- 前記砂受け機構は、回動可能に設けられた第1板状部材と、
前記第1板状部材の先端側から突出する方向及びその反対方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記第1板状部材が所定の回動位置にあるときに前記第1板状部材に対して、前記突出する方向に飛び出された位置で前記孔あけにより発生する砂を受けるための砂受け用の第2板状部材とを有し、
前記孔あけ前及び前記孔あけ後には、前記第1板状部材は、前記第2板状部材が垂直方向を向くような状態とされるとともに、前記第2板状部材は、前記第1板状部材に対して引き込んだ状態とされる請求項13記載の抜枠鋳型造型方法。 - 前記孔あけ時には、前記第1板状部材は、先端側が基端側より上側に位置するように、水平方向に対して傾斜した状態とされ、前記第2板状部材は、前記第1板状部材に対して、突出する方向に飛び出された状態とされる請求項14記載の抜枠鋳型造型方法。
- 前記砂受け機構は、前記第1板状部材を回動させる第1シリンダと、
前記第2板状部材を前記第1板状部材に対して飛び出す動作及び引き込む動作をするよう駆動する第2シリンダとを有している請求項15記載の抜枠鋳型造型方法。 - 鋳型を造型する鋳型造型装置、若しくは鋳型を造型する鋳型造型装置を有する鋳型造型ラインに設けられる砂受け装置であって、
回動可能に設けられた第1板状部材と、
前記第1板状部材の先端側から突出する方向及びその反対方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記第1板状部材が所定の回動位置にあるときに前記第1板状部材に対して、前記突出する方向に飛び出された位置で孔あけにより発生する砂を受けるための砂受け用の第2板状部材と、
前記第1板状部材を回動させる第1シリンダと、
前記第2板状部材を前記第1板状部材に対して飛び出す動作及び引き込む動作をするよう駆動する第2シリンダと、
を有し、
前記孔あけ前及び前記孔あけ後には、前記第1板状部材は、前記第2板状部材が垂直方向を向くような状態とされるとともに、前記第2板状部材は、前記第1板状部材に対して引き込んだ状態とされる、
砂受け装置。 - 前記孔あけ時には、前記第1板状部材は、先端側が基端側より上側に位置するように、水平方向に対して傾斜した状態とされ、前記第2板状部材は、前記第1板状部材に対して、突出する方向に飛び出された状態とされる請求項17記載の砂受け装置。
