Abstract
Description
上記した従来の雌留め具のカム部は、傾斜状に起立して設けられていた(特許文献1の4頁左欄の7行~8行及び図1参照)。
すなわち、従来の雌留め具を、例えば金型を使用して射出成形する場合には、金型の構造が複雑化するため、金型の作図工数及び設計工数の増加を引き起こしていた。また、従来の雌留め具では、金型の構造が複雑であったため、金型や成形上の不具合に設計者が気付き難く、同様の不具合が発生する可能性が高いという欠点もあった。
そこで、本発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、少なくとも突壁の構造を簡便化することができるようにしたものである。
(1)取付部材(例えばグロメット)
(2)脚部材(例えばピン)
上記取付部材(例えばグロメット)には、次の構成が設けられている。
鍔状部は、厚さ方向に貫通孔を有するものである。
(4)弾性脚片
弾性脚片は、鍔状部の他方の側に筒状に列設されて、該鍔状部の貫通孔に連通する筒状部を形成するとともに、対向している内側の面に凸部が設けられているものである。
(5)フランジ
(6)太径部と細径部
太径部と細径部とは、フランジから一体に突設されており、少なくとも先端側に向けて連続して設けられている。
第3に、取付部材(例えばグロメット)への脚部材(例えばピン)の挿入によって弾性脚片の凸部がカム部に乗り上げ、弾性脚片が拡開される部材締結構造である。
(7)突部
突部は、少なくとも一つの傾斜面を有するものである。
突壁は、弾性脚片が拡開されている状態で、脚部材(例えばピン)が回転された場合に、突部の傾斜面に当接し、脚部材(例えばピン)を取付部材(例えばグロメット)から離脱する方向に案内するものである。
本発明に係る部材締結構造は、次の点を特徴として備えていてもよい。
第2に、突壁は、貫通孔を中心とした円周方向の前後に対して対称形状に形成されている。
この場合、突壁を取付部材に設けることで、取付部材の構造、並びに製造を簡便にすることができる。これに加え、取付部材に設けられた突壁を、貫通孔を中心とした円周方向の前後に対して対称形状に形成することで、取付部材の構造、並びに製造を一層、簡便にすることができる。
本発明に係る部材締結構造は、次の点を特徴として備えていてもよい。
第2に、突壁は、取付部材(例えばグロメット)の鍔状部に形成されている。
この場合、突部を脚部材のフランジの下側に形成することで、突壁を取付部材の鍔状部に形成することができる。
本発明に係る部材締結構造は、次の点を特徴として備えていてもよい。
第2に、突壁(例えば第2凸部)は、取付部材(例えばグロメット)の弾性脚片(例えば第2弾性脚片)に形成されている。
この場合、突部を脚部材の太径部と細径部との間に形成することで、突壁を取付部材の弾性脚片に形成することができる。
また、本発明に係る第1クリップには、第1に、次の構成を備える。
(1)グロメット
(2)ピン
上記グロメットには、次の構成を有する。
(4)脚部
脚部は、鍔状部から垂設したものである。
(5)貫通孔
貫通孔は、鍔状部から脚部に貫通するものである。
(6)軸部

フランジは、軸部より張り出し、貫通孔より大径のものである。
第3に、凹部の円周方向には、当該凹部と凸部(例えば第2凸部)とがはまり合った状態で、フランジが回転された場合に、凹部から抜け出た凸部(例えば第2凸部)が、弾性的に当接するとともに、貫通孔中での軸部の軸方向の移動を許容するロック解除部を設けている。
さらに、本発明に係る第2クリップには、第1に、次の構成を備える。
(1)グロメット

上記グロメットには、次の構成を有する。

第3に、凹部の円周方向には、当該凹部と凸部(例えば第2凸部)とがはまり合った状態で、フランジが回転された場合に、凹部から抜け出た凸部(例えば第2凸部)が、弾性的に当接するとともに、貫通孔中での軸部の軸方向の移動を許容するロック解除部を設けている。
第5に、鍔状部には、脚部を拡径可能した状態で、弾性体と弾性的に当接する壁部を設けている。
