- 특정 기업에 대한 가상 ARS 서비스 요청신호를 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로 발생하고, 그 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로부터 다수 선택 경로를 갖게 조합된 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)를 전송받아 자동으로 접속이 해제되며, 오프라인 상태에서 유저의 키선택신호에 의해 가상 ARS 서비스가 처리되는 유저 단말기(2)와;다수의 업체 단말기(18)로부터 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)를 전송받아 등록하고, 상기 유저 단말기(2)의 요청에 따라 해당 업체의 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)를 추출하여 다운로드시키는 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)와;각 유저의 가상 ARS 서비스가 종료될 때 해당 유저 단말기(2)로부터 해당 가상 ARS 서비스의 처리 정보를 전송받는 업체 지정 단말기(또는 서버)(64)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)는 다수의 음성데이터와, 그 음성데이터와 동일 내용의 웹화면 데이터로 이루어진 데이터가 트리 구조로 구성되고, 차순위에 출력될 데이터는 선행하는 데이터에 대한 유저의 선택 키신호에 추종하여 결정되게 연결되며,업체 지정 단말기 번호정보가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유저 단말기(2)는 가상 ARS 서비스의 처리정보를 임시 저장하고, 해당 가상 ARS 서비스 종료시 해당 업체의 지정 단말기(또는 서버)로 자동 전송 처리하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유저 단말기(2)는 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)에 저장된 업체를 검색하기 위한 검색창(6)과, 해당 업체의 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)를 다운로드 요청하기 위한 화면복합 가상 ARS 서비스 요청버튼(16)을 화면에 출력하는 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)는 그 내부에,각 업체별 화면복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)와, 데이터 출력경로 정보와, 상담 지정 직원 전화번호 정보(56)를 저장한 데이터 저장부(52)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)에 구성된 각 음성데이터(60a,60b,60c...)와, 그 음성데이터와 동일 내용의 화면 데이터(58a,58b,58c...)는 출력이 동기화된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터(54)는 광고데이터가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)는 다수의 ARS 상담원 단말기(70)와 접속되어 통화 유무를 체크하고, 상담 대기시간을 연산하게 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)는 다수의 ARS 상담원 단말기(70)와 접속되어 통화 유무를 체크하여, 상담 대기시간을 연산하고 대기시간이 설정시간보다 크거나 같은 경우에는 유저단말기(2)로 어느 업체의 복합 가상 ARS 서비스를 진행하였는 지의 정보를 요청하고, 해당 업체의 상담 지정 직원단말기(72)의 전화번호 정보를 유저단말기(2)로 자동 전송하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)는 유저가 ARS 상담원이나 각 업체별 상담 지정 직원과 음성 상담이 이루어지는 경우, ARS 상담원 단말기(70) 또는 상담 지정 직원단말기(72)로 해당 유저가 진행했던 특정 업체의 복합 가상 ARS 서비스 진행 이력정보를 전송하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유저 단말기(2)는 그 내부에,상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50) 및 업체 지정 단말기(64)와 통신하기 위한 통신모듈(22)과;상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로부터 특정 기업의 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷을 전송받아 수신하는 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷 수신부(24)와;수신된 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷을 음성 데이터 및 화면데이터, 데이터 출력경로 제어정보, 업체 지정 단말기 전화번호 정보로 분리하는 데이터 분리부(26)와;가상 ARS 서비스 수행시, 유저의 키선택 신호를 감시하는 키선택 감시부(28)와;상기 키선택 감시부(28)를 통해 인가된 키선택신호에 매칭된 차순위 음성데이터 및 그 음성데이터와 연결된 화면 데이터를 추출하는 매칭 데이터 추출부(30)와;상기 매칭 데이터 추출부(30)를 통해 추출된 음성데이터 및 화면데이터를 출력 제어하는 화면/음성 출력 제어부(32)와;상기 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷 수신부(24)가 수신한 데이터 및 데이터 출력경로 제어정보를 저장하고, 해당 데이터에 대한 유저의 키선택신호를 저장하기 위한 데이터 저장부(40)와; 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로 특정 기업에 대한 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷을 요청하여 전송받고, 데이터 출력경로 제어정보에 근거하여 화면 복합 가상 ARS 데이터의 출력을 제어하는 제어부(42)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 키선택 감시부(28)가 인가받은 모든 키선택신호에 매칭된 정보를 저장하는 키선택 정보 저장부(34)와;해당 키선택 정보를 미리 지정된 업체 지정 단말기(64)로 전송하는 키선택 정보 전송부(36)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 키선택 감시부(28)가 상담원 연결을 요청하기 위한 키신호를 입력받은 경우, 미리 지정된 업체 지정 단말기(64)의 전화번호에 대한 전화 호출을 자동으로 수행하는 자동 호출부(38)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 시스템.
