Abstract

La souche KT021 identifiée comme faisant partie de l'espèce Propionibacterium freundenreichii a été isolée en tant que résultat du procédé de criblage des propionibacteria isolées à partir de dépôts de lait, cette souche se caractérisant par d'excellentes capacités pour la production de vitamine B12, d'acide folique et d'acide propionique. Cette souche a été stockée dans la collection polonaise de micro-organismes (Polska Kolekcja Mikroorganizmów) à Wroclaw sous le numéro B/00040.