第6に、脚部を拡径可能した状態で、フランジが回転された場合に、弾性体に蓄積された弾性復元力により、軸部が貫通孔から抜け出る方向に付勢されるようにしている。
取付部材と脚部材との間に、少なくとも一つの傾斜面を有する突部と、当該突部の傾斜面に当接する突壁とを設けることで、少なくとも突壁の構造を簡便化することができる。
本発明に係る部材締結用の第1クリップは、本発明に係る部材締結構造に好適なクリップを提供することができる。これに加え、ピンがグロメットに対してロックされた状態で、フランジが回転された場合に、ロック解除部の傾斜面に弾性的に当接する凸部の弾性復元力を利用して、ピンの軸部をグロメットの貫通孔から抜け出る方向に付勢することができる。
本発明に係る部材締結用の第2クリップも、本発明に係る部材締結構造に好適なクリップを提供することができる。これに加え、ピンがグロメットに対してロックされた状態で、フランジが回転された場合に、当該フランジの弾性体に蓄積された弾性復元力により、ピンの軸部をグロメットの貫通孔から抜け出る方向に付勢することができる。
(部材締結構造10)
図1中、10は、部材締結構造を示し、部材締結構造10は、図示しないが、例えば自動車のボディーであるベース20に、部品の一例であるバンパー(図示せず)を、バンパーリテーナー(図示せず)の一部を構成するクリップ30を介して締結するものである。
ベース20には、図1に示すように、クリップ30を取り付けるための取付穴21を設けている。取付穴21は、ベース20の表裏面に貫通するとともに、非円形、例えば方形に形成している。
一方、ベース20として、自動車のボディーを例示したが、これに限定されず、自動車用に限らず、他の乗り物や建物、家具、事務機器等でも良い。
また、部品として、バンパーを例示したが、これに限定されない。また、バンパーリテーナー(図示せず)及びクリップ30も、部品の一部と考えているが、この点については、「部品の態様」として後述する。
(クリップ30)
クリップ30は、図1及び図2に示すように、大別すると、次の構成を備える。
なお、次の(1)~(3)については、後述する。
(2)ピン50(脚部材)
(3)パッキング60
なお、クリップ30の構成は、上記した(1)~(3)に限定されない。
(グロメット40)
グロメット40は、図1~4に示すように、バンパーリテーナー(図示せず)の一部を構成し、ベース20の取付穴21に取り付けられ、後述するピン50を挿入することで、ベース20に対して締結されるものであり、取付部材を構成する。バンパーリテーナーは、グロメット40を介してベース20に対して締結される。グロメット40は、適度な弾性と剛性とを有する合成樹脂により一体的に成形されている。
具体的には、グロメット40に、図7~14に示すように、次の各部を有する。
なお、次の(1)及び(2)については、後述する。
(2)脚部80
なお、グロメット40の各部は、上記した(1)及び(2)に限定されない。
(ピン50)
ピン50は、図1~4に示すように、グロメット40に挿入されることで、グロメット40をベース20に対して締結するものであり、脚部材を構成する。ピン50は、適度な弾性と剛性とを有する合成樹脂により一体的に成形されている。
具体的には、ピン50に、図15~21に示すように、次の各部を有する。
なお、次の(1)及び(2)については、後述する。
(1)軸部90
(2)フランジ100
なお、グロメット40の各部は、上記した(1)及び(2)に限定されない。
(パッキング60)
パッキング60は、図1に示すように、ベース20とグロメット40との間に位置し、ベース20の取付穴21からの水の浸入を防止するためのものである。パッキング60は、弾性に富む材質により形成され、例えば方形の板状に形成されている。パッキング60の中央には、表裏面に貫通し、後述するグロメット40の脚部80の外形に適合した方形の中心孔61を形成している。
(鍔状部70)
鍔状部70は、図1~4に示すように、バンパーリテーナー(図示せず)の一部を構成するととともに、ベース20に当接するものである。
