电子烟及其吸杆 技术领域

[0003] 现有电子烟吸杆存在如下缺陷: 由于导液管需伸入烟液仓内, 其安装复杂不便, 且 会导致漏液现象, 引液量也不易控制; 其次, 由于电热丝预先与导电线焊接或铆接后再与雾 化器上的两个铜件电极焊接, 其工艺流程较为繁杂, 安装也不方便; 所述吸气通道设于烟液 仓的侧旁从侧面通气, 在预定的体积下其会影响烟液仓的储液量, 使得烟液仓的储液量较 少, 由于烟液仓和吸气通道与吸筒是一体成型的, 电子烟吸杆的长度是固定不变的; 另外, 现有的雾化杯由多个部件组成, 这种结构不便于安装电热丝; 由于吸筒是不透明的, 不能看 到烟液仓内的烟液量, 烟液用完后会吸到电热丝空烧的异味气体。
发明内容

[0047] 所述雾化杯 22 (见图 6~7 ) 是采用模具一体成型而成的杯体, 其包括底壁及圆环形 侧壁 (未图标) 并围成一雾化腔 221、 设有卡槽的固定座 222、 穿线孔 223、 位于雾化杯 22 中部的中通的散热孔 224。 所述雾化腔 221呈方形的凹槽, 其与所述固定座 222的卡槽呈十 字交错, 以便于通气。 所述设有卡槽的固定座 222 自所述雾化杯 22的上表面向内凹陷适当 深度的凹槽, 用于固定所述雾化器 21, 所述纤维件 212卡装固定于所述固定座 222的卡槽 内, 其安装方便。 所述穿线孔 223用于供所述电热丝 211穿插, 穿线孔 223贯穿所述雾化杯 22的两端且与所述雾化腔 221相通。 本实施例中设有两个穿线孔 223, 所述电热丝 211缠绕 于所述纤维件 212上, 其一端穿过所述一个穿线孔 223经一次折弯后再经所述雾化杯 22底 壁并再次折弯后与所述第一电极件 13 电连接, 其利用雾化杯 22和第一电极件 13相互涨紧 而卡紧于所述第一电极件 13 的内壁和雾化杯 22 的外壁之间以实现与第一电极件 13 电连 接。 电热丝 211的另一端穿过另一个穿线孔 223与所述电极件 14电连接, 其利用绝缘环 15 与电极件 14相互涨紧而卡紧于所述电极件 14的外壁和绝缘环 15 内壁之间以实现与电极件 14 的电连接。 采用这种卡紧方式实现电连接, 不需用焊接, 其工艺简化、 安装方便。 所述 散热孔 224用于通气和使雾化器 21散发的热量传递至所述电源杆 91上。 所述雾化杯 22下 端与所述第一电极件 13 的第二端 132 的内壁相配合以涨紧所述电热丝 211。 本实施例中, 所述雾化杯 22材质采用耐热性能较好的材料, 例如硅胶, 使得雾化杯 22的隔热效果较好。 本实施例的雾化杯 22即简化了电子烟吸杆的制作工艺, 也便于雾化器 21的安装; 再者, 由 于雾化杯 22 采用耐热性能较好的硅胶材料制成, 其起到很好的隔热效果, 使用时吸嘴的外 壁温度较低, 不会烫手烫嘴。
[0048] 所述导液组件 3用于将所述烟液仓 11中的烟液引导至所述雾化杯 22中进行雾化, 其 包括隔液座 31及储液体 32; 烟液自烟液仓 11内经隔液座 31渗透并吸收和储存于储液体 32 内进行雾化。 所述隔液座 31 (见图 9-10), 包括通气管 312以及套设于通气管 312外的座体 310,其采用硅胶材质制成。 所述通气管 312内形成中通孔 313。 所述座体 310上设有导液孔 311, 烟液的流量大小由所述导液孔 311的尺寸和数量控制。 以图 10所示的使用状态下的方 向为准, 座体 310包括上表面 3101及下表面 3102, 并紧贴于吸筒 1 内部烟液仓 11一端以 密封烟液, 上表面 3101正对烟液仓 11。 所述通气管 312对应包括上端和下端, 且分别与导 管 5和雾化腔 221相连通以供烟雾和空气流动, 烟液由雾化器 21雾化后变成的烟雾从雾化 腔 221内经通气管 312进入导管 5内以便于通至吸筒 1外部或供使用者吸入。
[0049] 在一具体实施例中, 所述中通孔 313 为贯通通气管 312 上下两端, 其内内壁可形成 一内缘 3120。 所述导管 5 —端涨紧插设于该中通孔 313 内, 并可进一步抵接于所述内缘 3120, 从而将导管 5的一端固定在通气管 312内。

[0051] 所述储液体 32用于吸取从隔液座 31 渗透出来的烟液, 其采用高温棉、 玻纤棉或厚 布棉制成, 能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水, 使得烟液缓慢渗透到所述雾化杯 22内。 储液体 32 与隔液座 31形状相适配, 储液体 32的上表面贴设于隔液座 310的下表面 3102, 吸收从导 液孔 311流出的烟液, 而储液体 32的下表面与所述雾化杯 22设有雾化器的一端相贴合, 由 所述纤维件 212的两端抵接储液体 32的下表面从而吸附储液体 32中的烟液便于所述电热丝 211将烟液加热雾化。 在对应的实施例中, 储液体 32为与隔液座 31外径相同的圆筒体, 其 中心设有套孔 321, 储液体 32利用其套孔 321套设于所述通气管 312下端外壁上。 储液体 32与通气管 312的外壁之间可以为过盈配合。 导液组件 3的使用使得电子烟吸杆 90的组装 更为方便快捷, 其引液效果好, 且能防止烟液漏出烟液仓 11。
