[0002] 现有的电子烟通常包括用于雾化烟油的雾化组件及用于为雾化组件供电的电池 组件, 雾化组件能够在被电池组件供电的情况下, 雾化烟油而形成烟雾。
[0003] 一种现有的电子烟中, 如图 1所示, 雾化组件包括雾化芯组件 501, 雾化套 502 , 雾化座 503, 储油棉 504环绕设置在雾化芯组件 501上, 雾化芯组件 501两端插 设在储油棉 504内, 雾化组件的一端设置有吸嘴组件 505, 雾化组件的另一端设 置有上电极 506及外螺纹 507 ; 电池组件包括电池 601, 套设在电池 601外的电池 套 602, 电池组件的一端设置有灯帽 603, 电池组件的另一端设置有下电极 604及 内螺纹 605。 雾化组件和电池组件通过外螺纹 507和内螺纹 605螺纹连接, 并通过 上电极 506和下电极 604电连接, 是雾化芯组件 501在被电池组件供电的情况下雾 化储油棉 504内的烟油而形成烟雾, 用户可通过吸嘴组件 505抽吸烟雾。
[0004] 上述现有技术的电子烟存在以下缺陷: 首先, 烟油直接存储在储油棉 504内, 棉占据了部分位置, 导致可存储烟油量较少; 其次, 雾化组件和电池组件通过 外螺纹 507和内螺纹 605螺纹连接, 容易松动导致接触不良。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟, 包括雾化组件和电池组件, 其特征在于: 所述雾化组件 包括储油组件、 电热丝组件及电极组件, 所述储油组件内并列设置有 用于存储烟油的储油腔及用于将雾化的烟油传输至外界的烟雾通道, 所述烟雾通道具有进烟端及出烟端, 所述储油组件靠近所述电池组件 一侧具有与所述储油腔相通的第一容纳区域和与所述进烟端相通的第 二容纳区域, 所述第一容纳区域和所述第二容纳区域之间连通并形成 有进油孔;
所述第二容纳区域内设置有用于供所述电热丝组件雾化烟油并与所述 进烟端相连通的雾化腔、 以及设置有用于容纳导油棉的容置槽; 所述 导油棉的一侧抵接至所述进油孔且用于吸附引导所述烟油至所述电热 丝组件; 所述导油棉朝向所述进烟端的一侧具有放置面;
所述电热丝组件包括烟油吸附件及与所述烟油吸附件套设相连的电热 丝, 所述烟油吸附件位于所述导油棉的放置面并与所述导油棉抵接以 从所述导油棉吸附烟油;
所述电极组件的一端与所述电热丝组件连接, 所述电极组件的另一端 用于与所述电池组件电连接;
所述电池组件的一端端面上设置有插槽, 所述雾化组件插设于所述插 槽内, 所述电热丝组件位于所述插槽内, 所述雾化组件与所述电池组 件通过磁性连接装置磁性吸合相连, 以能够将所述雾化组件从所述电 池组件上拆卸。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件包括本体 部和与所述本体部可拆卸连接的盖体部, 所述盖体部形成有所述第一 容纳区域和所述第二容纳区域; 所述第一容纳区域和所述第二容纳区 域之间具有隔板, 所述隔板上幵设有所述进油孔, 所述导油棉一侧面 抵持所述进油孔。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第一容纳区域底部 具有朝向所述储油腔凸设并与所述储油腔相隔离的第一凹部, 所述第 一凹部内嵌有用于与所述电池组件磁性吸合的第一磁性块, 所述第一 磁性块的外表面和所述雾化组件与所述电池组件贴合的表面在同一平 面上。
根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电池组件对应所述 第一凹部处设置有第二凹部, 所述第二凹部内嵌有用于与所述雾化组 件磁性吸合的第二磁性块, 所述第二磁性块的外表面和所述电池组件 与所述雾化组件贴合的表面在同一平面上, 所述第一磁性块和所述第 二磁性块组合构成所述磁性连接装置。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述本体部与所述盖体 部相连的端面处设置有固定槽, 所述固定槽内插设有与所述本体部的 端面弹性抵接的弹性密封件。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述本体部的背离所述 盖体部的一端设置有与所述第二容纳区域相连通的吸嘴, 所述吸嘴上 套设有吸嘴盖。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述本体部还包括与烟 雾通道并列设置的进气通道, 所述储油腔及所述进气进道分别位于所 述烟雾通道的相对两侧, 所述本体部位于所述进气通道的背离所述储 油腔的一侧设置有进气孔, 所述进气孔位于所述雾化组件远离所述电 池组件的一端, 所述进气通道的一端面向所述雾化腔并通过所述雾化 腔与所述烟雾通道相连通, 所述进气孔经由所述进气通道与所述雾化 腔连通。
根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件在设置有 所述进气孔的侧壁处设置有沿所述雾化组件横向延伸的阻挡台阶, 所 述阻挡台阶抵持在所述电池组件的端面上。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述本体部包括相对应 设置的第一侧板和第二侧板, 所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板之前形成 间隙, 所述间隙构成所述烟雾通道。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电极组件包括第一 电极件及第二电极件, 所述第一电极件外套设有第一弹性固定套, 所 述第二电极件外套设有第二弹性固定套, 所述电热丝的一端夹持在所 述第一电极件与所述第一弹性固定套之间, 所述电热丝的另一端夹持 在所述第二电极件与所述第二弹性固定套之间;
所述第一电极件及第二电极件分别部分地贯穿所述第二容纳区域的底 部并与所述电池组件的电极相抵接。
根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第一电极件包括柱 形的第一电极本体, 所述第一电极本体的一端与所述电池组件相抵持 , 所述第一电极本体与所述电池组件相抵持的端面周缘处向外延伸形 成有第一凸缘, 所述第一弹性固定套套设在所述第一电极本体上并与 所述第一凸缘相抵持;
所述第二电极件包括柱形的第二电极本体, 所述第二电极本体的一端 与所述电池组件相抵持, 所述第二电极本体与所述电池组件相抵持的 端面周缘处向外延伸形成有第二凸缘, 所述第二弹性固定套套设在所 述第二电极本体上并与所述第二凸缘相抵持。
根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电池组件在与所述 第一电极件及所述第二电极件处分别相对应的位置设置有第三电极件 及第四电极件, 所述第三电极件外套设有第三弹性固定套, 所述第四 电极件外套设有第四弹性固定套, 所述第三电极与所述第一电极件电 连接, 所述第四电极件与所述第二电极件电连接。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述导油棉还设有第一 凹陷部和第二凹陷部, 所述第一凹陷部和第二凹陷部分别对应设置在 所述放置面相邻的两侧壁上, 且所述第一凹陷部和第二凹陷部分别与 所述第二容纳区域内壁围合用于分别对应卡持所述第一弹性固定套和 所述第二弹性固定套。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第二容纳区域内还 设有雾化座, 所述雾化座内部中空而构成雾化腔, 所述雾化腔与所述 进气通道和所述烟雾通道相连通。 [权利要求 15] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述放置面为沿所述雾 化组件的横向延伸的平面。
[权利要求 16] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化组件***所述 电池组件内的长度大于所述雾化组件长度的二分之一。