なお、鍔状部70を、バンパーリテーナーの一部として構成したが、これに限定されず、バンパーリテーナーと別体に構成しても良い。また、鍔状部70を、ベース20に直接的に当接させたが、これに限定されず、バンパーリテーナーと別体に構成した場合には、バンパーリテーナーを介してベース20に間接的に当接させるようにしても良い。
なお、次の(1)~(3)については、後述する。

なお、鍔状部70の各部は、上記した(1)~(3)に限定されない。
(貫通孔71)
貫通孔71は、図1~4に示すように、ピン50の軸部90が挿通するものである。
(壁部72)
壁部72は、図1~4に示すように、ピン50の挿入方向に向かって延びるものである。
具体的には、壁部72は、貫通孔71を中心とし、一回り大きな環状なリブ状に形成され、鍔状部70の上面から突出している。壁部72は、傾斜面74を貫通孔71の中心に向けた断面が台形形に形成されている。傾斜面74は、壁部72の内壁、より具体的には内側側面に位置し、貫通孔71の方向に向かって下り傾斜している。また、壁部72の上面である頂面75は、壁部72の上面と平行に形成され、傾斜面74との間の角部には接続部76が形成されている。
(突壁73)
突壁73は、図2及び図22に示すように、貫通孔71と壁部72と間に位置し、後述するピン50を回転させた際に、そのフランジ100の下側に形成された突部103に当接し、ピン50の軸部90が貫通孔71から抜ける方向に案内するものである。
(脚部80)
脚部80は、図3、図4及び図8に示すように、貫通孔71の周囲から垂下するとともに、ピン50の挿入によって、ベース20に設けられた取付穴21の孔淵に係合する複数、例えば計4個の第1、第2弾性脚片110,120を有するものである。脚部80は、図8及び図12に示すように、計4個の第1、第2弾性脚片110,120を角筒形に配置して形成し、当該筒内部は貫通孔71に連通している。
また、計4個の第1、第2弾性脚片110,120から構成される脚部80の外形は、ベース20の取付穴21の内形にほぼ一致させている。
計4個の第1、第2弾性脚片110,120のうち、2個の第1弾性脚片110は、図8、図12及び図13に示すように、離れて相対向し、相対向した内側面には、上下に延びたリブ状の第1凸部111を設けている。
第2弾性脚片120は、図3に示すように、ベース20の取付穴21に挿入された状態で、貫通孔71を介して後述するピン50の軸部90が挿入されることにより、その爪状の第2凸部121が、軸部90の後述する凹部94にはまり込むことで、ピン50の軸部90の挿入方向の移動を阻止する。
(軸部90)
軸部90は、図15~18に示すように、後述するフランジ100から垂下するものである。
軸部90には、図15~18に示すように、次の各部を有する。
軸部90の各部は、次の(1)~(6)に限定されない。
(1)太径部91
太径部91は、図15~18に示すように、軸部90の長さの途中に位置し、比較的、太径に設定されている。
(2)細径部92
細径部92は、図15~18に示すように、軸部90の先端部に位置し、太径部91と比較して細径に設定されている。
(3)カム部93
カム部93は、図15~18に示すように、太径部91と細径部92との間に位置し、細径部92から太径部91に向かって徐々に太くなっている。
凹部94は、図15~18に示すように、太径部91に形成され、凹状に凹んでいる。
凹部94には、図3に示すように、第2弾性脚片120の爪状の第2凸部121がはまり込むことで、グロメット40に対し、ピン50の軸部90の軸方向の移動を阻止する。
(5)抜止部95
抜止部95は、図15~18に示すように、細径部92に隣接し、軸部90の先端部に位置し、細径部92より太く、先細状に傘形或いは円錐形に張り出している。
同時に、抜止部95は、第2弾性脚片120の爪状の第2凸部121に当接し、第2弾性脚片120を押し開くようにして、第2凸部121の間隔内を通過する。第2凸部121の間隔内を抜止部95が通過すると、第2弾性脚片120は樹脂の復元力により復元することで、軸部90の抜けを阻止する。
ガイドリブ96は、図15~18に示すように、軸部90の中心から放射状に計4個延び、軸部90の軸方向に沿って形成されている。
