Abstract
Description
1-1.静電容量式タッチセンサの全体構成
図1は本実施形態に係る静電容量式タッチセンサ100の原理を示す平面図である。
図2は本実施形態に係る静電容量式タッチセンサ100を含む表示装置200の構成を示す断面図である。
本発明において樹脂シート11の厚さは10~300μmであることが好ましい。光弾性係数の小さい樹脂シート11を用いることで、この樹脂シート11における複屈折を小さくでき、樹脂シート11のリタデーションの差を抑制することができる。樹脂シート11としては、その光弾性係数が、好ましくは30×10-8cm2/N以下、より好ましくは20×10-8cm2/N以下、更に好ましくは10×10-8cm2/N以下であるものを用いることが望ましい。
図3及び図4は透明導電部12の存在領域と非存在領域とのリタデーションの差による透明導電部12の露見について説明するための説明図である。
(1)静電容量式タッチセンサが2以上の樹脂シート11を有する場合にはそれぞれの樹脂シート11(図2では樹脂シート11aと樹脂シート11b)を含んだ状態で測定する。
(2)リタデーション値の最大値および最小値は、樹脂シート11の全エリアを対象として測定する必要はなく、少なくとも隣り合う3つの透明導電部をまたぐ区間内における最大値と最小値を測定することで足りるものとする。
(3)樹脂シートに透明導電部が形成された状態で測定する。
本発明は、以上のように樹脂シート11と、該樹脂シート11上に並列に形成された複数の透明導電部12とを含む静電容量式タッチセンサであって、透明導電部12を備えた樹脂シート11のリタデーション値の最大値と最小値との差が3nm以下であるということを満たすことによって、透明導電部12の露見を抑制することができ、さらに以下のように透明導電部12の形状に工夫を加えることにより、リタデーションの差を一層抑制できる。
図6は図2のセンサシート50の他の構成を示す断面図である。
図7は、樹脂シート11の厚さと透明導電部12の厚さとの関係を示す説明図である。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。上述の第1実施形態と同じ構成のものには同符号を付し、その説明については省略する。

Claims (14)
- 樹脂シートと、該樹脂シート上に並列に形成された複数の透明導電部とを含む静電容量式タッチセンサであって、前記透明導電部を備えた前記樹脂シートのリタデーション値の最大値と最小値との差が3nm以下であることを特徴とする静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記透明導電部は、蒸着法、スパッタリング法、イオンプレーティング法、又は鍍金法により形成され、(前記透明導電部の厚さ/前記樹脂シートの厚さ)の値が0.000016以上、0.02以下である請求項1に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記透明導電部は塗布乾燥膜からなり、(前記透明導電部の厚さ/前記樹脂シートの厚さ)の値が5未満である請求項1に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記樹脂シートの少なくとも一方面に前記透明導電部がストライプ状に形成されており、該一方面において(前記透明導電部の非存在領域の幅/前記透明導電部の存在領域の幅)の値が3以上、10以下である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記樹脂シートと前記透明導電部との間に応力緩和層が形成されている請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記透明導電部の一部に溝が形成されている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記溝が前記透明導電部の厚さ方向に貫通している請求項6に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記透明導電部が145℃以下の温度でアニールされたものである請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記樹脂シートのガラス転移温度が100℃以上である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記樹脂シートの光弾性係数が30×10-8cm2/N以下である請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記樹脂シート上であって前記透明導電部の非存在領域には、前記透明導電部の材料とは異なる材料からなる応力緩和部が形成されている請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記透明導電部とは異なる材料は、前記樹脂シートと同じ材料である請求項11に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 偏光板と位相差板とをさらに備えた請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサ。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチセンサを表示パネルに装着した表示装置。
