Abstract

본 발명은 근적외선 분광반사율 조절특성을 갖는 위장직물에 관한 것으로 기존의 위장직물 제조 방법인 합성직물에 카본 및 근적외선 흡수안료를 도포하였을 때 발생되는 열등한 내구성의 문제를 현저하게 개선한 반영구적 내구성을 갖도록 하며, 근적외선 파장의 영역대가 720nm~1500nm인 근적외선 스펙트럼에서 근적외선 분광반사율이 각 지형별 자연배경의 근적외선 분광반사율과의 차이가 동일하거나 유사하도록 하여 소정의 위장효과를 달성할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 황화구리 나노미립자 또는 황화구리를 포함하는 황화금속 나노미립자는 항균성과 전도성을 가지므로 별도의 후처리 공정을 거치지 않더라도 항균성, 대전방지성의 기능도 자연적으로 발휘되는 이화학적 특성이 우수한 군사용 위장직물을 제공하여 의류, 장비, 텐트 및 군장구류 등에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적을 둔 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 근적외선 분광반사율 조절특성을 갖는 위장직물은 기본적으로 근적외선 분광반사율 조절 특성을 갖는 황화구리 나노미립자 또는 황화구리를 포함하는 황화금속 나노미립자가 중합체 기질에 배위결합된 도전성 합성중합체 물질을 이용하여 720nm~1500nm의 근적외선 스펙트럼에서 주변 환경물체의 근적외선 분광반사율의 차이가 동일하거나 유사하게 설계 직조되어진 것에 그 특징이 있는 것이다.
