[0019] 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明的防吸嘴盖脱落的电子烟具有如下有益效果: 首先在 吸嘴盖的外侧壁上增设与外壳相配合的涨紧部, 在吸嘴盖的通气孔内壁上增设多道加强筋和 支撑管, 支撑管的外侧壁与多道加强筋相抵接而固定于通气孔内, 可防止吸嘴盖***外壳内 受外力挤压时过度变形, 防止吸嘴盖承受的轴向挤出力大于吸嘴盖与外壳的摩擦力, 进而有 效地防止吸嘴盖脱离外壳。

[0031] 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互 结合, 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
[0032] 如图 1至 8所示, 本发明第一实施例提供一种电子烟 100, 该电子烟 100为分体式电 子烟, 其包括吸杆 90和电源杆 91, 二者通过螺纹连接组合形成一体。 该电子烟的外壳由下 文将要描述的作为吸杆 90壳体的吸筒 1和作为电源杆 91壳体的套筒 910组成。 所述吸杆 90的与电源杆 91对接的连接端设有第一连接器 5, 所述电源杆 91的与吸杆 90对接的连接 端设有第二连接器 6。 为便于描述, 本实施例中以图 1所示的方向为准。
[0033] 如图 2至 3所示, 在本实施例中, 所述电子烟吸杆 90包括呈中通的筒体结构的吸筒 1、 雾化器 2、 用于储存烟液的烟液杯 3、 吸嘴盖 4及用于与电源杆 91相连接的第一连接器 5。 所述吸嘴盖 4和第一连接器 5分别安装于吸筒 1的两端, 雾化器 2和烟液杯 3位于吸筒 1内。
[0034] 所述雾化器 2用于将烟液雾化转变成烟雾, 其包括电热丝 211及用于吸收烟液和支撑 该电热丝 211的导液件 212, 所述电热丝 211缠绕于所述导液件 212上, 导液件 212能吸收 和贮存烟液, 可由玻璃纤维或具有吸液和贮液性能的材质如棉质材料制成。 本实例中, 该导 液件 212容置固定于所述烟液杯 3内, 电热丝 211的两端穿出烟液杯 3再与所述蓄电池的正 电极和负电极电连接。 电子烟 100内还设有用于控制所述雾化器 2工作的控制板 22及用于 容置和固定该控制板 22的控制板固定座 23, 本实施例中, 雾化器 2设于吸筒 1 内, 而控制 板 22和控制板固定座 23设于所述电源杆 91内, 控制板 22上设有微型气动开关以控制电路 导通而使电热线 211启动工作。
[0035] 如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 所述烟液杯 3包括杯座 31、 吸嘴盖 4及吸筒 1 的一部 分。 烟液杯 3 内设有具体用于烟液的储液部件 37和导管 35, 其中, 杯座 31和吸嘴盖 4二 者相对且间隔一定距离地固定于吸筒 1 内壁; 导管 35固定于杯座 31和吸嘴盖 4之间。; 储 液部件 37套设支撑于导管 35外且位于杯座 31和吸嘴盖 4之间。
[0036] 如图 3 所示, 本实施例中, 所述杯座 31 呈圆筒形的杯体, 包括环形侧壁、 圆形杯 底、 自杯底中部沿轴向方向延伸的定位柱。 其中环形侧壁与定位柱之间限定一环形内腔; 沿 轴向贯通定位柱和杯底形成杯座通气孔; 杯底内设贯通的两个供电热丝 211穿透的穿线孔。 所述杯座 31的环形侧壁上设有用于与吸筒 1涨紧配合的涨紧圈, 杯座 31利用其环形侧壁及 涨紧圈涨紧固定于所述吸筒 1的内壁。
[0037] 如图 3至图 6所示, 所述吸嘴盖 4的形状和尺寸与所述吸筒 1 的内壁相适配, 吸嘴 盖 4 大致呈筒体形, 包括呈筒状的本体 41 及与设于本体 41 端部与本体形成一体的顶盖 42, 本体 41 的内腔形成一轴向贯通的通气孔 43, 通气孔 43 的内壁上设有多道沿轴向延伸 的加强筋 44, 所述加强筋 44为由通气孔 43的内壁向轴心线方向凸出形成, 或由通气孔 43 的内壁背离轴心线方向凹陷形成。 所述多道加强筋 44呈圆周形布设, 加强筋 44的横截面呈 弧形、 锥形或梯形, 但其横截面形状不限于此。 