的卡合沟,所述容器本体的开口端外侧与所述卡合沟相对应位置设有一凸环,所述盖体盖合于所述容器本体的所述开口端时,所述凸环卡入于所述卡合沟之中。
