본 발명은 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치 및 이를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 별도 앱을 실행하지 않고 단말 자체의 다이얼패드에서 발신자가 특정 전화번호 또는 번호를 입력 후 발신을 시도할 때(& 전화 수,발신 후)발신자 단말 화면에 해당 전화번호 또는 번호와 매칭되는 URL정보를 표시하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치 및 이를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 이동통신 단말에서는 통화 연결 전에 발신자 또는 착신자에게 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 제공하고 있다. 대표적인 서비스 예로, 통화 연결음 서비스와 레터링 서비스가 있다.
먼저, 통화 연결음 서비스는 통화 호 연결을 요청하는 발신자 단말에게 착신자가 설정한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 재생하는 서비스이다. 즉 발신자 단말과 착신자 단말의 통화 호 연결이 수립되는 시점부터 착신자가 통화 호 연결에 응답하기까지 발신자가 대기하는 시간 동안 단조로운 통화 연결음 대신, 착신자가 설정한 고객정보 및 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 통화 연결음으로 제공하는 것이다.
발신자 단말과 착신자 단말의 통화 호 연결이 수립되는 시점부터 착신자가 통화 호 연결에 응답하기까지 착신자 단말의 화면에 단순히 발신번호만 표시되는 것이 아니라 발신자가 등록한 고객정보가 표시되도록 하는 것이다.
이러한 종래의 기술이 도 1에 개시되어 있다.
도 1은 공개 특허 10-2012-0087341호(명칭:발신자번호를 이용한 고객정보 브로드캐스팅 시스템 및 방법)에 개시된 기술로, 이러한 종래의 발신자 번호를 이용한 고객 정보 브로드캐스팅 시스템은, 발신번호 표시 기능이 구비된 이동통신 단말기(11)와, 이동통신 단말기(11)에 표시되는 발신자 번호를 통신망에 전송하는 발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)과, 발신자 번호 정보 및 이 발신자 번호 정보에 해당되는 고객의 상세 정보가 등록되는 데이터베이스(14)와, 발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)으로부터 전송되는 발신자 번호에 따라 데이터베이스(14)에 등록된 고객 상세 정보를 인출하여 통신망에 전송하는 브로드캐스팅 서버(13)와, 브로드캐스팅 서버(13)로부터 전송되는 고객 상세 정보를 표시하는 고객 정보 표시 장치(15)와, 발신번호 표시를 포함하는 이동통신 서비스를 제공하는 이동통신 서버(16) 등을 포함하여 이루어진다.
이동통신 단말기(11)는 고객으로부터 걸려오는 상담 전화 등의 음성 통화가 가능한 통신 단말장치로서, 이 이동통신 단말기(11)에는 발신자 번호 인식 및 표시 기능이 구비된다. 즉, 이동통신 서비스를 제공하는 이동통신 서버(16)의 중계를 통하여 고객으로부터 전화가 걸려오는 경우, 이동통신 단말기(11)는 해당 고객의 발신자 번호를 자동 인식하여 화면에 표시되게 되는데, 이동통신 단말기(11)에 의해 인식되는 발신자 번호 정보는 발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)에 전송된다.
발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)은 이동통신 단말기(11)를 통하여 인식되는 발신자 번호를 통신망을 통하여 브로드캐스팅 서버(13)에 전송하는 데이터 전송장치이다. 발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)은 이동통신 단말기(11)에 내장되는 형태로 이루어질 수 있는데, 이 발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)은 이동통신 단말기(11)를 통하여 인식되는 발신자 번호 정보 및 해당 이동통신 단말기(11)의 번호 정보를 인터넷 또는 이동통신망을 통한 단문 메시지 서비스(SMS) 등의 방식을 통하여 브로드캐스팅 서버(130)에 전송하게 된다.
이를 위하여 발신자 전송 수단(12)에는 발신자 번호 및 해당 이동통신 단말기(11) 번호를 전송할 브로드캐스팅 서버(13)의 통신 주소가 등록되어 있다.