本体 41 的外侧壁上形成有用于与所述吸筒 1 的内壁相涨紧配合的涨紧部 45, 所述涨紧部 45为若干由所述吸嘴盖的外侧壁沿径向向外 凸出形成的凸起、 凸块或涨紧环, 或者为若干由所述吸嘴盖的外侧壁沿轴向延伸而成的凸 起、 凸块或条形凸筋, 本实施例的涨紧部 45为涨紧环。 所述顶盖 42沿径向向外延伸形成有 用于与所述外壳的端部相抵接而限位的限位凸缘 46, 顶盖 42的中部沿轴向设有与所述通气 孔相连通的进气孔 47, 进气孔 47 的直径小于所述通气孔 43 的有效直径以便于吸烟者吸烟 时更顺畅。 所述吸嘴盖 4可采用软胶材质制成, 如以下属于塑胶类、 硅胶类或橡胶类材料中 的任一种材料制成: ABS、 PC、 PE、 POM, PP、 PE、 PVC、 TPU、 TPR、 TPE或 TPV。 优 选具有所需硬度的软胶材质。
[0038] 如图 3、 图 4、 图 7及图 8所示, 为加强吸嘴盖 4的强度, 防止吸嘴盖 4受外力挤 压时过度变形, 所述吸嘴盖内部还设有支撑管 7, 支撑管 7插设于所述通气孔 43 内, 支撑 管 7的外侧壁与所述多道加强筋 44相抵接而涨紧固定于该通气孔 43内, 该支撑管 7内设有 与所述进气孔 47相连通的中通孔, 中通孔的直径可大于所述进气孔 47。
[0039] 吸嘴盖 4***所述吸筒 1 内并利用其外侧壁和所述涨紧部 45涨紧固定于所述吸筒 1 的内壁, 由于在通气孔 43的内壁上设置了加强筋 44, 给吸嘴盖 4的变形预留了空间, 且在 通气孔 43 内还设有所述支撑管 7, 因此, 吸嘴盖 4***吸筒 1受外力挤压时可被控制过度 变形, 防止吸嘴盖 4承受轴向挤出力大于吸嘴盖 4与吸筒 1的摩擦力, 防止吸嘴盖 4脱离吸 筒 1。 当烟液杯 3内的烟液用完时, 拔出吸嘴盖 4即可往烟液杯 3内继续添加烟液。
[0040] 所述导管 35 (见图 3和图 4) 用于支撑所述储液部件 37, 同时用于控制烟液杯 3的 高度和支撑所述导液件 212, 还用作烟液被所述雾化器 2雾化后所产生的烟雾通至吸筒 1外 部的通道。 本实例中, 导管 35 为具有中通孔的空心圆管, 可采用塑胶或纤维材质制成, 例 如玻纤管, 其包括顶部和底部, 其顶部与所述吸嘴盖 4 相抵接, 而其底部套设于所述杯座 31 的定位柱上并与其周圈密封连接。 导管 35的中通孔分别与所述吸嘴盖的通气孔和所述杯 座的通气孔相连通, 具体地, 是导管 35的中通孔与所述支撑管的中通孔相连通。 导管 35开 设有贯通其管壁的卡槽 351, 用于支撑和固定所述导液件 212, 所述导液件 212横跨导管 35 内且其两端分别穿过卡槽 351并与储液部件 37相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝 211雾化。
[0041] 所述储液部件 37 (见图 3和图 4) 用于吸收并储存注入到烟液杯 3 内的烟液以便于 雾化器 2后续将烟液雾化, 其能像吸收和贮存烟液, 可采用具有吸液和贮液性能的材质如棉 质材料制成。 储液部件 37为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述导管 35的外侧并与导管 35的 外壁相互涨紧而支撑, 导管 35的一端***并固定于所述杯座 31的环形内腔内 (具体为通过 套设于所述杯座 31 的定位柱上而固定于杯座 31 的环形内腔内), 另一端与所述吸嘴盖 4相 抵接。 储液部件 37的内侧壁还与所述导液件 212相抵接, 烟液从所述储液部件 37渗透至所 述导液件 212内被吸收后由电热丝 211将其蒸发变成烟雾。
[0042] 如图 2和图 3所示, 所述第一连接器 5包括第一座体 51、 第一极柱 53及第一绝缘套 54, 所述第一极柱 53中部设有通气孔。 第一极柱 53套设固定于所述第一绝缘套 54内, 第 一极柱 53借助于第一绝缘套 54插置于第一座体 51的中部, 第一极柱 53和所述第一绝缘套 54组成第一极柱组件。 本实施中, 所述第一座体 51和所述第一极柱 53分别作为第一连接 器 5的两个连接电极。 所述第一座体 51的形状与吸筒 1相适应, 其***并固定于吸筒 1 内 且与所述杯座 31相抵接。
