　しかしながら、出願人は、かかる使い捨ておむつは、着用者の股下域を跨いで前後に伸びるように構成されているため、かかる使い捨ておむつの着用時には、上述の弾性部材同士の間隔が狭くなる方向に力が加わり、十分に着用者の臀部をカバーすることができないという問題点を発見した。
　また、出願人は、かかる使い捨ておむつでは、製品長手方向又は製品幅方向に対して傾けた状態で、上述の弾性部材を配置する必要があり、製造方法が複雑化してしまうという問題点があった。
　そこで、本発明は、上述の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、着用者の臀部を十分にカバーしつつ、着用者の脚回り部に対して好適にフィットすることができる使い捨ておむつを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の特徴は、前胴回り域と、後胴回り域と、前記前胴回り域と前記後胴回り域との間に位置する股下域とを有し、一対の脚回り開口部が形成されると共に、前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴回り域及び前記後胴回り域に延びる吸収体を備え、前記前胴回り域から前記後胴回り域に向かう製品長手方向と、前記製品長手方向と直交する製品幅方向とを有する使い捨ておむつであって、前記脚回り開口部に沿って、前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴回り域から前記後胴回り域まで延びるように形成されているレッグ弾性部材と、前記レッグ弾性部材よりも前記製品幅方向の外側に配置されており、前記製品長手方向に延びる臀部側弾性部材とを備え、前記脚回り開口部の各々は、前記臀部側弾性部材が配置されている第１脚回り開口領域と、前記第１脚回り開口領域よりも前記前胴回り域側に配置されている第２脚回り開口領域とを有しており、前記臀部側弾性部材或いは前記臀部側弾性部材の延長線と前記脚回り開口部との交点は、前記第１脚回り開口領域と前記第２脚回り開口領域との境界点となるように構成されており、前記交点での前記製品幅方向における前記第１脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さは、前記交点よりも前記後胴回り域側の領域での前記製品幅方向における前記第１脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さよりも短くなるように構成されており、前記製品幅方向における前記第２脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さは、所定領域において最も短くなるように構成されており、前記交点での前記製品幅方向における前記第１脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さは、前記所定領域での前記製品幅方向における前記第２脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さ以上となるように構成されていることを要旨とする。

（本発明の第１の実施形態）
　図１乃至図５を参照して、本発明の第１の実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１０について説明する。
　なお、以下の図面の記載において、同一又は類似の部分には、同一又は類似の符号を付している。ただし、図面は模式的なものであり、各寸法の比率等は現実のものとは異なることに留意すべきである。
　したがって、具体的な寸法等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断すべきである。また、図面相互間においても互いの寸法の関係や比率が異なる部分が含まれ得る。
　図１は、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１０の展開平面図である。図２は、図１に示したＦ-Ｆ線に沿った使い捨ておむつ１０の断面図である。なお、図１に示す展開平面図は、使い捨ておむつ10を構成するトップシート50やサイドフラップ70等の皺が形成されない状態まで、レッグ弾性部材75及びレッグサイドギャザー80を伸長させた伸長状態の図である。
　図１に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１０は、前胴回り域２０と、股下域２５と、後胴回り域３０とを有する。また、使い捨ておむつ１０には、一対の脚回り開口部３５が形成されている。
　ここで、前胴回り域２０は、着用者の前胴回り部と接する部分であり、後胴回り域３０は、着用者の後胴回り部と接する部分であり、股下域２５は、前胴回り域２０と後胴回り域３０との間に位置する部分である。
　なお、本実施形態では、前胴回り域２０から後胴回り域３０に向かう方向を製品長手方向Ｌと呼び、製品長手方向Ｌと直交する方向を製品幅方向Ｗと呼ぶこととする。