ガイドリブ96は、貫通孔71を介して脚部80の中空内部にピン50の軸部90が挿入された際に、隣接する第1弾性脚片110と第2弾性脚片120との間の隙間内にはまり込み、脚部80の中空内部内でのピン50の軸部90が不用意に回転しないようにしている。
(フランジ100)
フランジ100は、軸部90の上端部から円盤状に張り出し、その外径を貫通孔71の内径より大きく設定している。
フランジ100の各部は、次の(1)~(3)に限定されない。
(1)弾性体101
弾性体101は、図17及び図18に示すように、フランジ100の外周からストレート形状に延びる薄肉状のものである。
弾性体101は、グロメット40の鍔状部70の上面から突出する突壁73に当接するものである。すなわち、ピン50の軸部90をグロメット40の貫通孔71に挿入すると、弾性体101の下面が鍔状部70の上面から突出する壁部72の上面である頂面75に当接する。軸部90を更に深く挿入すると、弾性体101の下面が、頂面75と、壁部72の内側側面に位置する傾斜面74との間の角状の接続部76に押されて、図3及び図4に示すように、逆反りした状態となる。この弾性体101が逆反りした状態の位置において、図3に示すように、グロメット40の第2弾性脚片120の爪状の第2凸部121が、ピン50の軸部90の凹部94にはまり込むことで、グロメット40に対し、ピン50の軸部90の軸方向の移動を阻止される。このため、弾性体101が逆反りした状態で、角状の接続部76に圧接した状態を維持する。
治具係合部102は、図示しないが、例えば「+」(プラス)のドライバー等の治具と係合するものであり、例えば+(プラス)溝を設けている。
なお、治具として、ドライバーを例示したが、これに限定されず、又、治具係合部102も+溝に限定されない。
突部103は、図15、図17及び図20に示すように、フランジ100の下側に位置し、軸部90の外周からその半径方向外向きに突出し、少なくとも一つの傾斜面104を有するものである。
具体的には、突部103は、三角柱形に形成され、傾斜面104を軸部90の外周方向に向けている。突部103は、軸部90の直径方向に一対形成している。
(クリップ30の取付方法)
つぎに、上記した構成を有するグロメット40とピン50とからなるクリップ30の取付方法について説明する。
なお、グロメット40を、ベース20に取り付ける際に、ピン50とパッキング60とを取り付けても良い。
まず、グロメット40の脚部80を、パッキング60の中心孔61に合わせて挿入し、パッキング60を鍔状部70の下面の下側に位置させる。
ピン50の軸部90を挿入すると、貫通孔71を介して脚部80の中空内部にピン50の軸部90が挿入される。その後、軸部90の先端部の抜止部95が、第1弾性脚片110の第1凸部111と、第2弾性脚片120の第2凸部121とに当接し、第1弾性脚片110と第2凸部121とを押し開くようにして、第1凸部111の間隔内と、第2凸部121の間隔内を通過し、第1凸部111と第2凸部121とが、軸部90の細径部92に位置する。このため、軸部90は、脚部80の中空内部から抜けなくなり、ピン50がグロメット40に対して仮留めされる。
グロメット40の脚部80を挿入すると、その鍔状部70の下面が、パッキング60を介してベース20の表面に当接する。
その後、ピン50のフランジ100を、図3及び図4に示すように、グロメット40に対して押し込む。
一方、ピン50の弾性体101は、図3及び図4に示すように、グロメット40の鍔状部70の上面から突出する突壁73に当接する。すなわち、ピン50の軸部90をグロメット40の貫通孔71に挿入すると、弾性体101の下面が鍔状部70の上面から突出する壁部72の上面である頂面75に当接する。軸部90を更に深く挿入すると、弾性体101の下面が、頂面75と、壁部72の内側側面に位置する傾斜面74との間の角状の接続部76に押されて、逆反りした状態となる。この弾性体101が逆反りした状態の位置において、図3に示すように、グロメット40の第2弾性脚片120の爪状の第2凸部121が、ピン50の軸部90の凹部94にはまり込むことで、グロメット40に対し、ピン50の軸部90の軸方向の移動を阻止される。このため、弾性体101が逆反りした状態で、角状の接続部76に圧接した状態を維持する。