- a) 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 특정 업체에 대한 검색 요청신호를 유저단말기(2)로부터 수신하는 과정과;b) 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 해당 업체의 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷을 추출하는 과정과;c) 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 해당 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷을 해당 유저단말기(2)로 전송하고, 해당 유저단말기(2)에 대한 통신 접속을 자동으로 해제하는 과정과;d) 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷에 포함된 음성데이터와 화면데이터가 출력되는 과정과;e) 상기 유저단말기(2)가 특정 키선택 신호를 입력받는 과정과;f) 상기 유저단말기(2)가 해당 키선택신호에 매칭된 음성데이터와 화면 데이터를 추출하는 과정과;g) 가상 ARS 서비스 종료 신호가 인가되는 지를 판단하는 과정과;h) 종료 신호 수신이나 또는 상담원 연결신호 수신시, 상기 유저단말기(2)가 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷에 포함된 업체 지정 단말기(64)로 해당 유저의 키선택 정보를 전송하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 a) 과정의 이전에, 상기 유저단말기(2)는 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로부터 가상 ARS 데이터의 출력을 제어하는 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)을 다운로드하여 설치하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 c) 과정은 상기 유저단말기(2)가 통신 접속을 해제할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 d) 과정의 어느 한 음성데이터와 해당 음성데이터와 매칭된 화면데이터는 출력이 동기화된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 h) 과정의 다음으로,상담원 연결을 요청하기 위한 키신호가 인가되는 지를 유저단말기(2)가 판단하는 과정과;상기 유저단말기(2)가 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷에 포함된 업체 지정 단말기로 전화 호출하는 과정과;상기 유저단말기(2)가 가상 ARS 데이터 패킷에 포함된 업체 지정 단말기의 전화번호정보로 해당 유저의 가상 ARS 키선택 정보를 전송하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 h) 과정은 유저단말기(2)에 탑재된 가상 ARS 어플리케이션이 상담원과 통화하기 위한 신호가 수신되는 지 판단하는 과정과;상기 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)이 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로 상담원 접속 요청신호를 전송하는 과정과;상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 다수의 ARS 상담원 단말기(70)의 통화상태를 체크하여 상담을 위한 대기시간을 연산하는 과정과;대기시간이 설정시간보다 작은 경우로 예상되면, 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 통화 가능한 ARS 상담원 단말기(70)에 해당 유저 단말기(2)를 통화 접속시키는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 상담원과 통화를 개시하기 이전 과정 또는 통화와 통시에 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)는 해당 ARS 상담원 단말기(70)측으로 해당 유저의 가상 ARS 진행 이력(키 선택정보)을 취합하여 전송하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서,대기시간이 설정시간보다 크거나 같은 경우로 예상되면, 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 상기 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)으로 어떤 업체의 가상 ARS 진행중이었는 지의 정보를 요청하는 과정과;상기 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)이 해당 업체정보를 상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)로 전송하는 과정과;상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 미리 설정된 해당 업체의 상담 지정 직원 전화번호를 추출하여 해당 유저의 상기 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)으로 전송하는 과정과;상기 가상 ARS 데이터 관리서버(50)가 해당 상담 지정 직원 단말기(72)의 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)측으로 해당 유저의 가상 ARS 진행 이력을 취합하여 전송하는 과정과;해당 유저 단말기(2)의 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)은 해당 상담 지정 직원 단말기(72)측으로 호접속을 시도하여 통화가 이루어지는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상담 지정 직원과 통화시, 상기 유저단말기(2) 및 해당 상담 지정 직원 단말기(72)는 음성통화망을 통해 음성 통화가 이루어질 수도 있고, 해당 유저 단말기(2)의 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)과, 상기 상담 지정 직원단말기(72)의 가상 ARS 어플리케이션(20)간 데이터 통신망을 통해 음성 통화가 이루어질 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기를 이용한 가상 ARS 데이터 제어 방법.