　使い捨ておむつ１０は、股下域２５を跨ぎ前胴回り域２０及び後胴回り域３０に延びる吸収体４０を備える。図２に示すように、吸収体４０は、吸収体コア４０ａとコアラップ４０ｂとによって構成されている。
　吸収体コア４０ａは、従来の使い捨ておむつで用いられているものと同様であり、粉砕パルプや高吸収ポリマー等、公知の部材や材料を用いて、吸収体コア４０ａを適宜構成することができる。吸収体コア４０ａは、シート状のコアラップ４０ｂによって包まれている。
　コアラップ４０ｂは、吸収体コア４０ａを被覆するシートである。コアラップ４０ｂの少なくとも肌当接面側の一部は、液透過性を有する各種の繊維不織布若しくはティッシュシートによって構成されている。
　例えば、コアラップ４０ｂを構成する部材としては、質量約１０～３０ｇ/ｍ２のエアスルー繊維不織布や、スパンボンド不織布や、ＳＭＳ（スパンボンド-メルトブロン-スパンボンド）不織布や、質量約１０～３０ｇ/ｍ２のティッシュシートを用いることができる。
　また、吸収体４０は、後胴回り域３０において、吸収体４０の他の部位よりも吸収体コア４０ａの目付けが低い又は吸収体コア４０ａが存在しない低剛性領域１１０を有していてもよい。また、低剛性領域１１０は、吸収体４０の製品長手方向Ｌにおける後胴回り域３０側の端部Ｅ１近傍まで延びるように形成されていてもよい。
　例えば、製品幅方向Ｗにおける低剛性領域１１０の幅は、製品長手方向Ｌにおける後胴回り域３０側の端部Ｅ１に向かうに連れて広くなっていてもよい。より具体的には、低剛性領域１１０の形状は、使い捨ておむつ１０の平面視において、くさび状であってもよい。
　また、図２に示すように、吸収体４０の表面側（肌当接面側）には、液透過性のトップシート５０が備えられており、吸収体４０の裏面側（非肌当接面側）には、液不透過性のバックシート６０ａが備えられている。　さらに、図２に示すように、バックシート６０ａの裏面側（非肌当接面側）に、外装シート６０（不織布シート）が備えられていてもよい。
　吸収体４０の製品幅方向Ｗにおける側縁部には、サイドフラップ７０がそれぞれ備えられている。サイドフラップ７０は、１枚又は２枚以上の複数枚重ねた不織布によって構成されている。
　また、使い捨ておむつ１０は、後胴回り域３０において、一対のファスニングテープ９０を備えており、前胴回り域２０の非肌当接面側の所定領域において、ターゲットテープ９０ａを備えている。
　ここで、ファスニングテープ９０が、ターゲットテープ９０ａに取り付けられることによって、使い捨ておむつ１０を着用者の身体に保持することができる。
　また、図１に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１０は、股下域２５内において吸収体４０が配置されている吸収体配置領域内に形成され伸縮可能なクロッチ伸縮部２００ａを備えていてもよい。
　具体的には、図２に示すように、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａは、吸収体４０（コアラップ４０ｂ）とバックシート６０ａとの間に備えられていてもよい。
　ここで、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａは、製品長手方向Ｌに伸縮可能であってもよいし、製品幅方向Ｗに伸縮可能であってもよいし、製品長手方向Ｌ及び製品幅方向Ｗの両方に伸縮可能であってもよい。
　さらに、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａは、製品長手方向Ｌにおける使い捨ておむつ１０の中心線Ｏを跨いで前胴回り域２０側及び後胴回り域３０側に延びるように構成されていてもよい。
　本実施形態では、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａは、伸縮性シート部材によって構成されていてもよい。
　例えば、かかる伸縮性シート部材としては、ウレタンやスチレンのような熱可塑性エラストマ樹脂を溶融しフィルム状とした伸縮性フィルムや、伸縮繊維からなる伸縮性不織布や、伸縮性フィルムや伸縮性不織布に部分的に切断され又は脆弱化された非伸張性シートを張り合わせた複合シート等を用いることができる。
　また、かかる伸縮性シート部材の代わりに、ポリウレタン弾性繊維や天然ゴムからなる糸状・帯状の伸縮可能な弾性部材を、互いに並列に並べることによってクロッチ伸縮部２００ａを構成してもよい。
　かかる場合、吸収体コア４０ａの剛性及び使い捨ておむつ１０を構成する他の部材の剛性を考慮して、用いる弾性部材の太さや配置するピッチを適宜選択できるが、使い捨ておむつ１０本体を自然状態（非伸張状態）とした際に吸収体コア４０ａの製品幅方向Ｗにおける側縁部全域が収縮した状態となるようにすることが好ましい。