(クリップ30の取外方法)
一方、取り付けたクリップ30の取外方法について、説明する。
ピン50のフランジ100を回転させると、フランジ100の下面から突出する突部103が鍔状部70の上面から突出する突壁73に当接する。
ピン50のフランジ100が上昇すると、その軸部90が脚部80の中空内部を抜ける方向、すなわち上方に移動することで、軸部90の凹部94にはまり込んでいたグロメット40の第2弾性脚片120の爪状の第2凸部121が係脱する。このため、グロメット40の第1弾性脚片110が、軸部90の太径部91から細径部92に移動することで、グロメット40の脚部80の外径が縮径する。
なお、このとき、ピン50は、グロメット40に対して仮留めされた状態を維持する。
(第2の実施の形態)
つぎに、図23を用いて、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。
本実施の形態の特徴は、グロメット40の鍔状部70の上面から突出する突壁200を、図23に示すように、平面において長円に形成した点である。
なお、本実施の形態の説明においては、先に図1~22を用いて説明した第1の実施の形態と同一の構成部分については、同一の符号を用いて説明を省略する。
(第3の実施の形態)
つぎに、図24を用いて、本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。
矩形の突壁210は、鍔状部70の円周方向の前後に対して対称形状となる。
なお、先に図1~22を用いて説明した第1の実施の形態では、突壁73を、平面において「やじり」或いは「矢印」形に形成し、図23を用いて説明した第2の実施の形態では、突壁200を平面において長円に形成し、本実施の形態では、突壁210を平面において矩形に形成したが、突壁73,200,210は、鍔状部70の円周方向の前後に対して対称形状であれば良く、これらの形状に限定されない。
(第4の実施の形態)
つぎに、図25及び図26を用いて、本発明の第4の実施の形態について説明する。
本実施の形態の特徴は、図25及び図26に示すように、グロメット40の鍔状部70の上面から突出する壁部400を、先に図1~22を用いて説明した第1の実施の形態の壁部72のようにリブ状でなく、段差状に形成した点である。
なお、本実施の形態の説明においては、第1の実施の形態と同一の構成部分については、同一の符号を用いて説明を省略する。
(第5の実施の形態)
つぎに、図27~32を用いて、本発明の第5の実施の形態について説明する。
第2に、本実施の形態の特徴は、先に説明した第1の実施の形態のグロメット40(取付部材)の「突壁73」及び「傾斜面77」を省き、これに代えて、図27~32に示すように、グロメット40(取付部材)の第2弾性脚片120の「第2凸部121」を「突壁」として併用した点にある。
ロック解除部500の外側面には、図30に示すように、細径部92の方向に向かって縮径、すなわち下り傾斜した傾斜面501を形成している。
また、本実施の形態の説明においては、第1の実施の形態と同一の構成部分については、同一の符号を用いて説明を省略する。
(クリップ30の取付方法)
まず、上記した構成を有するグロメット40とピン50とからなるクリップ30の取付方法について説明する。
このとき、ピン50の弾性体101の下面が、図29に示すように、グロメット40の鍔状部70の上面から突出する壁部72に押されて、逆反りした状態となる。
(クリップ30の取外方法)
つぎに、取り付けたクリップ30の取外方法について説明する。
このとき、図29に示すように、逆反りした状態の弾性体101の反力Fxにより、ピン50を浮き上げる第1の力F1が発生し、ロック状態が解除される。
同時に、爪状の第2凸部121がロック解除部500に乗り上がると、図30に示すように、当該ロック解除部500の傾斜面501に当接する。