[0052] 所述吸嘴盖 4套设于所述吸筒 1 末端, 其采用硅胶材质制成, 用于密封烟液、 固定 导管 5和通气。 其中部设有用于供所述导管 5插设于其中的中通孔 41 (见图 11~12), 所述 中通孔 41为贯穿吸嘴盖 4的上下两端的直孔或阶梯孔。 本实施例中, 所述吸嘴盖 4呈阶梯 圆筒状, 包括外径较大的涨紧圈 42以及自其轴向向下延伸形成的外径较小的内圆筒 40, 中 通孔 41轴向贯穿内圆筒 40及涨紧圈 42。 所述内圆筒 40套设于导管 5相对于导液组件 3的 一端从而固定导管 5; 涨紧圈 42涨紧于吸筒 1末端内并密封烟液仓 11 的一端; 中通孔 41 与导管 5贯通, 从而形成烟雾通道。
[0053] 所述导管 5是烟液被所述雾化装置 2雾化后所产生的烟雾通至吸筒 1外部的通道, 本实施例中, 导管 5采用圆筒形的金属管材或塑胶管材切割加工而成, 导管 5的长度可根据 需求将管材切割成所需长度。 所述导管 5置于吸筒 1内, 其一端***所述吸嘴盖 4内与吸筒 1外部空气相通, 另一端***所述隔液座 31 内与所述雾化腔 221相通, 导管 5与吸嘴盖 4 的连接处周圈密封, 且导管 5与隔液座 31的连接处周圈密封。 导管 5设于吸筒 1 内部, 较 佳地位于其中心线上, 这种结构使得在保证预定烟储液量的情况下可以縮小电子烟吸杆 90 的体积。
[0054] 由于导管 5和所述吸筒 1 的长度均可根据需求的长度切割而成, 使得电子烟吸杆 90 的长短和烟储液量可以根据吸筒 1和导管 5的长度的调整而相应调整。
[0055] 所述装饰套 6为圆筒形结构, 其套设于所述吸筒 1 的外壁上相对于所述吸嘴盖 4的 另一端, 可起装饰作用或用于在电子烟吸杆 90上粘贴商标。
[0056] 本第一实施例的电子烟吸杆 90, 烟液预先注入烟液仓 11内, 当吸嘴盖 4套设于所述 吸筒 1 内并固定于其中而不能取出时, 烟液仓 11 内的烟液用完后就不能再添加烟液, 该电 子烟吸杆 90为一次性使用的。
[0057] 所述电源杆 91包括电源 911及对应电极。 电子烟工作前, 少量烟液从烟液仓 11内经 所述导液组件 3渗透并储存于所述纤维件 212内, 工作时, 按下电子烟 100上的开关 (图中 未示) 使电路导通, 雾化装置 2的电热丝 211导电发热, 使储存于纤维件 212内的烟液被加 热雾化装变为烟雾, 烟雾从所述雾化腔 221 内经所述导液组件的通气管 312, 进入所述导管 5中, 再经所述吸嘴盖 4的中通孔 41被吸烟者吸入口中。
[0058] 如图 14, 本发明第二实施例还提供另一种电子烟吸杆 90', 其与所述电子烟吸杆 90 的结构大致相同, 所不同的是, 其吸嘴盖 4' 内还设有用于固定所述导管 5 的固定套 7, 所 述吸嘴盖 4' 和固定套 7 均采用硅胶材质制成, 吸嘴盖 4' 的形状大致呈圆筒状, 吸嘴盖 4' 包括沿轴向延伸的中通孔 41 ' 和插接柱 42',。 所述固定套 7大致呈圆筒状, 其设有沿轴 向延伸的用于固定所述导管 5的固定孔 71和用于往吸筒 1内注入烟液的注液孔 72, 该固定 孔 71与所述中通孔 41 ' 相连通, 所述插接柱 42' 可插设于注液孔 72; 所述导管 5插设于 所述固定孔 71内并利用该固定孔 71与所述吸嘴盖 4' 的中通孔 41 ' 相通, 该固定套 7固定 于吸筒 1 内位于吸嘴盖 4' 的一端且固定套 7与吸筒 1的接触部位周圈密封, 将烟液从所述 注液孔 72注入至吸筒 1 内后, 用吸嘴盖 4' 套设于所述吸筒 1 内并利用其插接柱 42' *** 所述注液孔 72内以将烟液密封于吸筒 1 内, 吸嘴盖 4' 可活动地套设于吸筒 1 内, 在烟液 用完后, 可拔出吸嘴盖 4', 可再次从所述注液孔 72内注入烟液继续使用。 因此, 本实施例 的电子烟吸杆 90' 是可多次使用的。
[0059] 如图 15, 本发明第二实施例还提供另一种应用上述电子烟吸杆 90' 的电子烟 200, 其采用所述电源杆 91 提供电源, 该电源杆 91 与所述电子烟吸杆 90' 相连接, 由于电子烟 吸杆 90' 是多次性使用的, 所以该电子烟 200是可多次性使用的。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟吸杆, 包括:
吸筒;
导管;
烟液仓;
导液组件;
雾化装置; 以及
连接组件;