　具体的には、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮率は、１.２倍以上１.８倍以下であることが好ましい。例えば、本実施形態では、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮率は、１.４倍に設定されていてもよい。
　伸縮率は、伸縮方向（本実施形態では、製品長手方向Ｌ）におけるクロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮の程度を意味し、以下のように規定される。
　伸縮率＝（最大伸張状態におけるクロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮方向における長さ）/（自然状態におけるクロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮方向における長さ）
　なお、本明細書において、かかる伸縮率は、例えば、次のように測定されるものとする。
　第１に、使い捨ておむつ１０がパッケージ等に封入されている場合には、パッケージから使い捨ておむつ１０を取り出し、その状態にて２０℃±２℃、相対湿度６０％±５％ＲＨの雰囲気下において６０分間放置する。
　第２に、シンワ測定株式会社製のスプリングメジャー（テープ：ガラス繊維入塩ビ被覆）を用いて、測定対象部位に沿わせるようにして、かかる状態（すなわち、自然状態）における所望領域の伸縮方向における長さ、及び、自然状態から弾性部材による皺が目視にて確認できない状態まで延伸した時の所望領域の伸縮方向における長さ（すなわち、最大伸張状態）を測定する。以下、本明細書における「長さ」の測定は、上述の測定方法によって行われるものとする。
　このように、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮率を、１.２倍以上１.８倍以下とすることによって、着用者の皮膚の伸縮に好適に追従することができる。
　例えば、着用者が、身体前側が縮むような前屈みの姿勢をとると、着用者の臀部側の皮膚が、身体を伸ばした状態に対して３０％程度伸びる。
　つまり、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮率を１.２倍以下とすると、自然状態におけるクロッチ伸縮部２００ａの収縮が十分でなく、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａが設けられていない場合と比較して、使い捨ておむつ１０の曲げ易さの差が小さく、所望の位置において前胴回り域２０が立ち上がらなくなってしまう。
　一方、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮率を１.８倍よりも大きくすると、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａの収縮方向における収縮寸法が大きくなり過ぎるため、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａが存在する領域が、身体に沿うよりも密着する状態となり易く、使い捨ておむつ１０が、着用者の下方にズレ易くなってしまう。
　また、図１に示すように、吸収体４０の表面側（トップシート５０側）には、脚回り開口部３５に沿って形成され、少なくとも製品長手方向Ｌに伸縮可能な一対のレッグ弾性部材（レッグギャザー）７５が備えられている。
　レッグ弾性部材７５は、製品長手方向Ｌにおいて、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａよりも長いと共に、製品幅方向Ｗにおいて、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａよりも外側に備えられている。
　例えば、図１に示すように、レッグ弾性部材７５は、所定本数のレッグ弾性部材（図１の例では、３本の弾性部材）７５によって構成されていてもよい。
　また、レッグ弾性部材７５は、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａ及びウェスト伸縮部１００と同様に、伸縮性シート部材で形成されていてもよい。
　具体的には、かかる伸縮性シート部材の幅（使い捨ておむつ１０の自然状態における製品幅方向Ｗにおける幅）は、少なくとも股下域２５において、５ｍｍ以上４５ｍｍ以下が好ましく、１２.５ｍｍ以上３５ｍｍ以下であることがより好ましい。
　ここで、かかる伸縮性シート部材の幅が５ｍｍ未満では、実質的に面で着用者の脚回りに沿うという効果が発現せず、かかる伸縮性シート部材の幅が４５ｍｍを超えると、脚回りに沿う領域が広くなり、かかる伸縮性シート部材が着用者の身体側に巻き込んだり、めくれたりし易くなってしまう。
　レッグ弾性部材７５の伸縮率は、１.５～２.４倍であることが好ましい。例えば、本実施形態では、レッグ弾性部材７５の伸縮率は、１.９倍に設定されていてもよい。かかるレッグ弾性部材７５の伸縮率は、上述のクロッチ伸縮部２００ａの伸縮率と同様に規定されるものとする。