브로드캐스팅 서버(13)는 발신자 번호 전송 수단(12)으로부터 발신자 번호가 수신되면 해당 발신자 번호와 대응되는 상세 고객 정보를 데이터베이스(14)로부터 인출하여, 인출된 고객 정보를 해당 이동통신 단말기(11) 사용자가 사전에 등록한 고객 정보 표시 장치(15)에 통신망을 통하여 전송하는 서버 컴퓨터이다. 브로드캐스팅 서버(13)에 고객 정보를 제공하는 데이터베이스(140)에는 발신자 번호에 해당되는 고객의 상세 정보가 등록되어 있는데, 이러한 고객 상세 정보로는 고객의 연락처 정보, 신상 정보, 가족 관계 정보 및 서비스 계약 정보 등이 포함될 수 있다.
데이터베이스(14)로부터 고객 상세 정보의 인출이 이루어지면, 브로드캐스팅 서버(13)는 인출된 고객 상세 정보를 다수의 고객 정보 표시 장치(15)에 브로드캐스팅 한다. 즉, 상담원 등의 이동통신 단말기(11) 사용자가 사전에 설정 등록해 둔 다수의 고객 정보 표시 장치(15)에 대해 동시에 상세 고객 정보를 전송함으로써, 사용자가 가장 용이하게 확인 가능한 고객 정보 표시 장치(15)로부터 상세 고객 정보를 쉽게 확인 가능할 수 있도록 한다.
그러나 종래의 발신자 번호를 이용한 고객 정보 브로드캐스팅 시스템은 통화 가능 단말에서 통화 수,발신 시 단말 내 저장된 주소록에 입력한 전화번호인 경우 해당 전화 번호와 등록된 이름만 단말에 표시되어 제공하고 있을 뿐 등록된 전화 번호가 아니면 전화 번호만 단말에 표시되어 전화를 받기 전에 사용자에 대한 정보를 알 수 없다는 문제점이 발생한다.
또한, 모바일 단말에서 URL 사이트 접속 방식은 브라우저를 통한 URL 입력 방식으로 한정되어 있기 때문에 사용자가 전화를 시도할 때 해당 번호에 맞는 사이트 및 정보를 단말화면에 제공하는 방식은 지원되지 않고 있어 특정 사이트 및 정보를 찾기 위해서는 별도의 Application을 실행해야 하는 번거로움이 발생한다.
그리고, 인터넷 요금제 등을 통해 이동통신 단말 사용자들은 자유롭게 데이타 사용을 통해 인터넷에 접속하고, 앱을 실행하여 테이타를 사용할 수 있는 환경이 구축되어 있으나, 아직까지 통화가능 단말에서 수,발신시 사용자 전화번호 이외의 데이터는 제공하고 있지 못하는 것이 현실이다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 모바일 & 스마트폰 시대에 최적화된 광고 정보 및 모바일웹 사이트 호출을 통해 모바일 환경에서 번거롭게 URL을 입력하지 않고 키패드에서 번호만을 눌러서 해당 사이트를 단말화면에서 열어 볼 수 있는 편의성 증진과 통화 수,발신 시 전화번호 이외의 상대방 정보를 제공할 수 있는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치 및 이를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치는 상기 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션이 설치된 수발신 단말기, 및 전화번호가 수신되면, 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 서비스 제공장치를 구비하고, 상기 수발신 단말기의 통화호 연결시, 상기 서비스제공장치는 상기 수신단말기의 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보가 상기 발신단말기에 표시되도록 통신하고, 상기 발신단말기의 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보는 상기 수신단말기에 표시되도록 통신함으로써 달성될 수 있다.
이러한 수발신단말기는 상기 서비스제공장치에 접속하여 승인 후 전화번호와 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 상기 서비스 제공장치에 등록하고, 상기 서비스제공장치는 등록된 전화번호와 URL정보를 연계한 테이블로 저장부에 저장하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 수발신단말기는 통화 호 연결 시 상기 서비스제공장치에 접속하여 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 수신하여 표시함과 동시에 통화 호 연결을 요청하고, 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보가 없는 경우에는 다른 부가 정보 페이지가 표시되도록 한다.