[0043] 如图 2所示, 所述电源杆 91整体呈筒状, 其包括套筒 910, 套筒 910上与所述吸杆 90相连接的一端设有与所述第一连接器 5相连接的第二连接器 6, 套筒 910内部内部设有蓄 电池 918 等部件。 电源杆 91 的另一端还设有封盖 919, 封盖 919 上设有进气孔 (图中未 示)。 所述第二连接器 6包括第二座体 61及设于第二座体 61 内的第二极柱组件。 所述第二 级柱组件包括第二极柱 62及设于所述第二座体 61和第二极柱 62之间以使第二座体 61和第 二极柱绝缘的第二绝缘套 64, 第二极柱 62的中部沿轴向贯通设有通气孔。 第二座体 61和 第二极柱 62分别与所述控制板 22上对应电极相连接, 而控制板 22再与所述蓄电池 918的 正负极相连接。
[0044] 如图 2所示, 当吸杆 90的第一连接器 5***电源杆 91 的第二连接器 6中并***到 位后, 此时, 第一座体 51***第二座体 61 内与所述第二座体 61 的端面抵接而使第一座体 51和第二座体 61电路导通, 而第一极柱 53的端面的抵顶第二极柱 62上, 确保第一极柱 53 和第二极柱 622接触良好; 这样可以确保第一连接器 5与第二连接器 6接触良好, 由此即实 现吸杆 90的电路与电源杆 91内部电路的对应连通。
[0045] 此外, 如图 2所示, 外部空气从所述电源杆 91底部的封盖 919上的进气孔进入电源 杆 91 内, 经第二极柱 622的中部的通孔和第一极柱 53的中部的通孔进入吸杆 90内, 再依 次经所述烟液杯 3的杯座 31的通气孔、 导管 35的中通孔、 吸嘴盖 4的通气孔或所述支撑管 的中通孔和所述进气孔 47流出吸杆 90外, 形成电子烟内部的空气通道, 电子烟和外部的空 气流通顺畅。 当然, 外部空气也可以直接从吸嘴盖 4上的通气孔进入吸杆 90 内到达所述导 管 35内。
[0046] 本发明在上述实施方式基础上做适当改进和修改, 例如: 第一连接器 5 和第二连接 器 6的位置可以互换; 其它部件做出相应调整即可。
[0047] 如图 9至 10所示, 本发明还提供第二实施例的电子烟 100', 其与所述第一实施例的 电子烟 100的内部结构基本相同, 所述不同的是所述电子烟 100' 为一体式电子烟, 电子烟 100' 的外壳为一体式壳体, 所述吸嘴盖 4插设于所述电子烟 100' 的外壳的内壁上, 所述 吸嘴盖 4内同样设有所述支撑管 7, 能同样防止吸嘴盖 4从外壳上脱落。 所述电子烟内也设 与所述烟液杯 3基本相同的烟液杯 3 ', 不同的烟液杯 3的杯座 31 ' 的结构相对于所述杯座 31更为简化。 所述烟液杯 3 ' 与所述蓄电池 918之间还设有一隔离座 917。
[0048] 以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为 本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种防吸嘴盖脱落的电子烟, 包括具有中空内腔的外壳, 外壳内设有雾化器、 呈筒状的 储液部件及蓄电池, 外壳一端插设有呈筒状的吸嘴盖, 吸嘴盖的中部设有沿轴向贯通的通气 孔, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖的外侧壁上还设有用于与外壳的内壁相涨紧配合的涨紧部, 所述通气 孔的内壁上设有多道沿轴向延伸的加强筋, 所述通气孔的内壁上还插设固定有一支撑管; 所 述外壳内还设有用于支撑所述储液部件的杯座, 所述吸嘴盖、 杯座及外壳的一部分共同形成 用于容置和固定所述储液部件的烟液杯, 储液部件的内壁上设有用于支撑储液部件的导管, 导管与所述吸嘴盖的通气孔相连通。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述加强筋为由通气孔的内壁向轴心线方向凸出形 成, 或由通气孔的内壁背离轴心线方向凹陷形成。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述多道加强筋呈圆周形布设。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述加强筋的横截面呈弧形、 锥形或梯形。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述涨紧部为若干由所述吸嘴盖的外侧壁沿径向向 外凸出形成的凸起、 凸块或涨紧环, 或者为若干由所述吸嘴盖的外侧壁沿轴向延伸而成的凸 起、 凸块或条形凸筋。