　また、図１に示すように、一対のレッグ弾性部材７５の内側（製品幅方向Ｗにおける中央寄り）には、製品長手方向Ｌに沿って延びる一対のレッグサイドギャザー８０が備えられていてもよい。
　図１に示すように、レッグサイドギャザー８０は、接合部分８１と、かかる接合部分８１と反対側に位置し、弾性部材８３が配置された自由端部分８２とを有する。
　ここで、接合部分８１は、トップシート５０やバックシート６０ａや外装シート６０に接合されていてもよい。
　また、自由端部分８２の製品長手方向Ｌにおける端部は、トップシート５０に接合される。接合部分８１は、製品幅方向Ｗにおいて、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａとレッグ弾性部材７５との間に配置されている。
　レッグサイドギャザー８０は、着用時には、接合部分８１を基端部として立ち上がり、自由端部分８２が頂点部として着用者の肌と接触する。
　また、図１に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１０は、製品長手方向Ｌに延びる一対の臀部側弾性部材１０１を備えている。
　ここで、臀部側弾性部材１０１は、レッグ弾性部材７５よりも製品幅方向Ｗの外側に配置されている。
　なお、図１は、片側当たり１本の臀部側弾性部材１０１が設けられているケースについて示しているが、本発明は、かかる例に限定されることなく、複数の臀部側弾性部材１０１が設けられているケースについても適用可能である。
　ここで、設けられる臀部側弾性部材１０１の本数は、片側当たり１本～３本程度であることが好ましい。
　また、臀部側弾性部材１０１とレッグ弾性部材７５の製品幅方向Ｗの外側との間の距離Ｄ１は、１０ｍｍ以上３０ｍｍ以下であることが好ましい。
　かかる距離Ｄ１が、１０ｍｍ未満となる場合、臀部側弾性部材１０１によって股下域２５を製品幅方向Ｗの外側に広がるように引き上げる効果を発現し難い。
　一方、かかる距離Ｄ１が、３０ｍｍよりも長くなる場合、レッグ弾性部材７５と臀部側弾性部材１０１との間に発生する皺が、レッグ弾性部材７５及び臀部側弾性部材１０１の収縮力による着用者の身体に対する押し当て効果を不十分にし、レッグ弾性部材７５及び臀部側弾性部材１０１と着用者の身体との間に隙間が発生し易くなり、着用者の臀部を十分にカバーすることができなくなってしまう。
　また、臀部側弾性部材１０１の繊度は、７８０Ｄｔｅｘよりも小さく、２１０Ｄｔｅｘよりも大きくなるように構成されており、臀部側弾性部材１０１の伸縮率は、１.８～２.４倍程度となるように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、臀部側弾性部材１０１の周りのシートを過度に収縮させてしまい、使い捨ておむつ１０の肌当接面側に、使い捨ておむつ１０を巻き込んでしまうという事態を回避することができ、使い捨ておむつ１０を着用者の臀部に密着させることが可能となる。
　また、図１に示すように、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１０では、脚回り開口部３５の各々は、第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１と、第２脚回り開口領域Ｒ２とを有している。ここで、第２脚回り開口領域Ｒ２は、第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１よりも前胴回り域２０側に配置されている。
　また、臀部側弾性部材１０１は、第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１内に配置され、第２脚回り開口領域Ｒ２内には配置されないように構成されている。
　すなわち、図１に示すように、使い捨ておむつ10の伸長状態において、臀部側弾性部材１０１（或いは、臀部側弾性部材１０１の延長線）と脚回り開口部３５との交点Ｇは、第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１と第２脚回り開口領域Ｒ２との境界点となるように構成されている。
　また、使い捨ておむつ10の伸長状態において、製品幅方向Ｗにおける第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１の端部同士の長さＷ１は、交点Ｇにおいて最も短くなるように構成されている。
　なお、片側当たり複数本の臀部側弾性部材１０１が存在する場合には、最も製品幅方向Ｗの内側にある臀部側弾性部材１０１に対して、上述の交点Ｇ及び第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１の端部が規定されるものとする。