그리고, URL정보는 해당 전화번호와 연결등록된 URL 사이트, 미디어 광고, 이미지 광고, 앱 다운로드 화면 중 어느 하나 이상의 정보로 구성되게 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법은 (a)발신단말기에서 수신단말기의 전화번호로 통화호를 연결하는 단계와, (b)통화 호 연결 시 서비스 제공장치에서 수신된 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 상기 수발신단말기로 각각 전달하여 표시하는 단계, 및 (c)상기 수발신단말기는 단계 (b)에서 수신한 상기 URL정보를 단말기에 각각 표시함과 동시에 통화 호 연결을 요청하는 단계를 포함하여 달성될 수 있다.
이러한 URL정보의 등록은 (a)수발신단말기에서 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 실행하여 서비스 제공장치에 접속하는 단계와, (b)전화번호별 연계된 URL정보를 등록하는 단계를 포함하여 등록된다.
또한, (d)상기 단계 (c)에서 통화호가 연결된 후 통화가 종료되거나 통화호가 연결되지 않은 경우 사용자의 상태 정보에 따른 부가정보를 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하게 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 부가 정보는 이미지, 동영상, 웹사이트, 모바일 사이트, 그리고 소셜네트워크 서비스 중 어느 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하게 하고, 상기 (b)단계는 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보가 상기 서비스 제공장치에 없는 경우에는 다른 부가 정보 페이지가 표시되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 본 발명의 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치 및 이를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법에 의하면, 전화번호를 통해 전화 통화 시 동시에 수신자의 SNS나 모바일웹페이지 등이 스마트폰에 자동으로 떠서 눈으로 그 내용을 보면서 통화를 하거나, 통화가 연결되지 않을 경우에는 해당 SNS나 웹페이지를 통해 그 사람의 근황이나 홍보하고 싶은 내용을 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치 및 이를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법에 의하면, 발신자는 수신자에 대해 근황을 눈으로 확인하고 불통 시에도 바로 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 수신자는 자신을 홍보하거나 자신의 사업 관련 부가서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기회를 갖을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치 및 이를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법에 의하면, B2B 사업 측면에서는 음식점, 보험사, 자동차딜러 등 영업 마케팅 차원에서 이 서비스를 이용하여 보다 적극적이고, 고객 맞춤형 홍보를 할 수 있고, B2C 측면에서는 여러 SNS 중 수신자가 무얼 쓰는지 잘 모르는 경우나 수신자가 직접 자신이 사용하는 SNS를 알리고 싶어할 때 발신자가 전화통화만으로 알릴 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정 해석되지 아니하며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서에 기재된 "부", "기", "모듈", "장치" 등의 용어는 적어도 하나의 기능이나 동작을 처리하는 단위를 의미하며, 이는 하드웨어 및/또는 소프트웨어의 결합으로 구현될 수 있다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 일실시예에 대하여 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치의 주요 구성도로서, 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 부가 정보 제공장치는 단말 자체의 다이얼패드에서 발신자가 특정 전화번호 또는 번호를 입력 후 발신을 시도할 때(& 전화 수,발신 후)발신자 단말 화면에 해당 전화번호 또는 번호와 매칭되는 URL정보(전화번호와 연계된 사이트, 미디어 광고, 이미지 광고, 앱 다운로드 화면 등)를 표시할 수 있도록 구성된다.
본 발명에서는 "URL정보"는 텍스트 형식의 일반적인 사이트 주소를 의미하는 것이 아니라, 전화번호와 연결등록된 URL 사이트, 미디어 광고, 이미지 광고, 앱 다운로드 화면 등의 정보를 지칭하는 것으로 설명하기로 한다.
예를 들면 1588-5588(피자헛 주문 전화번호)로 전화를 하면 해당 전화번호에 매칭되는 URL정보로 "http://pizzahut.co.kr( 모바일 구매 사이트 url)" 사이트가 송화자의 단말 화면에 전화 시도와 동시에 상기 사이트가 열려서 구매 메뉴를 볼 수 있고, 따라서 즉시 구매로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명의 전화번호와 연관된 유알엘 정보를 이용한 부가정보 제공 장치는 단말기(110,120)와 통신망(140)을 통하여 단말기(110,120)에 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보(전화번호와 연결 등록된 URL 사이트, 미디어 광고, 이미지 광고, 앱 다운로드 화면 등)를 제공하는 LinkCall서비스 시스템장치(130)를 포함하여 구성한다.