其中吸嘴盖和连接组件分别插设于吸筒两端, 导管、 导液组件、 雾化装置、 烟液仓位于吸筒 内; 内设中通孔的吸嘴盖和导液组件分别密封所述烟液仓两端, 而导管位于烟液仓内, 其两 端分别插设于吸嘴盖及导液组件的中通孔内, 从而由吸嘴盖、 导液组件和导管内部贯通形成 烟雾通道, 且烟雾通道两端分别与吸嘴盖外部空气和雾化装置贯通; 所述雾化装置位于导液 组件与连接组件之间; 该导液组件包括相互贴合的隔液座和储液体; 所述隔液座包括一座体 以及贯穿所述座体中心沿长度方面向两端延伸而成的通气管, 通气管内限定所述导液组件的 中通孔; 所述通气管一端与导管配合, 另一端外套设所述储液体, 且通向雾化装置; 隔液座 上设置至少一个导液孔, 烟液自烟液仓中由导液孔渗出并被吸收储存于所述储液体内, 并在 雾化装置进行雾化。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述导液组件为圆筒形, 所述隔液座的座体包括 直径较通气管的环形壁大且高度较通气管小的环形壁, 复数个所述导液孔轴向平行设置于座 体环形壁; 所述导管一端***导液组件的通气管内。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述通气管内壁形成一内缘, 导管一端涨紧插设 于该通气孔内与所述内缘抵接。
4. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述储液体为圆筒体, 套设于所述通气管的外壁 上且与通气管的外壁为过盈配合, 储液体的上表面与所述座体相贴合, 而储液体的下表面与 所述雾化装置相邻接。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述雾化装置包括用于将烟液雾化变成烟雾的所 述雾化器和用于容置该雾化器的雾化杯, 所述雾化器包括用于雾化烟液的电热丝及用于吸收 烟液和支撑该电热丝的纤维件, 所述纤维件与所述储液体相抵接以便于吸附烟液进行加热雾 化。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述吸嘴盖呈阶梯圆筒状, 包括外径较大的涨紧 圈以及自其轴向向下延伸形成的外径较小的内圆筒, 所述吸嘴盖的中通孔轴向贯穿内圆筒及 涨紧圈; 所述内圆筒套设于导管一端外壁以固定导管; 涨紧圈涨紧于吸筒末端内并密封烟液 仓的一端。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述导管借用一个固定套与所述吸嘴盖的中通孔 相通, 该固定套固定于吸筒内且与所述吸嘴盖相邻接, 该固定套上设有用于供所述导管插设 于其内且与吸嘴盖相通的固定套吸气孔和用于向烟液仓内注入烟液的注液孔, 相应地, 所述 吸嘴盖上设有用于与注液孔相插接以密封烟液仓的插接柱。
8. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述连接组件包括其一端***吸筒内而将雾化装 置固定于吸筒内的第一电极件、 第二电极件及位于第二电极件和第一电极件之间的绝缘环; 所述第二电极件利用缘环卡紧于第一电极件内。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述第一电极件包括第一端和第二端, 其第一端 上设有与电子烟的电源杆相螺纹连接的外螺纹, 其第二端内设有用于容置和固定所述雾化装 置的容置腔, 第二端***并套设紧固于所述吸筒内, 所述第一端与第二端之间形成凸缘与所 述吸筒密封连接。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述电热丝的一端卡紧于由所述雾化杯外壁和第 一电极件内壁之间实现与第一电极导通连接, 电热丝的另一端则卡紧于由所述绝缘环内壁和 电极件外壁之间实现与第二电极导通连接; 所述雾化杯所述与所述储液体相邻接, 该雾化杯 固定于所述第一电极件内。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述雾化杯是借助模具一体成型的圆筒形杯 体, 其内设有用于固定所述纤维件的固定座、 用于通气和散热的散热孔、 一对用于供所述电 热丝的两端穿设的穿线孔。
12. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述吸筒上还套设有起装饰作用或用于贴商标的 装饰套。
13. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟吸杆, 所述吸筒 1为整体透明的或至少局部透明的壳体。
14. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 所述储液体采用能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水的高温 棉、 玻纤棉或厚布棉制成。
15. 一种电子烟, 采用如权利要求 1 至 14 中任一项所述的电子烟吸杆, 所述电子烟还包括 与所述电子烟吸杆相连接的电源杆, 其中该电源杆与所述设于吸筒上的连接组件相连接。
