发明创造内容

[0017] 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明创造的磁力连接电子烟具有如下有益效果: 首先, 吸 杆的第一连接器内设有组装形成一体的第一极柱组件, 电源杆的第二连接器内设有组装形成 一体的第二极柱组件, 第一连接器和第二连接器作为一个整体使得电子烟在整体组装和拆卸 时其零部件相对较少, 使得电子烟的组装和拆卸过程方便快捷。 其次, 第一座体的下部*** 所述第二座体的通孔内并与所述永磁体相距适当距离, 第一座体和永磁体之间存在间隙确保 第一连接器与第二连接器相互吸附紧贴, 以便保证电路导通且吸杆与电源杆之间相互吸附连 接, 吸杆和电源杆之间连接后无间隙, 使得电子烟更为美观, 且由于第一座体和永磁体之间 存在间隙而便于内部空气流通。 再者, 电子烟内部形成独特的空气通道, 电子烟和外部的空 气流通顺畅。

[0037] 所述导管 35 (见图 3 ) 用于支撑所述储液部件 37和渗透部件 38、 同时用于控制烟液 杯 3的高度和支撑所述纤维件 212, 还用作烟液被所述雾化器 2雾化后所产生的烟雾通至吸 筒 1外部的通道。 本实例中, 导管 35为具有中通孔的空心圆管, 可采用塑胶或纤维材质制 成, 例如玻纤管, 其包括顶部和底部, 其顶部套设于所述吸嘴盖 4的定位柱 41上并与其周 圈密封连接, 而其底部套设于所述杯座 31的定位柱上并与其周圈密封连接。 导管 35开设有 贯通其管壁的卡槽 351, 用于支撑和固定所述纤维件 212, 所述纤维件 212横跨导管 35内两 端分别穿过卡槽 351并与储液部件 37相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝 211雾化。

[0048] 此外, 如图 2至图 4所示, 外部空气从所述电源杆底部的封盖 26上的进气孔 261 进入电源杆 91 内, 经第二极柱 622的中部的通孔和第一极柱 53的中部的通孔进入吸杆 90 内, 或者, 外部空气从电源杆 91的所述第二连接器 6上的进气孔 615进入所述吸杆 90的第 一连接器 5的环形进气槽 515上的进气孔 516进入吸杆 90内, 再依次经所述烟液杯 3的杯 座 31的通气孔、 导管 35的中通孔和吸嘴盖 4的通气孔流出吸杆 90夕卜, 使得电子烟内部形 成独特的空气通道, 电子烟和外部的空气流通顺畅。 当然, 外部空气也可以直接从吸嘴盖 4 上的通气孔进入吸杆 90内到达所述导管 35内。
[0049] 本发明创造在上述实施方式基础上做适当改进和修改, 例如: 第一连接器 5 和第二 连接器 6的位置可以互换; 其它部件做出相应调整即可。

2. 如权利要求 1 所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第一连接器还包括用于隔离第一座体 和第一极柱的第一绝缘套, 所述第一座体呈筒状, 第一极柱借助于第一绝缘套插置于第一座 体中部; 所述第二连接器还包括用于隔离第二座体和第二极柱的第二绝缘套, 所述第二座体 呈筒状, 所述第二极柱借助于第二绝缘套插置于第二座体中部。
3 .如权利要求 2所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第二极柱穿设于第二绝缘套中, 第二绝 缘套固定于一绝缘套支座内并利用该绝缘套支座插置于所述第二座体中部, 第二极柱靠绝缘 套支座内部的一端设有挡圈, 且第二极柱的靠绝缘套支座内部的一端上套有弹簧, 所述弹簧 的两端分别抵于挡圈和绝缘套支座内端壁上而将第二极柱保持于伸出状态; 第二极柱的下部 伸出第二座体的底壁外, 第二极柱的中部设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔。
4 .如权利要求 3所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述绝缘套支座呈杯体形状, 其包括侧壁、 底壁及由底壁沿轴向向外延伸的凸缘, 所述侧壁和底壁合围形成用于容置所述第二极柱的第 一内腔, 所述底壁上还设有供所述第二极柱伸出的第一极柱孔。
5 .如权利要求 4所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第二绝缘套呈杯体形状, 其包括侧壁和 底壁, 所述侧壁和底壁合围形成用于容置所述第二极柱的第二内腔。
6 .如权利要求 5所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第二绝缘套还包括由侧壁沿径向向外延 伸而成的定位凸缘及由底壁沿轴向向外延伸的引导部, 所述引导部的中部还设有沿轴向贯通 引导部且与所述第二内腔相贯通的第二极柱孔; 所述第二绝缘套利用其侧壁涨紧固定于所述 绝缘套座体的第一内腔的侧壁上并由所述定位凸缘与所述绝缘套支座的第一内腔的开口端端 面相抵接而轴向定位。
7. 如权利要求 2 所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第一磁吸部整体采用可导电的磁铁或 磁性材料制成, 或者所述第一磁吸部的一部分由可导电材料制成; 所述第二磁吸部采用可导 电的磁铁或磁性材料制成, 或者所述第二磁吸部的一部分由可导电材料制成形成。
8. 如权利要求 2 所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第二座体内设有用于与所述第一座体 相插接的通孔, 所述第二磁吸部为一永磁体, 该永磁体固定于该通孔内, 所述第一座体的一 端***第二座体内且与所述永磁体相距预定距离。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第二座体的通孔为沿轴向贯通的通 孔, 该通孔的内壁上间形成一定位台阶, 所述第二极柱***第二座体内抵接于所述永磁体的 一端以使永磁体的另一端抵接于所述定位台阶上而将永磁体固定于所述第二座体的通孔内。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第二座体的形状与所述电源杆连接端 的内壁相适配, 其呈筒体结构, 其利用外壁涨紧固定于所述电源杆连接端的内壁上; 所述第 二座体的端部侧壁上沿径向向外延伸形成用于与所述电源杆连接端相适配的定位凸缘, 该定 位凸缘上设有沿径向贯通的进气孔。
11. 如权利要求 8 所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述第一座体包括圆筒形的上部和下部, 上部用于与吸杆连接端连接配合, 下部用于与所述第二座体连接配合; 上部与下部之间沿径 向向外延伸形成与吸杆连接端相抵接的定位凸缘, 该定位凸缘同时用于与所述第二座体的端 面相抵接限位; 所述下部的内壁上形成一卡环用于安装所述第一极柱, 第一极柱利用所述第 一绝缘套固定于该卡环内, 第一极柱的中部设有轴向贯通的通气孔。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 下部靠近所述定位凸缘处设于环形进气 槽, 环形进气槽内设有沿径向贯通的进气孔。
13. 如权利要求 2所述的磁力连接电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆内设有烟液杯和雾化器, 而电源 杆内部设有蓄电池; 所述第一连接器的第一电极和第二电极分别与雾化器的正负极对应连 接; 所述第二连接器的第一电极和第二电极分别与蓄电池的正负极对应连接。