단말기(110,120)는 통상의 이동통신단말기로 구성할 수 있으며, 다양한 유무선 환경에 적용될 수 있으며 단말기 형태별로 구분되는 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), 셀룰러폰, 스마트폰 등과, 단말기의 통신 방식별로 구분되는 PCS(Personal Communication Service)폰, GSM(Global System for Mobile)폰, W-CDMA(Wideband CDMA)폰, CDMA-2000폰, MBS(Mobile Broadband System)폰 등을 모두 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에서는 그 가운데 스마트폰을 적용하는 것이 바람직하지만, 이것에 특별히 한정하지는 않는다.
단말기(110,120)는 무선통신 모듈을 구비하고, 통신망(140)에 접속하여 상대방과 통상적인 음성 및 데이터 통신을 수행하고, 인터넷 접속 프로토콜인 무선 애플리케이션(WAP: Wireless Application Protocol), HTTP 프로토콜을 사용하는 HTML에 기반한 MIE(Microsoft Internet Explorer), 핸드헬드 디바이스 트랜스포트 프로토콜(HDPT: Handheld Device Transport Protocol), NTT DoKoMo사의 i-Mode 또는 특정 통신사의 무선 인터넷 접속용 브라우저를 이용해 통신망(140)을 경유하여 인터넷에 접속한다. 단말기(110,120)에서 사용하는 인터넷 접속 프로토콜 중에서, MIE는 HTML을 약간 변형시켜 축약하는 m-HTML을 사용하고, i-Mode의 경우에는 HTML의 서브세트인 콤팩트 HTML(c-HTML)이라는 언어를 사용한다.
최근 스마트폰 등의 단말기(110,120)는 더욱 빠른 무선 인터넷을 제공하기 위하여 아이폰용인 오페라미니(Opera Mini)와 같은 특정 통신사의 무선 인터넷 접속용 브라우저를 사용하거나, 이와 연계해 단말기(110,120)에 근거리 통신망인 와이파이(WiFi) 및 와이브로(WiBro) 등도 함께 사용하여 무선 초고속 인터넷을 제공하고 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에서와 같이 단말기(110,120)가 스마트폰인 경우, 내부에 구비되어 운영체제 등의 다양한 프로그램 혹은 개별 애플리케이션이 저장되는 애플리케이션 모듈에 해당되는 클라이언트 모듈을 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명에서는 설명의 편의상 발신단말기(110)와 수신단말기(120)로 구분하여 설명한다.
발신단말기(110)는 사용자가 통화할 전화번호와 해당 번호에 연결할 URL정보를 등록하는 기능을 포함하여, 통화 발신 시점 정보를 통신망(140)을 통하여 LinkCall 서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 송신하는 기능을 수행하고, 통화 종료 시점 정보를 LinkCall 서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 송신하도록 구성된다.
또한, 발신단말기(110)는 전화 발신 시에 전화번호와 매칭되는 상대방이 등록한 해당 URL정보 값을 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 요청하고, 수신하여 부가정보 서비스를 단말 화면에 출력하는 기능을 수행하도록 구성된다.
이러한 부가 정보 서비스에는 이미지, 동영상, 웹사이트, 모바일 사이트, 소셜네트워크 서비스 등을 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
수신단말기(110)는 사용자가 지정한 전화번호와 해당 번호에 연결할 URL 정보를 등록하는 기능과, 통화 수신 시점 정보를 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 송신하는 기능을 포함하여, 통화 종료 시점 정보를 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 송신하도록 구성되고, 전화 수신 시에 전화번호와 매칭되는 상대방이 등록한 해당 URL정보 값을 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 통신망(140)을 통하여 요청하고, 그 정보를 수신하여 부가정보 서비스를 단말 화면에 출력하도록 구성된다.
이를 위하여 단말기(110,120)는 통신망(140)을 통하여 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 접속하여 전화번호와 연관된 유알엘 정보를 이용한 부가정보 제공 어플리케이션을 설치하고 이를 실행한 후 설정 화면에서 통화 시 상대방 단말 화면에 수발신시 사용자가 노출하고 싶은 정보(사용자 이름, 이미지 및 URL)를 등록하고, 저장한 다음, 단말기(110,120)에서 전화번호를 검색하여 전화 통화를 시도하면 단말기(110,120)에서 어플리케이션이 실행되어 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 접속하여 관련 전화번호와 매칭되는 URL을 호출하여 해당 사이트 화면을 단말기에 표시하도록 한다.