　すなわち、使い捨ておむつ10の伸長状態において、交点Ｇでの製品幅方向Ｗにおける第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１の端部同士の長さＷ１は、交点Ｇよりも後胴回り域３０側の領域での製品幅方向Ｗにおける第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１の端部同士の長さよりも短くなるように構成されている。
　一方、使い捨ておむつ10の伸長状態において、製品幅方向Ｗにおける第２脚回り開口領域Ｒ２の端部同士の長さＷ２は、所定領域Ｒにおいて最も短くなるように構成されている。
　ここで、使い捨ておむつ10の伸長状態において、交点Ｇでの製品幅方向Ｗにおける第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１の端部同士の長さＷ１は、所定領域Ｒでの製品幅方向Ｗにおける第２脚回り開口領域Ｒ２の端部同士の長さＷ２以上となるように構成されている。
　換言すると、製品幅方向Ｗにおける第１脚回り開口領域Ｒ１は、図３に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１０の平面視において、製品幅方向Ｗの内側に向けて凸形状になるように構成されている第１曲線Ａに対して製品幅方向Ｗの外側に向けて凸形状になるように構成されている第２曲線Ｂによって形成されている。
　例えば、図４に示すように、第１曲線Ａは、製品幅方向Ｗの内側Wiに向けて円弧状の凸形状になるように構成されており、第２曲線Ｂは、製品幅方向Ｗの外側Ｗｏに向けて円弧状の凸形状になるように構成されていてもよい。
　また、図４に示すように、使い捨ておむつ10の伸長状態において、交点Ｇにおける第２曲線Ｂの接線と臀部側弾性部材１０１（或いは、臀部側弾性部材１０１の延長線）とのなす角度θは、２５°～３５°となるように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、臀部側弾性部材１０１が、収縮した際に、脚回り開口部３５の端部のラインが、なだらかな形状になり、着用者の臀部の形状に対して違和感無く沿うことができ、着用者の臀部をカバーできる外観とすることができる。
　また、かかる構成によれば、着用者の臀部をカバーしている不織布等のシートそのものも、着用者の身体に密着することができるようになるので、着用者の動きが加わっても、使い捨ておむつ１０が着用者の臀部をカバーした状態を維持することができる。
　さらに、図１に示すように、臀部側弾性部材１０１は、レッグ弾性部材７５の後胴回り域３０側の端部Ｅ１と、ファスニングテープ９０の基端部の製品幅方向Ｗの内側で且つ股下域２５側の端部Ｅ２とを結ぶ線Ｘに重なるように配置されていてもよい。
　図５（ａ）に示すように、レッグ弾性部材７５のうち、吸収体コア４０ａ（吸収体４０）寄りに配置されている２本以上のレッグ弾性部材７５は、３層以上の非伸縮性シート（例えば、サイドフラップ７０、バックシート６０ａ及び外装シート６０）によって保持されていてもよい。
　一方、図５（ｂ）に示すように、臀部側弾性部材１０１は、２層の非伸縮性シート（例えば、サイドフラップ７０及び外装シート６０）によって保持されていてもよい。
　ここで、図１に示すように、クロッチ伸縮部２００ａが配置されている領域及び臀部側弾性部材１０１が配置されている領域は、製品長手方向Ｌにおいて少なくとも一部で重なるように配置されていてもよい。
　本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１０によれば、レッグ弾性部材７５の製品幅方向Ｗの外側Ｗｏに臀部側弾性部材１０１を配置し、臀部側弾性部材１０１を脚回り開口部３５の端部の形状（ライン）に沿うように収縮させることで、股下域２５及び前胴回り域２０における脚回り開口部３５の端部を、後胴回り域３０側に且つより使い捨ておむつ１０の製品幅方向Ｗの外側Ｗｏに向けて引き寄せることができる。
　この結果、着用者の臀部を幅方向に広くカバーしつつ、使い捨ておむつ１０の股下域２５における幅入りを防止しつつ、着用者の腹側の脚回り鼠径部に対して使い捨ておむつ１０を好適にフィットさせることができる。
　以上、上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。
　また、本変更例に係る使い捨ておむつでは、伸縮性の不織布シートで形成されたレッグギャザーに代えて、紐状の弾性部材で形成されたレッグギャザーが設けられていてもよい。
　本発明は、請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。従って、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。

　着用者の臀部を十分にカバーしつつ、着用者の脚回り部に対して好適にフィットすることができる使い捨ておむつを提供することができる。

