Abstract

L'invention concerne un convoyeur modulaire (1) pour l'acheminement de cartes à puce (9A,9B,9C,9D). Le convoyeur comprend au moins une première poulie (30) entraînant un premier moyen d'acheminement (3) et une seconde poulie (50) entraînant un second moyen d'acheminement (5). Les deux moyens d'acheminement sont parallèles. Chaque moyen d'acheminement comprend des taquets (7). Les taquets (7) du premier moyen d'acheminement (3) sont agencés à une distance déterminée des taquets (7) du second moyen d'acheminement (5) pour maintenir les cartes à puce (9A,9B,9C,9D) entre les taquets du premier moyen d'acheminement (3) et les taquets du second moyen d'acheminement (5). La position relative entre la première poulie (30) et la seconde poulie (50) peut être réglée pour modifier la distance (D) entre les taquets du premier moyen d'acheminement (3) et les taquets du second moyen d'acheminement (5). Le convoyeur modulaire peut être réglé pour s'adapter à des cartes à puce de différents formats dans une chaîne de production automatique, ceci économisant le temps requis pour un changement de convoyeur et réduisant les coûts de production.