이때 단말기(110,120)의 화면에는 전화번호와 매칭되는 URL이 호출되고 해당 사이트 화면이 단말기에 자동으로 디스플레이되도록 동작되는 것이다.
예를 들어 표 1과 같이 광고 또는 홍보 내용을 모바일 웹에 제공하는 경우, 발신단말기(110)에서 사용자가 교촌치킨에 치킨을 주문하기 위하여 해당 전화번호를 입력하고 발신을 시도할 때(좌측 도면), 발신단말기(110)는 통신망(140)을 통하여 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 이미 등록해 놓은 해당번호에 맞는 사이트 정보를 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)의 저장부(131)에서 불러와 발신단말기(110)의 화면에 교촌치킨의 광고정보 사이트를 노출하여 현 이벤트 정보 등을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다(우측도면),

또, SNS를 제공하는 경우에는 표 2와 같이 사용자가 원하는 전화번호를 입력하고 발신을 시도할 때(좌측도면), 발신단말기(110)는 통신망(140)을 통하여 LinkCall서비스 장치(130)에 이미 등록해 놓은 해당 전화번호에 맞는 사이트 정보를 저장부(131)에서 불러와 발신단말기(110)의 화면에 해당 전화번호와 매칭된 SNS 사이트를 디스플레이하여 정보 등을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 통상의 Server로 구성되며, 클라우드 서버로도 동작된다.
LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 통신망(140)을 통해 발신단말기(110) 또는 수신단말기(120)에서 등록한 전화번호와 URL정보를 비롯한 본 특허를 활용하여 서비스하기 위해 추가로 받고 있는 사용자정보를 송수신하여 저장하고, 발신단말기(110) 또는 수신단말기(120)로부터 수신받은 사용자 정보에는 단말기에 저장된 GPS와 3G/4G, WiFi등을 통한 위치정보, 통화 수발신 정보, 통화 상태 정보 등을 포함하도록 구성하고, 이러한 정보는 특정 시간에 특정 사용자들에게 특정 부가정보만을 노출할 수 있는 사용자별 차별화된 서비스 정보를 제공하도록 구성될 수도 있다.
이를 위하여 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 저장부(131)에 전화번호와 URL정보, 부가정보, 그리고 사용자 정보 중 어느 하나 이상의 정보를 연계하여 테이블로 저장함으로써, 통신망(140)을 통하여 해당 전화번호가 수신되면 저장부(131)에 저장되어 있는 테이블에서 관련 정보를 판독하여 해당 단말기로 전송하도록 구성된다.
또한, LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 단말기(110,120)로부터 수신받은 사용자 정보와 소셜네트워크 서비스(페이스북, 트위터 등)와 연동 후 전화번호와 이메일 정보를 활용하여 사용자별 소셜네트워크 사이트를 매핑하여 해당 URL페이지 정보를 단말기에 송신하도록 구성할 수도 있다.
그리고, LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 단말기(110,120)가 사용하고 있는 통신망 종류에 따라서 텍스트 정보만을 단말기에 송신하거나 또는 이미지, 동영상, 웹페이지 전체 등의 차별화된 정보를 제공하도록 구성할 수 있다.
이하에서는 이러한 장치를 이용하여 전화번호와 관련된 URL정보를 등록하고 이를 사용하는 방법에 대하여 설명한다.
도 3은 단말기에서 전화번호와 매핑된 URL을 등록하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 흐름도로서, 도시된 바와 같이, URL을 등록하고자 하는 단말기(110,120)에서 해당 어플리케이션을 구동한 다음, 통신망(140)을 통하여 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 사용자 인증을 요청하고(S210), 단계 S211에서는 인증을 신청한 단말기의 승인을 진행하여 승인된 단말기로 판단되면 단말기(110,120)에서 입력되는 URL을 해당 전화번호와 연계하여 테이블로 저장부(131)에 등록하고 종료한다(S213).