  1. 　前胴回り域と、後胴回り域と、前記前胴回り域と前記後胴回り域との間に位置する股下域とを有し、
    　一対の脚回り開口部が形成されると共に、
    　前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴回り域及び前記後胴回り域に延びる吸収体を備え、
    　前記前胴回り域から前記後胴回り域に向かう製品長手方向と、前記製品長手方向と直交する製品幅方向とを有する使い捨ておむつであって、
    　前記脚回り開口部に沿って、前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴回り域から前記後胴回り域まで延びるように形成されているレッグ弾性部材と、
    　前記レッグ弾性部材よりも前記製品幅方向の外側に配置されており、前記製品長手方向に延びる臀部側弾性部材とを備え、
    　前記脚回り開口部の各々は、前記臀部側弾性部材が配置されている第１脚回り開口領域と、前記第１脚回り開口領域よりも前記前胴回り域側に配置されている第２脚回り開口領域とを有しており、

    　前記交点での前記製品幅方向における前記第１脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さは、前記交点よりも前記後胴回り域側の領域での前記製品幅方向における前記第１脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さよりも短くなるように構成されており、
    　前記製品幅方向における前記第２脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さは、所定領域において最も短くなるように構成されており、
    　前記交点での前記製品幅方向における前記第１脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さは、前記所定領域での前記製品幅方向における前記第２脚回り開口領域の端部同士の長さ以上となるように構成されていることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。
  2. 　前記第１脚回り開口領域は、前記使い捨ておむつの平面視において、前記製品幅方向の内側に向けて凸形状になるように構成されている第１曲線に対して前記製品幅方向の外側に向けて凸形状になるように構成されている第２曲線によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  3. 　前記第２曲線は、前記製品幅方向の外側に向けて円弧状の凸形状になるように構成されており、
    　前記交点における前記第２曲線の接線と前記臀部側弾性部材或いは前記臀部側弾性部材の延長線とのなす角度は、２５°～３５°となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  4. 　前記第１曲線は、前記製品幅方向の内側に向けて円弧状の凸形状になるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項２又は３に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  5. 　前記後胴回り域において、ファスニングテープを備え、
    　前記臀部側弾性部材は、前記レッグ弾性部材の前記後胴回り域側の端部と、前記ファスニングテープの基端部の前記製品幅方向の内側で且つ前記股下域側の端部とを結ぶ線に重なるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  6. 　前記吸収体は、吸収体コアを有しており、
    　前記レッグ弾性部材のうち、前記吸収体コア寄りに配置されている２本以上のレッグ弾性部材は、３層以上の非伸縮性シートによって保持されており、
    　前記臀部側弾性部材は、２層の非伸縮性シートによって保持されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至５のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  7. 　前記股下域内において前記吸収体が配置されている吸収体配置領域内に形成され伸縮可能なクロッチ伸縮部を備えることを特徴とする請求項１乃至６のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  8. 　前記クロッチ伸縮部が配置されている領域及び前記臀部側弾性部材が配置されている領域は、前記製品長手方向において少なくとも一部で重なるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項７に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
