Abstract
可動子の自重により生じるオフセットズレを補正するにあたり、装置の大型化を伴うことなく省電力化を実現した新たなリニアアクチュエータ駆動装置を提供すべく、リニアアクチュエータ駆動装置は、駆動指令に応じた通電を行うことにより可動子を往復移動させる電磁駆動部と、通電がなされていない状態において可動子が自重により所定の移動可能範囲の中心からズレて可動範囲が移動可能範囲よりも狭くなる場合に、可動子の往復動中心と移動可能範囲の中心との偏差を無くする方向へ可動子の往復動中心を移動させるオフセット通電をなすように駆動指令を補正するオフセット補正部とを有し、オフセット補正部は、駆動指令に応じて往復移動するために必要な可動子の振幅値に対応する振幅情報を取得し、取得した振幅情報に対応する振幅値に対して可動振幅が可動域不足状態となる場合に駆動指令の補正を実施する一方、可動域不足状態でない場合に駆動指令の補正を解除する。