도 4와 도 5는 각각 발신단말기에 부가정보를 출력하는 과정과, 수신단말기에서 부가정보를 출력하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 흐름도로서, 먼저 도 4를 참고하면, 전화번호를 입력하고 콜을 시도하면(S220), 단말기(110)는 앱(App.)을 구동하여 통신망(140)을 통하여 전화번호와 연결된 URL정보가 존재하는지 여부를 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 확인하게 된다(S221).
즉, 단계 S222에서 URL 정보가 존재하는 것으로 판단되면 해당 전화번호와 매칭되는 URL 정보를 수신하고 통화연결을 요청한다(S223).
단계 S223에서 통화연결을 요청함과 동시에 URL정보와 연계된 부가정보를 수신할 것인지를 사용자가 선택하게 하여(S224), 단계 S224에서 부가정보를 수신하는 것으로 판단되면 해당 전화번호와 연결된 URL페이지의 부가정보를 출력하게 된다(S225).
단계 S222에서 URL정보가 없는 것으로 판단되면, 즉, 전화번호와 매칭된 URL정보가 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)의 저장부(131)에 없는 것으로 판단되면, 별도의 부가 정보 페이지를 출력할 수 있도록 한다(S226).
이러한 부가 정보 페이지에는 특정 광고 화면, 수발신자의 현 위치 및 수발신 시간에 최적화된 날씨, 지역정보, 이벤트 등의 서비스화면으로 구성할 수 있다.
단계 S225와 단계 S226에서 부가정보 페이지가 출력되면 해당 단말기는 통화 연결을 시도하고(S227), 단계 S227에서 통화가 연결되면 통화를 진행하고(S228), 통화가 종료되거나 통화 연결이 실패하면 사용자 상태 정보에 따른 부가 정보 출력을 조정하게 된다(S239).
즉 단계 S239에서는 사용자가 접속해 있는 통신네트워크 망(3G, Wi-Fi, LTE 등의 속도에 따라)의 종류 또는 상태에 따른 텍스트 정보, 이미지 정보, 미디어 정보 등을 선별하여 차별화된 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
도 5를 참고하여 수신단말기(120)에서 부가 정보를 수신하여 표시하는 과정에 대하여 설명한다.
도 5를 참고하면, 전화를 수신하면(S230), 단말기(110)는 앱(App.)을 구동하여 통신망(140)을 통하여 발신자의 전화번호와 연결된 URL정보가 존재하는지 여부를 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 확인하게 된다(S231).
즉, 단계 S232에서 URL 정보가 존재하는 것으로 판단되면 해당 전화번호와 매칭되는 URL 정보를 수신하고 통화연결을 요청한다(S233).
단계 S233에서 통화연결을 요청함과 동시에 URL정보와 연계된 부가정보를 수신할 것인지를 사용자가 선택하게 하여(S234), 단계 S234에서 부가정보를 수신하는 것으로 판단되면 해당 전화번호와 연결된 URL페이지의 부가정보를 출력하게 된다(S235).
단계 S232에서 URL정보가 없는 것으로 판단되면, 즉, 전화번호와 매칭된 URl정보가 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)의 저장부(131)에 없는 것으로 판단되면, 별도의 부가 정보 페이지를 출력할 수 있도록 한다(S236).
단계 S235와 단계 S236에서 부가정보 페이지가 출력되면 해당 단말기는 통화 연결을 시도하고(S237), 단계 S237에서 통화가 연결되면 통화를 진행하고(S238), 통화가 종료되거나 통화 연결이 실패하면 사용자 상태 정보에 따른 부가 정보 출력을 조정하게 된다(S239).
보다 구체적으로 도 6을 참고하여 발신 단말기에서 URL을 등록하고 부가 정보를 표시하는 과정에 대하여 설명한다.
먼저 발신단말기(110)에서 해당 어플리케이션을 구동한 다음, 사용자 인증을 요청하면(S240), 단계 S241에서는 통신망(140)을 통하여 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 단말기의 승인을 요청하면, LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에는 해당 전화번호의 사용 인증을 승인하게 된다(S242).