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖包括呈筒状的本体和与设于本体端部与 本体形成一体的顶盖, 所述涨紧部设于本体的外侧壁, 所述通气孔形成于所述本体内并沿本 体轴向贯通, 所述顶盖的中部沿轴向设有与所述通气孔相通的进气孔。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述顶盖沿径向向外延伸形成有用于与所述外壳的 端部相抵接而限位的限位凸缘。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述进气孔的直径小于所述通气孔的有效直径。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述支撑管的外侧壁与所述多道加强筋相抵接而使 支撑管涨紧固定于所述通气孔内壁上。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述支撑管的两端分别与所述导管和所述吸嘴盖相 连通。
11. 如权利要求 1 至 10 中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括电热丝及用于吸收 烟液和支撑该电热丝的导液件, 所述电热丝缠绕于所述导液件上, 所述杯座为圆筒形的杯 体, 杯座包括环形侧壁、 圆形杯底、 自杯底中部沿轴向方向延伸的定位柱; 所述环形侧壁与 定位本柱之间限定一环形内腔用于容置所述储液部件; 沿轴向贯通定位柱和杯底形成有一杯 座通气孔; 杯底内还设有供所述电热丝穿出的穿线孔; 所述杯座的环形侧壁上设有用于与所 述外壳涨紧配合的涨紧圈, 杯座利用其环形侧壁及涨紧圈涨紧固定于所述外壳的内壁, 电热 丝的正电极和负电极分别穿出所述杯座后与所述蓄电池的正电极和负电极电连接。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述导管为具有中通孔的空心圆管, 其包括顶部 和底部, 其顶部与所述吸嘴盖相抵接, 而其底部套设固定于所述杯座上; 导管的中通孔分别 与所述吸嘴盖的通气孔和所述杯座通气孔相连通; 导管上开设有贯通其管壁的用于支撑和固 定所述导液件的卡槽, 所述导液件横跨导管内且其两端分别穿过所述卡槽并与储液部件相抵 接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝雾化。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 所述储液部件为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述导管的 外侧并与导管的外壁相互涨紧而支撑, 其一端***固定所述杯座的环形内腔内, 另一端与所 述吸嘴盖相抵接; 且储液部件的内侧壁与所述导液件相抵接。
14. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟为分体式电子烟, 其包括相互连接的 吸杆和电源杆, 所述电子烟的外壳由所述吸杆的壳体和所述电源杆的壳体组成, 所述吸嘴盖 插设于所述吸杆的壳体的内壁上; 所述吸杆与电源杆对接的连接端设有第一连接器, 所述第 一连接器包括分别作为第一连接器两个连接电极的第一座体和第一极柱, 第一座体和第一极 柱之间设有用于绝缘隔离的第一绝缘套, 第一极柱借助于第一绝缘套插置于第一座体中部; 第一座体和第一极柱分别与电热丝的正负电极相连接, 所述电源杆的与吸杆对接的连接端设 有第二连接器, 所述第二连接器包括作为第二连接器两个连接电极的第二座体和第二极柱, 第二座体和第二极柱之间设有用于绝缘隔离的第二绝缘套, 所述第二极柱借助于第二绝缘套 插置于第二座体中部, 所述蓄电池设于电源杆内, 第二座体和第二极柱分别与蓄电池的正负 电极相连接; 所述第一座体与第二座体相螺纹连接使第一座体和第二座体相抵接且第一极柱 和第二极柱相抵接。
15. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟为一体式电子烟, 其外壳为一体式外 壳。