本実施の形態では、傾斜面501の傾斜角度を緩く設定しているので、第2の力F2単独では、ロック状態を解除できず、第1の力F1との合成力(F1+F2)によりロック状態が解除されるようにしている。なお、傾斜面501の傾斜角度を急勾配とすることで、第2の力F2単独で、ロック状態を解除することも可能である。
Claims (6)
- 厚さ方向に貫通孔を有する鍔状部、
前記鍔状部の他方の側に筒状に列設されて、該鍔状部の前記貫通孔に連通する筒状部を形成するとともに、対向している内側の面に凸部が設けられている弾性脚片からなる取付部材と、
フランジ、
前記フランジから一体に突設されており、少なくとも先端側に向けて太径部と細径部とが連続して設けられている脚部材とからなり、
前記脚部材の細径部から太径部の円周方向にカム部が隆設されており、
前記取付部材への前記脚部材の挿入によって弾性脚片の凸部がカム部に乗り上げ、前記弾性脚片が拡開される部材締結構造であって、
前記取付部材と前記脚部材との間には、
少なくとも一つの傾斜面を有する突部と、
前記弾性脚片が拡開されている状態で、前記脚部材が回転された場合に、前記突部の傾斜面に当接し、前記脚部材を前記取付部材から離脱する方向に案内する突壁とを設けていることを特徴とする部材締結構造。 - 前記突壁は、
前記取付部材に設けられ、
前記貫通孔を中心とした円周方向の前後に対して対称形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部材締結構造。 - 前記突部は、前記脚部材の前記フランジの下側に形成され、
前記突壁は、前記取付部材の前記鍔状部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の部材締結構造。 - 前記突部は、前記脚部材の前記太径部と前記細径部との間に形成され、
前記突壁は、前記取付部材の前記弾性脚片に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の部材締結構造。 - 鍔状部、
前記鍔状部から垂設した脚部、
鍔状部から脚部に貫通する貫通孔を有するグロメットと、
前記貫通孔に挿入することで、前記脚部を拡径可能な軸部、
前記軸部より張り出し、前記貫通孔より大径のフランジを有するピンとを備えるクリップであって、
前記脚部と前記軸部との間に、
前記脚部を拡径可能した状態で互いに弾性的にはまり合うことで、前記貫通孔中での前記軸部の軸方向の移動を阻止するための凹部と凸部とのいずれか一方をそれぞれに設け、
前記凹部の円周方向には、
当該凹部と凸部とがはまり合った状態で、前記フランジが回転された場合に、前記凹部から抜け出た前記凸部が、弾性的に当接するとともに、前記貫通孔中での前記軸部の軸方向の移動を許容するロック解除部を設け、
前記ロック解除部には、
当該ロック解除部に弾性的に当接する前記凸部の弾性復元力を利用して、
前記軸部が前記貫通孔から抜け出る方向に付勢する傾斜面を設けていることを特徴とする部材締結用のクリップ。 - 鍔状部、
前記鍔状部から垂設した脚部、
鍔状部から脚部に貫通する貫通孔を有するグロメットと、
前記貫通孔に挿入することで、前記脚部を拡径可能な軸部、
前記軸部より張り出し、前記貫通孔より大径のフランジを有するピンとを備えるクリップであって、
前記脚部と前記軸部との間に、
前記脚部を拡径可能した状態で互いに弾性的にはまり合うことで、前記貫通孔中での前記軸部の軸方向の移動を阻止するための凹部と凸部とのいずれか一方をそれぞれに設け、
前記凹部の円周方向には、
当該凹部と凸部とがはまり合った状態で、前記フランジが回転された場合に、前記貫通孔中での前記軸部の軸方向の移動を許容するロック解除部を設け、
前記フランジの周縁には、
弾性を有する弾性体を設け、
前記鍔状部には、
前記脚部を拡径可能した状態で、前記弾性体と弾性的に当接する壁部を設け、
前記脚部を拡径可能した状態で、前記フランジが回転された場合に、前記弾性体に蓄積された弾性復元力により、前記軸部が前記貫通孔から抜け出る方向に付勢されるようにしていることを特徴とする部材締結用のクリップ。