단계 S242에서 단말기의 승인이 완료되면 발신단말기(110)에서 등록하고자 하는 URL을 입력하여 URL 정보 등록화면에서 URL을 등록하면(S243), 발신단말기(110)는 통신망(140)을 통하여 전화번호와 매칭된 URL페이지 등록을 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 요청하고(S244), 이후 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 해당 전화번호와 연계하여 테이블로 저장부(131)에 URL 페이지를 등록한다(S245).
바람직하게는 등록이 완료되면 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 등록된 정보를 발신단말기(110)로 전송하여 확인을 하도록 한다(S246).
단계 S246이후에 발신단말기(110)에서 전화번호를 입력하고 발신을 시도하면(S247), 발신단말기는 입력된 전화번호로 통화 연결을 시도함과 동시에 앱(App.)을 구동하여 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 URL페이지 접속을 요청하게 된다(S248).
이때, 수신단말기(120)도 발신단말기(110)와 통화를 연결함과 동시에 발신된 전화번호와 연계된 URL 페이지 접속을 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 요청하게 된다(S249).
물론 수신단말기(120)가 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)에 URL 페이지를 요청하기 전에 발신전화기(110)로 수신된 발신자 전화번호를 확인하는 것은 당연하다(S260).
이후, 단계 S250에서는 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치(130)는 발신단말기(110)에서 입력된 전화번호와 발신단말기의 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 저장부(311)에서 판독하여 해당 부가 정보를 각각 수신단말기(120)와 발신단말기(110)로 각각 전송하여 출력하도록 하고(S255,S256), 통화를 연결한다(S257).
통화가 종료되면 발신단말기(110)와 수신단말기(120)의 사용자 상태 정보에 따른 부가 정보를 각각 조정하여 저장부(311)에 저장하게 된다(S258,S259)
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 사용자 단말에 LinkCall(가칭: 콜 발신 시도 시 LinkCall DB에서 해당 번호와 맞는 정보를 호출하여 단말 화면에 띄워 주는 역할) Application을 설치한 다음, 사용자는 단말의 키패드에서 전호번호 또는 특정 번호를 눌러 발신을 시도하면 발신 전화번호와 매칭되는 URL페이지를 LinkCall서비스 시스템 장치에서 호출하여콜 시도 및 콜 진행 중에 발신자 화면에 해당 URL이 표시되도록 하는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명의 전화번호와 연관된 유알엘 정보를 이용한 부가정보 제공 장치 및 그 방법에 의하면, 전화번호를 기반으로 한 SNS 연동 서비스가 가능하고, 간편한 콜로 모바일 홍보 서비스가 가능하기 때문에 영상통화와는 차별화된 비주얼 서비스로서 통화 중 눈으로 보는 서비스, 눈으로 보는 컬러링(비즈링), 비주얼 콜이 가능할 뿐만아니라 수,발신시 사용자 단말 화면에 전화번호와 매칭된 정보사이트(예를 들면 광고, 모바일웹, SNS연동 )를 제공할 수 있는 서비스이다.
도 7의 단말기에 서비스되는 화면의 일례를 예시한 도면을 참고하면, 단말기 화면에 해당 URL의 현재 방송중인 상품에 대한 이미지와 설명 등을 제공하고 바로 주문할 수 있는 기능을 표시하게 할 수도 있고, 우측 도면의 치킨점으로 통화호를 연결할 경우는 해당 치킨점의 할인정보와 해당 상품설명 및 해당 매장의 위치를 볼 수 있는 기능을 표시할 수도 있다.
또한, 상술한 바와 같이 전화번호와 연동된 부가 서비스는 URL 제공뿐만 아닌 사용자가 직접 등록한 이미지, 음원, 동영상도 콜 수, 발신시에 수,발신자 화면에 제공이 가능하고, 전화번호와 연동한 URL 제공 화면은 시간, 연령, 위치에 따라 설정하여 원하는 타깃에 맞게 정보 화면을 제공할 수도 있음은 물론이다.
또한, AS 콜센터 및 전화 주문 서비스와 연동하였을 경우 전화를 하면서 사용자 단말에 원하는 정보 페이지를 제공하여 AS콜서비스 및 주문서비스를 보다 효율적으로 응대하는 서비스 제공이 가능하고, 전화번호와 매칭되는 URL 화면이 단말에 제공된 후 사용자가 원하는 경우 자동 로그인 버튼을 눌러 기존에 입력된 개인정보를 통해 해당 정보 사이트에 자동으로 로그인할 수 있으며 이를 통해 결제 및 주문 구매 서비스를 제공할 수도 있다.
또한, A의 발신자가 설정한 음원을 A가 B에게 전화하였을 경우 B의 수신자 단말에서 나의 벨소리로 울리게 하는 벨소리 서비스도 제공 가능하고, URL은 웹 페이지, 소셜 네트워크 서비스, 지도의 위치정보, 마케팅 이미지/동영상, 고객센터 페이지 등 인터넷 상의 URL링크 값을 갖고 있는 여러 매체 및 컨텐츠를 활용하여 다양한 용도로 적용이 가능함은 물론이다.
이상에서 본 발명은 기재된 구체예에 대하여 상세히 설명되었지만 본 발명의 기술사상 범위 내에서 다양한 변형 및 수정이 가능함은 당업자에게 있어서 명백한 것이며, 이러한 변형 및 수정이 첨부된 특허 청구범위에 속함은 당연한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 단말기의 통화 수발신 시 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 단말기에 표시하는 전화번호와 연관된 유알엘 정보를 이용한 부가정보 제공 장치에 있어서,
    상기 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션이 설치된 수신 단말기;
    상기 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션이 설치된 발신 단말기;및
    전화번호를 수신하여, 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 서비스 제공장치;
    를 구비하고, 상기 수발신 단말기의 통화호 연결시, 상기 서비스제공장치는 상기 수신단말기의 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보가 상기 발신단말기에 표시되도록 통신하고, 상기 발신단말기의 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보는 상기 수신단말기에 표시되도록 통신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수발신단말기는
    상기 서비스제공장치에 접속하여 승인 후 전화번호와 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 상기 서비스 제공장치에 등록하고, 상기 서비스제공장치는 등록된 전화번호와 URL정보를 연계한 테이블로 저장부에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수발신단말기는
    통화 호 연결 시 상기 서비스제공장치에 접속하여 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 수신하여 표시함과 동시에 통화 호 연결을 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 수발신단말기는
    해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보가 없는 경우에는 특정 광고 화면, 수발신자의 현 위치 및 수발신 시간에 최적화된 날씨, 지역정보, 또는 이벤트 중의 어느 하나 이상의 부가 정보 페이지가 표시되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 URL정보는
    전화번호와 연결등록된 URL, 미디어 광고, 이미지 광고, 앱 다운로드 화면 중 어느 하나 이상의 정보로 구성되는 전화번호와 연관된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치.
  6. 단말기의 통화 수발신 시 해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL을 단말기에 표시하는 전화번호와 연관된 유알엘(URL) 정보를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법에 있어서,
    (a)발신단말기에서 수신단말기의 전화번호로 통화호를 연결하는 단계;
    (b)통화 호 연결 시 서비스 제공장치에서 수신된 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 상기 수발신단말기로 각각 전달하여 표시하는 단계;및
    (c)상기 발신단말기 또는 수신단말기는 단계 (b)에서 수신한 상기 URL정보를 단말기에 각각 표시함과 동시에 통화 호 연결을 요청하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 전화번호와 연관된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서
    상기 URL정보의 등록은
    (a)수발신단말기에서 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 실행하여 서비스 제공장치에 접속하는 단계;
    (b)전화번호별 연계된 URL정보를 등록하는 단계;
    를 포함하여 이루어지는 전화번호와 연관된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    (d)상기 단계 (c)에서 통화호가 연결된 후 통화가 종료되거나 통화호가 연결되지 않은 경우 사용자의 상태 정보에 따른 부가정보를 조정하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 부가 정보는
    이미지, 동영상, 웹사이트, 모바일 사이트, 그리고 소셜네트워크 서비스 중 어느 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법.
  10. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 (b)단계는
    해당 전화번호와 연계된 URL정보가 상기 서비스 제공장치에 없는 경우에는 특정 광고 화면, 수발신자의 현 위치 및 수발신 시간에 최적화된 날씨, 지역정보, 또는 이벤트 중의 어느 하나 이상의 부가 정보 페이지가 표시되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호와 매핑된 URL 정보 호출 제공 장치를 이용한 부가정보 제공 방법.
